FINALLY! I've tried Ho Bing. Ever since this snow dessert craze came in The Philippines, a lot of stores have opened with the same concept to the point that I don't know anymore where would I go to just to have a taste of this Korean Dessert in my mouth! �
After a heavy dinner at Sunnies Cafe yesterday, my friends and I were looking for a good place to have dessert and luckily I saw the Ho Bing sign from above. As if the heavens answered my prayers. Haha! It's located on the third level of Bonifacio Stop Over which is a place full of other restaurants and fast food chains that caters to employees nearby.
Good thing they are still open at 10pm when we arrived and we ordered their Strawberry Bingsu in Large Size priced at P330. They also sell other Korean desserts and ice cream but of course this one is the Highlight of Ho Bing.
They let me choose which toping to choose either Ice Cream or Whipped Cream. I guess most of you would choose Ice Cream but i'm just a huge fan of whipped cream so I chose that one!
OMG. When it was delivered to our table, it was just SO BEAUTIFUL. Too pretty to eat. �
The quality and the size of the strawberries they served was SUPERB. It's obviously high quality just like the strawberries on street markets in Korea! They added a little strawberry syrup on top and on the shaved ice. I like how the crushed iced with milk were compact and enjoyable to eat. It perfectly blends well with the citrus flavor of the strawberries! Oh I just love it!!!
I will definitely comeback to try other flavors. Eyeing on the chocolate bing su!
PS. I just love how they even play Korean Dramas inside the store which makes me nostalgic about my recent Korea trip. Oh how I miss Korea. Thanks to Ho Bing for making me feel like i'm in Korea even just for a few hours �
Ambience:
Seats outside looked cozy for the evening breeze yet we chose air-conditioning instead. Space seemed very limited but it was no biggie during our stay. Restroom actually smelled good and despite the tight space, I appreciate the signs encouraging customers to CLAYGO and shut off the lights. During our stay, they played K-Pop music videos and yes they had Momoland's Boom Boom too!
Dessert:
Injeolmi Bingsu was downright amazing! Soymilk powder, almonds, and cashews went perfectly good together. Every scoop towards the bottom always hit the right sweet spots! This can be shared for 2-4 foodies.
Green Tea Latte was not doing so well while I was enjoying the bingsu. When I tried the drink, I could only smell and taste the milk. I feel these shouldn't be consumed together because the bingsu was more flavorful.
Service:
Staffers seemed to be a fairly happy bunch. Greets were warm too!

Finally tried Hobing for the first time last Wednesday with my doormates at their BGC Stopover Branch and it was really great! � The food, particularly the desserts, were delicious especially the Mango Bingsu and Injeolmi Toast. In addition, the prices are very affordable and the food is good for sharing because it comes in large servings. � The ambiance of the cafe was also very cozy. I also liked that they play Kpop MVs and Kdramas on the TV for the customers to enjoy while waiting for their orders. All in all, it was a sweet experience. I'm definitely coming back to this cafe to try the other desserts and food they have in store for their customers. Thank you Hobing Korean Dessert Cafe for satisfying my sweet cravings! One regular order of Hobing bingsu is enough for the daughter's and my cold dessert cravings. It's quite affordable na rin, considering that two can share one regular bowl.
It's always relieving when I visit to have my favorite Bingsu. Their place is very comfy.

Loved their bingsu here, we tried their classic red bean bingsu and strawberry cheesecake bingsu. Their Ra-bokki is lit, sooo spicy (which we loved) and a perfect partner for our bingsu. Great ambiance.
There's a place that my Krew friends usually go to whenever we finish a long day at an event around BGC or right straight from our KCC duty. It's the nearby BGC Stop over'd Hobing and I'm eventually glad that they already expanded with different branches around Metro Manila. Here's why I love Hobing:
Food isnt that great except dessert (gosh their desserts are the best) and the serving was quite a bit long. But Hobing deserves 5 stars for their store's extremely great customer experience. Staff is nice and even the manager who happens to be there when I visited.
Oh yes the K- Fever. Aside from their Bingsu I super love their tteokbokki ( spicy rice cake). It has lots of mozzarella cheese and sausages. I'm not really a fan of spicy food but this one is tolerable and I keep coming back for it.
I think I have already rated this Korean Dessert Cafe before but more specifically just for their Bingsu. This time around it now includes their Rice Meal and other Pastries.
You need to try their Beef Bulgogi Rice Meal, it's the best I had so far and it also comes with a free Iced Tea.
For finger food, try :
Gimbap - Rice rolled in Seaweed. They offer different flavors, I got the beef one.
Kimmari - Deep fried Seafood Spring Rolls
The place is huge enough to accommodate everyone. They also got a free Wifi, so no need to worry for those who like to chill.
Feel free to visit the place, even the service is exceptional. Just expect your food to arrive a little late if you ordered a proper meal.

