It's imperative that you consume them immediately upon receiving them because they're not as good when they've cooled down (but I'll still gladly eat them). I hope they'll have a cinnamon flavored churro in the future (anyway, I'm considering just bringing cinnamon mixed with sugar next time).
I already had coffee earlier so I tried their iced tea instead and it was very refreshing! Just wished it had less ice.
The best churros I’ve ever tried. It’s always served hot, Smells really good tho, and it’s huge lol 💖 The first time I tried this, I ordered 6pcs churros. I only ate 3 kasi nakakabusog. Haha! Pero the best parin. ✨
My go-to churros!! Never fails when churro craving arrives! It’s a bit maumay when you go beyond six pieces though, but I guess too much of anything is bad 😅
Cravings satisfied. Hot, soft and slightly sweetened. The dark chocolate dip is addicting. For us, a double order is just right for a 12 pcs order. However even if crew is friendly, they seemed understaffed. Since we had to clean the table used by previous customer ourselves, I am rating them as 3.5 for now. Definitely a ding on cleanliness and service.
The first time I ever got to try churros was at Disneyland Japan. It was coated with cinnamon sugar so La Lola’s churros caught me off guard but nonetheless, we loved it.
Not bad churros. Just the correct crispiness plus the softness of the inside makes for a perfect hot treat. I believe it is best served with hot chocolate. Didnt really want one but the americano came with one free stick. Not bad. Might be my new favorite place. Oh and their coffee is legit espresso.
Is it just me or did anyone experience that when it is Friday, the churros are like fried in an old batch of oil making the churros taste oily and literally oily inside and out. But when we ordered churros on a Saturday, the churros are not that oily, taste freshly fried on a fresh batch of oil. Just crunchy, hot and yummy churros 😊
Out of all the churros na natikman ko, isa sya sa pinaka masarap. Sulit sa price because mahaba yun size nung churros nya. Tapos ok din yun dip. Naenjoy ko rin yun promo na free upgrade ng dip to medium size I think. Isa to sa mga dinadaanan ko talaga everytime nasa SM North kami
I love how they have a wide variety of flavors. La lola always satisfies my sweet tooth cravings. Don't need chocolate dip because the churros itself is already sweet.
Still my favorite churreria. Hands down. My fave is actually the dark chocolate coated churros. The thick rich flavor of the dark chocolate perfectly balances the buttery crunch of the churros, just like music with lyrics. However, the classic, I believe is popular with most, and is what made La Lola a household name. True enough, after numerous trips in a couple of years, the revered Classicos remains heavenly. In fact, La lola I think already found the perfect formula and consistency. Years ago, the churros were soggy at times, depending on what time of the day you visit. Now, they consistent quality- crunchy buttery churros, just the way it should be! :)
Been wanting to try Churros here and because Booky has a Buy 1 Get 1 promo for this, we availed it
It only includes 6pcs of Classicos (times 2) so we ordered the dip separately. The dip I chose is Dark Chocolate. When I was shown the cup for dip I thought it will be full, but the medium is not even half of the cup. We also ordered Macchiato for our drinks.
Just 3 full churros could make me feel full and I think it is good thing since that means you can share it to someone. Although I decided to eat up until 4 pcs while my sister ate the remaining 8. Other than the fact that it made me full right away, I was also fed up with the taste easily. I don’t even want to eat it without a dip (unlike my sister though, she’s fine without the dip). I don’t know if it will be the same with the flavored churros, I’ll try them next time.
Anyway, overall experience is good.
Awesome crew. One of the kindest! :) They're still smiling even when they already seem tired. I usually order matcha and dark chocolate flavors. My family and I really enjoy La Lola. 💞
I crave for churros all the time and la lola is the first thing that pops on my mind. I love their green macha churros. Their churros will make you feel so full and satisfied!
Quality churros!!! ❤️
Love their matcha dip too. The reason why i didn't give a 5.0 is because, their churros is too oily. Will surely comeback tho! 😊
I am not a fan of churros before but after tasting their flavoured churros.. I went gaga over them. In a way that I made sure that I bought a variety every weekend before I go home. My all time favorite is their "Butterscotch Churros".
