We love Brooklynโs pizzas ๐ particularly porko, cheese pizza, sausage and mushrooms and pepperoni and mushrooms! Their hand tossed pizzas are just right - not too thin and not too thick or heavy either unlike the other pizza chains. They are also generous with their toppings and their pizzas arenโt greasy, which is a plus for me! We also love their buffalo wings and meatballs pasta ๐ Perfect with their 1.5 liter root beer yum yum ๐ !!! ๐๐๐ they also deliver! I would give them 5 stars except that they need to probably have the place renovated and add more aircon units. Also limited parking space thatโs why we usually order for delivery ๐
Enjoyed our first time here ๐ the friendliness and courtesy of the staff is a big plus to their white pizza, buffalo wings and pesto pasta. The kids also enjoyed the poke ball ๐ would definitely come back - as long as there is a vacant parking space ๐๐
The best white pizza ever I swear its the best! Especially for those who love cheese pizzas! Its my favorite pizza since high school ๐ pls add more branches in quezon city
"Messy but Tasty!" Twas my second time. But still it didn't disappoint me. The spicy shrimp pasta was good though it was not that spicy. The buffalo wings were superb! I really liked it, the crispiness and the spicy flavor was really ughh satisfying, i was able to eat 4pcs ๐, you have to try their ranch dip it compliments the spiciness of the wings. The pizza was also good, we tried the all meat ๐.
A very good taste when it comes to pizza's cheese, meet and veggies. The place has a wonderful ambience; it has this simple yet pretty colors of the building, and it's not too flashy.
I believe that we always agree on food if it's gonna be pizza. First time trying Brooklyns in Tomas Morato.

I've order delivery twice from Brooklyn's. Both times for lunch. I live nearby, but I'm lazy and delivery is free, lol. The staff are nice and remembered me on the phone the 2nd time. They say 1 hour for delivery but both times its been quicker than that! That's a nice surprise cause I'm hungry and the pizza is HOT.
I love the white pesto pizza! Its delicious and really cheesy. I've also tried the pepperoni and the sausage and mushroom. Those are both good too. They put a lot of toppings and the toppings taste right. Nothing weird. Often in Asia the sausage or the sauce is weird, but at Brooklyn pizza it tastes like American pizza. The crust is good too. It's thin and you can fold it just like a New York pizza should be.
Brooklyn is my go-to pizza place now in Tomas Morato.
I was so hungry we haven't take our lunch yet, luckily we saw this resto. I checked first on zomato if they have a good food. Good thing, my boyfriend wants to eat pizza. So we decided to give it a try.
We ordered Manhattan ( that's what they call on 10" pizza) White pizza, Creamy Pesto with Chicken Parmegiana and Wing it. I really love their pizza and pesto. Still craving for it, and definitely will come back for those two. Just not a fan of spicey chicken.

My fiancรฉ and I haven't been back here in years... We have noticed that they have a new look when we pass by... Neither of us really remember what was on their menu; we just share a liking for their white pizza...
Prior to their redesign, you could order their pizza by the slice... Now, you have a choice between 3 sizes- with the smallest size good enough for two people... We ordered their white pizza, which has a mix of three cheeses, in the small size... We also shared an order of their bacon & mushroom pasta... The pasta tasted good, no umay factor... Their pasta comes in a small & regular size, with the small size good for one person. The pizza had a great crust, which was a great base that highlighted the cheese... Great with beer!๐
Service was fast. Wifi was kind of slow... There was an annoying repetitive sound in the restaurant, like nails on a chalkboard... We weren't able to ask what that was though, but it was distracting... Limited parking slots as usual!๐
You can never go wrong with pizza but this place is one of my favorite places because the cheese is good, the dough is thin and crispy and they give a generous amount of toppings. Our favorite here is the Porko and the white pizza. The servers are very nice too.

Consider the size and quality, the price is pretty reasonable. I delight in the fact that you can actually choose and enjoy 4 different pizza flavors in 1.
With that...me, my hubby & 2 kids wouldn't have to argue on what flavors to get.

