Denny’s has been one of our family’s go-to restaurants in our weekday dinner as it is just a few blocks away from work and so far, I’ve been checking each item off of their menu.
The beef tapa had the right mix of salty with a little bit of sour, the pork belly was soft with its fat that is so flavorful, and the crispy bangus belly marinated just enough to enhance the flavor of the fish partnered with their special vinegar was my idea of the perfect breakfast, all balanced with the freshness of their salsa. They also have their version of a dry but flavorful adobo. My tummy and my heart is filled.
As a caldereta lover, I tried their saucy beef caldereta. It’s not my typical kind which is a thick stew mainly with tomato sauce, liver spread, and some source of heat. The sauce of their caldereta was flowy, had some spice, and only little tomato taste. Nevertheless, it was a unique experience.
They also wings and we tried their italian parmesan and buffalo wings. The italian parmesan made me kinda sneezy because of its powdery spiced batter while the buffalo wings had just a little bit of heat and tanginess.
Other items that we already checked off their menu are their chicken apple cranberry salad, lumberjack slam, chocolate lava cake, Denny's share four all, salisbury steak skillet, eggplant extravaganza, pork adobo, good morning omelette, beef nachos, and grilled pork chop and egg.
We ordered the pork belly with eggs , but asked the eggs to be served on the side due to allergies, and it tasted good. The MarinAte is spot on and tastes exactly like a flavorful Filipino barbecue. The salsa it came with was lacking but it’s quite understandable since it’s not really supposed to be part of the dish. The serving portion is big, really worth the money.
We also got the saucy beef caldereta, it was great! The meat was so tender that chewing was optional! Haha. The sauce was rich and thick, just how it should be. However, I prefer mine with a bit of a kick and spice. This was served with veggies that tasted good too.
We also got their chicken and waffles, the chicken strips were legit chicken which was great! The waffles were the star of the show, it’s very crispy and dense! Very yummy!
We got a hash brown on the side because that’s my favorite part of any diner-sequel places. It was crispy and salty, just the way I like it!
Will totally come back for more!
Everything was worth the price. Serving portion are generous which is expected for American diners. Good ambiance and has a lot to offer in their menu. Definitely coming back!
Stopped by for breakfast. Service was great. Everyone was nice and attentive. Kids ordered Cheesy Penne. Hubby and I shared an original grand slam and Pork Adobo. We both enjoyed the latter, it was perfectly seasoned and just the flavor we wanted in adobo. 👍🏼
Added a bottomless coffee and iced tea. I enjoyed the iced tea more as I find the coffee bland to be honest and not worth a refill. Would have been perfect if it was a flavorful brew. ☕️

Cozy place, staffs are attentive and polite. Our orders were served right away and warm. I totally love breakfast food here at Denny's. It is comforting and makes me go back for more
Good food and well worth it’s price. Pancakes are always a staple and their big breakfast always fills us up.
Service is great, though, maybe hold off on getting feedback while guests are eating.
Very convenient that it is 24 hours!!! Whenever we want or crave for denny’s, we could easily go there! Meals and service are very good! The staff are all very accommodating, as well as the security guard!!
i loveeed the food unliked the first time i dine here!! its Salty and oily! but after we dine here! its fantastic its been cook properly! and serve it with a good look!! kudos to chef alvin! we are going to eat here always as long as you are the one who would cook for us!!
Gourmet burgers that are filling! Diner vibe so lots of choices for quickie eating fixes. Pricing is competitive and food is served hot and fresh. Instagrammable food presentation.

Been one of our faves, but the taste of the food changed.. esp their Porkchop! It’s not as tender as before. They are also no longer serving the cucumber ginger something juice..i forgot the exact name.. i soooO love this drink, but it’s no longer available. I love my complimentary coffee! Thanks BFF card!
The food serving is slow though.. you’d be hungry for sure by the time they serve your food.
I absolutely love this place!!! We have breakfast here all the time when we visit my dad’s workplace.
The food is great and they serve huge portions. It’s a bit pricey though but it’s worth it 👌🏼
HALLELUJAH TO ALL DAY BREAKFAST!!! As a tapa lover, i love how they cook their tapas. I always want the kanto-style tapa. A little bit dry with a lot of taste and that's how I got 'em. I didn't expect them to serve it like that since I thought it's a diner. Definitely coming back for this!
The crew was friendly. I loved their burgers and fries especially since I was craving for one the whole week. They did not disappoint. Will definitely come back soon.
All day breakfast haven!! We ordered cajun shrimps, chicken walnut balsamic salad (i think), soup of the day, lemonade,,
So first of PORTIONS! Madame sya lalo yung salad though uhhmm it was a bit pricey, since its under Italiannis , however it taste divine chicken was tender and take note! Madame walnut..
Cajun shrimps was ok! I like the heat.. and its ok for 2 pax unless malaki gutom mo..

I remember eating in Denny's in the US in 2009, and the menu here seems different. They must have tweaked it to fit the Filipino palate. Of the things we ordered, I really have high praise for the Penne and Meatballs. You could taste the herbs in the sauce. The Ultimate Omelette was also loaded with lots of toppings. For dessert, we ordered the super delicious Banoffee pie! The whipped cream, bananas, chocolate, graham crust and dulce de leche just go well together. It's so yummy I really didn't want to share it with my husband. I also like the ambiance of this Vista Mall branch. It's very cool. Servers were also very attentive.

