This is the only Frankie's branch that I like because their service is fast compared to others especially the one in SM Fairview. I always order their salted egg wings and salt and pepper wings paired with bleu cheese dip.

Its rare for me to eat at Frankie's because its usually jampacked with people. However, when me and my friends arrived in UP Town Center there was no waiting queue so we decided to eat.
We got the Hickory Barbecue, Bacon and Cheese/Cheesy Bacon and Classic Buffalo plus a Bleu Cheese Dip.
Surprisingly the Cheesy Bacon was our favorite 'coz the flavor was really generous and not to mention the bacon bits were generous. All the flavors we chose were good and not overwhelming when it comes to the flavoring. The size of the chicken was okay as well.
Always deep-fried and crispy. Flavored with exaggeration but in a really good way. This one's Salted Egg and a little spicy. Yum!

This place has a cool ambiance. The only sad part is that their two airconditioning systems have problems. I hope they remedy this immediately. The nachos was a little overpriced for me for a small serving. It is for Php 120 which should be at Php 80. I only found out they had Junior so I would order Junior next time so that I can eat two flavors at the same time. I have always enjoyed their Caribbean jerk so, nothing special. I have also tried the Kevin Bacon and I liked it. The bacon is wrapped inside the chicken breading so it feels like there’s a surprise underneath.

Chicken here is always so crispy and juicy. Feel like I've tried almost every single flavor by now, and it's worth saying that there's something here for everyone! :) even if their wings are priced a little higher than others, you get your money back through the food's size, depth of flavor, and delicious dips + quality service. Frankie's is exactly the place to be if you're eating with a big group of friends. It's no wonder a lot of college kids eat there! It's even more sulit if you're just eating for two or three. When my sister and I share a basket of their half-dozen wings along with two orders of rice, both of us are completely satisfied. Imagine how many mouths will be fed with the dozen basket?! Oh yes, you can't beat the way Frankie's wings taste. You can't go wrong with any flavor. Personal favorite is the Garlic Parm, but I'll occasionally order the original. Since the place is so popular, it's often crowded. There's almost always a line outside the door, so prepared to sort of shout at your tablemates once you're seated. With the kind of business they're raking in every day, it's not far off to see the Frankie's of UP Town expanding in the near future.

Who doesn't love chicken wings? Their buffalo chicken and salted egg are a must try. Their garlic parmesan is a bit overwhelming for me. But its good. Price per head is around 300.
To go wings place ng mga chikitings! Including me and my dabarkads. Nakailang punta na ako dito sa branch na ito, parating puno. Pero never naman kami hindi naentertain kahit mahaba pila. Worth the wait ang manoksters niyo! Malasa pa at maraming variety yung flavors. Sad lang kasi biglang nagtaas ang presyo. ☹️
I must say Frankie's has one of the best wings on the country except their Garlic Parmesan was terrible tasting, asian zing was too much sweet though. Hickory barbecue I think is there best seller. I must say always gonna stop to one of its shops whenever I feel like eating wings and it's cheap too.

Easily the best wing house there is here in the Philippines. Cheesy bacon is the best and onion rings are real (bcos some restos serve fake onion)! The store in UPTC is also organized because they have waiting area for customers and pick up point for GrabFood.
My go to place when I'm craving for buffalo wings and it never fails me. Garlic Parmesan is my all time favorite but their Classic buffalo(Spicy Flavor) is a must try as well. I also recommend their Mozzarella sticks for those cheese lovers like me 😊
I would always order hickory bbq, and garlic parmesan; and each time their chicken wings never disappoint. Add fries, blue cheese dip with your wings, and (because I am a lover of iced tea) 1 bottle of Sola Lemon please! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Ate here with my family. Our favorite in wings world is the garlic parmesan. Their wings are delicious and freshly cooked. Their french fries is thick cut made with real potatoes and their ranch dip for the fries is great. Waited for 45mins to be seated. But the food and service was worth the wait. Sulit Sarap!!!!!
Although the size of the chicken is a lot smaller than we opened a branch, the quality stays the same despite the crowds. Their Super Spicy Buffalo Wings is A+, especially when paired with the Blue Cheese dip. The Garlic Parmesan is also a favorite, although you can get tired of the taste easily. Same with the Salted Egg flavor.
My best friend took me here for our dinner. She told me that it's her favorite place for buffalo wings and she already gave me the idea on the must-try flavors.
We ordered the Onion Rings for our appetizer, it was good, i like the dip. For the flavored wings, we ordered the Frankie's Classic Buffalo (the Spicy one) and Garlic Parmesan. Both are best seller.
Just to give you an idea: My best friend told me that she already tried the Classic Super Spicy, though she is a spicy food lover, she wasn't able to handle the spiciness.
Their buffalo wings were really good, you can taste the flavor on it. I also like their service, the crews were nice and served us water immediately. I want to go back to try more of their Buffalo Wings!