I will be honest. I never had Bingsu before. I knew this placed existed ever since Bonifacio Stopover opened three years ago, but I always put off going to it.. This time around I decided to try it out, and I was not disappointed. Korean Bingsu is a shaved ice dessert. It is a creamy and cool dessert with a certain cream poured over shaved ice and It is super refreshing but not too sweet.
I ordered the Mango Cheese Bingsu and enjoyed the plentiful pieces of Mango around the bowl which complimented the plain cheesecake pieces and caramel drizzle. A small scoop of vanilla ice cream is also served, but you can also order different types of topping or ice cream to add to your dish. Hobing offers two sizes of bingsu Medium and large. Since I was by myself I only ordered the Regular size and I was ok with that.
The enviornment around the restaurant is pretty chill, and the prices are very reasonable. You can also order different types of drinks and small dishes to add to your dessert. Plenty of seats around with plugs to charge your devices or use your computer to do some work or homework. Hobing was a delight to try out and I am hoping to try it out again soon.
Went here to hang out with my buddies after a late night event last Sunday, it's a good thing that they are open until 1 am in the morning.
We ordered their best-seller Mango and Cheese Bingsoo. The presentation was really beautiful! We all agreed that the mangoes was succulent and sweet! The middle part of the Bingsoo was filled with mango jam which I particularly loved! The cheesecake felt not as fresh (perhaps, frozen for days?) and there was more to be desired but they made up with the really fresh mangoes and the mango jam. The shaved ice was right on point, not too overpowering but also not too underwhelming. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back with my buddies for our late night hangouts in BGC.
TLDR: Highly recommended for Mango Lovers! Get the Mango Cheesecake Bingsoo, presentation was top-notch with fresh mangoes and mango jam in the middle. Bonus: there were hints of cheesecake on the side!
I used to rate Hobing always next to Cafe Seolhwa, yet times have changed. The cheese bingsu here is spectacular!
The shaved ice was definitely on-point creamy and milky, complimenting the sweet-salty balanced taste of their cheesecake bits. Best paired with a drizzle of condensed milk to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings better. This is free flowing (self-service) in this branch.
The best part about this branch is the service, by the way. It was the first time I heard them recommend that a small order is enough for two people. Normally, they'd push you to order more which isn't economical and not tummy-fulfilling as well. The server here was also nice. They also have wifi, plus they have the most well-lit restroom I've ever seen. Haha!
Anyway, get the cheese bingsu! Yummy!
Great place to chill, work, have meetings or meet with friends. The ambience is fresh, bright and photogenic.

Cheese Bing Su - we love this! The cheesecake bits were perfect with the bing su!
Strawberry Shortcake - soft and not too sweet.
Caramel Macchiato - best served hot.
Tteok-bokki is my most favorite. I can understand why the waiting time takes more than 15 minutes. Their bingsu is just fine. I have to ask for more milk so I can get the taste that I like.
One good spot for that satisfying dessert you need. This branch in BGC Stopover is spacious than the stores you see in malls. A dessert good for sharing.

The place is very spacious and it’s a good place for hangout. Our bingsu arrived after 20 minutes. Quite a long wait but understandable given the crowd and long queue.
It’s nice to try Korean bingsu here. But for me it’s a bit pricey. Although the large size bowl is already huge and enough for sharing. They also have ice blended drinks, coffee, latte and toast. I will try different flavors of bingsu next time because the chocolate brownie is very heavy.

