Ordered 2 dishes for lunch: Tokwa’t (tofu) > the sweet/spicy/sour seasoning made this dish a great appetiser + Tortang Longganisa Talong Silong > simple garlic fried rice with eggplant omelette > just tasty if u are a rice lover.
Drool-worthy: 4* as I didn’t get to dine in due to lockdown :)

Food is amazing and service is accommodating. This branch in BGC is also very spacious so there’s no usual wait list and you can eat at your own pace.

The house crispy sisig is good but I go here primarily for the Ube shake (ube at sago) without the sago because this is the only place nearby where we stay that I know serves it. I also like how bright and relaxing the ambience is (not during peak hours) because of the interior and lighting.
I have to really commend the service here at this Manam branch, especially server Crystal and the manager. They were really accommodating of our big group. I appreciate how they cleaned up and arranged our tables so quickly and without any complaint. Love the food, definitely did not disappoint when it comes to consistency! Their sisig, bulalo, adobo, and the ube sago were our favorites. We’ll definitely be back at this branch!
Crispy Pata is the best!!! Their turon with mango is delicious too but their staff and crew and even the manager are nothing but amazing! Kung ako cguro inde ko kakayanin yang sobrang pagod magwork sa isang food industry but you guys managed to do it as if it's just like an easy task. Manam offers a great variety of filipino classics that taste very good. The food is always good and the servings are relatively big for their price point. The ambiance of the restaurant was average it was just very loud inside the restaurant and that was the only issue.
OMG! Delicious comfort filipino food with a modern twist! Manam was a delicious meal that my family and I enjoyed very much. The crispy sisig was amazing paired with garlic rice with an ube sago shake to wash it all down. The watermelon sinigang was an interesting choice. I was skeptical of the watermelon, but it created a well balanced sinigang dish. Definitely will be coming back.
Always wanted to try this brand. It have a fancy appearance but prices are very attractive. We went with the watermelon sinigang and other stuff that I can’t recall, sinigang was wonderful, service was quick. Will comeback to taste more
Here goes my another review for Manam but this time, in a different branch. This is the branch nearest to my office so this is where I went with my officemates when the cravings kicked in. All I can say is that they are consistent.
We ordered our classic favorites such as Crispy Pork Sisig, Gambas and Sinigang na Salmon. It feels like nothing beats your favorites in a certain restaurant, right? Delicious as always.
This branch gets crowded as well even as late as 9-10PM as we have to wait to get seated. Why do I feel like every Manam branch is jam packed? Nevertheless, the staff are attentive and pleasing.
As always, Manam anywhere is a favorite. In this branch, what they could have improved:
- We ordered way to much. 2 larges of everything, when we were only 8 people. They could have guided us in ordering. Although it's okay - leftovers are great.
- shrimp aligue slightly overgrilled. Medyo dumikit na yung balat at meat for some shrimp.
- nilaga soup not piping hot.
- inasal came really, really late.
- crispy pata needs more crisp
Palabok is always a favorite, super loved the Pinoy caprese and calamares.
I always go back to Manam for it's Sinigang na Beef Ribs in Watermelon...my comfort food whenever I'm in BGC area. But I remember I was initially drawn to its Crispy Pork Sisig in my first visit. For today, we also tried other dishes in their menu such as Kare-kare Oxtail, Lumpiang Bicol Express and Crispy Pata. For dessert, we had Calamansi Tart. Manam never fails us... thank you for making our family dining a wonderful one because of its flavorful and satisfying meal choices!

The restaurant has a nice Filipino feel to it. Unlike other local restaurants, this feels a bit posh. Well, it is slightly more expensive than other local restaurants.
The restaurant itself is relatively big. Though the table we were given was rather small for our group. Kind of a odd sized table: a little big for two people but definitely tiny for four.

The service is good. Nothing stood out as excellent in their service but nothing was bad either.

