I am Costa Rican living in Philippines and After trying other options I must say Chihuahua has the best Latin Mexican food I have ever tried in Philippines. The closest flavor as in America. Good job.
Food was sumptuous and at a reasonable price too. We ordered Burritos, Nachos, Tacos and Quesadillas and the servings were huge. Steak fillings were a delight! Ambiance was festive and you'd just feel like celebrating. Definitely recommend it!

When I'm craving Mexican, I go to Chihuahua's! My favorite is the burrito bowl and the different salsas.

We ordered for delivery using Food Panda. Everything was great. The delivery time, the wrapping of the food and its quality. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

It was a Saturday evening when we visited Chihuahua Mexican Grill. My friend told me that their beers are cheap compared to other pubs and grills in BGC.
Ambiance/Place: the place is really cozy. They have a retro theme. And you will notice their wall papers. They have pictures of celebrities who have visited their restaurant and its really amusing to look at it. I also love the wall where different kind of mexican sauces were presented. You will have to get one if you want. They also have cards, jengga and board games so ppl wont feel bored. 5/5
Service/Crews: The service is nice. They serve our food on time. They’re polite and enthusiastic. however they should smile a lot

Food/Drinks: The food is cheap as mentioned earlier. They have huge bowl for nachos with a lot of flavours. I enjoyed and tasted the real flavor of nachos. And it tastes like im eating a buritto and nachos. Haha. Plus the cheese beans and ground pork of nachos is really equally presented in the nacho. Unlike other places Ive been to, they just put the toppings on top literally. But in this Mexican Grill, sauce is everywhere and Ive enjoyed it.
Drinks are discounted befor 10 pm so if you plan to stay here for couple more hours. You must order the discounted. Lol they can serve it after 10 as long as u pay it.

Quality if toilet facilities: The only think i didnt like about this restaurant was the toilet. It stinks. Walls are fine but its kinda off. The smell is off.

This year, I set on a quest to find the best burrito in Metro Manila. I can’t believe I’d find it so fast. Tried others after this but none can beat Chihuahua’s. The sauce selection, ambience, and BURRITOS!

This place is great. Taco Tuesday has half off tacos which are pretty decent. As someone who had the "experience" of spending the last 7 years living in Texas, I can verify that this place is quality.
Add to that their cheap bottomless margaritas and you have a budget friendly recipe for success. They don't skimp on the alcohol either.
With the daily hoppy hour (beers at P35), Chihuahua Mexican Grill has made their place more budget friendly, and could target after-office workers in need of a chill out place. However, I found some of the food were overpriced for basically just salad (veggies, tomatoes, what not) hardly-there meat, and would make me think twice about choosing it for anything other than a taco / quesadilla craving.
The chips and queso is probably the best bang for the buck, and then quesadilla. We did NOT experience terrible service as others have noted on their reviews.

Sooooo good. I love Mexican food and this place really brings the flavor and texture to their burritos. If you love store bought tortillas, don't go here because their stuff is the real deal.

I enjoy a good burrito. Chihuahua Mexican Grill serves a nice, big Beef Picadillo Burrito (P287). The whole thing is stuffed to the brim with Mexican fried rice, vegetables, beans, and beef. It is filling enough that it could be good enough for two people. I also ordered additional sour cream (P45) to give the burrito the sour kick that I crave.
Guests who come at night can also enjoy dancing on the wide open floor in front of the counter. They can also play tabletop games like dominoes or Jenga if they prefer to do so. Since it was night time the place was quite dim and the music was blaring from the speakers. This might not be the place for people looking for a nice, quiet meal, but it would suit those looking for a loud, fun time.

