Wow, I'm impressed with your customer service! You guys rock! Friends, their service is awesome. Can't wait to have their expresso roast blend. They even let you grind your purchase coffee bean from abroad. I can't thank you enough. And guys, if you buy their beans they'll give you a free coffee drink. How's that for a treat. Be a member and enjoy a wifi connection too. Sweet baby coffee, going to love Coffee Bean from now on. Two thumbs up!

While passing the time before a foodie meetup at Datang in the Venice Piazza, I decided to do some work and catch up on my emails. Fortunately, there’s a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf branch near the parking area that seemed like a nice and quiet place to while away some hours while immersed in some work.
The place was a really refreshing. I mean i couldnt say anything against this coffee shop. The people staying here were really quiet and professional. Their coffee was not that creamy. Not sweet. Its fine. I was thinking of giving this branch a 3 star but, because the ambiance is good. Ill give 4 stars instead.
Because of Samsung's benefit promo, I get a free drink every Friday at CBTL. I like the hazelnut choco and white choco dream frappe. Their drinks are flavorful and the coffee shots are stronger than Starbucks
This branch is relatively smaller than other CBTL branches, but it’s quite cozy and comfortable nevertheless as it rarely gets crowded. The staff are also friendly here.
My fave (and highly-recommended drinks) include White Chocolate Dream and African Sunrise. For the pastries, Triple Decker Cheesecake and Guiltless Chocolate Cake ❤️
Place is rarely crowded and is a good location for casual team meetings/catch ups. Orders always come on time and their pure double chocolate ice blended drink is still a must-try!
While waiting for a meeting in the area I've decided to have some caffeine ,so I've decided to sit and have a brew at my favorite coffee shop.
Place is spacious and have an Al fresco area.Service was friendly and fast.
Had the canned latte, but the taste of it I'm not impressed ,lacking the remarkable coffee flavor that I'm always after. However that's not an issue with this branch. There's still a lot of coffee concoctions CBTL has to offer.
Still a good one for me.

The branch is a bit small but it's comfortable inside. You know it's cozy inside even if you just look at it outside. What I noticed is that some people manage to sit/bring their laptops and use Wifi for so long, though most of the customers just prefer to bring their drink with them and leave. Outdoor seats are available, and a beautiful greenish background is a good thing there.
I ordered Roast Chicken and Mushroom Fusili out of curiousity. Serving was generous, it literally filled the plate. It's creamy. I didn't taste the roast beef as it was mixed with the cream sauce. Sad to say, taste is forgettable. I just think it's bothering to eat a Fusilli pasta. The Panini bread that comes with the pasta is toasted, it has the crisp and the dough is soft. The taste is plain. I like their cakes especially the Triple Decker Cheesecake but I find it 'nakakaumay' so share it and don't eat it solo. Their coffee and drinks were okay (I like their Pure Double Chocolate drink) but I find it pricey compared to Starbucks and Tim Hortons.
Hubby prefers this coffee shop compare to others. Had the original mocha and hazelnut with blueberry muffin and banana choco chip muffin. Stayed juz to chill, I'm not a fan of cold coffee but theirs is much better compare to the more popular one
Sharing Good old memories with a good coffee.
Always had the best of vanilla latte (Large PHP 170) in CBTL partnered with a slice of triple decker cheese cake (PHP 145).
Triple decker is not too sweet and compliments the vanilla latte.
Tried the banna chocolate muffin (PHP 95) but it's a bit dry and a little too sweet for me.
Roast chicken and mushroom fusilli (PHP 295) is recommended. Cream sauce is rich in taste, complimented by shitake mushroom, roast chicken bits and bell pepper.
A good cup of coffee will definitely give you a dazzling day. I went to The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf after our meeting to loosen up in a bit. I grabbed a Latte for Php135.00 (regular size) and Spicy Tuna Pandesal for Php65.00 and the barista also served me a water after I asked. Using my Swirl Card, I got points and free wifi access. The service was quite fast! 👍🏼
Latte - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
Spicy Tuna Pandesal - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5

I prefer this more than I ever liked starbucks. Hahahaha.
Definitely a bias customer here.
I just hope they stay consistent in preparing my the ultimate mocha. Brewed coffee is always okay. I frequent the place in Venice Piazza since it’s near my office. My personal favorite would be the one in Burgos Circle,Coffeebean is my go-to coffee before starting my day at work. I blame them for my dwindling savings capacity. Hahahaha. I think one of the baristas already know my name and what I normally order ^_^