The food is ok. The best sisig we've had was at Manam though not at this particular restaurant. The people we ate with really liked the food however it didn't really hit the mark for me. The "twists" seem a bit forced and didn't really add anything or make the classic dishes any better. The food is still good though.
One other thing, the serving sizes are tiny. For the price, I was hoping you'd get a bit more.
Manam is a great place for Filipino comfort food. Among those I've tried, what I really enjoyed were:
House crispy sisig
Pancit sisig
Crispy pork binagoongan
Bibingkang ube
I guess my only pain point for this branch is that it gets really loud when it's busy. Aside from the noise the diners create, I found that the waitstaff are not very mindful of how they handle the utensils and dishes that it creates much noise.
But overall, this place is a must-try. The pancit sisig and bibingkang ube are oh-so-good.
This is one of my favorite Filipino restaurants because of the - sinigang, gising gising, omelette with chorizo, sisig, halo halo, and especially the palabok!!!
Service is slow and they do not accept reservations, so I don’t recommend it for people who dislike waiting.

Perfectly capped the evening work with a hearty Filipino breakfast. My eyes were completely caught by the Sisig Silog despite that I no longer favor pork much. Crunchy and well- seasoned with the right amount of saltiness.
My friend opted for a light Lomi which tasted like the real deal, while our guest was really happy to see Tapsilog, one of the very few she likes from our varied Filipino menus. We were still both halfway thru our plates when she dug in and finished her tapa plate!
I also ordered Hot Choco to go along with my Puto Bumbong and complemented each other very well! Choco was the thickest and yummiest I have tasted so far! The Bumbong topping, which we figured was a concoction of sinful butter goodness, muscovado and a bunch of love, tasted like childhood and was truly absolutely an excellent treat to end the day!
Since it was still early and most tables were still unoccupied, the floors leading to the restroom were still being mopped and laid clean. But, ended up too slippery which could potentially cause a mishap. Staff should get to it more cautiously, promptly.

Manam (short for "malinamnam") holds up to its name. They specialize in Filipino comfort like crispy calamares, sisig, chicharon bulaklak, and their own take on Pinoy noodles to name a few. They were all delicious! Sulit na sulit din yung servings nila. Small portions go for an average of Php 200 (good for 2 pax), medium-sized servings for around Php 300 (good for 3-4 pax), and large portions for approximately Php 500 (good for 5 and above pax). Not only are they sulit in terms of taste, but price as well! Just throw in rice to the mix and BAM, you've a got a meal fit for a family! My favorites were the crispy sisig, crispy pancit palabok, caramelized patis wings, watermelon sinigang na baka, gising-gising, beef belly kansi (which I wish I ate more of), and the ube + sago shake.
My only qualm was that either table space is not enough to accommodate such large servings of food or the plates are too large. In fact, much of the food we ordered could've been combined into much smaller plates and passed around instead. I hope they are able to revisit this, as I had such a great experience and wanted to give the highest rating.
You can never go wrong with Manam! Best filipino restaurant in town. Go for the sinigang with watermelon, you won’t believe how good it is until you try it. The crunchy pork sisig is a must as well and also the bibingka. The bibingka was served piping hot! It felt like christmas! Everything we ordered was delicious, clean tasting, exceeded our expectation and made Filipino food tastes better. Can’t wait to be back, we will try everything in their menu.

You really get the service of what you pay for here. Best sisig in town, no doubt. Also loved watermelon sinigang and the ube drink! Always a pleasure every time we come back.
Filipino food with a twist! Everything that we ordered was delicious! From the caramelize patis wings, to bone marrow kansi and their crispy pata with chili bits. Each of us ordered 2 cups of rice for that! And by the way, don’t forget to try their ube shake. It tasted like melted ube ice cream, it was so creamy!