Hobing gives the feeling of sweet Korean taste by making delectable bingsu and other sweets. Their place has this homey and light feeling when you come in for a treat. It smells heavenly and nice. There are corners designed creatively that made the place instagrammable. Even the bingsu they serve are cute and picturesque.
A great place for you to enjoy korean food and if you want to be in a peace and quiet place. The korean owner of this business is very hands-on, the staff are polite and courteous, always with a smile on their face. The place is clean and their comfort room too ❤️ will recommend their bulgogi bob rice meal, kimbap and of course, their bingsu ❤️
Note to self: stick with their Mango Cheese Bingsu. I’ve tried several flavors but this is still the best, so far. The melt-in-your mouth milky shaved ice + cheese cubes can’t go wrong. The portions are huge and good for sharing.
Hobing is one of the most and best shaved Korean Ice cream i've ever tasted. try their mango flavored shaved Ice cream. It's the best and you'll go back again and again.
Hobing is one of the more popular and well known restos that serve delicious bingsu at an affordable price. This branch has been memorable for since this is where I had my first bingsu. Bingsu is more or less a korean version of our halo halo but simpler. Basically, it's milky shaved ice, fruit/s, syrup, and sometimes it comes with cheese or ice cream. My favorite would be the mango bingsu cause aside from being the cheapest on the menu, it comes with a lot of mango slices and the sometimes slightly sour taste of the mangoes compliments well with the subtle sweetness of the shaved ice. I do recommend this one over the one that comes with cheese as that it pricier and the cheese doesn't taste good at all. I also recommend their rabokki, a tteok bokki with ramen noodles.
We tried the matcha bingsu and the matcha is strong enough and we love it! The place is huge. Good for late night hang outs with friends or family.
Overall experience is great so giving 5/5 😊
Staff— Went here with my boyfriend 12:30AM. Staff were very courteous and polite and always smiling. They always greet the customers who enter and leave.
Taste— very worth it❤️ We ordered Mango Cheese and Injeolmi bingsu. For the mango cheese, it is 205 for single order which has plentiful of cube-slices of mangoes and 195 for the Injeolmi which also tasted super yum❤️
Price— they, maybe, had a price increase because the prices in their menu here in zomato for bingsus are different from the store, but still, it is cheaper than other Bingsu shops.

We had so much cold cravings that day so we decided to hop in at this korean dessert cafe, very perfect timing! I didn't expect that this branch extends up to 2am. So we really enjoyed everything! food, place and the Jap chae (soooo in love with it) we'll be back to try some of the other bingsu flavors for sure.
Went here with my boyfriend before lunch and surprisingly, there aren't that many people who goes to eat bingsu here. I loved how it's quiet and the servers were attentive since we're the only folks at that time craving for bingsu. 😂 We got this BGC Stopover Special which is what they call the "Macaron Bingsu". It was very sweet but to my liking. The serving is good for two so I don't have to buy a separate bowl for me. I guess some people would consider it as a bowl for diabetes but sweetness is subjective. Overall, we definitely will be back to try out other flavors.

While the fam is exploring options for lunch in Bonifacio Global City during a particularly hot summer day, we came across this branch of Hobing Korean Dessert and couldn’t resist having our dessert here. After eating our lunch at nearby Tenya Tempura Tendon, and, eager for something cool and sweet to counter the hot and humid weather, we proceeded Hobing.
Haven’t been here in awhile. I was looking forward to this after dinner as I was in the mood for an ice cold dessert.
Got the mango cheese. Loved how sweet the mangoes were. Cheese was a little tasteless for me. We added extra drizzles of the condensed milk on the counter. Needs more mango taste in the ice itself. 3 of us were able to share this.
Service was friendly, always with a smile.
my go to bingsu place. i suoer love the strawberry bingsu. the chocolate not so much. it was yummy but i couldnt finish it. the mango cheese bingsu, i usually ask to separate the mango sauce because it tastes fake for me. like a tang juice. their injeolmi is good too. they usually have the fruit or nuts in the middle too. a pleasant surprise
I have tried their bibimbap for lunch and I like it. I also had their injeolmi bingsu and it was amazing. I love the injeolmi toppings it was chewy. The bingsu itself was a nice and refreshing dessert as well.
Always the best 😍 Injeolme is always my favorite, but this time I tried Banana Mango and Strawberry Bingsu. Next time, i’ll try the newest on the menu, the Macaron and Sansrival. 사랑해 호빙!!! 💕

We always get the mango or strawberry bingsu. The ice is so small that when you take a spoon full it melts in your mouth.
The service is okay but it can get crowded.

