One of our favorite places to dine in Uptown area. Their Crispy Pata is the best 👌🏻. Sooo crispy yet so tender. That's why they have that signature wooden(popsicle-like) stick, so tender you can cut it using those 🤤🤤🤤. We've also tried their Four Egg Spinach(very healthy) and Crispy Tofu Skins. The Tofu skin is a bit disappointing though, it didn't have any taste at all. I think it's not worth the price. We can get another serving of spinach for the same price 😅.
Favorite crispy pata so far! So crunchy and tasty!
Crispy pata. You know it's really good when you can slice it with a popsicle stick. The meat was so tender, and the crispness of the skin was just perfect. Flavor was pretty good too.
All I can say is the Crispy Pata is really the head-turner of this place. Been here for numerous of times now and this precious pata never fails to make my mouth drool. The place in Uptown Parade BGc really serves good food with a nice ambiance added into it. I highly recommend the Crispy Pata( they also have the nuked version which is the spicy one) that only costs you around P700. Sisig, Bone Bangus and pork cracklings are worth it as well. 👍🏻
You'll definitely get the value for your money. Crispy pata is really a must-try. I wouldn't mind eating at this restaurant over and over again. 😊
Really love their bacon pesto carbonara. Perfect combination of saltiness and creaminess. 😋 it's my first time to have a red grape smoothie and it doesn't disappoint me. 🍹 btw, it a MUST to try their Salted Egg Cheesecake. 🍰 I will definitely go back to try their famous Crispy Pata. 😊
I was a bit skeptical. The best Crispy Pata??? Really?? But after it was serves I was a believer. Super crunchy skin and fall off the bone meat. The dipping sauce was tasty and complimented everything well. I had to discipline myself into not ordering a whole rice cooker because it was just so good!
This is THE best crispy pata place. But their lamb chops are also good. It's not a cheap place, but as a Filipino, you owe it to your genes, your country, and your pride to eat here.
BEST. CRISPY. PATA.
We loved our mains here ... beer and pork belly.
Our beverages were a tall glass of Paulaner Draft Weifsbier and Earth & Water - a good cocktail of gin, lemon & basil.
Our starter - Tofu Skin - was boring.
Our mains were the real deal! 12 hour Roast Beef 'roasted to perfection and then charred churrasco style ' was excellent. A wee bit of fat made this tastier!
Crispy Pork Belly - was fatty but tasty! Belly Roll loaded with herbs and roasted until the skin in dark and crispy.
Located at the Uptown Parade in Uptown Mall in BGC is another branch of my family’s favorite Crispy Pata resto, Livestock! They can be found beside Gorda. 🥂
Still a must try for the other meat eaters out their is their yummy Crispy Pata. Its already good for 3-4 people so the Pata is really huge.
Their Lechon Belly is also good. Served together with their chili vinegar and liver sauce. Its just weird why the skin of the lechon belly was different from the picture in the menu. Hope they do something about this. The skin looks like only microwaved to make it crispy for a few minutes.
Dine in at the resto and drink while you enjoy their food. The service was great. Everyone was fast and attentive to the customers. Will be back for sure once we crave for that Crispy Pata. 🐷

Crispy Pata that you can cut through using a popsicle stick? Unbelievable but it’s true! The dipping sauce was also good. Sadly though can’t say much about their other offerings, not to my liking. Hope they can improve on their other dishes. @livestock restaurant and bar
Best Crispy Pata evahhhh!!! Oh yeah!!! It was so tender, crispy and juicy!!! Worth the wait and money! Other dishes were okay, crispy pata was really their star!
Ambiance was dark but it gave a romantic vibe because of the candles.
We ordered brocolli skillet, bacon and mushroom chowder, crispy pata and garlic rice. The petite garlic rice was good for 2-3 persons. Brocolli skillet had a creamy sauce. Bacon and mushroom chowder was just okay and creamy.
Stafs were fast and accommodating!
The experience was wonderful! Crispy Pata is really love! Kudos!
Place to go if you want really really good crispy pata and other pork dishes. Do not be afraid if they are too oily and fatty (cos yes they are) but the fat does not stick to the top of the tongue. It's what I usually hate when eating pork with fat on, esp when its already cold and become inedible. But this doesn't give that feels. Must eat with their vinegar, it amplifies the taste.
