I love their red velvet cake and blueberry cheesecake. The cream cheese frosting on the red velvet cake is oh so yummy, and the cake itself is moist. The blueberry cheesecake was also good, a nice blend of cream and crunch. I’d definitely go back for more.
UCC is one of those restaurants that you just enter, eat and leave without much of a thought of anything that happened inside. Well, that's my opinion. You see, I've been patronizing this coffee shop for the longest time without realizing that there, aside from this Terrace Cafe, are already other UCC brands: UCC Clockwork, Mentore.
It was my BFF who pointed this fact to me a year ago when we were eating at UCC Clockwork in Ayala Malls 30th in Pasig. All I replied was, "Ay, oo nga no?"
Then, one day I got an invitation for meet up for a potential client in UCC, Trinoma. Immediately, I consulted Zomato. So, its UCC Cafe Terraces.
We presented to our potential client (who eventually became our dear client, thank you!) and had a marvelous tet-a-tet over two Clubhouse Sandwiches, UCC Black and for a Signature Cocoa (for me).
It was a pleasant afternoon that day, everything was just right. The food (Clubhouse was what a Clubhouse should be, filling), the service (the female servers attentive and jolly) and our hassle-free presentation.
I intend to repeat my UCC experience. This time, I'm planning on taking my mom to the new UCC Clockwork in nearby Vertis North. Soon.
I can’t remember the last time I went to UCC but I know their coffee is quite expensive but good.
My friend and I went there recently to have breakfast.
I ordered their Eggs Benedict. Honestly, this is the first time that I will try Eggs Benedict per se. They say it’s good.
I really don’t know what to expect from this dish but to be fair with, I liked the taste especially the pulled pork and muffin/bread. However, it’s really not my thing. I’d probably be more satisfied if I ordered waffles/pancakes with sausage, eggs, or bacon or a Club Sandwich.
Overall, I like the place. It’s clean and the service is prompt. I could say the food is good but maybe I’ll order something that I would really like to eat next time since their dishes are pricey. I should make the most out of it.
My go-to place for heartwarming food. 4⭐️ lang kasi medyo pricey around ₱400-500/head then serving medyo nakukulangan ako. Service is brillant. Must order: kori kohi kahit ₱220 sya 😂 sulit sa sarap. So far naman lahat ng natry ko dito super sarap 👌🏻
First time to dine here just to try the buy one get one promos of the booky app. Ordered the Coffee frappe and Almond Roca cheesecake.
It is a good thing that they allow two different flavors because the other beverage that the booky app is offering, they only allow one flavor for the buy one get one.
I'm a coffee lover myself so I really liked the strong taste of the coffee. I also tasted my partner's almond roca and it was also delicious! Not too sweet for me and it kind of balances the taste of my drink and my partner's.
For the place, since it is our first time, we expect it to be like the other known coffee shops but it is not. They also serve entrees, meals, and others. More like of a restaurant than a coffee shop pala.
The Eatventurers tried this UCC Cafe branch for the first time yesterday and we loved it.
The place is very quiet so it is perfect for casual hangouts, meetings and even dineouts with families. They have enough seats for customers and the space is intimate.
We ordered pumpkin soup and ice brewed milk tea. We wanted to try their horlics or malt drink but it was not available during our time of visit.
The pumpkin soup was just okay, it was not thick as expected but it has rich taste.
The ice brewed milk tea, on the other hand, is not that strong but has a kick in it.
They also give you the option to have your drinks iced or hot.
P.S. This cafe is cold so it is a good place to visit if you are planning on beating the heat.

Generally, food by UCC tastes good. The ebi curry for instance had shrimps fried to a golden brown, without any hint of sogginess. The curry was likewise well thick and mildly spicy. The salad had fresh romaine and well prepared vinaigrette dressing. The truffle fries were a winner too. It was thick, flavorful and had generous truffle shavings on top.
UCC is a good place to dine and stay a while with friends. However, ambiance can be improved, to match the price of their meals. The place could be made less noisy using soundproof materials, and the surroundings will greatly benefit from a facelift.