One of the best food places we've been to! Food can be on the pricey side if you're eating with family, as our bill ballooned to over 5k without us noticing. No regrets, however, as everything served made our tastebuds happy and our tummies more than satisfied. We also got a Moments Group card technically free due to the bill total. This is easily our favorite Filipino restaurant now.
PS: Their Kare-kare is VERY GOOD.
My favorite Filipino restaurant!
I always know what to order every time I go there for lunch. It's like automatic, and I never get tired of ordering the same dishes. My usuals are: House Crispy Sisig, Bone Marrow Kansi & Sweet Corn, and Beef Belly Bulalo. Always and always my favorites. I have also tried their Caramelized Patis Wings, Sinigang na Beef Short Rib & Watermelon, and Crispy Pata Tim. Well, what can I say? I love their food.
The place is always packed with customers, so I recommend going there earlier than the usual lunch time. I tried eating there at breakfast time, so I was able to enjoy the place in a less crowded mode. One of the good things in Manam is that the quality of food and service is not compromised even if the whole place is jammed with customers.
And in all those times I experienced eating in Manam, my tummy has always been very, very happy.

They have the best Baby Squid in Olive Oil & Garlic!
Sinigang na Beef Short Ribs and Watermelon was good but confusing for Sinigang lovers who prefer a more "nakakakilig asim" soup. So if you prefer the typical sinigang, go for the Sinigang na Baboy sa Sampaloc and it won't disappoint you.
The Crispy Pancit Palabok was an interesting experience and it tastes great too.
What I didn't enjoy in their menu was the Overloaded Garlicky Chicken & Pork Belly Adobo as it was a bit too dry for me.
I've been here multiple times (different branches) and it's definitely one of my favorite restaurants.
I highly recommend having the lumpiang bicol express, gising gising, and the ensaladang namnam and the mango and kesong puti turon.
Also good are the crispy palabok and salpicao. The mango pomelo sago drink is also really good.
The ambiance of the restaurants are always a bit noisy tho, but the food is still really good so I don't really mind.
Good food, good flavors. Not your ordinary Filipino restaurant, Manam takes your taste buds to a different level and experience.

My go-to for Filipino food. Their sisig hits the spot every single time! Among my favorites are the ff: crispy pata, salpicao, gising-gising, salt and pepper squid, and laing. All best paired with their garlic rice. Their ube shake is the bomb btw!

3. Wants to spend QT with family and friends (for date night... I suggest you do a breakfast date instead. It can get crowded come brunch time.)
Manam’s food has always been great. Service is great too. A lot of people really wait to be seated. Goes to show how well-loved Manam is by friends and families. Just a concern though - on my 2nd visit at this branch for early dinner, there were flies even if the doors were always closed. I hope they address it soon.

Whenever I am in Manila I try to dine in Manam just for their crispy sisig... Price is quite good and you get the value of your money...
My family and I love coming to this place, we come when we dont want it to cook ourselves. The food in the menu was easy to read and freshly made. I love traditional filipino dishes with a twist, and was definitely not disappointed by any means. And our server her name is Badeth is really friendly and knowledgeable. I can give her 5 stars for her service! I highly recommend this place and definitely will come back without a doubt 😊

I love their sizzling sisig and corned beef belly and their gising gising. Actually almost all the foods i tasted here are really good and especially their specialty drinks and desserts. For it serves a filipino dish with a twist and kick. And i am always satisfied when dining here and also at their greenbelt branch.
Love the Manam concept where they do classics and twists. We ordered four dishes and two desserts, all of them were fantastic. The watermelon and beef short ribs sinagang was so interesting; gising gising took us by surprise (we had never had anything like this) and even the rice with shrimp paste was great. We didn't need to queue and was seated promptly within 5 minutes. The waiters were efficient and provided service with a smile. This is Modern Filipino and Manam has done really well.
If you’re craving for filipino dishes, MANAM is the perfect place! What I love the most is their sizzling beef belly kansi and the ube’t sago.
The foods are delicious. The service was excellent and impressive. The garlic chicken is highly recommended. Everything was superb. The staffs are very attentive and well presented. Especially Ms. Jenielyn Violanta is very friendly and accomodating.
Love the food! I don't really eat Sisig but I had to try because it looks so good, it felt like I'll miss out something if I don't at least get a taste of it. It didn't disappoint and it even exceeded my expectation. Same with the Adobo. It was perfectly seasoned for me. The Gising-Gising was nice also! And the Watermelon Sinigang is bomb! The food was really great, I know I'll come back. Why four stars? We had to wait for an hour to get a table. Good thing the food was worth the wait. Another reason why four stars is because, we ordered additional garlic rice and we were already wondering why is it taking them so long to serve it. We joked about the rice being cooked at that moment. Turns out the server forgot the order and if we didn't followed up, they would have totally forgot it. All in all, great food, great ambiance, great food again. Customer service can be improved but they were already friendly, just a little improvement. Thank You!

