One of my favorite French Café in the Metro. I knew about Passion by Gérard Dubois when I went to Hong Kong last year. I first tried their Quiche Lorraine and it didn't disappoint. I then purchased their Orange Loaf Cake and Lemon Loaf Cake. The sweet and zesty flavor of the loaf cake was really appetizing and very moist.

When I knew they were opening up here in Manila, I was really excited. Finally here, I tried their Salmon Quiche and Calamansi Mojito for Lunch. The flavors were bold and definitely loved it.

Will recommend this to my family and friends. ❤️ Can't wait to come back and explore more their sumptuous varieties. ❤️

I am from Malaysia, and this is my second time in Manila but this was my first experience in this restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to dessert lovers and whoever loves fresh baguette, fresh mixed juices, and obviously they have really good food here. Food aren't overrated and the price is over average. Definitely will be coming back for more 💕

Good place to hang out in between meetings in BGC. They serve Illy coffee here. The small plate salad ( 3 salads for P250 ) is enough for a full meal if you're on a low calorie diet. I also enjoyed their smoked salmon pizza. They play French music, place is quiet (except during lunch) and good for meetings and/or catching up on work.

Went here to eat lunch with my mom some time ago. I had lamb stew and a framboisier for dessert. I was not disappointed. The lamb was soft and chewy, and wasn't as salty as I had expected (because last time I ate lamb stew it was too salty). The framboisier was a winner too considering the price. The rest of the pastries looked really good too. Will definitely come back here for more. ✨

This quaint and quiet place is a good venue for legit catch-up where you can watch the world go by. Their scones set is ideal for a party of two. The kind lady was generous enough to give me additional cream for free.

My final stop with Php235.50 budget will be at Passion by Gerald Dubois.

Before I enter Passion by Gerald Dubois Boulangerie Patisserie Contiserie, I noticed that there's a promo signage outside.

The Tea Time Set Promo. For Php150.00 you can get one Danish or Croissant paired with Tea or Coffee. The promo is valid from 2PM to 5PM.

The staff recommends Banana et Chocolat Danish and Cafe Latte by Illy's

Banana et Chocolat Danish - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5

Cafe Latte by Illy's - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5

The interior of Passion by Gerald Dubois is very nice, bright and elegant. They also have attentive and accommodating staff and can communicate well with customers.

With Php1,000.00 budget I visited 4 hype restaurants at BGC. Not bad! 😬

It took us a while to decide what to order, huge selection and superb presentation, overwhelming! The way it was presented matched its taste. What I like the most? Coq Au Vin and Le Boule Chocolat. I'll be back definitely, their ice cream is really inviting.

I've been wanting to try Passion by Gerard Dubois since they opened but their location is too far from where I live. Finally, last week I was able to dine here with my family. The place is really nice and I am loving the wide array of food that they offer as soon as you enter their resto. Their cakes are really cute! We tried their Tiramisu and Vanilla and Caramel Mille Feuille and both desserts are really good. Their Mille Feuille is the best for me coz I love the combination of the Vanilla and Caramel piped in between their thin and crispy pastry! You gotta try it!

Excellent setup like a euro deli with breads, salads and pasta sold by the gram! The place is well decorated and with the modern relaxing feel. You can also order some stews for those who want more protein. The food was excellent! The lamb was prepared well. The pizza with giant slices of salmon on top was irresistable.

Visited this place 2x and would like to give another visit to try other meals. Their hot chocolate is really nice. Just quite "bitin" because it's placed in a very small saucer with some almond crisps on the side. Their Cheese bread is really delicious! Would want to try their pastas and desserts soon. Good thing to hang out after office (or even workouts) as they are open until 11pm (I think).

First time to try Passion by Gerard Dubois last Saturday and it was very worth the visit. I ordered their Caramel Latte, It was pretty good with its signature Passion chocolate on top of the drink. We also tried their Passion Cheesecake, I must say the presentation was superb, it was plated really nice. The taste was so good you cannot stop having a bite of it.

Passion-- I'm sure you have seen some of their delectable pastries on IG or FB... I was able to go to this restaurant 3x this year and enjoyed several items on the menu...

On my first visit, I tried the Passion cheesecake with my then bf. I thought it was light, creamy with the right amount of tartness. We both enjoyed it. Tried their mocha and found it okay. I also bought the blueberry muffin. It's more expensive than other muffins I usually purchase, but I think it's worth it. It's pretty big and filled with lots of blueberries. Though it is light, I couldn't finish the whole muffin in one sitting.