No doubt—their melts-in-your-mouth Crispy Pata is the crispiest and most tender Crispy Pata I've ever tasted! No exaggeration & no magic trick—you can cut it using a popsicle stick! I can probably take this down all by myself, but then again, it’s so huge I might need help. We also liked their other dishes such as Tokwa’t Baboy and Laksa Soup. But it’s really the Crispy Pata that highlights the place.
The highlight of the place was their crispy pata, it is quite large, soft and tender. It comes with a popsicle stick that you can use to slice it with. The rest of the food we got were pretty ok but the monggo was a little too salty for me.
Love their super tender, not to mention super juicy, crispy pata. Among all our orders, nothing turned out to be disappointing. No wonder this place is always packed. The carbonara was a revelation, by the way.
The crispy pata lived to the hype, sliced using the popsicle stick, crispy and juicy indeed. The bacon clam chowder was good. The petite garlic rice serves 2-3 persons. I was not a fan of the baby squid, I was expecting more garlicky and olive oil taste. There was something lacking in my taste. The common restroom needs to be updated, it does not seem clean enough for me. All in all, still a good experience.
Food wise, this place is really lit. Have you ever seen a Crispy Pata get wrecked by a popsicle stick? If you have, then comeback it's worth watching again and again. If you haven't, you should try it because it's satisfying. The pata is just the right amount of salty, the dip is a bomb.
The crispy pata and sisig are both satisfying. Would try out the spicy version next time. The rest of the food that we ordered were okay (the fish serving was really big). The surrounding was a bit dark, though.
The Crispy Pata was cut using a 1 Popsicle stick to show the tenderness and freshness of the meat. Yet the skin remained as crispy as you would expect. It tasted great too. Nuff said.
The crispy pata is soooo goood! We ordered veggies which were also good. I will definitely recommend Livestock to the my friends. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The juiciest and tender Crispy Pata in town.
Food - 4. Other than juicyness and tenderness. The taste can be improved.
Ambiance - 4. Good for some drinks.
Service - 4. Attentive and accomodating. Orders are served fast.
By far, the best Crispy Pata I've ever had. It was recommended by a friend but I didn't go right away. I researched first and it looked good online. I tried it for myself once and I am now recommending it to my friends.
Ambience inside is relaxing and has a chill vibe. Their Lumpiang Adobo and Crispy Pata are absolutely delicious. My top most-try among their menu.
First off, the service was awesome. We ate here for dinner before heading to watch The House with Clocks on its Walls (didn't expect it to be a horror movie!! At least, for me. 😣) everything in this branch is superb!
Interiors - Loved it. Pretty much, looking like a posh barn. When I went in, I immediately thought I wanted a beer!
Ambiance - the place is packed! You can definitely feel the buzz from the outside.
Our orders:
Bacon and Mushroom Clam Chowder 5/5 - just the right amount of creamy taste while the fried bacon balances and evens out all your risks of getting "umay"!
Seafood Laksa 5/5 - not actually the Laksa I would've expected but the waiter was very accommodating that he offered to make our order creamier. In his defense we initially didn't want anything that's too spicy so he specifically asked the chef not to make it too "coconutty" 😂
Melt-in-Your-Mouth Crispy Pata 5/5 - THE ULTIMATE STAR OF THE NIGHT!! My boyfriend and his dad already told me about this place and their amazing "popsicle slicing" Crispy Pata and they were seriously excited for me to try it! Well, here goes something! It was definitely a win. I swore on my life I would've cussed really bad if only Tito wasn't there. 😂 Couldn't explain the feeling, I just felt wonderful. Felt like I discovered something I literally would've never had in any lifetimes. 😂
Sembal Kangkong 5/5 *please correct me if the name isn't right, i'm writing from "menu memory" HAHA - Daaaaaaaang! That was a bomb! I never thought this could actually be possible with kangkong! My boyfriend ate half of it and believe me when I say, he hates greens! 💚 Two thumbs up!!
Lastly, THE SISIG 5/5 - LOVE IT. It's just fearfully and wonderfully made. Tender and crispy, it's like the New Year's eve in your mouth. Tastes even more awesome with calamansi!
I hope to be back and try more of the seafood then! ❤
I celebrated my Birthday here and masasabe kong sulit talaga.

#1 CRISPY PATA
It was my third time dining here and I always love their food. The experience is not complete without their Crispy Pata. I wanted my family to try it so I brought them all here! We had the Tom Yung soup, Sausage Pizza, Lechon Paksiw, Ribs, Gambas, Crispy Pata and many more. I could remember my family loving all that we ordered.
