The Roasted Turkey Club Sandwich was excellent . The ambience is very good, they also have an outdoor area. This is definitely a restaurant to visit at the Fort.

Me and my gf went with cortado, espresso and lemon tart. After 7pm they are selling part of their pastries at 50% off, which is awesome. The lemon tart was good and in the right sweetness, the serving of the cortado was very nice, coffee itself tasted good, they served us chocolate roll as complimentary

Providore has a very nice ambience and delicious food. The Providore Salad was an instant hit. The pasta dishes were nice. Carbonara was very creamy that it kinda felt short of the pasta.

So happy i finally got to try providore. Normally, their food’s kinda pricey but i’m glad they joined zomato gold. The food was good. We liked everything we ordered. Plus, their country friend steak is good for sharing. Their service was really good too. When they messed up our pasta order, the staff immediately apologized. Their manager also approached us to say sorry for what happened and made sure that what we really ordered would be served asap. So overall, good food and good service 😊😊

I saw a photo of Providore's Italian Sausage & Beef Meatball Bucatini Pasta and it is the most delicious-looking spaghetti and meatballs that I have ever seen. Ultimately, it will have become the reason why I celebrated my birthday lunch in Providore.
For starters, we had their Cast Iron Steak & Chili Fries and it was as loaded as they come. There were generous servings of the sour cream, steak bits, crema cheddar cheese, jalapeño, and even the fries itself. Our entrees were already served and yet we were still trying to finish the Cast Iron Steak & Chili Fries.
My brother had their Country Fried Steak and it was HUGE. It was so big it could be shared by 3-4 people. Oh, and first refill of the gravy is free. Trust me, you'll need it because one isn't enough. On the other hand, my mother ordered their Seafood & Rice Skillet and she enjoyed it thoroughly. While I'm not a big fan of seafood, I did enjoy the rice because even just that was so tasty.
Going back to the reason why we ate here anyway: the Italian Sausage & Beef Meatball Bucatini Pasta. The pasta was as delicious as it looked. Just the perfect sour taste of the tomato sauce to go with the firm noodles and juicy meatballs. Hands down, the best spaghetti and meatballs I have ever tasted so far.
We ended the meal with a slice of their Ube Tres Leches cake and it was a perfect ending to a very deliciously satisfying birthday lunch.
I just came to have a taste of their ube champorado and I wasn’t disappointed hahaha.. the fruit punch was also a blast.. ambiance is comforting. I requested a sit near the window and they gladly assist me.
I love everything we ordered from truffle pasta, steak salpicao to bread bowl. All dishes are properly seasoned and the servings are quite generous. It's bit pricey but all worth it. Will definitely visit again. Added to my fave list!
Food were excellent, serving is just enough, for big appetite it will not be enough. Service is good too, waiting time is just right, 10-15mins. We will definitely come back.

What we ordered:
- bacon and clam chowder (P325): This came in a bread bowl and it smelled so good when it arrived.
- Grilled "Truck Stop" Pork Steak (P595): If baby back ribs and a pork chop had a baby, it would be this! The bbq glaze is really good and the pork chop was huge! Only downside for me is the meat is bit dry. It comes with fries and coleslaw too.
- Salmon grill plate (P595): the salmon was a little overcooked but i loved the greek salad and the yogurt dressing. Salmon cut was also decent sized.
Overall, price of their food is on the expensive end but they made up to the same it with their serving portions. Flavors are also good. We will go back to try other items on their menu.
My new go-to place for good comfort food. I wish I would have dined here long ago. They have the best chicken and waffles I’ve tried to date. And for that alone, I’d say Providore is a must eat restaurant. They have an extensive menu that will sure to cater to a lot of preferences. I can’t wait to be back.
The food we ordered were delicious and tasty.
The grilled pepper and herb US beef belly was soft and chewy. It comes with a mashed potato on the side. The steel plate cooked garlic butter “salpicao” steak was amazing and perfectly cooked. And of course, their big fried lumpia was the best.
My kids truly love this place. It has become one of our Saturday breakfast spots. They love the chicken as well as carbonara. Of course dessert isn’t complete without Providore’s chocolate chip cookie. :)
Comfort food. We have a behaved dog with us and they allowed us to sit at a table by the entry. We ordered boil ed egg for the dog and it was done well. The manager was very nice.
If you look at this restaurant from the outside, you will think that they served pricey food with little taste. But our our first dining experience proved us wrong.

Food were served together. For me, every serving except for the sandwich were good for 1 person only but everything we ordered tasted good. Servers and managers were accommodating and hospitable. My family enjoyed the experience at Providore with Zomato Gold.