09.01.2019 First time. Been hearing positive feedback on this place and so decided to finally try it. I’m not much of a fan of this (buffalo chicken wings) dish but the flavors we tried didn’t disappoint. Interesting and different flavors get my 4 stars - Parmesan cheese and salted egg. Service was quick and staff were nice and accommodating. It was good that we came a little early and avoided the line becoming long outside the restaurant when we finished.
They always offer best and affordable chicken. They have these variety of chicken wings flavors, and each of these flavor have different taste that everyone can enjoy.
Dined here several times already, and taste and quality of food never disappoint! Half dozen of garlice parmesan all to myself. Haha! Best wings ever! Downside is the long waiting time to have a seat. But that goes to show that they truly deliver, right? Haha. So they’re definitely worth the wait!
Great service! Garlic parmesan has always been my favorite. 3wings aren't enough for me but half a dozen is too much. At least I can get take outs.

Food: Honestly the best wings I’ve ever eaten. 💣 Considering the price range (230 php for half-dozen wings- yes they had a price increase), you really get your money’s worth with the serving size. They have the biggest wings I’ve seen at a wing joint! .

Superb! I like their chicken wings especially the Salted egg and Korean flavor. I also like the fries and mayo dip. I just hope the staff will be more attentive to their customers. All in all, my experience is wonderful.
One of the best places to get wings! We were really satisfied with our meal. Their prices are reasonable and they give generous portions of the wings. Although, they could do better in terms of service and ambiance. There's almost always a line of people waiting so it's very crowded and the servers obviously had a hard time keeping up with the amount of costumers. Overall, will still go back but maybe at a non-rush hour time.

Frankie's has become a go-to for wings - starting with their branch in City Golf, and this has been this case with the UP Town Branch as well.
Their wings are always solid and their burgers flavorful. Reasonably priced food and beer is what you get at Frankie's. They taste very good too and are arguably among the best in the metro.
If you're a big group, there will almost always be a waiting time - but not so much for small ones (1-4).
The demerit portion sizes have gotten a bit smaller from when I first dined (in City Golf) and the service is slower than I'd like it to be for fried chicken. The spaces are a bit cramped too and there are certain chairs that box you in and are uncomfortable if you're big like me.
Nonetheless, a solid value for money option!

Pina deliver nya is yung salt egg at chicken world ba yun basta may world haha. Masarap yung salt egg na flavor medyo spicy sya. Kung titingnan mo mukha syang maalat pero hindi besh promise haha. Kakaiba yung lasa nung salt egg, parang makaka ubos ka nang maraming kanin. Medyo mahal to almost 400 pesos ang isang box with 12pcs pero ok narin di naman ako yung nagbayad haha.Yung isang flavor very ordinary lang kaya siguro may sauce para sumarap. Medyo may kamahalan kasi siguro pina deliver lang via food panda. May mga branches to sila kaya might as well try nyo. For me maererecommend ko yung salt egg flavor nila.

Garlic parmesan is always our go to flavor since it's not spicy and it's very flavorful. It was my first time trying the honey garlic, it was sweet and tasty but I didn't quite taste the balance of the garlic. (Still delicious though) The nachos were bomb. 😁

We got there almost 10pm. We ordered two NY specials, 1/2 dozen garlic parm and salted egg wings, and garlic parm burger.
The NY special was worth every peso. Shame i couldn't tell the which flavor i'm eating. There was just one that i didn't quite like of the six wings. The onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and fries were great. That order was worth it.
Garlic parmesan and salted egg wings were good flavor picks. The garlic parm burger was also better than expected. I loved that it was kind of a hangover burger with its bacon and egg.
The service was rather slow though.