If you are in search of the perfect crispy pata then Livestock is the place to be 🥂 Really crunchy and the meat ooooh so tender. It was cook to perfection and it is impossible not to love it ❤️ There are more variety of dishes to choose from that you will equally love to try.
Went here for lunch with my friends and ordered Melts-in-your-mouth Crispy Pata and Seafood Laksa Soup. Last time i went here we also ordered the same dish its very delicious and i would definitely recommend this dish. The place was also very cozy.
Their Crispy Pata was very tender and but i personally didn't like the sauce, it was good but it doesn't suit my taste.
Ah! Livestock! One hungry lunchtime, we've decided to head to Livestock which is just near my workplace (Uptown Mall). Since I am a big fan of crispy pata, we instantly ordered one. Also, Mic's sisig, crackling pork belly and a petite salted egg rice. I was expecting that the rice is at least good for 1 - 2 person but I was surprised that for just PHP90 the rice portion is actually good for 3 persons. The crispy pata is very succulent and very tender that it literally fall off the bone and can be easily scrapped using the Popsicle stick, crazy ain't it?
The Mic's sisig is okay, nothing special aside from having crunchy bits all over. The crackling pork belly is great too, although it lacks the skin and the fat to meat ratio is kinda off (although it's understandably a pork belly, however, there are pork belly selection that has at least minimal fat ratio) it's still good as the meat is very juicy and the seasoning is top notch. Hopefully, I will be able to try more items on their menu! Will definitely come back and their crispy pata will still be part of our meal!
Let's rate them shall we?
Food: 4/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Service: 5/5
Value for money: 5/5
I love the crispy pata! So soft and yummy. :)
Also ordered Salt and Pepper Ribs, Mic's Sisig and to overcome the feeling of guilt with the pork goodness, we ordered vegetable and seafood pot as well as the caesar salad.
I enjoyed what we ordered. Staffs are accommodating too even though the restaurant is full at that time.
I absolutely loved the Drunken Mussels! So yummy, I could lap up the sauce with my bread. The Bacon Mushroom Risotto is also one of the best I ever had. We also ordered Coffee Bourbon Ribs which were huge and good for sharing. The Bacon and Egg pizza was different as it had fried quail eggs on it. We also ordered the 12 hour Roast Beef. I loved the wall art which were mostly funny memes about Pork. The restaurant is kinda dark but I guess it is understandable as it is also a bar.
@maniladiningdiary
Two words, CRISPY PATA! So crunchy and very tender and not oily. They say it's the best, people love it.
There are really a lot of people eating here, so be patient for a bit. We also ordered Salted Egg Rice, Sisig and some veggies - broccoli which surprisingly taste good. There is also alcohol served, beer, wine and others. We didn't stay long because we are seated outside and there are people that smoke, so.. yeah
Making this short and sweet - heavenly crispy pata! Make sure to book a table, especially if you’re coming in big groups. Their place gets super packed during lunch and dinner, but I guarantee you that it’s all worth the wait!
Been here twice and I can say that experience was good. Food was also good especially their famous crispy pata. Drinks were also fine and priced just right.
No kidding, this is probably the best crispy pata I've ever tasted in my entire life! They have different flavours of crispy pata but we ordered the Nuked Crispy Pata because we like it hot and spicy! This is the first crispy pata that melts in my mouth as I chew on it because of the softiness of the meat and also the crispiest one(check last photo).
Also, I liked the Bacon and Clam Chowder that is so rich in cream that joins the crispiness of the bacon mixed in it. Definitely a great place to pigout with your pig friends, just kidding! But seriously, I highly recommend Livestock especially for hard working peeps.

Consider this place post drinking sesh. Your cravings after downing alcohol in your system is a sure treat. A perfect mix of sweet and savory.
The home of the best Crispy Pata in BGC! We ordered the famous “melts-in-your-mouth crispy pata”, Kangkong sambal with Lechon, and Bagoong rice. The crispy pata’s skin was indeed crispy and the pork’s meat was very tender and literally melts in your mouth as you chew. Kangkong sambal with lechon has a thick coconut milk flavoring. Bagoong rice has a twist it has some green mangoes which offered both salty and a little sour flavor. It was a delicious lunch!