Foods are really great! We tried the house crispy sisig, adobo and sinigang na baboy sa sampaloc. I was just disappointed with the serving size of the adobo as it is not as big what we expected. Mango Kesong Puti Turon rolls are amazing—definitely a must-try!!!
Food is always great as usual but a bit disappointed with the service when we visited. Went here a handful of times and we didn't have issues at all. Maybe it's just one of those days but overall it's still 4 of 5 for us. Sisig and Kare Kare is a must. :)
If you're craving Filipino breakfast, lunch or dinner, even meryenda and does not have time to cook, just dine here and you'll feel how delicious as home-cooked their choices of food are.
Third time to dine in Manam on a single week, went here together with my Mom and Dad and I also got convinced by buying their TMG (The Moment Group) Card. Definitely a wise decision in choosing this restaurant over the others. Service was superb (shout out to Grace our server who are very attentive and polite to our needs). Food quality was no doubt superb. Value for money, checked as well.
Super yummy!! Their Adobo is the bomb!! Just the perfect tweak to an all time favorite dish. Parking was also nice since it's not inside a mall and customers won't have to take a long walk.
The best branch I’ve eaten at so far although I haven’t tried all branches. The staffs were really attentive and even offered to move us to a bigger table because we had so much food! I love how they have twists for most foods and the serving sizes are decent. The ambiance and overall look of the place is really great!

It was a Manam kinda dinner last night. Ordered some of our favorites especially the Beef Short Ribs with Watermelon Sinigang. You would think it doesn’t work, but it’s so yummy once you try it. Love how they are able to pull off their dishes with a twist. It’s always a good eats at any of the branches I visit.
Manam is our go-to place to bring your balikbayans or foreign guests to for Filipino food! We love the “ube + sago” & the sizzling kansi. Service is always friendly too.
They don’t take reservations but just go early to fall in line or eat during off peak times; its worth the wait.
All the food that we ordered were awesome! Now I know why I always see a line outside this resto coz they just serve the best food out there! Serving size was also enough for us group of 8. Highly recommended for those tummies looking to be fully satisfied.
One little con though, due to the fact that they have blockbuster line outside, the place tends to be a little noisy at peak hours.
I ate here yesterday with my fiancee's family and I have to say I did NOT expect it to be good (Amazing in fact). We ordered so many different dishes to sample the flavors. This is definitely 5 star Filipino dining and the line outside was totally warranted. Crispy palabok, sisig, bulalo, etc. All amazing. I even tried a papaya and black pepper shake and it was sweet and savory which was a totally different experience.
Manam has a very affordable price yet very delicious dishes. It reminds me of my childhood memories back in Philippines. One of the dishes would be the sisig and bibingka. Thank you manam for the great food.

