Affordable jap resto. I usually call for delivery. Ordered tempura, tonkatsu, tuna maki, tuna sushi, and gyoza. Really not bad for its pricing. Love their food here.
My go-to Japanese restaurant since 2010. Very simple, cheap, and has the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. Even if the quality doesn’t match up to the “fancier” Japanese restaurants like Morita or Genki Sushi, it’s still worth going to. The fact that it’s outlived its fellow tenants in Petron is a testament to how great the food and service is.
food is good and straightforward, no frills!! staff is always friendly and accomodating. its good yhey just charge u for additional things like mayo rather than saying they cant serve it. the prices really went up tho :((
This place is a classic! Best part is they deliver haha, i've gotten delivery like 1000x from this place. Only downside is its a bit pricey but i mean, the foods pretty good so....
I don’t get why some people would give it one star without even qualifying the low rating. I usually go here during lunch time and the place is never packed, service is fast, the staff are nice and courteous, place is clean and easily accessible, there are lots of parking space in front, and the food tastes good and is priced just right. Their tendon is my go-to comfort food, and the rolls aren’t bad either.
Our family always ate here whenever we wanted Japanese for dinner :) They have accomodating staff, delicious food for the price they offer, just the right serving size per meal, and they also deliver! :) Japanese food in it's most convenient restaurant :)

This restaurant has been around forever! Im glad its still holding it own because its my favourite place for the crazy kani maki. The maki is lught and filling at the same time. Their rice and tempura is also great, but the tempura sace could use a little bit more flavour.
ALL-TIME FAVORITE. Really cheap for its really good and consistent taste and quality, and appropriate serving size.
Must try: Crunchy Tuna Roll (has a lot of tuna on top!!), Spicy Salmon Roll, Cheesy Cucumber Roll
Our neighborhood japanese restaurant! Simple but no compromises here. Try the Don Buri bowls. Affordable and filling! The sushi is pretty good as well.
Never thought a gas station will be a destination for a gastronomic treat for truly tasty Japanese cuisine. The Petron Service Center along Katipunan Avenue just off the entrance to La Vista and LGV (Loyola Grand Villas) is such an oasis for the pallate.
Its expansive menu is unexpected for the restaurant's size that's intimate enough for a small class from either of the three colleges nearby, as well as the many families from the villages spread along Loyola Heights.
Donburi takes centerspread in the menu and ranges from beef to pork to chicken to seafoods with egg toppings available in some entries. Then there's sushi, sashimi, and the now Filipino favorite makis! Teriyaki, rice preparations, soup, and many more abound but strangely, do not overwhelm. They just become many more reasons to come back, again and again, to Kamirori!

Been coming to Kamirori since I was a kid and it's original branch was where Rustans supermarket is now. Humble jap resto, and I've always been ordering the same thing all these years. Tempura, japanese fried rice and the tuna and salmon rolls. Good service and what I really miss was this Japanese guy making Japanese-style beef shawarma back in their original branch.
I know it's been a long time (2013) but I Really enjoyed japanese food at this resto! Plus they have big servings! So imagine us after eating several in their menu.. And did I mention the philly roll? It's the bomb. 👍🏼
W've always loved Kamirori. In my college days my parents would visit and we'd meet up in Petron to eat. I always ordered the same thing but I wasn't afraid to try something new. Although the spicy tuna maki is not what you'd expect, it has its own character for this particular resto. The service has always been excellent and they deliver! Prices are steep but it's still worth it.
This is my family's favorite restaurant because they have great food & great service. It's not cheap but it is worth it. They are not stingy when you ask for extras and the servers are very nice & courteous.
Quality service for a quite small restaurant. The service is good, the food is served fast given any number of costumer inside, and the food is great. Delicious Authentic Japanese dishes and cuisines. Tuna crunch roll is a must try. Well the quite expensive dishes is given for a specialty restaurant. Just wishing they have more accessible location.
Not bad for a Japanese restaurant. The service was pretty fast considering it was fully packed that night. The servers were also very courteous and willing to serve.
The food was pleasant as well. While not mind-blowing, the value for money is there. For a filling side dish, I recommend the mixed tempura platter. There is so much kakiage, you'd be filled almost instantly. Good food for a modest price.