Bingsu is a big deal with Hobing, but it also offers alternatives like rice meals, coffee, and cake. Here is what I sampled during my visit there:
Spam and Egg BOB (₱329)
I love Spam and Eggs, and Hobing’s take on it includes Spam slices topped with a thick, dark sauce, a fried egg, a side salad, shoestring potatoes, and rice. The Spam is thick and has a rich, soy flavor thanks to the sauce. The potatoes add a welcome crunch to the meal, and help dampen the intensity of the sauce.
Mango Cheese (Regular ₱195; Large ₱320)
An excellent sample of bingsu. Thick mango cubes form a ring around the bowl. Almonds and cheesecake cubes top the mound of snow ice. The whole thing is capped with either whipped cream or ice cream. The snow ice itself also hides a surprise: a generous amount of mango sauce. This gives more flavor and sweetness to the entire dish, which is a great way to cap off a visit.
Hobing, without a doubt, is my favorite bingsu place. Bingsu is tasty, ambiance 100% and even the bathroom is so cute you’d want to take a mirror selfie.

Since this place is known to be a dessert place, we made sure we tried their Bingsu (빙수). We chose mango bingsu which was one of the best sellers according to the staff. Though topped with vanilla ice cream, it was not too sweet, which was good. We liked it. The shaved ice was so fine and creamy.
We also tried their tteokbokki which was spicy but good. And their japchae as well. You just have to consume them while they're hot.
They have free wifi which was great! Try visiting this branch and have a good view of the busy street. ☺

We had super fun here. The bingsu was so big and so sulit. The large bingsus can feed 4 peeps. But we demolished one as a couple. My girlfriend wants to come back.

Love Hobing! I like their Mango Cheesecake and Oreo. Cozy place for a chat with friends. One regular size is normally for two unless you eat a lot so costs can be divided.
We went here yesterday and ordered regular strawberry and choco cookies bingsu. My friend said the vanilla ice cream on top was too sweet for her taste and she should've chosen whip cream instead. I loved eating the choco cookies while watching kpop and kdrama mv's.
Tried something new over at @hobingkoreandessertcafe! All time favorite Mango Cheesecake (P195) and Strawberries (P225), and the Macaron (P255) Shaved Ice! 💕😛

I love love their injeolmi bingsu! I usually get extra rice cakes and milk added. Its quite pricey but the size is good for sharing. You can also choose to customize their other flavours.
I always thought that the foods in hobing is pricey but its seems affordable naman pala. The food was good, we ordered Bulgogi and Bibim BOB. The plating is so elegant and classy. Not a fan of dessert with ice like halo-halo or mais con yelo, etc. But bingsu is a must and so i tried it.

Their Bingsu is one of the best I have tasted and it's affordable too.
I love their Mango Bingsu. My friends love it.
But the Cheese Bingsu tastes plain in my opinion. Plain means, it doesn't have anything that will make you remember it's taste unlike the other Bingsu's.
And also, could you update your Korean playlist? The first and 2nd time I went there, it's almost the same.
But still, I recommend it specially to group who wants to have an affordable and delicious Korean Bingsu experience.

Not many are aware that they also serve real good meals! For Php129, you'll get a sulit deal of bibimbap! Meat is generous and all the other flavors and ingredients! Rice is just right for all the bibimbap flavors to stand out! I must say the utensils and the plate are very nice! Makes the dining experience notable!
Ra-bokki! Oh my, authentic Korean spicy-ness!! We requested for mild but guess their mild is ultimate for me! But I enjoyed the spicy experience!