Great and cozy place! Staff are very attentive. They have that button thing on your table whenever you need to be attended to. Food are great in quality, selection and serving portions. Price is just a bit higher than your favorite middle class cafe.
Ordered the Flat White, Pumpkin Soup, and their Spinach Toast.
I thoroughly enjoyed everything that I ordered. The Spinach Toast is a beautiful balance of the savory flavor of the spinach with the sweet taste of the bread, along with the creamy texture of the perfectly poached eggs.
The Pumpkin Soup was very delicious as well because you could tell that fresh pumpkins were used for it. It’s also a beautiful balance of tangy and sweet flavor.
What I enjoyed the most was their Flat White. This is my choice of coffee in any coffee shops I visit, and I think this is definitely on the top of my list. 👌

The food is great, my always favorite is the bangus belly, and my partner is tocino. We also have our waffles and bacon.
The staff is slow in service, just a couple who can do service fast. But they are friendly. The place is a great catch-up with family and friends.
Excellent coffee and cakes. My favorite is "hokkaido green tea milkshake" , authentic matcha, taste like those from Japan. Vanilla milkshake is a little bit sweet. Their UCC coffee cake is fluffy, moist and not too sweet. Food maybe a little pricey, but it's all worth it. One of the best coffee shops. Service is fast and crews are polite.
Best cafe I've ever tried in the Philippines. Better than SB(ooops!). Their servings are handful.
Their Herbed Salad is great. Shared it w/ my sister & we went full for the main course. But their dishes taste great, too.
I'm gonna make more of my coffee experience here.

Will always LOVE UCC Cafe anywhere in the Philippines. Superb and gratifying. The food, atmosphere and service is worth the price!
The high ceiling and spacious dining area will not make conversations too loud for your neighboring table - just perfect for group dates, team breakfast or business meetings.
I would definitely recommend this place. 👍🏽
Aside from the usual and my all time favorite french toasts. This cafe is also one of my breakfast hide outs. They open as early as 7.30AM and this place is perfect to spend an early morning finishing something on your laptop, meetings or a lazy morning simply doing nothing but to have a good coffee. Their advantage as a cafe is they offer a wider variety of food items compared to other nearby cafes. They have salads, soups, sandwiches, pastas, pinoy breakfast meals, pizza, desserts, entrees and ofcourse their great coffee selections.
Because it's too early for some sweet food i decided to skip the french toasts and have my second favorite, Cliffhanger.
I love the texture of this sandwich, a little bit of crisp on the outside because its deep fried but not oily. The taste of this sandwich will explain it's name. Definitely will move you on the edge of your seat with every bite. (Just like Cliffhanger lol). Its jut ham, egg and oozing mozzarella cheese but it was that good! Maybe a lemon mayo or sour cream is a good additional with a catsup on the side. (Just a thought)
My latte wasnt too hot but it's good enough so i finished it very fast. I'm honestly not a breakfast person but i felt the urge to order something heavy to start this day. So i decided to add a Pinoy breakfast meal with Angus beef tapa and an additional iced cafe au lait. Beef tapa is tender to perfection and very flavorful. Really loved it.
This is where a good day starts.
I love their red velvet cake. Their katsudon is tasty though you have to ask for the sauce to be served and it seems soaked with the pork meat too thick. Wide options on their breakfast selection 👍🏼
If I would choose between coffee shops and my favorite one is nowhere near, I would opt UCC instead. The coffee they serve are delicious and has quality. Sugar is not the main ingredient in their drinks; the crowd is minimal which makes the stay more relaxing. This branch also has alfresco dining!
Tried one of their sandwiches and pasta, it was delicious, expensive but delicious. (Sorry for the blurry pic). Sandwich is packed with meat and lettuce, love the potato chips included. Pasta has plump shrimps, generous serving of seafoods and fresh tomato sauce.
I would definitely like to try some of their food especially in the Clockwork branches.
Been here quite a few times for coffee... i dont know why but the food choices are not that appealing to me at all... well i tried the seafood pasta... not bad... but its not all that.. for the price anyway... you can find a better pasta for a cheaper price.. i do love hanging out here though.. for coffee ...