Having a dinner here was superb!!! I didn’t expect my man and the staff there to surprise me.... just thinking about munching that super crispy skin and very moist meat of the pata vs blowing the candle in your cake??? Hard to choose which one to do first right???... and don’t forget trying the 12 hr roast beef... not much of a serving but worth every penny!!! Unless you’re in a diet and doesn’t love beef fat... 😍
Never have we dined in Livestock without ordering their famous Crispy Pata! It can indeed be sliced using a popsicle stick. No more painstakingly cutting and shredding its pieces just to get the reward of eating a deep fried pork thigh. It is more than enough for 3 persons so if you're a group of 4, make sure to order other food.
We go here on weekdays not during rush hours so we can get the best experience. Their place isn't too big and I bet it gets full easily otherwise. Serving time is reasonable. Their staff are kind, especially the one who served us our order. He patiently waited for us to finish taking pictures before he sliced the crispy pata in front of our eyes. He also attended to our requests with a smiling face. Definitely going back to this place. Even though we know how sinful crispy pata is, theirs is just too good!
Do yourself a favor and order a crispy pata at Livestock. Their famous crispy pata really is the best in Manila, at least in my books... and I've had my fair share. I'll be coming back here for sure. Plus the staff are one of the nicest and most accommodating!
finally after months went to try their famous crispy pata and it wasn't disappointing, it tasted better than other crispy I have tried so far, the price is higher than others but tasted great. Willi come back? for sure
Livestock has always been a favorite for pigging out. 😍 I would really recommend the chicharon bulaklak. It's so flavorful and full of fatty goodness. 😍😍 perfect for beer! :)
Also, always order the crispy pata. It's always so tender and so crispy. It's so so good! :) the bagoong adobo rice has always been a favorite as well! It's the right amount of savory and sin hahaha. The porky fries are pretty good too! :)
What's left of this succulent Crispy Pata (Pork Hocks). A perfect balance of tender, juicy meat and crispy skin. How tender? See that tongue depressor-like stick there? That's what you'll use to "chop" the meat into pieces. A legit to-die-for. This is the original Crispy Pata and they also have the spicy version! We had both and it didnt fail us!

If you are craving for Pinoy food this is the best place to go the ambiance is very cozy and there food is 100% the best especially the Pata!! #amusttryinthemetro #satisfiedcustomer #youwillcomebackformore
Their crispy pata is sooo good. Very tender that it can be sliced just by using a popsicle stick. The ribs, the kare-kare, the soup, the onion rings, fried rice were excellent. Everything else was great as well. The ambiance is perfect. We went here for our team dinner and we had a great time. This resto is highly recommended.
When I was around the Uptown Parade area one time, I kept a mental note of eating here when am in the area again. I didn’t forget one night when my friends wanted to hang out in BGC.
I suggested Crispy Pata with Garlic Fried Rice. Everyone unanimously drooled and here we are at Livestock. They still serve the tastiest and super tender meat, and almost no soy sauce dip needed.
We also had some of their uniquely curated dishes, like spicy and sour Lechon Kawali Tom Yum soup; creamy and sizzled Broccoli Au Gratin and my favorite, savory 4 Egg Spinach. It’s a delicious mix of egg whites, sunny side up, century egg, and salted egg.
We were 6 and we didn’t finish what we ordered. Yet we had desserts to cap off a feast. We had Honey Fresh Fruits and a rich and dense cake, which I forgot what’s called.
Three words to make you fall in love: Crackling Pork Belly. Apart from the amazing flavor and tender meat, its also served fast with a selection of sauces. Taking into account that taste, and quality, I'd say the price is a steal!
I also like the visually appealing decor they got going on. Feels like you're being transported into this comfy tavern.

Must Try the Crispy Pata and Bacon Pesto Carbonara it was different and amazing.. There is also Chicaron 3 @Kinds and Sisig order more rice.. Service was Good
We tried their crispy pata and the hype is true. It's super crunchy outside but soft and juicy inside. My daughter is not a pork lover because the meat goes in between her teeth. But since its soft, she eas able to chew it.
The lengua salpicao is also great! 😊😊
I have always been a fan of livestock’s meat specialties. This is definitely for those on a diet ‘cause their meat dishes would make you want for more! It all soft tender juicy and flavor. Service is superb also. It has always been a happy experience in this resto
If you want Crispy Pata that's cooked to perfection this restaurant is the place to go. My personal favorite is the Spinach with Century & Quail Egg. Crispy Pata, Spinach & iced cold Pepsi Max (they only serve Pepsi products).. PERFECT!
