My favorite order in Mary Grace is one of their Perfect Plates. You get smaller serving of salad, pasta and a slice of their "cake of the day". My meal becomes extra special when the cake is tiramisu, but their chocolate cake is also good.
The set is just expensive. I paid over P500 for this. But sometimes I treat myself after an appointment in the hospital.
The area is cramped so I would only suggest eating at this branch for quick meals and only for group of 1 or 2 pax.
This place has real good esymadas -i just really like the quality of the bread and the cheese that they produce. The quality is just too good and is freshly baked. the pizza was average though it is not their specialty. This place is best known for its bread rolls, ensymadas and apple pie. A must visit place -i have been there multiple times during my visit to Manila and would definitely like to go again...food 4/5 ambience 3/5 and service 3.5/5

They always have good meals, pastries and drinks. I got their breakfast special which is the bangus with mushroom cheese omelette. It comes with rice but I had it removed because I am on keto diet. Since they don’t allow it to be replaced with salad, I ordered their salmon almond cranberry salad and it was also good. Will always be my favorite go to places. All their branches never ever failed to surprise me yet. Good job mary grace!

One of the few restaurants where I can have hearty soups fit to aid me as I fast.
This branch is just a bit too packed during lunch hours. So be sure to come early. Service is fast and accurate.
If I'm on a scheduled check-up or test and already allowed to eat but need to wait for results. We or I will stop by at Mary Grace. One of my favorite place. Homey, delicious and full of flavors dishes, and my kind of list of menu.
Favorites: Sirloin Beef Tapa, Pork Tocino, Grilled Chicken and Orange Salad with Black Olives Dressing and Fresh Tomato and Herb Pasta, Ensaymada, Cheese Rolls and Valencia Hot Chocolate.
Price is somehow a bit pricy but value for money. Food quality and ingredients used are not regular. Staff are polite and attentive. Every Cafes are consistent with homey feel.
Will always come back if possible. For this branch, space is small, always with waiting line. Maybe you need a bigger space.
Mary Grace is our go-to place for cakes for the birthday celebrants on our team and it never disappoints us. I think we've already tried all their cakes, sorry I have no photos of all because we always get excited to eat it immediately. But yes Mary Grace never fails to deliver quality cakes. For me, the price is justifiable because of its heavenly taste. My personal favorite is the black velvet and the classic cheesecake.
You would not think that you're having breakfast inside a hospital here in St. Lukes BGC. Cafe Mary Grace here has a botique feel with ample amount of natural sunlight coming in from the glass roof on top. We ordered Sirloin Beef Tapa with Ham and Cheese Omelette (Php 460) which is Php 62 more if you just order sunny side-up. The sirloin used is quality and pairs well with their vinegar, diced tomato and mangro strip dips. Although their omelette isn't as cheesy ad I would like it to be. I prefer my omelette oozing with cheese and for the price, I expected nothing else. Will definitely try their other dish although, hopefully not inside a hospital anymore ;)

Mary Grace was our go to place to eat since we stayed at the hospital for almost a month. I tried almost all of their pastas and I didn't find one I didn't like. I really liked the seafood pasta and the salmon cream pasta. Their seafood soup is also great with a lot of seafood in it.The desserts are a must. Their chocolate truffle cake, lemon cheesecake, and mango bene are wonderful.
This small cafe gives you such a homey vibe. They offer a wide range of Filipino, Italian and American favorites. We were also accommodated well by their kind staff. Take home some of their cakes and pastries(I highly recommend their ensaymada and their Black Velvet cake, simply sinful!)