I was able to visit the Trinoma branch of UCC around this time last year.
I ordered their Hamburg Omurice - a dish that they don't serve nowadays, I think, as this is not included in their new and revised menu. Still, whatever variant of their Hamburg (My favorite would be the Rice Casserole variant) , I always like it, because the meat of the hamburger is so thick, and yet, at the same time, tender and soft. I also like the sauce that they pair with it.
I like the branch here because the staff are always equipped with smiles, and during this time, we would always place orders for takeouts, and they would comply with our requests (simple ones such as separate the sauce, etc.). Also, they have an ample amount of space that it doesn't feel too stuffy when there would be a lot of customers. They also have a separate smoking area too, and they have a clean bathroom to boot.
I love my experience here than the last time i was in UCC. I had their cake of the day which is an apple pie (sort of) and that came with a free coffee. I'm not a fan of apple pie, but this one changed that.
The lady who took and served my order is a very amiable one. She talk to me while placing my orders on the table and very sensical.
My drink of choice in UCC-- the Kori Kohi!!!😄
I like the pseudo experiment experience-- pouring the warm milk from the little flask into the coffee cube filled glass and adding a bit of sugar syrup to suit your preference... Then watch the ice cubes melt and turn the whiteness of the milk into a pleasing chocolate brown hue... Goes down smooth!👍
Sorry, I'm such a nerd!😁
I tried their meals but I didn't like them a lot. First, we had the Kani Mango Salad. It's loaded with crabsticks and mango but they use some kind of vinaigrette instead of the usual Japanese mayonnaise. Though there's some mayo, it's not enough for the entire salad. Then I had the Beef Yakiniku. There was a layer of mayonnaise between the beef and rice thus making it so heavy to eat. The taste was so-so for me.
But it's different when it comes to their coffees and desserts. Their sumiyaki coffee is one of the best coffees I've tasted. And the desserts.. I love the Japanese cheesecake. Definitely a must-try. The salted caramel cake is simple and light and they served it with sugar crystals and syrup drizzled on top.

We were searching for a less crowded cafe in Trinoma (it's seldom to find a hipster cafe in a mall) to unwind when we stumbled upon this branch of UCC Terrace Cafe. The prices for their meals are a bit pricey for me but their Japanese cheesecake is a real treat.
First time I have been to UCC Terrace Cafe. There for a meeting. So only ordered Americano. To my surprise, it had creme! One of the few times I have ordered an Americano In Manila, that has had creme. We be back. P130 well spent.
I go here for coffee and desserts. This is a perfect place to catch up with friends. It's quiet, cozy and relaxing. Their location is not easy to find though, but I think that's what makes it lovely. Only a few people go there. The desserts are really nice. UCC is known for its coffee and I wouldn't question that because the concoctions are perfect. Even their shakes and smoothies are good too. As for the price, for me, it's worth every cent.
One of my all-time favorite restaurant/coffeeshop. The thing is, I only order two things from the menu: their house blend and their hamburg rice casserole. I will even go so far as to say that their house blend is my favorite coffee ever and their hamburg rice casserole is in my top 10 list of favorite food ever. I'm not much of a coffee drinker so I'm no expert when it comes to coffee but their house blend is the first coffee that I've ever liked. I don't drink it black though. I add cream and 3-4 teaspoons of crystal sugar (you'll to request this).
Very nice place to hangout with your friends if you want somewhere cozy, comfy, and quiet! Probably because its kind of in a hidden part of Trinoma. They also have their own restroom and its clean. My favorite here is their Mocha coffee cooler and french toast. I also like there crepes, although I think its a little pricey.
UCC's my boyfriend's favorite so we always end up here for a meal or just a simple coffee or dessert. The first time i tried UCC, I ordered Chicken Terriyaki rice casserole AND DAMN IT'S GOOD. I forgot to take a picture but just imagine it this way... There's enough rice topped with chicken terriyaki and the best part is that the top of the meal is covered with melted cheese. It's not affordable but i can't say it's pricey since the taste IS WORTH THE PRICE. You're going home with a happy tummy 😋