This was the go-to coffee place when we still lived in Cubao during our pre-Wifi-at-home days, same goes when we transferred to McKinley. It's a treat too that they have promos for Swirl Card holders. I was able to secure a Pure Salted Pistachio Ice Blended earlier today. This particular branch had episodes when their AC was not working. Still, props to always courteous staff and excellent coffee, tea and dessert.
'Twas an hour past midnight and the reminiscing of the college happy memories couldn't seem to end. The group decided to move to The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, which was not as busy and full-packed as the Starbucks, at Venice Piazza. Everyone grabbed the drinks of their choice. We had the Ice Blended Coffee-Free Pure Double Chocolate and the Pure Hazelnut. The second tasted much better than the first.
The price is comparable to the competition and the place is cool and clean. The staff specially Lyn-Lyn has been helpful and attentive.
This branch, I believe has got to be in the right place at the right angle. They have al fresco area which has a direct view of the fountain at the entrance of the Piazza. Good spot. I was having an itchy throat so the barista recommended me to try their lemon peppermint tea and true to it's recommendation, the tea was soothing to my aching throat. Thanks for that Ms. Barista. :)
Final meeting last night and again in McKinley. Haven't been here for years and now in one night tried out 2 different well know cafes. This store I don't go as much as another well know coffee shop however had a major recommendation from a business partner to try out their Chai Tea Latte.
Wow.... I have to say recommendation by partner was awesome! Had a nice latte tea mixture and now certainly would recommend you try the drink if you haven't tried it! Now I'll be coming to CBTL more often for this latte besides my favorite salads for sure!!

Great service good coffee and a nice place to chill out. I love their coffee because its not too sweet. Pastry is not as good as their competitors are selling but not bad as well
We came here afternoon just to rest after a long walk.We order here the non-coffe drinks:Sunrise,Double Hazelnut,Vanilla and Chocolate. The drinks are delicious and sweet and also the ambience here is fresh not so crowded.
I prefer their hot tea over coffee. Like Starbucks, I find CBTL's coffee a bit overrated. Their brewed coffee is all bitter taste without any unique blend in it.
For tea recommendations, go for the Moroccan Mint or African Sunrise.
I like their breakfast set that comes with brewed coffee or tea. Each plate also has green veggies drizzled in olive oil as side. It's filling and healthy.
The cakes are too sweet. I only get them once in a while. If asked what's my favorite, I'll go for the Blueberry Cheesecake.
This CBTL branch often gets crowded in the morning. The staff members are very friendly.

The food and drinks is as good as expected. The place is the one worth mentioning. I love the ambiance since it is outdoors and you can have a perfect view of the whole BGC.
I'm sure you can relate to this when I tell you how certain people want to customize certain things like food and drinks to their liking and to request for various and specific things can be hard for some establishments and some others don't entertain such requests. Well CBTL is a perfect example of a cafe that does a lot of customizations to suit their customers' various needs. One good example is how I order their CBTL Classic Caesar Salad and they never say no to my selfish requests even if it means more work for them. "No hardboiled egg slices, no chicken slices, and no croutons. Only salad greens, extra dressing, and lots and lots of shaved parmesan cheese." I love cheese so I ask for extra to compensate for not asking for the chicken, crouton, and eggs.
I highly recommend that you also try their Hot Vanilla and Hot Double Chocolate for those none-coffee drinkers. Those are sooo good they actually sell the powder form in lovely canisters. Perfect for gifts.
Probably one of the smaller branches of Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf I've visited in some time.
We took refuge here from the rain and crazy traffic of the other day and had tall, tall cups of hot chocolate with marshmallows.
We managed to pick up a beautiful set of Bodum double-walled 8 oz. coffee cups to use at home. What a great find! I've drunk from a similar cup before in Cebu and wanted to get a set ever since.
Although Starbucks still feels like the main go-to, Coffee Bean, which costs slightly more, gives me better tasting hot drinks and friendly service to boot.
Just a few of my favorites here at Coffee Bean:
1) Lung Ching Dragonwell Green Tea (P110) - "Savor the tea of emperors" It's like the master of green tea - super strong green tea flavor but one sip makes you feel as light as possible somehow keeping you calm than ever
2) Moroccan Mint Green Tea (P110) - who wouldn't love your fave green tea with a hint of mint?
3) Matcha Green Tea Latte (P135, P150, P165) - Opting for this whenever I crave for something a bit milky but still with that flavor of matcha green tea
Nothing beats the gloom of the rainy weather better than your ultimate comfort food. Curled up in bed while you read my favorite book or while you do a movie marathon, an accompanying steaming mug of coffee never fails to uplift the mood. Pasta, no matter what type of dish it is, always does wonders to the soul. With the recent heavy rains, what better way to take advantage of being trapped at home than eat, eat, and eat!
Naturally, when typhoon Maring and its sidekick monsoon rain subsided, I took the chance to visit one of my favorite places in Venice Piazza: Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Whenever I am craving for my comfort food (coffee and pasta) in the office, I only go to two places: Amici and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. CBTL food is a recent discovery, actually; I didn’t know they serve fantastic food! I only frequent the place for their tea, salted caramel, and cakes—the Guiltless Chocolate Delight being my favorite.
Once, I found myself bored with all the Piazza options and went to CBTL to see what they have to offer. My first time to eat there (apart from the cakes and pastries) didn’t disappoint, as the Roast Chicken and Mushroom Fusilli I ordered was incredibly delicious! The fusilli pasta complemented the rich cream sauce, flavorful chicken, and shitake mushroom bits perfectly. The serving size was filling and the meal truly satisfying!
It made me delve deeper into their menu, and soon I discovered another masterpiece, the Tomato and Herb Linguine, which in its simplicity proved to me that a few basic ingredients masterfully mixed together can be a real stunner!
I never knew that aside from cakes and cookies, CBTL has a substantial all-day breakfast menu. I would definitely go back for more of their delicious and healthy food until I have tried everything!