You'll only recognize the oiliness of it when you order the plain one. But it's still great. Even my daughter loved it. After her first bite of her churro she said, "Taste like heaven!!! "
Price: Their churros being pricey is perhaps defined by their bragging rights of using 100% olive oil. Yes, 100%.
Texture: It is characterized by its pleasant crunchiness and the remarkable softness in between.
Taste: For those whose palates favor on simple or just want to enjoy churros with a dip, go for the classic one. My mother-in-law liked it because it's easy to chew and the sweetness is very light. As for the flavored ones, they're still OK but has a very sweet aftertaste, probably because of the sprinkled sugar bits. My cousin-in-law commented that he felt his throat hurt after finishing matcha-flavored churros. So, make sure you bring your bottled water with you if you're going to get some.
I was always curious why people were talking about La Lola. So one day I checked the place and ordered their classic churros and hot choco dip. First thing I noticed though was how overpriced the dip was. (comparing to another place with churros where it only costs around P30) On a brighter note, the churros where crunchy outside and soft inside, just a little too oily though. Plus I realized that the classic medium order (6pcs) is not for the consumption of one person alone XD. I tried eating them all but after 4-5 pcs I had to throw in the white towel. All in all it's a bit overrated I think, but for a churros lover, I think it's worth indulging in here.
Overpriced churros, good-looking package and store. The flavor that i got didnt taste like churros anymore. It was too sweet and you will get tired of the taste prior to finishing it. Just order the plain one. Hmmm....
Are you looking for a place to enjoy Churros? If you are then you should try LA LOLOA CHURRERIA at SM City North EDSA, Enjoy your favorite Churros in more than one way. The have Choco Churros, Muchos Churros, Mixed Churros and even Churro Ice Cream Sandwiches. La Lola Matcha Choco Churros. We tried La Lola's Matcha Choco Churros during our visit. Well, I am not a fan of Churros and of Matcha as well. I only have to try it because my girlfriend loves Matcha and Churros so much. I take one and well... tried two and then three. To be honest La Lola Churreria's Churros is something new to muy taste. It is not the usual thing that you can find in other popular restaurants.
I'm so glad we have La Lola in the North now! They serve pretty large servings of this guilty dessert so if you're getting their smallest, I suggest you share it. It's perfect for dates 😜
The interior is very well done too!
Had my usual churros and hot chocolate. Always good and tasty! The only problem was that the place was not too clean and the furniture is so run down.
I dont know what Churros should taste like but I liked it. Even my parents liked it. The chocolate dip was too sweet for me tho. And I think the prices are quite expensive.
I've only tried to chocochurros so far, but I really liked them. It would have been far better if the churros or the chocolate were hot or warm, but it had a great chocolate flavor. My only gripe is even the smallest amount that you can order, 6 pieces, is too many for one person or even two people given the size of their churros.
La Lola Churreria is a top choice for classic churros and other specialty snacks since it opened. I love their Classic Churros. The dark chocolate dip that comes with it is truly a match made in heaven. Their menu offers a variety of flavors to choose from like Churros Classico, Mixed Churros (a mix of Dark & White Churros), they also have Ice Cream sandwiches and premium sandwiches. If you’re a sucker for churros with a twist, visit La Lola Churreria at any of these branches.
Churros Clasicos x Hot Chocolate Dip with Whipped Cream is my favorite! It tastes soooo good!!! I love it when I mix the whipped cream and the chocolate dip to make it richer and creamier. I also tried their Matcha Churros, I thinks it is too sweet.
La Lola Churreria
Been craving for this Churros for a couple of weeks. Finally, I had a time to drop by, schoolworks had been very time-demanding this past few weeks. Churros here are served fresh from the stove, and it perfectly blends with the chocolate dipping. Classic is their best seller, but I want to try their Matcha Churros, and unfortunately the last order for Matcha Churros was placed before mine.
A day after I tried their classic churros, I went here at around 10 am to try their matcha churros, as I was very excited to try the matcha churros I forgot to take a picture of it, hahaha. Nothing special about the Matcha Churros, same taste just like KitKat Green Tea. Classic Churros are still the one.

This is a must-try! Don't forget to drop by at their store whenever you're at SM North Edsa-The Block. Please be advised that everyday is queueing at the store.
so far i got the classic and matsa churros, all are great if consumed within the hour, else it may not be good as a the newly cooked ones as it loses its crispyness as its cool down. the classic is a great even without the chocolate dip, just a sprinkle of white sugar is good but maybe better if its cinnamon sugar.