Ordered their Mango Cheesecake Bingsu.
I can say that this is the best Bingsu I've ever tasted.
Not to sweet but you have an option to add sweetened milk which I find good and satisfying.
Cheesecake compliments the mango.
It's my first time to try Bingsu, I was expecting something similar to Singapore's Ice Kachang but am pleasantly surprised that it's more than that.
In Hobing, their Bingsu are meticulously presented. I love how they arranged bits and pieces of the treats in a serving.
We ordered small orders only so we can try more than one item on their menu (it was only me and a friend). Their best seller is the Mango Cheese, my friend ordered that while I went for the Chocolate Banana.
I loved that the ice shavings were flavored. It was not just syrup poured into ice but iced blended well with the flavor. They don't scrimp on the toppings so really yum! We indulged in ordering 2 items for only 2 pax since the small order can already be shared by 2 pax.
Wanting to go back and try the other items on their menu!

I hear some call this, snow dessert. At first I thought this store is just a typical icecream parlor. That is what I thought. And I was wrong when my wifey ask me to try it out. And so I discovered that it was like a bowl with heaping of SHAVED ICED MILK (OR ICECREAM). YES. It is shaved! Like a snow. Not like the typical scooped or swirled. What I order is the strawberry bingsu. It has a light airy feeling. It is not that sweet, but who will really appreciate the strawberry. What I like is it is like a powdered milk snow in a bowl, and it is really heaping. Just be careful not to drop the toppings.

We ordered their Caramel, Injeolme and Matcha Bingsu. We don't have anything to hate about the taste nor the size. We enjoyed them all! The place is spacious and you have enough space to move around unlike other restaurants. I should also commend their comfort room! It was clean, no stench, and spacious! I just hope that every customer would be respectful enough to clean any of their mess in and on the toilet. It is not the shop's fault for irresponsible customers.
This is definitely a place for night outs, desserts, and comforrable place to reunite with friends!

The place was HUGE and spacious! Loved that it has a side that's overlooking some parts of BGC. I checked their menu and they have almost the same Bing Su variant as Seol Hwa. I went for something very Korean instead of the usual fruity or chocolate flavors. I got a regular size of Injeolmi Bingsu and a slice of their Matcha Chiffon Cake.

With Hobing, I have found my spot where I could relax on my own and enjoy one of my favorite desserts! I have always preferred Cafe Seolhwa but since it's a little far from where I am staying, I now consider Hobing my go-to place for bingsu. I know I am partial to the place out of convenience but the quality of food plus the ambiance is good enough.
While not pictured, I did try their Mango Cheese right when they newly opened. This was to compare with Seolhwa's own Mango Cheese, and unfortunately my heart is set on the latter. However, today I decided to give it another try and order something else from their menu.
I enjoy the fact that Hobing is comparatively more spacious than Seolhwa, with a nice view overlooking BGC. I ordered their Cheese Bingsu and an Americano before proceeding to sit next to the window. It was after 3:00 PM on a Monday and I was glad there weren't many people dining in.
The dessert itself was simple. The cubes of cheesecake and the snow ice were decent. I was not looking for something sweet, but instead creamy, and this flavor was perfect for me. I had it with my hot cup of Americano. Again, nothing exceptional. If anything it did taste just a little bit watered down. But the combination of coffee and cheesecake was something I thoroughly enjoyed, especially in a rather relaxing setting.
I would definitely go back to try out their other flavors. However, note that the peace in the place at the time of my visit has greatly influenced my experience. Hopefully I could replicate it when I drop by next time!
Mango banana bingsu is ❤... I also tried their choco cookie and it was also good...The place was very cozy and the crew was all friendly....
Bingsu for only 200 pesos. It's a legit Korean version of Pinoy Halo-halo but the ice (oh the ice) oh so fine. If you don't have sweet tooth, you'll like the Strawberry Bingsu (sour dominant than sweet). If you like sweets, then go for Mango Bingsu. But man, both sides win.

I ordered the Mango Banana Bingsu and it was generous with its mango and banana toppings. You get a choice as to have whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top.
When ordering a bingsu, i'd recommend having a tteok-bokki too since they make a good combo together (with 30 pesos discount if ordered with a regular Bingsu). Not a fan of other place's tteok-bokki but i would definitely recommend Hobing's!

