This is a perfect place for steak lovers!!! We were looking for a place to have birthday dinner for a balikbayan friend and we came across Fire Lake Grill and everything about the place exceeded our expectations. Delectable food (we ordered US Angus Porterhouse, Fettuccine pasta in black truffle cream sauce with smoked garlic sausage and shitake mushrooms, mashed potato, potato wedges, dalandan shake, calamansi shake and juice), charming ambiance and superb service! We also had complimentary homemade ice cream and sorbet :)

Bravo Chef Paul Huang!� Your steak (t-bone and striploin), beef salad and braised chicken were just perfect! ����In the few times I've been to Tagaytay, your awesome place at the Cliffhouse undoubtedly has the best view of Taal Lake/Volcano! We will surely be staying at the Cliffhouse Inn the next time we visit Tagaytay.��

The Best Restaurant in TAGAYTAY!!!! and the BEST ANGUS STEAK!!, It was one of the best surprises of my girlfriend when we went to Fire Lake Grill because I didn't know that she had already planned everything with the chef from appetizer to dessert and they were all delicious you can't skip any meal. The place was perfect for couples because it has a quite and romantic vibe. If ever you want to experience a very romantic dinner in Tagaytay this is the place to be.
The pumpkin soup was heaven. The best pumpkin soup I’ve tasted. Ever. Then they have the best tasting strip loin and they know how to cook your steak!! The norwegian salmon was perfect! Their truffle pasta is legit. Most truffle pastas have that exaggerated synthetic truffle taste but not this one. �
Really loved the Valentine's set menu, very well composed from start to finish. Like eating thru a story created by Chef Paul. The featured wine paired really well with the set menu also, thanks David for recommending the wine. Hopefully you let me know when you have another set menu offering again.
Great place to enjoy great steak...they say 25 minutes waiting but only 10-15 and your succulent baby is served! Quite pricey but super worth it..and no other restaurant in Tagaytay
offer quality like theirs. Parking is ample. And yes, the staff are nice...one thing to improve though is the take-home container, pls invest on that next time we visit.. people DO take out your food because they want the family back home to taste your steak.
One of my favorite restaurants in the Phils. Chef Paul really hits the spot. I recommend you try the Blackened Beef Salad, Tenderloin Steak (Medium Cooked), and Pineapple Carpacio for dessert.
I love how my beef was cook to my liking, medium done..with the top & bottom darkly charred, pink thrrough the middle �and the dessert oohlala! Pineapple Carpaccio..that unique combination of everything is sooo pleasing! I'm glad we visited this place to dine.
Great Chef! What need I say? A combination of great view, company, ambiance and gustatory delight all wrapped into one!

We’ve been here a few times, on our date nights and with family during special occasions. In all events, their service and quality of food has been consistent. Their menu isn’t overwhelming, and you can quickly pick out a favorite that will make you want to go back.
Our early Valentines dinner was simply perfect! Halibut fillet and melt in your mouth strip loin steak.... super yummy!

Glad i talked hubby into going there for the Valentine's dinner. We weren't disappointed to say the least. Only downside was i didn't get to eat my favorite pork loin � guess will just have to come back next week ���. See you then Chef Paul.
