Excellent cafe of Chef Tatung Sarthou with great Southern Southern Filipino food. We started off with good coffee - Americano and Cappuccino.
Baked Tortang Talong was very tasty and baked perfectly. Black Chicken Curry - Pyangyang - was good. Beef Rendang - cooked Maranao style using toasted grated coconut and served with green mango chutney and palapa - was excellent. Very good rendition of Beef Rendang!
I love their foods. This is one of the best restaurants in maginhawa, Quezon City.
Considering that it is still in its soft opening, the service is good, the salpicao was great, and the crispy adobo is suprisingly very good, specially the liver sauce that came along with it =)