Family was on our way to the parking basement when a very small sign caught my attention, 50% off on pastries! Bought the bacon and cheese ensaymada and it was good! Fluffy ensaymada bread topped with chopped up bacon, cheese and butter. The banana pudding and froot loop crunchy type bar is for kids. Too sweet for me. Service was extra friendly but she packed it up individually so had to carry each pastry on separate small bags, asked for one big bag but was told they did not have the ones with handles during our visit. Good thing it was on discount or else it would have been a hassle. Will still visit because of the ensaymada.
Providore has been my to go store whenever I am craving for filling and great pastries. However, they got a lot more to offer -- all day breakfast, chicken and a lot more. They even have a space to showcase local goods and food business that are still starting-up or needs a space to sell their stocks.
If there is one thing I love in Providore, that would be their Bacon Tocino. I have tasted and seen a lot of restaurants trying to pull off this recipe however they did it so well and smoothly. The pork is just tender, not too sweet and thick. I can finish two slabs probably HAHA! So I hope there is an option to add another one so that I can finish my big serving of rice.
Providore is one of the restaurants in the Raintree Group that I adore. The pretty ambiance reminds me so much of home because of the welcoming atmosphere it possessed. The wooden accent, warm lights, and the overall interior design are very laid-back which can be enjoyed especially if you are a person that likes a very casual ambiance.
Delightful, well prepared food, drinks could use more creativity and updating but otherwise the rest of the food is awesome, good plating! Memorable!
This is one of the restos that gives you more than your money's worth. The food is great, the service is great. Ordered 'Winner Winner Chicken Dinner' on our first visit with my friends and I absolutely loved it. I usually don't eat that much in one serving (the servings are huge) but I think I finished 80% of it.
I went back with my mom for some snack. She ordered Palabok and loved it. She's very hard to please when it comes to Palabok, mind you. Haha. We came back here for a couple of times when we couldn't agree on what to eat. Good thing they have a wide range of dishes.
Plus points because they offer 50% discount on their pastries starting 7PM. I usually buy their cookies.

As a provider, they have everything here, Bistro, Coffee Bar, Cakes & Pastries, a bar, and even kitchen provisions,. Providore is a fresh go-to restaurant that offers not just authentic American and home-style Filipino cuisine - but a full experience that will take you back to the “good ol’ days”.
It's attraction at first sight. The place is really attractive. The interior is good for the eyes, plus it has some sort of home-y and cozy feels. It has an intimate ambiance, perfect for chilling and chatting with family and friends.
The Chicken is tasty, and the dish that I am really attracted to is the Carbonara. I like how creamy it was, and the trick of mixing the egg with it definitely added the rich flavor.

Pricey but all thanks to Zomato Gold, my family and I got to try this place. Their servings are big and ok, taste-wise. I tried the Big Boy and I was stuffed. Their BBQ Chicken Salad is really good too.
I just love it here especially at daytime for brunch or an afternoon visit. My fave spot has to be the couch near the window, best lighting for photos as well. I've been here with my famille and friends. I have tried their Banana Split and it was just right not too sweet, croissants my mom's fave was good too. For meals my friends and I have tried their Steel Plate Cooked Garlic Butter “Salpicao” Steak, Clam chowder soup on bread and the Winner Winner Chicken Dinner". All were really good.
The best comfort food! Perfect for weekend brunches ❤️ personally love the combo of laing and porkchop as it it always my go-to order. Dessert was nice too.
Visited Providore solely to try their Mushroom Risotto Balls. It is a mushroom cheese risotto balled up and deep fried. It is served together with black olives coated in breading and deep friend with a blue cheese dip. My partner says that the risotto balls could use more cheese so it is slightly gooey when cut up but all in all, the taste was what's important for me and this dish worked well all together.
Also ordered Zucchini Fries which were also coated in batter and deep fried served with a slice of lemon and very bland tasting dip that works well with the Zucchini fries.
With their feel-at-home vibes, plus their generous serving, I bet you’ll definitely have a good time here in Providore. They serve Filipino and American comfort food that I really appreciate.
The winner winner chicken dinner bucket is truly a winner; Chicken was juicy, and the smoked bacon and cheddar biscuit was really good. By the way, if you visit Providore, never miss to order their Ube Champorado. It's something you’ll regret if ever you fail to try.