I wanted to try a new dessert in the City and I happened to remember this from my friend who constantly ate here. We ordered the Cheese and Caramel Coffee Bingsu and lorde Jezaz the Cheese was sent from the Gods above! It was delicious, the cheese was not overwhelming but it was definitely there. Plus, there were more bits and pieces inside the snow ice. Will definitely be back I swear! 💕💕
The place was jam-packed when we arrived yet was greeted warmly by the Korean owner.
I ordered the matcha flavor since I've been craving for it. The amount of topping was enormous compared to Cafe Seolhwa. However, the quality and taste of the shaved ice itself was less comparable to Cafe Seolhwa.
My siblings ordered the Injeolme and Mango&Cheese. The Injeolme wasn't enjoyable coz it was bland. The combination of the mango and cheese was surprisingly good though.
Taste wise, I give them 4 stars.
The space, I give them 5 stars since it's spacious enough and clean.
Plus points for the free tea (I think it will be better if the tea is warm enough to enjoy, it was awkwardly in between room temperature to a little cold).
Hobing is the third bingsu shop that I have ever visited. In here, I ordered their Caramel Coffee Bingsu while my brother ordered their Matcha Bingsu.
First of all, their menu here is not updated. When we visited their store, there were several new bingsu flavors on display like the Matcha Bingsu, Macaron Bingsu, and many more. Those new flavors alone were enough to entice me to return here! For the Coffee Caramel Bingsu, as a regular coffee drinker, I really enjoyed this one. One order comes with one small cup of espresso. Also, there were cheesecake cubes in it! For my brother's order, I could not distinguish it from the matcha bingsu I tried in Seol & Bean, which is not a bad thing since I loved that one a lot.
For the place, it was really noisy inside during our visit since there were a lot of people dining, including 2 huge separate groups.
For the service, you pay at the counter so no service charge.
love how they always consistently make the tasty bingsu that I like! I always order ng matsa and then flood it with condensed milk, and my gf would always order strawberry.
Super loved their strawberry bingsoo and mango bingsoo!! The strawberries weren't super sweet and is kinda maasim. The latter was perfect!! Super sakto because it's summer!!! Loved the interiors! Will definitely come back!
If you're done food tripping in BGC but lazy to go home yet, you can go here at Hobing! It's a nice place for some desserts and I like that they are open almost till midnight! Their mango bingsu is so yummy, the strawberry bingsu is good too. I also love their Injeolmi toast!
First tried Hobing's Mango Cheese Bingsu at BGC Stopover and it was love at first sight and bite. Haha! Me and my boss went to Hobing for a quick break from work and life stress. We decided to buy the Mango Cheese Bingsu and Tteokbokki. I was so excited to try the food as I am a huuuuuge fan of anything Korean.
At first scoop on my Mango Cheese Bingsu I already know that this is the one. ❤️ I love everything about it. Powdery ice, milky and melt-in-your mouth cheese cake bits and sweet mangoes. Yum!
Another thing I love Hobing is that they play KDrama OST videos on their stores and it makes me feel at home.

The second time I went here, it exceeded my expectations. We ordered strawberry bingsu, choco brownie and choco banana, and all three liven up the taste of each flavors! Strawberries are so fresh while the choco flavors are made of shaved chocolate ice. Will definitely go back here to try another flavors ;)

Visited one afternoon and we decided to try the MANGO BINGSU.
First time trying the bingsu here and I enjoyed it. The milk/ice wasn't super overly oa sweet. But the mangoes were sweet. The combination was just right. Just enough to appreciate the "milkiness" and the sweetness of the mangoes. The milk slash condensed milk syrup was also good and if you like your bingsu sweeter, you may want to add a lot of that syrup.
Looking forward to trying the other flavors especially the Matcha! :)
I'm the kind of person who doesn't really like super sweet food and i think their bingsu is perfect dessert for people like me. I love how powdery their "snow ice" is. We ordered mango/banana bingsu and I love the balance of flavours between the fruits and the snow ice. The ice is creamy but not sweet, just the right taste. They have big servings and they offer free condensed milk if ever you want your bingsu sweeter. Nice location and very wonderful service.
Update: I tried their Matcha bingsu and I was kinda disappointed. How can they make chocolate ice and not make matcha ice? 😭 The matcha bingsu is just a regular milky ice hiding in a blanket of matcha powder. Where's the justice in that?
If you want a refreshing treat for summer that is affordable and at the same time delicious, hobing desserts are a must!!! I really love how the ice is so fine like a snow, and as creamy as milk 😍👍🏻❤️ i will definitely be back here every now and then especially when it's so hot right now in Manila!! I love Hobing 😍😍