It was my first time in Denny's and I am so in love with their platter!! Just imagine having quesadillas, fries, fillets and pancake puppies all in one plate! HEAVEN.
We went there last August 19, 2017 for my brother's birthday. The place is a little crowded when we got there since it was lunch time but we got a good spot so we're fine. Personally, I don't ask what are the bestsellers of a restaurant and would normally just go with gut feeling and order what I think is good. Glad I did when I saw their platter. To die fooooor! I love everything in it! Their pancake puppies are amazing! And in all fairness, their main courses are equally good (though may times na nakakaumay) and they have large servings which is nice since their prices are not really that affordable.
Staffs are really nice and very accomodating. Would definitely go back here 😉
Visited Denny’s twice this week. Food is great but a lil’ pricey. It’s a good things we have a Bistro Group Card and we get discounts. We will definitely visit Denny’s again.

Food - i dont really like bacon due to its saltiness. When i tried the breakfast side with bacon. I said "aaaah heaven is real 🤤" the pancake is creamy and super fluffy. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The quesadillas is not too crunchy and not too soft. How in the world is that possible? 😊😂
Service - seamless. One call to request servuce from attendant and they are right with you. Awesome. I hope the competition can learn a thing or two from your service's swiftness.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ambience- just the right chill haha. They could install a bit more exhaust though to avoid food scent stick to you...i smell like the office pantry when we left. 😂😂😂
Pricing - average. Not all can visit this. Range will be min 4-6usd depending on your order. But, servings can be for sharing. ❤️❤️❤️

We wanted to try Denny's for the first time, and we remembered there was on in the Nuvali area. So we decided to have dinner there.
The place was very well lit, no weird smells or anything. Sometimes restaurant menus and tables stink(kind of like a rag that hasn't been rinsed in a while), but Denny's didn't have that. The staff were courteous and led us to a booth. 4.5 stars for the service, minus .5 because I asked the waiter if the wrap was spicy and he said no. It was. 😂
Four Sampler - I forgot the name of this dish, it's not in the menu or online because I think it's new. It's an appetizer plate with their fries, pancake puppies, chicken quesadillas and chicken fingers. Fries were good, nothing special, not super hot tho. Quesadilla's were also nothing special. The slices of green peppers were a bit too over-powering for me. The chicken fingers were heavy, but good. As for extra BBQ bourbon sauce for these, the red sauce they put in the plate didn't really go well together with the breeding. Now the pancake puppies were DELICIOUS. I literally fell in love with them. They've got a crispy, brown exterior, and a light, sweet, semi-moist center. These were the star of the show. They could have added a bit more caramel dipping sauce, but it was okay.
Oreo Milkshake - Typical milkshake made of ice cream and bits of Oreos. Was just a too thick, maybe not blended enough because it wasn't going up the straw anymore. Yummy and big chunks of cookies.
Lumberjack Slam - Ham, 2 bacon strips, 2 sausages, toast, hash browns, 2 eggs and 2 pancakes. Everything was good, I just found it weird that one bacon strip was super crispy and the other was soggy. The hash brown was disappointing. It looked big because it was spread out, but it was really thin. It was delicious though, crispy and well-seasoned. The pancakes however, were craaaazy good! See how thick and fluffy they are? They taste as good as they look, and we like them way more that iHop's pancakes. They're not dense, or cakey.
Skillet Wrap - Kind of like a burrito, but more in the nacho-tasting zone. It was a bit too spicy for me. Again I asked Kuya waiter if it was and he said no. So it kind of surprised me. The egg was a good touch and made it taste more like a breakfast burrito. The pepper jack cheese sauce, which I thought would be the spicy part, surprisingly wasn't even that spicy. It's a good dish, but after a couple of bites, you sort of get tired of the repetitive taste. Definitely too heavy for me. I'd suggest this if you're SUPER hungry and you like spicy food.
Overall, it was an incredibly filling meal. My pants were too tight by the time I stood up and I fell asleep in the car ride going home. A bit on the expensive side, as are IHOP and Friday's. It's your typical American breakfast place, expect to walk out full. Try it if you're tired of IHOP and you want to eat somewhere new.
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food were exactly what we needed at 10pm when we had a late-night dinner on our way home from Batangas, and those were exactly what we got at Denny's.
We started with some mozzarella sticks, served crunchy and stringy with a side of tangy sauce. My sister and I then shared an order of chicken and fries with a side of Belgian waffle. The chicken was just a tad on the dry side but seasoned well. The waffle was just the right combination of crisp and softness and, once slathered with butter and syrup, was the perfect accompaniment to the chicken.
My brother-in-law inhaled his breakfast skillet, then proceeded to polish off a slow-cooked pot roast. Safe to say he enjoyed his food.
This is officially going on our list of "places to go to when we feel like driving over 30km out of town for no discernible reason."
Great first time experience. Ordered steak and eggs with bottomless iced tea. Asked for the steak to be well done, and got medium-rare. Not happy with that, but I still tried it. Thick and juicy sirloin steak, just didn't get what I wanted. Eggs were good, the top was not too runny (sunny side up). The toast was too thin, but well buttered and well toasted. Fries were fine, very average and not too salty (just how I like it, didn't request for them to tone down the salt). Iced tea was very watered down with the ice still solid. I would leave this review at 3.0 for the food alone but the atmosphere was diner-like and unique, making it 3.5.
PS: Our waitress led us to our seats but forgot to give us the menus, had to come back and ask for the menus. Very awkward.
They Opened yesterday and It Seems they kicked off in a right way. We were greeted by the welcoming host , guided us in our table, including "walking & Talking" to us .. she also offered us high chair for my baby ....She told us that our servers will be with us shortly,,, came the server , he introduced himself to us , ask us if its our first time in the restaurant and he guided us in the menu.. and even suggested his favorites... Food came in very timely , servers check back on us , if we're ok with the food we ordered, Overall we are very Satisfied with our experience.. Good Food, Good Service! Keep it up Guys, Kudos to the Opening Team , We Will be Back! :-)