The perfect place to grab food and drinks after playing at BGC Turf, spending Friday nights in Makati, or waving goodbye to a stressful week. Menu is simple yet substantial. The place is not too packed and the food is great!
The chicken tacos were okay. The chicken was too hard grilled and hence turned black. Liked the queso. The interior is very colorful. They have free salsa classes on Saturday
My love for Mexican food is really only limited to Nachos and Quesadillas. I don't really like burritos because it's always too heavy for me.
However, last week, my friend and I were so hungry so we rushed to the nearby Chihuahua Mexican Grill in BGC. It wasn't filled with the usual lunchtime crowd so we were immediately seated.
I ordered the Vegetarian Bowl because it's the Holy week and my friend and I shared a side of nacho grande (or was it chips? really couldn't remember).
Anyway, the bowl was humongous and very very filling. It had a lot of veggies as expected, and rice. The sauce was flavorful so I was immediately full. It wasn't spicy so I asked if there was any hot sauce available and the staff pointed me in their shelf containing dozens of sauces (and I really liked that part).
Nachos were a lot as well. The dip was so good and imagine the calories I consumed just by using that dip. It was sinfully delicious.
If you want to watch and learn live salsa dancing then head over to this place. They have salsa days where you can just join the dancers. Their cocktails are strong and well priced as well as their food. But I would rather go their to watch salsa and drink mojito
This is where my husband and I run to for a quick tex-mex fix. Since my husband had to be on a diet, we usually search for filling veggie meals. Their picadillo salad is wonderful with complementing flavors. At first, we wished we knew about the nachos at the bottom which ended up getting soggy because we didn't know it was there AND because the bowl was full! And now that we know we just love it all. We also love their chicken quesadilla :)

Chicken tacos were good - 3 soft tortillas with a tasty chicken filling.
Beef picadillo bowl was quite good too - burrito without the tortilla. Tasty ground beef, refried beans and rice with cheese and sauces.
Chicken Quesadilla was ok. Not as cheesy and flavorful as we expected.

Chihuahua also offers Zumba on Tuesdays and what they have been quite known for, Salsa on Saturdays. They got a dance instructor on these nights for some guidance.
Tonight though on a usual quiet Sunday, we were the only customers. We were also fortunate to catch the 2 for 1 Margaritas minutes away from its deadline. Try their Mango, Strawberry or Classic. We also had full attention from the wait staff.
For less than Php 900, two of us shared a generous portions of two bowls: Chicken Salad and Steak Bowl. The first one had an apt combination fit for Salad + Mexican. I suggest pouring a whole side of fresh guacamole for an added healthy feel and taste.
The second one was a favorite. The steak was well marinated and tender. It's good combining with stand alone Mexican rice. The chips added a nice texture and the salsa a well meaning sour and salty touch to it.
Living up to its reputation as the best burrito in town! Chihuahua never disappoints even if they're offering 50% off tacos on taco Tuesday.
They make a decent steak burrito. Better than most Mexican restaurants. Would've liked it to have less rice though. They have a "veggie" option where you can replace the rice for more vegetables. Will try that next time. It took them a bit too long to make my burrito. Hope they improve the speed of their service.
I went on a Monday. There was a promo of 33% discount for meatless products.
We order a burrito bowl and a quesadilla.
For the price we paid it was a steal. The vegetarian food was good, bit spicy and fresh. Quesadilla with a generous serving of jalapeño was much better than what we have tried at other places.
My only problem was that aircon was not switched on or was of low capacity for a summer afternoon.
You can also sit their and try your hands on some of the basic board games there.
Sunday Burrito with beef add jalapeños and guacamole for two is the perfect hangover food and afternoon you can have! They even have some board games for you to play with! An amazing place!

Been dying to eat here for such a long time. I would consider Chihuahua to be a mexican comfort/casual resto without the extra bells and whistles... Simple and sweet. By the way, There's a Chihuahua mexican grill in Florida and Canada... I wonder if.... Hmm anyway...
We ordered the chicken spinach quesadilla (half)- it was yummy, although it had a few spinach leaves which was like....what the...
But i really liked their tortilla bread (i wonder who supplies them)... And the chicken burrito bowl-This is delicious. You have the mexican rice topped w/ roasted chicken bits, black beans, chipotle, salsa, and i don't really know the rest... If you're a fan of hot sauces, they also have lots to choose from, (see bottles with Charlie Sheen, Dr.Evil and Samuel Jackson's face on it)... And also free chipotle & hot salsa.
I also loved their long list of drinks menu: Imported sodas & beers, even patronizing local brews. The price was a little bit high for me but because of the unique setup, cozy ambience, and they even have games that you can play while dining... I eventually enjoyed my experience. 😊 Will definitely be back.

