We stumbled upon this place by accident (bag of beans was full) best accident ever.
The view was great, service was very accommodating, live haranista, and very cheap but yummy food.
Definitely recommended!
Had a dinner with my family.
Menu is perfect. One of the best food restaurant.
The pancit batil is something new for us but definitely a good try! Service was awesome crew was very accommodating. We'll be back definitely! Tunay na masinggo (ibanag word for "masarap")
Thank you for the wonderful, overwhelming assistance from crew to owner. Very good food with stunning Taal view Lake.š
We've tried their home cooked, famous Pancit Batil Patong with shanghai, Kare kareng Gulay, Crispy Tawilis, Lumpiang ubod, Sinigang hipon. Dessert are also very good after meal, Palitaw and Torones.
Super Filipino. Affordable and taste very good. Will coming back again and againšš»
Masingngo means deliciousĀ in the Ibanag languageĀ of the Philippine Northern regions. Masingngo has a good quality service. The price is good and affordable for a delicious food. I recommend their TuguegaraoĀ Longganisa Silog andĀ homemade soy sauce and vinegar give unique taste to their Tuguegarao Pancit Batil PatongĀ . It is the best! They will also teach you how to eat it. WhichĀ I really appreciate that shows the Filipino culture.

If you're looking for a perfect view and some good Filipino food, MASINGngo, a filipino restaurant, might just be the ideal place in tagaytay for you! Hereās why:
Staff- 5.0 ā
We went there today to celebrate Father's day and was immediately welcomed right from the parking lot. The sun was shining that day and it was a bit hot. The staff were nice enough to escort us with an umbrella. They had a little entertainment set up for their customers, wherein musicians approach tables to sing a song while customers are enjoying their meal. We had a very accomodating and relaxing time thanks to the staff. So overall the staff did a great job. :)
Ambience- 4.5 ā
The ambience was just superb, i suggest that you occupy the seats on the second floor where its cool and the winds were refreshing. Not only that, it has a full view of the famous Taal volcano. The restaurantās interior design shows off a vibe of an old Filipino house with a modern feel to it.
Price - 4.5 ā(Please see images for reference)
The food that they offer is good for 2-3 people so the price is really affordable. I suggest that you come in groups and enjoy a relaxing time with your friends and family.
Food - 4.5 ā
Overall the food was great. Their best seller was the bulalo special (serves 2-3 people). The soup didn't taste bland and exceeded my expectations. You can easily cut the meat with a knife but it was a little bit chewy. It was good, though. I personally enjoyed their ensaladang talong which was topped with bagoong. The onions and tomatoes tasted really fresh. But I highly suggest their "Batil Patong" which is a pansit that originated from Tuguegarao. It comes with a soup where you pour it on the pansit before eating it. So overall, i really had a great experience at MASINGngo. Hope to come back soon š£
PS
They were offering unli rice when we visited, which only costs 180 pesos. What a steal š¤£
Great service and delicious foods! The place is comfy since it is a closed area. Can't feel the cold breeze that much. I recommend their Tuguegarao Pancit Batil Patung. It is the best! They will also teach you how to eat it.