I returned with my mom after our harrowing traffic experience in Makati. I blew off work and we just had brunch. We had the salami and rucola sour dough pizza, which was pretty good. Love that sour dough crust! We also shared the creamy mushroom penne pasta-- I would come back for this definitely! I did put a lot of pepper on it, but I really liked it! It reminded me of Mary Grace's mushroom cream pasta, but I liked the blend of mushrooms of Passion's pasta better. Lastly we shared a caramel and vanilla mille feuille, which was really pretty!😍 Lovely layers, both literally and figuratively, with a delicate taste. I would definitely recommend this dessert.

My mom went overboard buying bread. The only ones which stood out were the olive bread (because it was delicious with butter) and the pretzel (very tough to chew when not eaten immediately; we did not enjoy this at all). They have a huge selection, so good luck choosing!

My last visit was with my friends. One of them was a balikbayan, who wanted to try a new cafe in the area. She insantly loved this place! We just had a late afternoon snack. I had a green tea latte-- loved their version! I enjoyed the macaron I tried, though the specific flavor escapes me. I still prefer TWG's macarons here in the PH though.

Enjoyed my visits! Just remember that it's self-service. They have water, condiments, and utensils on one side. They keep the restroom clean, I just wanted to mention that...🙃

While Passion by Gerard Dubois exudes an air of class and luxury, my cheapskate officemates and I went there to take advantage of their High Teas offer, where you get to choose either a cup of coffee or tea with either a Danish bread or a croissant for only P150.00. If you think about it, Starbucks coffee usually costs P170.00 and their pastries or bread, between P90.00-P150.00. Great, right? We merely paid for almost half the price of what we had!

I'll be back for sure and not just for the high tea - they have pasta, sandwiches, wine and a whole lot more!

My dad LOVES this place. I first tried this with a close friend and we ordered the Varlhona Iced Chocolate. This is a must try. Have it with less ice so you'll taste the bittersweet flavor more. :) This seems to be gone from the menu now but you can still order. It's only P150.

We also ordered the Salmon Thick Crust Pizza. My dad and I eat 3 slices each. xD It's really worth it since the pizza is almost entirely covered with salmon slices. This is the first salmon pizza I've tried and it's super good, and healthy too! They use WHEAT bread, which is why my dad loves it so much since he is diabetic. Passion also has breads available (you can try them out since they have samples out for free taste). Prices are reasonable and we keep coming back! It's a great breakfast place. It's also nice to have meetings here but be warned, most seats are like bar seats so it might be difficult for ladies wearing skirts. But nonetheless, this restaurant is a MUST TRY.

I've been to Passion by Gerard Dubois several times now and each visit was good. My first visit was with my daughter for our after school date. She wanted to try their gelato, I wanted to try their desserts. Their selection of bread, pastries and desserts was impressive! Everything looked so good! Aside from these, they also offer Macarons, coffee, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads and some savory dishes.

We got to sample a couple of their gelato flavors until my daughter settled for the Banana. We got one scoop in a Tulip Waffle for 110Php. The gelato wasn't the smoothest there is in the market, it was in fact a little icy but it tasted good. Sweet with good banana flavor, the tulip waffle had this nice crisp as well.

My daughter also requested for a French Butter Croissant (72Php). Great butter flavor, crisp and flaky, served warm, you can ask for additional butter and/or jam. We also tried their Pan Au Chocolat (82Php) and it was good as well - flaky but soft, with a generous chocolate filling at the middle. Their croissants weren't too expensive for the quality.

We also tried the Passion Cheesecake (138Php). Gorgeous cheesecake that was plated nicely too. Loved that it was smooth and creamy with tangy notes from the cheesecake. This has a nice surprise center filled with thick and luscious chocolate! Each spoonful was sinfully good!

I super enjoy the vibe and ambiance of this restaurant. It makes me feel like i'm in a another country plus i'm a big fan of sandwiches, breads and pastries. So this is really my type of restaurant. Their couscous salad is so good!! People may think that just because they serve sandwiches and pizzas they will not get full, but trust me you'll feel stuffed after. This restaurant is really worth to try.
i suggest to park in the fort strip parking especially if its not raining so that your parking fee will not be so expensive. But if you dont mind paying a hefty sum for parking, the building has its own parking.

