Love the food in this restaurant. The servings are good for sharing. Price points are ok and the customer service is great
Always love the homey feel at Cibo! their spinaci zola is our staple order! pasta dishes are superb as well as their mains especially their Manzo Tagliata...and dont forget to order either their grape or pomelo shakes!
Quality food and good service is what we've come to expect from Cibo and they meet our expectations each time!
We had Arancini- fried risotto balls with tomato, cheese and basil. An excellent appetizer. Mint Iced Tea and Peach Iced Tea are both superb!
Verdure Panini with eggplant, zucchini and mushrooms is tasty and healthy. Penne al Telefono with stewed tomato and white cheese is a really tasty pasta!
Cibo in Aura has a bright, narrow dining area. Staff were polite and professional. Came here for the food, always.
Chicken Sandwich (php295) - tasty
Patatine (php195) - super good
Squash Soup (php295) - not bad
When in doubt, go for the patatine! Best mayo ever.
Cibo is a local restaurant chain by Margarita Flores serving authentic Italian dishes that are tweaked to suit the Filipino palate. We had the Patatine Fritte(Potato chips) Minestra di Funghi(Mushroom soup), Mozarella panini, and Penne Al Telefono. Everything was great, especially their pasta. If you opt to eat something light, I would suggest this place. Staffs are very attentive, and the ambiance was great. Food was a bit pricey but it was worth it. Will definitely go back here to try their other dishes.
Service was excellent. Crew are all friendly. Serving time is around 20minutes. Their red grapefruit fruitshake is the best. Pasta is good for 2 people. Pizza is awesome. You can make special requests on how they will cook or make your food. đ I always get my SPECIAL mango milkshake from them. Food is a bit expensive for me so Im only rating them 4 out of 5 stars. ââââ
The Truffle Pasta here is very nice, normally it is overpowering but these guys cracked it. I also had the Pesto Parpadelle which was tasty with mushrooms included. Pizzaâs are simple with limited toppings but makes for a good non-greasy slice.
My visit to cibo wonât be complete without my pasta and peach iced tea. So far its the best peach iced tea for me. I tried the risotto balls and it goes very well with the dip. Im surprised that you have improved on your service. Servers introducing themselves and checking back on your guest. Keep up the good work!
Cibo is one of the two places we go whenever we are craving for Pasta/ steak
Pasta ultimate favourite is Telefono
Trivia: during my daughterâs birthday we bought tomato based pasta from Cibo, lartizan, darioâs toddâs removed all the labels and let her choose her favorite, guess what!? Telefono got the number one spot! - just sharing. đ
Then for steak is the one with rock salt medium well, always perfectly cooked! Always satisfy the steak craving.
Their flavored iced tea are too sweet for me so I always request to make it less sweet, and itâs perfectly refreshing
Their staff in Sm Aura are very accommodating.
I enjoy this place. Its easy and simple. The menu is satisfying and there is something for everyone. My favorite dishes are the spinach dip pizza, and the sardine panini.
Service is always on point. Polite, and I never have to wait for my food or follow up. If you have young kids, they have coloring papers and crayons :)
Lemonade was too sweet but the vegan sandwhich waa superb. I wish they would improve on their fish menu. It's a bit overpriced and taste was so-so. Tomato soup was the best. I hope you can add more variety in your menu.