Crowd, location, service & price.. perfect!
Nothing beats the sound of the Crispy Pata being sliced infront of you. It is music to my stomach. The dinner was a celebration for a milestone, and it was indeed a festive. Everything we ordered was oh-so-delicious, but the Crispy Pata was the main event.
We tried the spicy crispy pata w/c is around 7 to 800+ for the whole hind leg of the pork, the crispy pata is bigggg! I think it can serve around 4 to 6 persons. It comes with 3 different sauces (the typical vinegar, chili flakes and pickles). I saw their previous advertisements - melts in your mouth crispy pata and compared to other restos who offers crispy pata, yes this one is softer! Not the MIYM softness but it's really easy to cut and chew. I'm not a big fan of karekare but I eat it sometimes. Their karekare here is okay, peanut butter was too much like you can bring bread and spread it all over. The meats on the karekare were soft also and easy to eat and it complements the pickles served along with the crispy pata (pantanggal umay sa lasa nung PB)
Whenever we are in the area, my friend kept on mentioning how delicious and mouthwatering their crispy was. It’s about time we try it out. We ordered their famous Melts-in-your-mouth Crispy Pata (Php 680). He was right. It was sensational. The skin was so crispy that the server used a popsicle stick to break init off to pieces. DAMN! Hangsarrrap lang! It’s good for 3-4 persons.
Then we ordered Garlic Fried Rice (Php 98) around 3 cups of rice. My boyfriend ordered Dalandan Juice (Php 90) it wasn’t as sour though. We also got a bottle of wine. Can’t remember the exact price though but it was pricey. Around Php 800.
Although I don’t like how uninterested their servers were as if they didn’t want to have customers.
I’ll certainly go back to try their other dishes and maybe at the other branch instead.
We had a late lunch here with 2 of my lady friends since they both haven’t dined at Livestock whereas I was able to dine at Livestock QC.
We ordered their specialty, Crispy Pata which is as tender as I remember it should be. Still able to cut through it using a popsicle stick. We were trying to interview the server asking how long it takes for the pork leg to be so tender, we found out that the pork legs were already brought to their branch, marinated and ready to deep fry. Not a bad idea to keep the serving lead time at a minimum. We were also informed that this specialty can be taken out and enjoyed at home by just deep frying again so the crispness will stay.
We wanted soup and veggies so we ordered their seafood laksa. Taste is superb but had to point out that we were disappointed with the seafood since it was almost nonexistent. It was just a tablespoonful of seafood whereas the menu shows the laksa to have a handful of mussels, shrimp etc. On the attached photo, you’ll be able to see the seafood served with the soup. Photo was taken once the staff served it on our table.
Four Egg spinach was good! There are sunny side quail eggs, salted egg pieces and century egg mixed in the sautéed spinach. Still a bit sinful but the fiber makes up for it yeah? 😅
We were finishing up around 3pm but we were the only table occupied. It was quite uncomfortable because they turned off the aircon a moment then turned it back on then they were mopping the floors and cleaning all around then all the staff went to a table and dined. We just felt we were intruding so we finished up fast and left immediately.

Crispy Pata! These two words can easily be a synonym for Livestock because they serve one of the best crispy pata in the Metro!. Livestock is one of those restaurants that caught my eye when we passed by Uptown Parade. They had an interesting menu. It showed an outline of a pig that has been divided into compartments and each compartment links to a dish made from that area/compartment. For example; Sisig comes from the pig’s face while Crispy Pata comes from the leg. Although their main specialty is pork dishes; they also serve other dishes from the farm such as beef, chicken, fish and seafood!

Went here this afternoon for lunch to meet with my wife's cousin whom she has not seen for more than a decade. They chose this place because they were looking for Crispy Pata. And as their place mats claim, their Crispy Pata was hailed number one in the country by spot.ph.
Although I have no comparison to confirm it's authenticity, their best seller was really the main thing you would go in there for. The other menu items we ordered were ok. The crispy pata outshines everything we ordered. The dishes have small serving sizes in comparison to their menu that was as big as a whole sheet of illustration board.
Nonetheless, the place is packed with groups indulging the taste of that soft, deep fried sinfull part of our favorite animal.
Quite popular now. The food and the price makes it so. There is big opportunity to be in the big leagues. The team must be able to see that opportunity and take on the challenge.