I was soooooo happy when I knew that La Lola was already open at SM North. I looooooooove their churros especially their chocolate dip. As always the line was long and while waiting we were just watching how the churros was made.
This time, instead of my usual classic churros, we had the mix of the dark chocolate coated churros and the classic plus chocolate dip. I would still prefer eating the classic over the chocolate coated churros maybe because I prefer eating it a bit warm. But the Dark Choco still tastes good, there was just a slight difference in the texture between the chilled and warm churros. But i love dipping the Dark Choco Churros to the Chocolate dip! yuuuuuuuuum!!!
Nagtry lang kami. Masarap siya. Daming pumipila. Nasserve naman nila lahat kaso kulang sa pwesto e. Masyado maliit. Enjoy naman. Lalo na dun sa choco dip ❤️
Finally. I got to taste what the crowd was queing for quite sometime now. La lola is well known for their churros (duh). And for the nth time i was hesitant to queue in line since its long. Tables are all occupied as well. This time around the lines arent that long so might as well try what the crowd is loving.
Upon arriving at the counter you will be greeted with a "ola!!" Its nice but the counter girl seemed tired (i could imagine getting so many orders in a day) so i dont blame her. Carried on with my order of 6 churros and a medium dip - the dip is ordered separately which is odd because you cannot eat churros without the dip.
Order takes about 5 minutes to prepare.
Got my order and was surprised to see how big this fella is. Unlike the ones at dulcinea and taco bell. This one is much much bigger. Worried about how oily these creatures are, i used a tissue to hold one (so manly).
One thing that worries me is how oily this food is. Maybe its because its deep fried. But none the less these should be dried first before serving.
When I think of churros I'm right away reminded of thick sugary fried dough sticks that are sold at the zoo and amusement parks (*coughs* Disneyland *coughs*) - they leave your hands greasy and you end up with powdered sugar all over your face and in my case. ;) I've never been a fan of churros long story short -- that is until I tried churros from La Lola.
It's very small so you may have to wait for a table sometimes. Probably one of the reasons why I don't go too often. Tables and chairs are very close to each other and it's kind of a hassle to even just get up to go to the restroom.
I've ordered the Classico Churros XL with a large hot chocolate dipping sauce. They are not your typical Mexican churro with sugar and cinnamon so do not expect to have that when you come here. They are fried churros with just a little bit of sugar - the traditional Spanish way.
I don't really like them on their own because they taste kind of bland, but the chocolate is what does it. So, I guess it's good that the churro itself isn't sweet because the chocolate is already sweet. Also, the viscosity of the hot chocolate is perfect - not too thick. They have many different kinds of coffee as well but I'm not a coffee drinker so I always just get my usual hot tea.
I didn't see anyone actually order food and only desserts but it looks like they have some Spanish sandwiches like Canario and Mallorquin on the menu. I only tried the churros though. If you love churros, or even if you don't but just love sweets, I'd recommend checking this place out.
It just recently opened in SM North so people are still a bit cray about churros. Line was extremely long! It was really yummy and very crispy, though. Chocolate dip tasted really good but price is a bit steep too. You have to buy the dip separately. The downside of this is that, it is deep fried so I felt really guilty after eating them. Also, the sticks are huge and long so if you are really not that hungry, the medium size will suffice. 12 pcs is quite a lot already!
Long line's worth it! I prefer the original than the coated ones.

Money's worth
A bit expensive but super worth it!
Location
They finally open branches other than BGC and Rockwell.
I loved churros.. Satisfied my cravings with their big servings and their yummy dip, my faved nutella! Worth every cent! A must try indeed! :-)
CRISPY OUTSIDE AND SOFT IN THE INSIDE! That's how I like my churros :) they serve it hot and the chocolate dip is just right! This food just made my day :)
The Spanish equivalence to a donut. Churros and chocolate are the perfect combination. La Lola has different types of churros. They have the classic churros, dipped ones and even stuffed churros. Prices are affordable. Good location since it's right infront of the Supermarket. You can munch while shopping. You can also see them prepare the churros.