Mary Grace is one of my family's go-to restaurants for consistently delicious comfort food. I always love dining here (or any of their other branches) because of the homey & intimate ambiance and the hospitable service.
For this visit, we ordered the ff:
• Cassava Chips with Onion Dip - These are so addictive! The cassava chips are a welcome change to the usual potato chips & they come in huge sheets. I think they order this from Bohol Bee Farm because we were able to buy the exact same chips when we went there last summer. The onion dip is served warm & its strong taste partners well with the cassava chips' mild taste.
• Mary Grace Mushroom Cream - This is my favorite thing to order here because I love anything with truffle oil & I particularly love their take because the truffle flavor isn't overwhelming. I'm also a huge fan of cream-based pasta dishes so it's always a win for me when I order this haha.
• Fili Beef & Tomatoes - My sister ordered this sandwich & it was also good. The bread was crunchy, the beef well-seasoned & the vegetables inside fresh. The potato chips & garlic dip on the side were also delicious.
• Tomato & Herb Plate - This comes with Tomato & Herb pasta, Grilled Chicken & Oranges salad, and a slice of cake. My mom ordered this because she was in the mood for a tomato-based pasta. I wasn't able to taste this anymore but my mom finished it so I guess it was good.
• Chorizo Plate - This comes with Chorizo & Green Olive pasta, Chili Daing salad & a slice of cake. My dad ordered this & he seemed pleased with his order.
For the two cakes, the only options available were the Tiramisu & the Chocolate Mousse. Both were good but the Tiramisu was the clear winner. Their version uses sponge cake instead of the traditional ladyfingers. The sponge cake was light & airy, the mascarpone cheese creamy & not overly sweet, and the coffee flavor pronounced. It's also dusted with an adequate amount of cocoa powder.
Service was efficient. We were waited on promptly & our food also arrived quickly.
Mary Grace is one of the most classic places to dine at any time of the day for family meals, catch up sessions with friends, intimate dates or even meals by yourself. 😊
This branch of Mary Grace gives an al fresco feeling despite being located in a hospital. And although Mary Grace is equated with its signature products, i.e., ensaymada and cheese roll, among other cakes and baked goods, I visit this place for the following:
1. Mushroom pate: an appetizer but almost a meal in itself because of its bulk, this consists of toasted bread slices that pair really well with the spreadable mushroom paste.
2. Chorizo plate: a complete meal as all food groups are represented, this dish is composed of chorizo and green olive fusilli pasta, fresh salad greens with spicy dried fish dressing, and a slice of chocolate mousse.
Another awesome place for me to enjoy a good pasta and one of my favorites here on this Awesome Special Day (Madelene 👼) is the Mary Grace's Cream-Based Pastas in particular the Mary Grace Mushroom Cream Pasta - Linguini noodles tossed in a delicious cream with slivers of mushroom and made more flavorful with the essence of truffle. I've had this many times and every time it has been awesome!
They say the sauces in the pasta are made with 100% extra-virgin olive oil. Special care is taken in cooking noodles al dente. Pastas are garnished with Edam cheese from Holland and served with a slice of garlic bread #AwesomelyYummys
Dropped by here with friends before a concert. Tried their grilled ensaymada! Tasty and soo effin good! Will buy a box next time I come back.
I appreciate that when we get there late and they still accommodate us because our cravings for their sansrival is too much that night. But after digging into my sandrival while chitchatting with my friend i found a strand of hair inside my sansrival.. Good thing that the staff acted accordingly and changed my cake. I still love it even if there's an accident like this. This cafe is so cute it felt like christmas already coz of the christmas lights etc..
I first got to try their pasta when me and my daughter went to St. Luke's Global City for my regular checkup. The place is small and can only accommodate a few customers. We had to wait for a table. I've come to know Cafe Mary Grace because of their delicious cheese roll but never got to try their hot meals before this visit. We ordered carbonara and spaghetti vongole. Both were so good and I was suprised that my little daughter finished up her share.
Café Mary Grace is one my favorite restaurants in SM Aura. The interior of this restaurant is very nice and neat. I have been here several times. On those many occasions I have eaten here, I have tried the following: Vigan Longganisa, Pasta Vongole, mushroom cream pasta, seafood pasta and Italian sausage pizza. Both the longganisa rice meal and the pasta dishes are really good. The pizzas here are also good. Aside from the great dishes, desserts are also worth trying. I highly recommend the sans rival and chocolate truffle cake.
Cafe Mary Grace was made as one of our default eating/coffee place because of its proximity to our workplace. We love coming back for the homey environment and the yummy things on the menu. Their cheese rolls and ensaymadas is a must order. (I suggest grilled and paired with hot chocolate or coffee) Personal favorite is their Pasta Amatriciana with Meatballs and their Sangria flavored iced tea.
The place is small,cozy...love reading the guests' testimonials under every glass table in the cafe. Their pasta is really good! Perfect to grab a bite while waiting for test results,etc.
I love their food. Cozy place as well. The best part is when we asked for the bill, there was a card with the image of "Our Lady of Guadalupe". I was really surpised because they gave it to us. God is everywhere indeed. I like Mary Grace because I can see myself in her. Kudos to her!

When I asked my uncle where in the hospital we would go for snacks after his checkup at St. Luke's Global City, he said "let's go where the umbrellas are".
Cafe Mary Grace occupies just a small space in the commercial section of the hospital. In fact, its dining area is in what could already be considered the hallway. It dresses up the limited space with umbrellas, giving the impression of an outdoor cafe. Fairy lights jazz it up some more. As the dining area is directly under the glass roof, the umbrellas also protect the diner from the occasional heat and glare from the sun.
We ordered the Grilled Kesong Puti with Fresh Slices of Toasted Bread. The dip was good but I wished they used a different bread.
As my uncle likes vegetables, I also ordered the Local Greens with Chili Daing Dressing and Crunchy Garlic. The vegetables were very fresh. The dressing was served on the side, as it should be, so one can mix it to taste. This is also very good value for money as it's the cheapest salad item on the menu yet very filling.
I also introduced them to my personal favorite, Pasta Vongole. I love this pasta because it's light and healthy and priced just right.
There is no onsite restroom but hospital facilities are nearby.
The umbrellas attracted my uncle to Cafe Mary Grace. This shows that restaurants should pay attention to their look and ambiance.