Good home cooked filipino food! Best sellers are sisig, university fried rice, palabok, crispy pata, actually all of them are good. They have breakfast also. And ube bibingka. They got good fruit shakes.
Always a good choice to dine here with friends or family. I typically bring foreign friends keen to try local Filipino dishes. Reasonably priced too.
If you want a really nice pinoy meal that's not too expensive and yet with a good restaurant appeal, to celebrate or just have a meal, this Manam here in BGC is a great venue for you.
My personal favorite is the sisig and the gising gising, I make sure to order these two every time we dine here, twas my first time also to try their sinigang na beef short ribs with watermelon and I can assure you that it's worth the try, may not be your typical sinigang sa sampaloc but your taste buds will definitely love it balance taste of sweetness and a bit of the sour sinigang soup combined. Although I've tried few more items on the menu but these three were my topmost dish that would always comes to mind if you say "Manam".
The interior is great. Very well light and perfect for any time of the day. The servers are helpful as well, despite almost always having their hands full with customers.
The food is great! You have to try their sisig, which they claim to be the best in town - it’s definitely up there in the ranks. Delicious!!! Another hyped thing is their ube shake ( or slush?) with sago. My sago wasn’t cooked well and was very hard to the bite.
Also sad that they don’t take reservations for large groups. We needed one and reserved their room which had a consumable (we were always gonna hit that) but we needed more seats. The rest needed to wait in line.
Overall, a great place to dine!
I don’t really like spending on Filipino cuisine but if it’s Manam I would always say yes to any invite.
I love the halaan and could always finish a large bowl on my own! The sisig is also a must of course. Beef sinigang is a bit sweet for my taste but it balances out the savory flavors of other food items. For veggies, try their gising gising.
Make sure to finish every visit with their ube shake.
I would recommend for: Balikbayans or foreigner friends who want to try Filipino food.
Without a doubt Manam is one of the best Filipino restaurants out there. What they really have to manage is their service, and keeping their restaurant tidy - especially since they are almost, if not always, full on weekends. I went here on a Sunday afternoon with family; and although it was understandable that the place was packed, it takes 2 to 3 times of reminder for waiters to serve you water, or to replace a utensil.
5 starts for food, but definitely needs improvement on the service.

I read in an article that this is the #1 sisig in 2017 I think. Yes it's true. It did not disappoint. Their sisig has this crunch that I haven't tried before. Really, it is delicious. I also tried their Sinigang with watermelon. It was delicious but if you're not into the sweet kind of sinigang, you wouldn't like this. I would recommend their Kansi too. It has that traditional sour taste like sinigang.

An unexpected surprise.
I was pleasantly surprised when me and a couple of my Friends ate recently at Manam. We had a early dinner and ordered a few very good items on Menu.
We had a sublime halaan laksa Style Soup it was amazing. We also had an amazing Sinigang na baka sa pakwan And sisig. I was already full but could not resist eating more.
The verdict. I would definitely comeback and recommend the place.

Chicken Inasal Skewers, House Crispy Sisig and Unlimited Classic Iced Tea. Food was undeniably delicious and I enjoyed every dish that we ordered. But what made me an instant fan was their sterling customer service. Perhaps we had the most polite, friendliest food server (ever). Always wearing a smile, she would regularly check on my glass to see if it needed a refill. Seriously, it's as though I had my own personal server. Definitely a notch better than its smaller brother, Manam Express. Highly recommended.

I ordered their Cornedbeef Tostado. Delimondo corned beef, onions, garlic, tomatoes, eggs and garlic rice. Paying P295 was so worth it! I love everything about this. It was not too salty or oily. Right flavors, cooked well and tasted good! My officemates had the same feedback with their orders. They tried Tortang Longganisa't Talong, House Crispy Sisig, Crispy Danggit and Daing na Bangus.
Of course, we also tried their Ube Champorado (P155). It's really big and really good! The Purple yam sticky rice, salted root crisps and coconut cream worked well together.
I also tried their cold ginger lemon grass (P65) and i love it!
Disclaimer: Unli coffee. This is how it works. You add 60 pesos for a cup of coffee and another 60 pesos to make it unli. We had some confusion with our bill as it was not explained but in the end, everyone was happy

We tried the Corned Beef Tostado with brown rice and sunny side up egg(suggested by ther server) Beef tapa with fried rice and sunny side up egg, Puto bumbong for dessert and Ube + Sago.
I was really craving for Puto bumbong that day and this is the only restaurant open during that time that serves what I was craving for. From. 7AM to 10AM, they are only serving the breakfast menu and the other Filipino cuisine is served 10AM onwards.

Rating them 4 stars as the food is really yummy making you want to eat more. But the best seller Ube + sago is a bit disappointing. It was made of cold melted Ube ice cream, milk and sweetened sago. And I was given a paper straw for it. Can't drink it. hahah 😂 Puto bumbong lacks muscovado, for me.