Last May 28, I finally tried Providore located at the G/F of SM Aura. It’s my first time there together with the other foodies . I always wanted to try Providore so finally another check on my Restaurant bucket-list ✔️.
We started with Providore drinks 🥤
🥤 Providore Punch (175) - it has watermelon , pineapple , passion fruit punch topped with cherry syrup. I enjoyed my drink . Feels summer and so refreshing to drink.
🥤Raspberry “Arnold” Palmer- (150 ) freshly brewed ice tea and half fresh lemonade with lemons and raspberry syrup .
🥤Calamansi Lychee Cooler (140) fresh calamansi , lychee ,topped with soda and mint .
🥤Strawberry Mojito - it is a housemade flavored Soda (150) other choices are peach , ginger lemon and passion fruit mango .
All of the drinks that we tried has a unique taste , refreshing .
Next was appetiser.
🥗 Providore Salad - solo is 235 and sharing is 475 pesos . It has avocado ,crispy bacon , Bleu cheese,grilled Japanese corn ,cranberry and walnuts ,arugula, market greens ,pecorino cheese and served with buttermilk ranch dressing .

Verdict : All of the dishes I’ve tried were so good , my favorite were the chicken and the Ube Champorado. Big serving , nice ambience and price was reasonable because it’s good for sharing . Service was fast and staffs are friendly and accommodating . Whether it’s breakfast , lunch or dinner it’s a perfect dining for family and friends .
Providore means to provide. Providing you good food , nice ambience and everything that you need for the whole day dining is already there .

Can I just say, "Winner winner chicken dinner!" One of the awesome dishes here at our go-to restaurant, Providore Bgc!My ultimate favorite here is the Steel Plate Cooked Garlic Butter Salpicao Steak! Yummy pieces of U.S. Beef smothered in butter, roasted garlic, olive oil and native onions. (OMG still drooling while writing this! And that Lechon Kawali Cracklins', naku! And look at the size of the chicken! Panalo! San kapa di ba?! There are just so many yummy dishes to choose from, and don't forget that UBE CHAMPORADO! Went here just for dessert. We tried their Ube Champorado, Affogato and Tres Leches cake. I love how light and creamy the Tres Leches cake is and the Ube Champorado is surprisingly better than we expected.
Ok, So I just had clam chowder big deal, but it was goo and tasty enough for me to consider coming back. It was thick, savory, creamy and very filling. The bread bowl you’d probably finish with a help of complimentary butter (I wanted to review their butter but I realize I shouldn’t). This appetizer just increased my anticipation to taste Providore’s mains.
The food is really good. I love the pastrami tapa for breakfast, the beef salpicao and beef belly. Servings are generous and reasonably priced.

No street parking here. They'll either have it towed or clamped. I don't know how much the fine is since I don't have any plans to violate the ordinance. 😅 You can park at the basement which will cost you 50. You can get back up via stairs or elevator. I recommend the elevator since you'll be passing the Lower Ground Floor where you'll find the Supermarket, on your way to the Upper Ground level. You'll never get lost because there are so many guards who can direct you.
For early morning risers like me 😉, use the back door fronting McKinley Parkway since the mall is still closed. The place is clean and well kept. The wait staff and kitchen staff are fast. Your orders come out almost at the same time and piping hot, so do be careful especially if you're having the Clam Chowder (yummy). No sugary drinks this time, although I had the urge to order the Royal Grape Soda, but did not. ( A small sacrifice for the Holy Week 😇 feeling a little holier 🤣 ) I also bought some snacks from their display, they even have soaps and lotions. It says they are all locally made and I'm into supporting our local producers. You should check out their display.
Oh yeah, Lunch Menu will be available by 10am.
They have big servings. Sadly, they are strict with the Zomato Gold perks compared to other restaurants that also offer Zomato Gold privileges.
The interior is very bright, with simple yet modern furnishings. What's great is that the ceiling is high, and tables quite separated from each other so noise is distributed evenly and you can have a nice conversation with your friends or family.
We ordered the Bistek, Beef Belly, and Risotto Balls. The Bistek isn't what you would expect, in that it only has a slight tart taste and a more overpowering soy sauce and Worcestershire or oyster sauce taste. If you don't like your Bistek sweet, this is not for you.
The Beef Belly had a good balance of meat and fat that renders it tasty. Served with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy au jus, this is a hearty and comforting meal.
Lastly, the Risotto balls were nice and crispy served with Bleu cheese and olives.
All in all, the experience was satisfactory for the price. It's good quality and the service is quick as well. Great for Sunday dinners with the family.
The restaurant’s place is great. Ang ganda ng interior and ok ang lighting. Great for taking pics and all. For me, this is a good place for first dates (impress, impress.. *wink) for business meetings too.
Price wise, I think its a bit pricy... servings are small. We tried seafood and rice skillet (must-try), salad (forgot what its called :| sorry,) plus grilled salmon plate.. (nabitin po ako sa rice, didnt expect that ;( but the salmon is perfect!)