November 1, 2017 (Wednesday)
Weâre too late. Itâs getting dark. My other Titas & cousins left The Heritage Park already. Luckily, my Tita, her daughter (my cuz, obviously), & their house help was still there. After this visit to Lola (with struggling feet in the mud), we escorted my cuz to Uptown Place Mall. I thought weâre gonna part ways too with Tita already. To my surprise, we still went to SM Aura & she treated us dinner in Cibo (God bless her!).
I only heard of Cibo as a sponsor of a beauty pageant. Itâs my 1st time to dine here. Upon entering, I already felt the classy aura. However, the white tables are like those you see in fast food restaurants. Meanwhile, I used their restroom. You might think itâs odd to mention this but a filthy restroom is 1 of my pet peeves. Going back, I was displeased that their restroom is unisex but still itâs decent & spacious. Ironically, the restaurant area is narrow. When I came back to our table, my Tita ordered food already. She bid me to order my drink so I browse the menu. I was overwhelmed with the Italian terms (nosebleed). I ordered peach iced tea aka pesca (â±120). My Mom ordered Coke in can aka bevande in lattina (â±85), my Tita opt for water only, & her house help ordered pomelo shake aka pomplemo (â±150). While waiting, I observed our table. The placemat is paper (I know itâs cost-effective but itâs still unattractive). The utensils are heavy (which is good) but the steel holder has holes that make the utensils slip out. Our orders arrived by the way. We had Farfalle ala Genovese (â±310), Linguine alla Ghiotta (â±360), & Prosciutto di Parma (â±410). They all tastes good but too expensive. The peach iced tea is in a big glass & has real fruity taste. The pomelo shake looks pretty but itâs in a thinner glass (not worth it). On the other hand, the waiters are courteous. While eating, a waiter even inquired if the foodâs good. Initially, I donât like being interrupted while in the momentum of eating. But then I realize, this is a convenient way of voicing our concerns about the restaurant on the spot.
Thus, Iâll definitely come back to this restaurant, if I have the money & companions.
Cibo never fails us. We're so happy they've finally set up shop in BGC. Our orders revolve around the following: Spinaci Zola, Penne Al Telefono, Insalata D' Agnello, Agnello Stufato and Pollo Arrosto.
Awesome experience.
Nice ambiance, Servers were attentive and friendly, we have been eying this place for a while, finally tried last Sunday. And It was worth it, we love the pizza pasta and salad, carbs yep but we didnt feel bloated at all.
Will be back, definitely. đ

For starters you should all try the Spinaci Zola. The Dip is so addicting you cant help but dig in for more. If you're the type of person who loves pesto or any vegetable based dip then this is definitely for you. I also had the insalata di mare and shared it with my boyfriend. The salad was okay. Not really raving about it. Not the best salad out there but its definitely not the worst either. I'll probably try something else next time. For the pasta I had the Linguine Al Nero. If you're feeling a bit adventurous and is not afraid of eating squid ink as your pasta sauce then you should definitely try this. The pasta, as usual is very al dente. So far cibo has been the only restaurant here in Manila who has been so consistent when it comes to their pastas texture. So please do order any of their pasta but the Al Nero definitely my winner. As for the ambiance their branch here in SM aura is a bit crowded or maybe because it was a Sunday when I went there. Great place if you wanna eat out with friends or family. But if you're planning to bring your date here maybe you can opt for a different branch.

Cibo will always be one my top places to get authentic, delicious Italian food with huge servings. Cibo's branch in Aura is small compared to other branches that I've went to. As always, the staff were very accommodating and friendly and service was very fast. I ordered their Rigatoni alla bolognese con panna, Spaghettini Al 34, and their Zucchine flavored blanca oval pizza. The Rigatoni alla bolognese con panna was delicious. The tomato cream sauce had great balance of sweet and salty and it had a great creamy texture. The ground meat was a nice addition in the dish as well. The pasta was al dente like always. For the Spaghettini al 34, it looked very plain. When I took a bite of it, I didn't expect for it to have an amazing flavor. It was simple yet satisfyingly delicious. It was very light and seasoned perfectly. The white fish that went along with the dish gave a nice fishly flavor to the dish. The complimentary bread for both pasta dishes were soft and nicely toasted. Lastly, the Zucchine Pizza. The pizza crust itself was crisp and soft. The zucchini on the pizza gave a nice crunch to the pizza and the cheese on it was light and delicious. After tasting this, I prefer eating white pizza now more than red. I will definitely recommend cibo to my friends so that they'll know where to get good, satisfying, and worth it Italian meals.
A small but very artistically designed place to enjoy your next meal.
The meal was rich and the service was excellent.

It was a joy to spend our Christmas celebration lunch here with their perfectly presented and delicious servings of pasta dishes and gourmet pizza.
I really liked their spinach dip! I think also we ordered salad with vinaigrette dressing and some sort of pizza and both were okay but nothing special. I was able to taste several pasta dishes which I honestly don't know exactly the names of except for the solo serving of pasta telefono which I truly loved. Everything else was flavorful and so good to the eyes.