I have tried and sampled their Mango Bingsu, Mango Cheese Bingsu, Strawberry Bingsu and Milk Red Bean Bingsu. Consistent when it comes to the texture of their ice and they are generous with the amount of milk and other ingredients are concerned. I would probably recommend the Mango Cheese Bingsu, it's one of their best sellers and the pairing of mango and cheese, they compliment each other! 😍 If you're into red beans, try their red bean bingsu, it's like eating those desserts, the fish shaped ice cream sandwich? But with better flavor!
We also tried ordering for take out, and they I was amazed how they cared about their product and their customers. They put a plastic full of ice underneath their bingsu so it'll not melt quickly.

I was Hobing to find a place for a quick dessert fix on a cold Thursday.
I made the right choice by taking my cravings to the 3rd Floor of Bonifacio Stopover.
The shaved ice is so perfectly done that it melts in your mouth in a jiffy. The milk is not your garden-variety condensada -- just the right amount of sweetness to enhance the flavor of the whole thing. I tried both the Mango Cheese Bingsu and the Strawberry Bingsu, and I'm telling you... solid for the books!
Service is quick. You can get as much condensed milk as you can. You can ask for smaller bowls if you intend to share your Bingsu. Hahahaha share your Bingsu... that was a joke.

Not your traditional dessert. This will definitely give you a hint about heaven. Serving size is actually great. Mango cheese bingsu is a must try, as well as the choco brownie. But if you're a fan of that green tea flavor, go for their Matcha bingsu. Oh, did I mention they have free condensed milk? 😄

Hobing branches are literally everywhere as of the moment so we decided to give their desserts a try. I went here twice and tried the following -- Choco Cookie, Cheese, and Caramel Coffee. My favorite among the three was the Caramel Coffee but all were super super good! I also loved the ambiance of the place. It kept on reminding me of this Bingsu Cafe in Seoul and Daejeon called Sulbing. I'm not sure if Hobing's a partner but the interiors were almost the same. There was also a large screen playing various KPop songs so it was really lively inside. Staff were also very accommodating too!
no need to go far if im craving for patbingsu.. hobing is just a few blocks away! i love how fine the shaved ice is. and the servings are generous. the place also shows kdrama music videos and plays kpop so if you love korean stuff, you will love hanging out at this place.

FINALLY! I've tried Ho Bing. Ever since this snow dessert craze came in The Philippines, a lot of stores have opened with the same concept to the point that I don't know anymore where would I go to just to have a taste of this Korean Dessert in my mouth! 😋
After a heavy dinner at Sunnies Cafe yesterday, my friends and I were looking for a good place to have dessert and luckily I saw the Ho Bing sign from above As if the heavens answered my prayers. Haha! It's located on the third level of Bonifacio Stop Over which is a place full of other restaurants and fast food chains that caters to employees nearby.
Good thing they are still open at 10pm when we arrived and we ordered their Strawberry Bingsu in Large Size priced at P330. They also sell other Korean desserts and ice cream but of course this one is the Highlight of Ho Bing.
They let me choose which toping to choose either Ice Cream or Whipped Cream. I guess most of you would choose Ice Cream but i'm just a huge fan of whipped cream so I chose that one!
OMG. When it was delivered to our table, it was just SO BEAUTIFUL. Too pretty to eat. 😍
The quality and the size of the strawberries they served was SUPERB. It's obviously high quality just like the strawberries on street markets in Korea! They added a little strawberry syrup on top and on the shaved ice. I like how the crushed iced with milk were compact and enjoyable to eat. It perfectly blends well with the citrus flavor of the strawberries! Oh I just love it!!!
I will definitely comeback to try other flavors. Eyeing on the chocolate bing su!
PS. I just love how they even play Korean Dramas inside the store which makes me nostalgic about my recent Korea trip. Oh how I miss Korea. Thanks to Ho Bing for making me feel like i'm in Korea even just for a few hours 😋
At first, I refused to accept that bingsu is now one of my favorite desserts. I love the mango and cheese bingsu with vanilla ice cream. I love that it's not too sweet but still enough to satisfy my dessert cravings.
I must admit, this review is quite biased since I really love desserts, this is why I am always excited to discover new flavors without spending too much to satisfy my appetite. Now here's for you Hobing... a perfect 5. As far as I remember, I already tried 3 variety of Bing-Su, and you must try it as well. And it feels like heaven when I saw a new branch near our place in Boni Mandaluyong. I love you Hobing! ❤️❤️❤️