Providore is a concept built by Raintree that’s known for serving classic Filipino and international favorites! They’re complete from serving breakfast food, coffee, snacks, to lunch and dinner varieties, deli dishes and fountain drinks!
I brought my family here for lunch on a Sunday weekend, and we’re all excited to try more from the menu.
For some starters, we had Providore Salad which is a hearty plate of greens with avocado, crispy bacon, bleu cheese, grilled corn, cranberries & walnuts, and arugula. It also comes with buttermilk ranch dressing on the side which works well with the salad.
Since it’s lunch time, we got a few dishes from the Filipino Table selection. We had Salmon Belly Guava Sinagang, US Beef & Oxtail Kare-kare, and the Steel Plate Cooked Garlic Butter “Salpicao” Steak.
Salmon Belly Guava Sinigang has the right sourness which we all liked. Kare-Kare was quite good although I’d love to have the sauce much creamier and more nutty. The Salpicao steak is pretty juicy and delicious. All the dishes we tried has some generous serving so it’s pretty good for sharing!
Love, love, love the food! I’ve eaten here several times and it has not disappointed me so far. Pastrami tapa is my favorite. The Mac and Cheese is excellent, too.
We had the Country Fried Steak and the complimentary Beef belly which were both superb.
Beef belly: 5/5 rating. Beef was tender and the sauces were yummy.
Country fried steak: 5/5 rating! Very crunchy and flavorful
Mash potato: 3/5 rating. Was a bit bland.
We waited quite a while for the food, upside is that they served it both at the same time. 🤗

Food is really good, big serving. Price is reasonable. Plus, I LOVE their Carbonara, the pasta is different. The place is cozy, and most of all I enjoyed it with zomato gold VIP. You can choose anything from their menu. 😎👌
It's my first time to try Providore, and i love their grilled "truck stop" pork steak! The meat is tender and the bbq flavor is really good..
But i also find other food in the menu interesting.. like the seafood and rice skillet and ube champorado with danggit on top! Will try this soon 😁

4 stars only because of one waiter who was being so bitchy about seating us on a 4 seater with a big table (there was only 2 of us dining). I requested to transfer to a bigger table because we ordered too much and the food won't fit the small circle table na. Only got a photo of the zucchini fries but we ordered seafood soup in bread, tinapa monggo, callos, fish and chips, wild rice, and ube tres leches. Everything was so good, it was all gone in such small time. Definitely coming back for the comfort food. I wish you guys had more branches.
Tasty dishes! Servings are sizable and good for sharing! Enjoyed the chicken winner and beef salpicao. Service is attentive and there are local delicacies available for sale.

All time favorite is the Pastrami Tapa - rich taste and tender meat. Bacon Tocino is very very soft! Turkey Sandwich is also delicious, all the ingredients go together and bread, meat and everything is also soft (unlike others where bread is hard, not toasted, not new, etc). We love the carbonara and truffle pasta too. :)
The place is always busy during dinner time. But the service is still fast, food prepared fresh and delicious Baron and other servers, were polite.

Such a delight to converse with Gretchen, the morning manager of Providore. I have been a fan since I sampled this restaurant some years back. She told me that Providore belongs to the Raintree Group which has Terraz, Chelsea Kitchen, Chocco Matte and Saboten, among others. Discovery Suites is also an affiliate.
So when Jemson took over to get our orders, it was like they were entertaining long time friends. It's a Friday and day of abstinence. We got the Seafood and Rice Skillet (P420) and got the Crispy Seafood Mayo Roll (P375) for free. We sampled their Cafe Mocha (P160) and Cafe con Dulce de Leche (P150) using Illy coffee. Then, we got the Ube Champorado (P230) for dessert because we were intrigued by it.
The Seafood Skillet came with fresh prawns, squid and fish in garlic, parsley, white wine butter and tomato based sauce. Aside from the scrumptious seafood, I fell in love with their wild rice pilaf garnished with parsley. It was a cross between risotto and gohan that when you mix in the seafood, the taste is just golden.
Their seafood roll had battered fish, crab and shrimp in a buttered brioche bread. The softness and chewiness of the bread was the perfect companion to the crunchy, salty and succulent sea tidbits that were swimming in creamy, lemony mayo.
Coffee by Illy has always been superb but today was the first time I tried it con dulce de leche. It's carmelly and nice, don't mind ordering one again in the future.
I just loved their Ube Champorado which came with crispy danggit, additional cream and toasted coconut bits on the side. Some portions of the danggit were not fried enough to be super crispy but they provided the salty side to this magnificent version of champorado. I have just added this to my favorites list. The inclusion of toasted coconut makes it traditional yet avant garde. Touche!
Gold Zomato 1+1 on Food is definitely worth it with Providore! Their fried steak is so huge and tasty. Actually, the food that we ordered - fried steak and tocino - are good for sharing. But since we are only two, we had to finish it! Haha. Restaurant staff are courteous and helpful, too! Will definitely go back!