Who could resist those delicious display of all of their offerings? They are all in display making your mouth water and head ache on which to choose! But kidding aside, you should choose the salmon pizza! This is really a value for your money! Pasta selections are great too as well as desserts. No service charge! You should just order at the counter and get your food once available. This is nice because the money that should have went to service charge went to more food instead!

The mango panacotta and the passion cheesecake were exquisite (and not too sweet). The coffee was great. Very good place to have a dessert. The location is right at the heart of BGC making it very accessible after having a meal in restaurants nearby. The ambiance was great too. Pretty much like dining in Paris.

Ever since he moved in,  my French neighbour never failed to greet me with Bonjour.  I was a lil coy but gave my innocuous smile.

Figure of speech,  you guys!  I'm referring to Passion.  I finally had the time to swing by couple of days ago.  I heard that aside from pastries and breads,  they also offer gelato.  I initially wanted the green tea variant but they don't have it when i visited.   I settled on the Earl Grey variant,  i partnered my frozen treat with a peach danish.

Lemme describe the interiors first.  Passion screams elegance and sophistication.  From the furniture and the lighting fixtures.  It felt like i was trasported to Paris when i entered.

| Earl Grey Gelato.  Flavor wise,  it is good - not too sweet and has a subtle kick of tea. The texture is a lil off as it failed in the creamy category.

| Peach Danish.  This is the prettiest danish I've ever seen.   Magnificent yellow hue that will surely captivate every human being who dares to gaze into it's ethereal beauty.  Aesthetics aside,  the pastry is delicious!  Soft,  flaky with a decadent cream filling.  Best paired with a cup of joe or English Breakfast Tea.

This is the start of my illicit love affair with my French Neighbour.

Passion (or Passioni as how I first read it) by Gérard Dubois is now one of my favorite dessert places in Fort Bonifacio. Its beautiful interiors and mouthwatering display of pastries never fail to lure me inside the store whenever I pass by it.

Hello again, Passion!

After dinner, I headed to this Instagram friendly store for some pastries to go. I was looking around when the server told me about their Buy 2, Get 1 Free (where the free item is the one with the lowest price) promo which starts at 9 p.m. daily. Woohoo! A deal!

After dinner at Motorino, we went to this place hoping that there was cupcake in here (i was craving for red velvets), unfortunately none. But saw their mouth watering gelatos instead. For P110 per tulip (the waffle cone or thingy) its was worth it. We got coconut and caramel and they were both awesome. We'll definitely be back to try the rest and also their eye catching pastries.

I have been eying this restaurant beside Green Pastures ever since I pass by it on my way home from St. Luke’s Medical Center. I thought it was an Italian restaurant as I read it as Passioni. (I was not wearing my eye glasses then hence the added letter.) But while waiting for K and J, I decided to pass by the shop and buy a pastry I saw featured on a food blog.

Hello, Passion by Gérard Dubois!

This brightly lit restaurant was packed when I visited. Luckily, there was still one available table inside.

I quickly told the server that I want to get a Strawberry Danish (PHP108) as soon as I entered after seeing that there was only one left.

It's a paradise in Bonifacio Global City; It has a great variety of bread, pies, sandwiches etc... my only concern and as a matter of fact annoyed me was that in your order you can receive multiple buzzers, one for the coffee another one for the pastry and another one for the bread... so at the end you go to your table with 3-5 buzzers and then your order is not prepared at the same time, making the experience a little bit unpleasant

Sweet tooth here.
Yesterday, we were strolling around BGC and looked where we can eat breakfast.
We passed by this AMAZING restau.
Unfortunately we end up eating somewhere.
But today, we went to eat here.
To cut the srory short.
Im in love with their pAstries, pasta, pizza and cakes!!!
They have lots of options. We were puzzled which one we would wanna try.

Pizza- Four seasons ( salmon, chicken tika(not sure lol), salami, and mushroom. Salmon and salami is the best among them. We didnt like the mushroom. Their chicken taste like meddy food. If you like curry, you'll surely like it.

Pasta- beef lasagna. It tasted like an authentic Italian pasta. Sour coz of the tomatoes. But it was good.
Salad- ceasar salad. A bit sourly too. It was not the tylical ceasar salad. Instead of bacon they have chicken on it.

Desserts- we had passion cheesecake, at first it tasted like an ordinary cheesecake but there's a twist, it has a dark( i think) chocolate in the middle. It tasted real good. But a must try for me would be their creme brulee.
The best so far. Not that sweet and it's very creamyyy.