Me and my co-workers were craving for some desserts after we had our dinner. And since we are already in BGC and near Stopover, we head on to Hobing.
The place was huge. The staff greeted us with the famous "Annyeonghaseyo". The staff were very courteous and accommodating. They obviously have their Christmas designs with a tall purple Christmas tree. Cozy ambiance and nice wall print designs. Not to mention their big flat screen tv, too much K-POP feels!! And their "Ladies & Kids" comfort room was, wow! Too bright cause of the big bulbs; bigger version of the usual make up mirror.
We had their 3 featured bingsu: "Mango Bingsu", "Choco Cookie Bingsu" and "Strawberry Bingsu". They also offer free condensed milk to make it even more tasty, sweet and milky! And just when you thought you're done eating, it also has pearls underneath those shaved ice!
Cafe Seolhwa was still the best for me but Hobing will also not disappoint. So go ahead and try it yourself! #bingsu
Absolutely awesome! Our thoughts before trying? Well, the place was nicely inviting and we love the balance of modern chic and spacious yet comfortable place. The selection was great as well. definitely a heaven of deserts.

Trying out another flavor from Hobing. This time we tried their mango cheese. Mango was sweet and the cheese was good. I am really amazed and would definitely be back to try other flavors.
Shaved ice presented in the most awesome way imaginable. Dessert lovers dream. You can get it in regular or large. Regular is good for 2 and large for 3-4. Topping option is either ice cream or whipped cream.
We had the mango cheese and caramel coffee, both with ice cream. I liked the mango cheese more because the mangoes were so sweet and yummy. Caramel coffee is more for granola and nut lovers - u get a small shot of coffee to pour over your dessert.
They play clips of Korea-novelas on loop on the big screen TV with Korean songs playing softly in the background. One of my friends was a Kpop addict and we just lost watching the clips. Haha.
There are so many flavors to try so I will definitely come back to try more. Matcha is next on my list! Highly recommend to try this out.

A nice place to hang out. If you're after Korean goodies this is the place to dine. The deserts are just heavenly and overflowing with fruits ice and everything. This is place is just heaven on earth for those sweet tooth like me.

What i like most was injeolme taste like espasol - a sweet sticky rice cake and the mango was sweet not like the one we had before (place i would not disclose) which was like hinog sa pilit. The base was not too sweet nor blant but if you were into sweeter side you can ask for extra condesed milk without additional cost

A must try dessert place in BGC. We had a Regular sized Mango Bingsu at 190.00 and Large sized Choco Brownie Bingsu priced at 360.00. The location is a plus, their store looks cute and we loved the Korean vibe, the price is okay because the regular sized Bingsu may be good for sharing. You can ask for free condensed milk too. Will definitely come back. :)
Seol Hwa founds its counterpart with Ho Bing. They serve very similar combinations of Snow desserts which is actually very fine ice topped with milk and various toppings. Personally Seol Hwa had better taste while Ho Bing had more serving for your buck. We had the Mango Bingsu Php 125. For that price is a steal. There’s also bits of mango flavor inside. The Injeolmi Bing Su which had Milk Snow, Grain Powder, Rice Cake and Nuts was also delightful. This one I suggest mixing with the ice.

First time to try a Korean dessert place. I often heard that bingsu is a must-try. So when I dropped Bonifacio Stopover I didn't hesitate to try. I ordered cookies and cream bingsu regular. It is good for sharing. I was even amazed coz I ordered for take out and the staff have the courtesy to properly wrapped my bingsu. They offer bingsu, tea, coffee, latte and selected food.