Always packed on Saturday nights, plan it ahead and have a lot of patience for the food and when waiting for a seat.
I finally had the chance to try Frankie's after much anticipation built by the word of mouth of fellow food bloggers. I literally had to sit outside in the midst of a huge downpour because Frankie's was packed during a regular Tuesday afternoon (it wasnt even lunch time).
I ordered the classic style buffalo, a basket of wings deep fried to a crisp and smothered with a sweet, spicy sauce with a slight tang. The contrast of the sweet and spicy buffalo sauce was in harmony with the salty crisp of the chicken. The dip of mayo and truffle oil took the dish to another level creating gustatory balance giving the dish an addictive character (there is a reason why a single serving is 6 pieces, you wont stop popping once you start on a basket).
The best part is that the price of a basket of 6 is an absolute bargain considering the kind of quality you're getting.
(4.5/5) There are few restaurants in this world I forgive for the long queues and laggy service, and Frankies is one of those. Ever the crowd pleaser among Katipunan people, Frankies promises and delivers tasty, sulit chicken for the enjoyment of your barkada!
We automatically go for 1/2 dozen a person here (PHP 199 + PHP 30 rice), then just order different flavors per person so we get to try a lot. The SALTED EGG WINGS TOUCHES THE DEEPEST PARTS OF MY SOUL, and all I think about when I'm not in Frankies. Other faves are Classic, Garlic Parmesan, and Nagoya Tebasaki. They are my favorite chicken wings place (Blake's will probably start competing w it soon), because after every meal I'm full and a satisfied customer.
Expect to wait around 20-30 mins before u get seated. But trust me on this, THE WAIT IS EVER JUSTIFIABLE. :)
We've been here for a couple of times and each time's a good one.
For this review, we ordered salted egg chicken and Wings wolrd--both 1 dozen and there were only three of us! I liked the salted egg and smokey bbq best. My friend liked the Parmesan flavored one but the texture is weird for me so I gave him my share. We'd want to try the honey garlic and honey mustard next time.
Overall, Frankies is a good place to catch up with friends over chicken and beer. I love the variety of chicken flavors and the beer (if you're ordering a bucket) isn't that overpriced.
Aside from their chicken wings, one thing I really love was foosball (the table game that was in chandler and joey's roon in FRIENDS)!!! We dined here for one of my friend's more of a despidida because she will fly to the US, and we had such a great time. ♥️

Frankie’s is a welcome addition to the UP town center scene. Known for the NY style interior and excellent wings. It’s a great place to hang out with friends and family to bond over your mutual love of this crispy fried wings with various flavors. We recomment their classic buffalo wings (spicy) and an extra dose of blue cheese dressing. The skin is crispy and has the right amount of sauce. Dip that into the blue cheese sauce and its a match made in chicken heaven. Will definitelybe back for more. Oh btw, its really affordable too.
We ordered 5 flavors of wings: Garlic Parmesan, Honey Garlic, Classic Buffalo, Smokey Bbq and Korean. We also ordered onion rings and nachos for our appertizers. The sevice was fast and the staff was very attentive. However, expect long lines of waiting customers during lunch time. And by long lines I mean expect to wait for an hour.
I loved their nachos. The serving was generous and the ground beef was so good with the cheese and aioli sauce. On the other hand, the onion rings were not delicious at all. They were bland and nor worth the order. Of all the flavors we tried, I loved the garlic parmesan the most, closely followed by honey garlic. My parents did not like the garlic parmesan because it was too salty for them. They liked the honey garlic and Korean better. The size of the wings were significantly smaller compared to when they first opened the UP Town branch. Despite this, Frankie's still serve the best and most sulit wings in Metro Manila.

Masaya ako dahil masarap ang kanilang Garlic Parmesan sa kahit saang branch. Sinubukan din namin ang Wicked Wasabi dahil nagki-crave ang partner ko sa wasabi lately. Ayos dahil nasiyahan naman siya. Masarap din para sa akin ang Nachos, medyo konting dagdag na nga lang sana sa seasoning ng beef.
Dahil marami ang gustong makaupo, sana mas maayos ang pagpapapila nila pati na ang pagtanggap nila sa advanced orders.

My boyfriend and I usually go to their City Golf branch when we saw it at UP Town Center. We just had to try it too. It seems bigger on the outside but when you enter the establishment it had narrow spaces. I guess they are trying to maximize the space.
We got my favorite wings flavor which is Nagoya and we got 1 pound (Php 369) of it. It didn’t have much sauce unlike City Golf. Taste is still the save but we were both hoping it had more sauce.
a commercial establishment, always a lot of people at Frankie's. Servers are nice and courteous, the orders are served relatively fast. food is rightly flavored and not too empowering.
Crew was good though some are not. Some of the staff didn't mind my little nephew who is asking for tissue. Then the other incident is when my sister who is a disabled asking for something, the crew is very mean by staring my sister & not minding her however still there are crews that is good and very nice. What keeps me coming back are the chix. Yes! I love chicken so much. I love the different flavours and the servings are awesome 👏 .