Would definitely go back for moreee!:)

With its very bright lights and imposing sign, this restaurant is bound to capture the attention of anyone who happens to pass by. My friend and I were not exceptions.

Once you step inside, one can get easily overexcited by their abundant display of different dishes including an assortment of breads, salads, pies, pizzas, desserts, gelatos, sandwiches, etc. It was honestly taxing to decide on what to order. In the end, we settled for their Smoked Salmon & Rucola Pizza and La Boule Passion Cassis.

For the pizza, it was certainly one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted! The salmon was fresh and the dark sourdough crust gave a solid complementary texture to the otherwise soft toppings. I think the pizza was around 10 inches in diameter but it was certainly more than enough for two not-so-hungry people. For our dessert, we both agreed that it was really sour. Like, REALLY sour. It had layers upon layers of different colors inside, and the closer we got to the center, the more sour it got. The chocolate rice krispy thingy at the bottom did not do much on alleviating the too strong flavors of the upper dome.

I liked how the restaurant itself was intent on infusing a French theme in terms of cuisine, music, and staff training (the cashier answered me once with "Oui"!). Aside from that, although its facade suggests a high-end patisserie, the restaurant runs mostly on self-service (meaning, no service charge).

The moment I stepped in, it felt like a boulangerie in Grasse. It has this charismatic scent at the entrance, and a very Western European touch. Immediately I fell in love. Service was superb, I have to commend the fluent and efficient staff. Everything is so western - and I absolutely approve! We had the portobello pesto linguine and beef lasagna. They were both good. One plate was a generous serving of hefty, authentic portobello. The flavor, texture, and scent was the same as the ones I had all over Europe. The beef lasagna was also good - from texture to flavor to presentation and portion. For dessert we had the vanilla lemon dome - and WOW, IT WAS AMAZING. SERIOUSLY PERFECT LIKE 5 STARS. I love the texture of the outer lemon/vanilla covering - it wasn't too soft nor too jello-ish, combined with the moist cake inside and a dash of valrhona chocolate powder. It was a burst of flavors in my mouth - HEAVEN. We also had the valrhona chocolate gelato on a tulip waffle. It was authentic - literally shreds of valrhona chocolate, frozen and turned into smooth gelato. The crisp wafer/tulip wasn't too sweet and was served a little warm - contradicting the frozen gelato in the middle. Again I fell in love. It was a perfect pair. Don't expect the texture to be as smooth as Häagen Dazs though. The best part is that their gelato is so affordable, only PHP110 per tulip! It's a lot cheaper than a scoop of gelato from Casa Italia. Overall I'd give this place 4.5 stars. This restaurant was able to deliver what Paul in the Philippines failed to achieve (sorry but I have to compare). Looking forward to come back to try their pizza, sandwiches, French pastries, and everything else in the menu!

We saw this nicely illuminated store on the way to Ogawa for dinner so we just crossed the safe and walk friendly streets of BGC (wish the whole country is!) for dessert.

It's a very beautiful place.  Very, very beautiful.  Passion is a franchise from Hong Kong and Chef Gerard Dubois was in the store when we dined in.  Their staff is helpful and one of the owners visited our table to ask how our experience is so far.

The spread are all appetizing.  Passion is a boulangerie and patisserie.  They have breads, sandwiches, desserts, gelatos, pizzas and casseroles.  We had coffee, lemon tart and gelato.

Coffee's very good, not too strong and bitter.

Lemon tart is very delicious, smooth and creamy.  The tangy taste is just right, well-balanced!

Now the gelato, I tasted most of the flavors but I fell in love with Coconut.  It's so creamy and the coconut taste is heaven.  While eating I felt like I'm having it by the beach.  I just loved it.

There are still a lot of items that I want to taste here, I'will definitely be back.  This is a happy place!

------------------------------------------

June 8, 2016

I was in BGC for lunch because my pops met with his buddy and I recommended they eat here at Passion.   Me, I decided to eat at Pink's.  To my dismay, their announced opening day which is today didn't push thru due to an ACU malfunction.  And so, I just went back to Passion :)

Roastbeef Sandwich, the bread is heaven.  Crunchy and light, crust is not too hard to bite into.  The roast beef slices are enough for the price.  It's not tough, just add salt and pepper and request for additional mustard if you want more of it.  This is a good item.