Ordered a lot of food for us. Seemed like a food tasting for us. Almost all became instant favorite.
Work it out, guys!
Crispy pata yum! Crispy skin, tender flavorful meat
Kare kare yum! Medyo maligat lang yung ibang laman (litid?)
Bacon wrapped chili w cheese yum!
Underpromised on the serving time. Good service
We ordered a number of dishes.
Crispy Pata - crispy skin, juicy meat, well seasoned. As expected, nothing so special.
Pork Belly - crispy skin, fatty, a bit blackened (peppery flavored skin). Served with two sauces, a gravy and soy based sauce. I will shy away from this one next time. I'll stick with the crispy pata.
Shrimp Puffs and Salted Egg Shrimps - order only one of each. They are cooked similarly although tasted different.
Vegetables and Seafood Pot - loved this mildy spiced dish.
Four Egg Spinach - a creamy dish that fits perfectly with the crispy pata. 👌🏼
Salted Chocolate Fondue - oh the chocolate made my day. Although I wish they could add more fruits on the platter.
Their servers are sometimes overwhelmed with the customers demands. Better follow up some orders after a few minutes.
Book a table, dinner time even on weekdays are normally fully booked.
Livestock has never crossed my mind when it comes to planning my foodtrips since it's a restobar, so I was expecting a different vibe, but I was proven wrong. This was the first stop in the Uptown foodcrawl itinerary made by my friend EJ. I was amused at its ambiance the moment I entered its doors. Lights out of mason jars, large, oblong mirrors and some pork-related puns on the walls. It was a lovely place to dine in.
We started our Uptown Bonifacio Food Crawl in Livestock Restaurant located at the second floor of Uptown Parade. Livestock Uptown is their second branch. The restaurant owners specialized with pork dishes as the family owns a piggery. The main bestseller is Crispy Pata.
During lunch time we tried some of their specialty. We had Salted Egg Rice, Four Egg Spinach and one of their front liners Livestock Pork Belly.
🐷Salted Egg Rice for Php98.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5
"Fried rice with salted egg tidbits."
🐷Four Egg Spinach for Php260.00 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
"Spinach sauteed with century egg, egg whites, salted duck egg and quail eggs. The dish is very Chinese. This one will balance the salted egg rice."
🐷Livestock Crackling Pork Belly for Php330.00 (300 grams) - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
"The strong flavor of pork was so appetizing especially adding some homemade vinegar on it. Best paired with rice."
The staff provided excellent service even the restaurant was almost full during lunch time.
#ilovetoeatph 😃❤️
We have been wanting to visit this place since we saw their FB page. Finally had lunch here and they satisfied our craving! They lived up to our expectations. We had tokwa't baboy for appetizer, and boy, I would be happy if that is all we have! But of course we got to have THE CRISPY PATA. And yes, pork lovers you gotta try this! The best we've had. I also love the way the place was presented. The rustic theme was consistent from the bar, to the walls, floor, the mason jars as lights, up to the comfort room.
My collegue is the one whos best on researching whats new restos are within our office area. And we chose here. We really enjoyed the Crispy pata, veggies and the bagoong adobo rice!!! The servings are big!! Good for 6 persons but we were only 4 hehe..
Heard a lot about the hype surrounding their crispy pata so we decided to give this a try. We were 8 people (6 adults and 2 kids) and we ordered a lot of the pork dishes. We ordered their crispy pata, chicharon, crispy pork belly, pork tenderloin, towka't baboy, and fried rice. I have to admit that it was too much for all of us. I liked their crispy pata the most. The skin was crunchy and yes the meat was easy to cut. Because it was tender, we were able to finish a lot of it. Taste was also not that salty unlike other crispy patas. Overall, if you want to have your craving for pork dishes satisfied, this is a good place for that.

We went there last Sunday, and it was nearly packed, maybe because there was a big group celebrating a family event. This was a sign that Livestock's menu has hit the right spot here in north Bonifacio, as other restaurants on the same floor of Uptown Parade suffer a quite different fate.
We went there without any expectation as we have not been to any Livestock outlet before. We ordered a pesto carbonarra (P380), a grilled lamb ribs (P490) and four egg spinach (P260), and garlic rice.
The food was generally good, and we were especially impressed by the grilled lamb ribs, which was tender and tasty, and good value at the same time. We will definitely go back again.
If not for the flies outside, and the mosquitoes inside, we would have given it a 5.
