it was my first time at nono’s. i ordered the chicken and waffles. i really love the chicken it was crispy and juicy and the flavor was sweet & spicy. the salad that it comes with is really good also i love the dressing on that. the only thing i didnt like is the waffles :( it was not fluffy its hard to chew its like a puff pastry?
the other one is what my boyfriend ordered he enjoyed it too, the server approached us to inform that the best way to eat the chicken is to dip it in honey first and then the gravy. it was good! the coffee was okay.
Crunchy chicken, flavorful Glazed Salmon, kid-friendly mac and cheese, tasty Truffle Cream Pasta, and highly recommendable soups and appetizers. Nice place for brunching with friends, and a perfect weekend dining experience for the family.
Always a wonderful experience dining at Nono’s! It was my first time to visit Nono’s in Nuvali because of work meetings, and I’m glad I chose to have lunch there with my family. I really love the Truffle Cream Pasta and Oriental Shrimp Salad. They are my go-to! ❤️ This plus excellent service!
this place has tasty food ..the place is so chill and bright .they have a big variety of meals and deserts and cakes ..the staff are so welcoming . one time they offered me a piece of cake on the house after my meal ..nice touch .and cake was amazing .i recommend
Beef with mushroom tastes great!
I’ve tried this place twice but both times we just had the food delivered. They have an elaborate menu with interesting variety and their dishes are more creative than the typical. Like they have crunchy cheese wontons with honey dip - sounds like something a stoner would make for late-night cravings right? Yes they have that. They don’t skimp on truffle oil (they use it on a couple of menu items I think) but don’t overdo it either. I don’t remember the salad I tried (too lazy to go back and check the menu but it’s the one with cranberries and walnuts?) - it’s so good, I’m craving for it right now. One of the few restaurants in the Philippines that understands the appropriate use of salt and sugar.
You can't go wrong with their desserts. Everything I've tried so far were really good, from cakes to cookies. You can get your brownies and cookies a la mode too.
AMBIENCE
Restaurant looked contemporary with a clean, well-lit and spacious interior. Restroom floor was a bit sticky during our stay but I'm sure that'll be looked into; it's kinda hard to miss once you leave with your shoes making cartoon sound effects.
FOOD
Grilled Pork Chop was so good, buttery on top and tender towards the middle. Shrimp El Diablo was not too spicy and noodles were served al dente to perfection. Pepito Steak Sliders were very tasty but I had to get used to eating such special meat in pandesal. (I'm used to eating pandesal with peanut butter, butter or tuna.) Nono’s Homestyle Fried Chicken Sliders packed a good crunch and felt healthy despite the presence of gravy.
Chocolate Chip Cookie was ULTIMATELY GOOD! It was sweet like Hershey's with a nice lump of excess batter in the middle and the chocolate melted nicely!
SERVICE
It was good and they were quick. We received a pitcher of water with a slice of zesty and refreshing lemon.
Good food, big serving. A bit pricey though. But you'll love the experience. Nice cozy place to dine with family and friends. Had our Dad's birthday dinner here. Staff and crew were very accomodating.
Nono's by Classic Confections is know for their innovative 'classic' take on well loved desserts and pastries. Their entry to the Inquirer Lifestyle's Best Dessert 5 book launch was a given surprise. The Chocolate Chocolate Cheesecake was a delicious cake to have during the One Day dessert bonanza affair. The cheesecake was deliciously moist with a distinguished sweet salty taste. The chocolate swirls and the chocolate crust gave it that earthy, aromatic taste. Although the Nono's Chocolate Oblivion is a crown favorite, this is a great diversion to discover what could be your new favorite. Recommended.

Went here after Valentine’s to treat my Mom for lunch. I already searched ahead of time on their food offerings before going, so we ordered the Shrimp Salad as appetizer, Mac ‘N Cheese, Tomato and Basil Pasta and the famous Chocolate Oblivion for dessert. Food price is on the upscale range.
The salad was a big serving but we finished it as it has the right blend of sweetness, umami and freshness brought by the shrimp and greens. Their Mac ‘n Cheese tasted rich, however, could be improved to be more sticky and coming together as it had a soupy texture that time. Tomato and basil pasta tasted OK, nothing spectacular for me that time. But the serving is already good for 3 people at least. Lastly, for the dessert, Chocolate Oblivion was somehow similar to a mousse and tasted good.
The ambience of the place is very calming, with the interior design and furniture. Everything’s pastel and light that will make you feel at home. The servers too were so polite and friendly, as some were just new on the job. Will come back to try their other offerings.
The ambiance is very homey and chic at the same time. The waiters are very attentive and polite. The food were great! Will definitely go back to this place to chill and eat
Love the cozy and bright interior. Excellent food makes this place a must try.
What to order:
Fried chicken
Beef tapa
Cheese steak sandwich
French onion soup
Bring home goodies from their pastry shop Classic Confections.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the food and ambiance were really good. My friend and I also brought home some of their pastries. The ensaymada with parmesan cheese was sinfully good, one of the best I’ve tasted. They even gave us a free slice of their strawberry shortcake, it was really good. I would return here with my family, they will surely love this place.
The ambiance is good, very big place and good service!
I really liked the Shrimp Salad, it's pricy but it really taste good. Also tried the Pesto Pasta with Chicken, while there's nothing different in the taste, it's still good as the food is rich in flavor. I loved the grilled chicken along with it. The food really taste authentic (?) haha! It's really nice and good food.
The Nono's Chocolate cake is a must, very chocolate but not so sweet! It's just right.
Yes, it's a bit expensive but it really taste good, like they use highend ingredients to get the right flavors
Am hoping there will be Nono's stores to open up as they serve quality and interesting comfort food. On this visit, I got wine pairing ideas as they served our table with pasta, meats and even desserts. They are partners with a known brand, Beringer Wines.
For starters, we got my favorite Oriental Shrimp Salad. Why is it so good? Vegetables are crunchy and fresh and dressing of honey lemon is an amazing mixture. I highly recommend you order this too!
On items for sharing, we had the significantly sized Tomato & Basil (Php 475). Although its ingredients were basic, Nono's made this plate delicious! The sourdough slices of bread complimented with the pasta as well.
We got their best selling Fried Chicken, done fingers style. This one I am not really a fan of as the meat was quite dry although quite tasty. The Roasted Beef Belly (Php 495), on the other hand, impressed all of us. It was quite lean and tender. For the price, it was a steal deal!
I loved the Strawberry Shortcake here. Light chiffon with ample strawberries. Good job on their partner Classic Confections!
Have you tried Nono's? If not, I suggest you do. It's your destination for your familiar food done better. :)