Coldcut Platter.  This one looks appetizing but this might be the last time I'll have this.  I suggest they add some cheese slices and change the bread or maybe I can request to change it.  The bread is tough or rubbery.  The salami slices are ok, the speck ham is okay.  I prefer a saltier ham.

Slow Cooked Beef.  This looks really good but I have to be honest it looked better in the picture and the serving size is also bigger in the photo.  The actual item looked sad with no visual of the potatoes plus it's just about half of the casserole.  Very far from the photo.  OK enough of that - but they have to make this look more convincing so the price can be justified.  The taste is really good, this dish is a comfort food for me.  The beef slices are tender.  I wish there's a little bit more of the meat and more potatoes or make the slices bigger.  Add salt and tabasco and it will taste even better.  Just the same, I didn't like the bread slices.  The crust is like rubber, so difficult to tear.  Next time I'll request for a different one AND I'LL DEMAND for a fuller casserole!  ---- I hope they're reading this.

Coconut Gelato --- this is my favorite but something went wrong with their batch for today.  It's not creamy at all.  The texture is like a broken whipped cream (if you know what I mean and if you bake you'll know this)  It barely melts.  The taste is there and I am loving it but the consistency is not of an ice cream .  This one I had to bring to the attention of the supervisor and they admitted that it has issue.   I hope they find out what's wrong with their mixture.  I asked for a replacement instead (hmmm... if I were the sup i'll be offering this before I ask if they can)

Valrhona Gelato - is good, perfect chocolate taste.  It's rich and smooth.  This is a good choice.

I got to taste bloody orange, lime and lychee... it's not my cup of tea.

They have more servers/staff now.
Washroom clean and spacious.

Over all -- I'm one happy diner.

A relatively new building in the middle of BGC, Net Park, presented a new array of concept restaurants including two popular ones- Manam and Green Pastures.

Passion had a Boulangerie, Pasta, Pizza, Sandwich, Quiche, Casserole and a whole range of desserts including their own Italian Gelato section and an array of French macarons. All menu items are displayed to create an appetite. However, the layout wasn't favorable. The counter should have been in the end and not in the middle. That way, we select and then pay at the end.

One dish impressed- their Smoked Salmon with Rucula Pizza. The dough was deliciously soft by itself. It's two main ingredients paired well with light tomato and cheese.

Since it was closing time when we arrived, they gave us one free pastry if you buy two. We ended up with sweet and satisfying fruit tarts. The cream in them was well done.

Cold Cuts Platter with Sourdough was typical. The meats were a bit rubbery though. Bread could have been softer. And cheese! There wasn't any.

I do look forward to try their sandwiches. They look promising for its unusual combinations.

BGC is starting to become a hub for some of the well known restaurants in the city. One of these restos is Passion by Gerard Dubois. This boulangerie offers a lot of options in terms of French cuisine that you might be able to enjoy. Of course a boulangerie would not be complete without Macaroons. Their coffee tiramisu is one of the more delictable flavors or their macaroons.  I might try other desserts in the future just to satisfy my palate. Their mocktails is somethng I would consider too although their desserts are the best for this  joint.

Such a joy to eat in this fantastic boulangerie. Metro Manila is certainly going upmarket in the eating choices it offers.

Brightly lit place with bar stool table seating inside plus bistro style seating outside.

Started off with a Blackcurrant Mint Breeze and a glass of Benchmark Shiraz. Drinks are reasonably priced. Got the Curry Chicken Pasta Salad- the best dish of the evening- full of flavor in every bite. Followed that up with Coq au Vin - braised chicken in red wine sauce with lovely bread slices. Then came the sourdough pizza with chicken tikka. Great texture of the sourdough though the topping was lacking in flavor.

Time for dessert! The chocolate mille feuille valrhona was flaky and great tasting as was the banana gelato. Lovely end to a fantastic meal. This is a must-visit destination!

My expectations were met by a mile - exquisite French patisserie is here, and it comes as great prices.

Passion by Gerard Dubois in Manila is a franchise of a restaurant launched in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, by Swiss chef Gerard Dubois.

It is a medium-sized bakery, patisserie, and ice cream shop as well as a French style bistro offering sandwiches, sourdough pizzas, and French stews "en cocotte." Their specialty breads are baked at different times of day, made with different flours like rye and spelt and buckwheat; they are sold per weight (P38/100g, some of them; not bad!), and can be sampled. We spotted flavored brioche as well.

Mocktails, wine, juices, and coffee are served too.