The tastiest burrito i have ever tasted so far - tex mex flavor was just right and not overpowering. I would keep coming back here though for the nacho grande.
Probably one of the best TexMex joints in the Makati-BGC area. Their burritos are a mouthful! But the taste is just as big. Try their Nacho Grande as well. Muy, muy delicioso!
A true taste of mexican cuisine, Chihuahua will not disappoint you. Their burritos burst with flavor. They also had big servings specially the nacho grande. You can really taste the authentic mexican ingredients with every bite.
For the place it was awesome because they had bored games you can play with. I played Jenga with my friends while waiting for the food. It's also a great place to hang out with your barkada.
I'd say Chihuahua would be something comparable to El Chupacabra and Silantros. Great food and great value. If you're a mexican food lover, you should not miss this place out.
A definitely good place to ease your cravings of mexican cuisines. Good thing we discovered that there is one along BGC. Taste and servings are reasonable with the price. We ordered grand nachos, beef quesadillas and chicken tacos and the four of us leave the place with satisfied tastebuds and oh so full stomach. Went on a Thursday night, which happened to be Salsa Night! It was awesome. Loved their nachos and the dips. The red cups added to the great experience, too.
Cool place. We had lunch there and they had a promo Taco Tuesdays. Veryt tasty tacos my favorite was the Carnitas it had anice smokey flavor to it. The hot sauce is really hot. Aye Caramba!!
Tried eating here because my friends were raving about its famous burritoes and quesadilla dish. Me and my girlfriend tried their chicken burrito and minced beef burrito respectively; with a side dish of cheese and chips. Service was ok since there were just about 7 of us customers in the place. The cheese dip of our tortilla chips was very delicious. The establishment also had other dips near the counter such as chipotle and habanero. We love the ambience of the place, too bad we missed out on salsa thursdays. The only nudge I will give about this place is that the minced beef inside the burrito wasn't noticeable because they filled it up with a lot of rice and beans
Simple and straightforward Mexican food with fresh ingredients. Serving is quite generous and the condiments section where you can get lime, chipotle and habanero sauce is pretty cool. Their beverage selection lined up at the counter with quite a few imported beer options adds quite a few plus points. The place is self-service but the people at the cashier are very pleasant and accommodating.
Chihuahua is a good place to hangout with its unpretentious, cafeteria style food service. Get your fill with a selection of different hot sauces and salsas (too bad salsa verde was out during my visit).
Choose your Mexican platter: tacos, burritos, or quesadillas. You then choose what meat you prefer : steak, chicken, ground beef, pork.
I'd expect a little warmth on the tortillas. Sadly, it wasn't. The chicken was grilled with a little charred pieces, making it meatier but since the vegetables counter the taste, the meat and sauce should have been packed with more flavor.
For the hungry, growing kids out there. Rice, beans, chips, salsas and sauces, plus a chunk of pork carnitas as our choice.
A monster quesadilla is what they have! The biggest tortilla I've seen so far. I would have preferred it to be more cheesy, as the point of quesadilla: a grilled cheese sandwich.
We also had our fill of 2 for 1 strawberry margaritas during happy hour. :-D
Visited the branch on a Thursday night without knowing that it was their Salsa day. It was fun dancing with the people there while enjoying out Buritos and Quesadillas and not to mention the Strawberry Margarita which is so good. Will plan to back there and it's perfect if you want to chill at night with some good friends and ready your dancing shoes..
NO DELIVERY YET. The manager told me that they're starting delivery from this branch next week. So, I'll wait for another week for that burrito bowl of awesomeness.

Among all the Chihuahua branches I've been to, this one is my least favorite.
Normally I give Chihuahua a rating of 4, but i deducted a half point because of the service. The salsa bar took much too long to replenish, considering it was a weekend. I ordered my usual, a Pork Carnitas 10 inch Burrito (Php 285). Fresh ingredients, packed in one big burrito always keeps me coming back to Chihuahua for my Mexican fix. My dad had a Chili Bowl which was big and really really filling, I would have preferred if it had more cheese and chips.
I love that whichever branch you visit, the food is consistent.

this place didn't dissappoint me and everything was the way i am expecting it to be. i've been wanting to try this place so after work my friends and i went to their branch nearby. upon entering i was pleased to feel the mexican vibe that the place has. I got myself the beef quesadilla my friends decided to get soft shelled beef/chicken taco, burrito 10" and we opted to share on the nacho grande and as for our drink we chose to have their slushie and so the name implies. They have a nice/ generous crew 'cause they've let us have sample shots of their different margarita (at least three different one). Their food is flavorful more over their serving is good for 2-3 persons. They also have this hot sauce library and salsa/dip station in which you can choose from a large variety of hot sauce. They also have this card games/play doh and other activities that can be played with groups. Since i haven't had their margarita yet, i am considering to hang out more often here after work be it a weekend or a weekday, it sure is a nice place to relax and unwind after a tiring day from work.