Ordered half a dozen of garlic parmesan and salted egg wings and a plate of spaghetti bolognese.
Garlic Parmesan Wings - tastes good, but somehow it is 'nakakasuya', though I think it is because we did not order rice.
Salted Egg Wings - really, really tastes good even without the rice. We asked for a ranch dip too, and they also blended quite well.
Spaghetti - if you like the classic Italian tomato spaghetti (not the sweet, Pinoy one), this is for you. They have a generous serving, and it is good for 2. I just felt bad about it because the pasta noodles were not al dente; they were not that soft and chewable as they are supposed to be.
Service
Their crew were very attentive and polite; we just had to wait longer for our bill because the staff were all busy. We asked for lots of water refills, and they were always present to attend to our requests.
Ambiance/Place
The place is big enough to accommodate a number of people, but it is quite compact due to the tables. No problem for us though.
Lesson: I would try the wings with rice the next time I visit Frankie's.
Overall, I have enjoyed my experience in Frankie's. I will definitely go back and try their nachos and other chicken wing flavors.
Probably my most recommended Frankie’s branch. The food is still the same (tastes delish) but what I like about this branch is that compared to the others, it’s much bigger. Meaning, you don’t have to wait like the on in City Golf!

I'm generally an avid fan of Frankie's wings! The Garlic Parmesan wings are most especially my favorite. We usually have our orders delivered through foodpanda, but last night, we decided to dine in at the UP Town Center branch.
The branch was packed with people! There was a waistlist of 6 more groups before us so we had to wait before we were seated. We were given the table outside (we didn't really mind since it was a cool evening). The waitress took our orders and we found her a bit off. She had a judge-y vibe to her like she was questioning our food choices or the way we ordered.
As usual, we enjoyed the chicken that we ordered! Some of us ordered wings while some ordered the boneless chicken. We also tried out their new CHOCOLATE CHICKEN WINGS! My boyfriend loves chocolate and he loves wings, but I don't think he quite liked the chocolate-flavored wings. It was alright for me, worth a try to satisfy your curiosity, but not something I'd go back for. It tastes a bit like churros tbh.
I would definitely go back (but not for the chocolate wings) haha!

Okay. So you know me when it comes to Frankie's review. Alam na natin, they're one--if not--the best when it comes to chicken wings. Whoooooo!! So my reviews usually boil down to service and place.
I said I'd be paying a visit to this place last Sunday night.
And yes! Service was great, very attentive yung waiters and are always checking and glancing arouns to check if somebody needs service. So far so good!
We were seated by the balcony door--meaning I was able to see the balcony, which was occupied only by this big group (mukhang family sila). 1 thing caught my eye--their cleaning stuff were there! Yung mop, yung yello balde thingy, they were all there! Shookt si ako.
Honestly, di ako maarte. But don't they have a place (a more discreet one, where they can put those? The toilet perhaps? Or maybe nakatago somewhere else, not super lapit sa table na kinakainan?
Don't get me wrong, pero it's a little unsanitary to have the mop and yellow balde thingy that close to the table. Siguro they just didn't have time to put it away, but that should not be an excuse.
(I rate reviews a bit lower when it comes to cleanliness and service. Because, why not? Importante yung kalinisan especially in the food industry.)

we were on queue but the servers were very friendly and approachable. they can get your orders in advance so there's less waiting time when you get seated. the food was worth the wait and the hype was real!!! the wings were big, the flavors were all delicious!!! for me, there's no need to order dips because the wings are delicious on its own. but if you still wanna try, blue cheese is great. :) my go-to for wings!!!!!
Newly added go-to-place for my fried chicken wings cravings. I love the classic, garlic parmesan, salted egg and korean flavors. It's so savory simot to the bones talaga.
The place look so simple and chic and I understand that it really gets to crowded kase bongga talaga sa sarap ang foodang so keber lang kung masikip basta I will enjoy myself eating my oh-so-yummy chicken wings.
I just hope that we don't need to pay extra for the dip or there will be dip included of your choice per set then pay for additional na lang.

My friends who visit frankies first time loved the place, the food, the service. But the tables should be improved, masikip for tall and big guys. Too much parmesan daw without a hint of garlic yung garlic parmesan flavour.

What makes Frankie’s stand out is their buffalo wings serving size. It’s very large compared to other similar establishments. The only downside I see when it comes to their wings is the amount of dip that comes with it. You might want to order an extra dip or two especially when you’re getting the dozen wings.
I usually order the half dozen classic buffalo wings with an extra blue cheese dip. Their blue cheese dip doesn’t really taste like authentic blue cheese but it’s still the best dip to pair with the classic flavored wings.
As for the staff, they were attentive and I usually get my orders quickly. As for the place, parts of it seem very cramped so choose a good spot if you don’t want the staff walking back and forth beside you!