It was my first visit, and we'd just had coffee elsewhere, so we just went for their patisserie, which takes the high road in terms of execution, but not in price. Our most expensive pastry cost P168 - really. Considering the different components that go into these confections, I'm surprised Passion is offering them at such good prices.

The best - and cheapest - of the lot was their All In Red raspberry dacquoise and mousse cake, whose filling and taste was absolutely perfect. P118 for this beautiful little cake.

The Boule de Cerise - Cherry Ball, glistening in dark red cherry gelatin and a rich dark cherry mousse - was perfectly shaped, mounted on a chocolate covered rice-crispies base, and decorated with a tiny fleck of of silver leaf, my second favorite.

The Noisette au Chocolate - a small tranche of chocolate covered hazelnut mousse, decorated with golden nonpareils was great, if somewhat predictable.

There's much more to try, like their 8" sour dough pizzas, and their stews, though I hear their sandwiches are pre-made, and I wonder why that is.
I also don't really like their music selection; it sounded like dated French pop, and it was played too loudly.

Even if one doesn't eat a full meal, Passion is worth stopping for - whether for a quick meal, their bread, their P52 macarons, and their ice cream. But their cakes? Come for these any day.

Passion has a wide variety of French pastries. I love their communal tables as it allows you to share the space with strangers. I tried their Smoked Salmon in Rye Sour Dough pizza and it was so good. I also tried the Peach and Mixed Danish.

Definitely coming back to try their gelato.

I passed by this new resto last week just to see if there was anything i could get quick.

They have lots of food choices and they serve gelato too! And a big plus is the ambiance of the whole place; warm, cozy and fancy.

I ordered the Salmon Quishe to go. It was good! And it costed only P280, not bad for the quality and the size (approx. 3 in tall, 3x4 in area, sorry dunno how to articulate in numbers haha). I also got the pistachio ice cream for only P90-- refreshing!

Its quite the pricey place to grab a quick lunch break but its a nice place to treat yourself for a job well done.... Job well done, Passion!

When you get in to Passion you might be overwhelmed with the variety of yummy choices. Savory sandwiches, pastries, salads, pizza, pasta, and gelato all in front of you in full display (not stuck on menus). Hard to keep salivating as you make your choice. And they are ALL GOOD!

Salads - you can choose 3 or 4 types of salad in one order. So you can try many in one visit.

Sandwiches - they are filling and very tasty. Suggest you can order two types, have them halved it and you can try two types of sandwiches.

Pizza - two types of pizzas here. Take the Salmon. Very generous serving of salmon. Close 2nd is the all-cheese pizza. Much better value than the other pizza restaurant next door.

Pasta - here it depends on your preference of pasta. Go for your favorite.

Gelato - a good way to cap off the meal

Oh... and they serve Illy coffee too.

BTW, they are not a sit-in restaurant. Like a bakery, you go in front, order and pay for your food. Prepare to share table with other customers. Self serve on drinks, utensils, etc. This is there way to keep their price manageable.

Went here for a very quick fix on the scorching summer heat. Impressed with the interiors of this place- brightly elegant and classy. To keep it simple, I'm satisfied with the ice cream, it being not too sweet. I just can't find its distinction from the rest of the ice creams being offered from other restos. 😋

Ice cream and cakes were top notch. Pastries also the best Ive tasted in Manila. Bread also good. However, sandwiches are pre-made unfortunately. Also, they need to rethink their service as people were waiting for a long time to order and pay - even if only getting takeaway bread.

We went there in the first week of opening. The place has a very inviting ambience, nice interior decor, casual seating arrangement, and, most important of all, the food display was so enticing. Its food offering had range, from sandwiches, pastries, to gelato and more, and colors were so vibrant like eye candies.  Price is of Fort Bonifacio level, about P300 for a chicken sandwich. The bread was good French style bread, very hard on the outside and soft inside. The filling was quite good.

We wanted to try a dessert pastry after the sandwich, but the lines were too long for us to be bothered. The manager said that she would add one more cash machine, so we hope we can try their other products next time.

A pleasant discovery today. What to look for on a Friday after a long tiring week is a really good meal. Was planning to grab something from Ruston's Marketplace but it was a long walk. Lo and behold, there's this newly opened place. I tried the small salad sampler. Flavors so rich. Enjoyed it. And also I got chocolate filled bread. It's in French and I can't remember what it's called. Anyway, I loved it too. I'll likely be back for lunch or coffee next week.