When I first moved to Manila after years of living in Cebu, I stayed at my Grandfather's place, located in the Scout Area in Quezon City. Although the Tomas Morato area had a lot of the classic restaurants that are still there today, the choices weren't as eclectic as the current crop of food establishments that have sprouted in the area.
Get the wings. That is all I can tell you! The wings are amazing.. plus well their PATRIOT or longanisa platter if you're into a LONGSILOG kind of day.
Staff was friendly and it might take awhile for the food to come but they make sure that they're fresh.

Very friendly staff. They are accommodating and friendly. Very neat interior and their comfort room is always clean and smells goods. They have a good price foods and their pizzas are worth to order for take home too. Side dish are also yummy, I love the place and I enjoyed my stay.
I was supposed to try out this resto earlier however it keeps raining and parking at tomas morato restaurants were always full, finally it was a sunny day and parking was available! The ambience was so nice the area was clean and servers were attentive to our needs. We ordered pepperoni pizza, spag bolognese and pesto spag. It was so delicious the pizza was huge and the spag pasta was well cooked. The price was just right for me because the servings were good for 2 people. We will definitely come back here to try out their other pizza and pasta.

My boyfriend and I went on an impromptu dinner and have decided, while walking, to eat here. Brooklyn's was easy enough to locate since it is situated along the normal route for commuters.
The place was not crowded when we entered, most probably because it was still too early for dinner and it was the middle of the week. Once seated, we were promptly handed menus by a very cheerful waitstaff. After we placed our orders, which were a Manhattan White Pizza and a Super Size Pesto by the Bay, we played Snakes & Ladders (I lost, 2-0), which was offered to us by the waitstaff to pass the time. We did not have to wait long, though, since our food arrived shortly after.
Now, for the food. I really liked everything, especially the White Pizza. As a cheese lover, every bite of that pizza was heaven to me! I tried putting chili flakes and parmesan on top of my pizza (because you can't go wrong with more cheese) and they made the whole thing taste even better! For the pesto, I liked that it was authentically oil-based and that the noodles were firm. The really strong flavor of the fish also complemented the pesto's naturally simpler taste. Just like what I did with the pizza, I put chili flakes and parmesan on it, too, which, of course, made the whole dish taste even better as well.
For the interior, it was cozy and well-decorated; my boyfriend even admired the walls and the lighting fixtures of the place. Overall, it was a fun and relaxing dining experience.
An unplanned trip to Morato after class set our feet off to this cozy place. As we arrived at the place, tables were ready for occupancy, waiters are very accommodating and friendly. Waiters asked us to post a picture on our instagram account so that we can have a free glass of iced tea, haha free drinks? Why not.
We ordered 10" 3-cheese white pizza and a platter of Pesto topped with Tinapa. I highly recommend you to try the 3-Cheese Pizza. For the Pasta, I think it's a bit dry but taste wise it is good.

For years Brooklynโs was best known as a wings place (the elephant on wings is still the main design element in their logo), but it has recently revamped its menu. Their American-style pasta and pizza now has a few interesting Filipino touches.
The quality of their cooking is simple but consistent, from their spicy buffalo wings, which have a zing but not too much so, to their gently cooked but satisfying squash soup, whose flavor they didnโt tinker with. Some of us didnโt like the sauce for the wings, but surprise - I donโt need sauce or dip as much as others - so the wings were fine to me.
I liked their spicy creamy tomato shrimp pasta even better - a happy marriage of cream and tomato with firmly cooked shrimp. I'd go back for this any day of the week.ย
One canโt go wrong with their pizzas, either, which to me were of the right thickness and chewiness. Their White Pizza is a crowdpleaser, but like my other friends who were with me when we visited them, I agree itโs their Filipizza you should try. Itโs Filipino in the way it was conceived and in the way they suggest you eat it. It's a combo of longganisa, salted egg, and kesong puti atop a bed of cheesy tomato topping, and you can add dashes of vinegar to amp the flavor of the sausage. Well, it totally works. It was really, really nice.
There was only one thing that we tried I didnโt enjoy, and that was the pesto tinapa. The tinapa was fine, but there wasnโt enough pesto on the pasta, which made the pasta dry. I understand that the way most people have pesto, but it isnโt correct. It has to have more oil and flavoring from garlic (and nuts, if you want to be more faithful to the classic) to bring out the virtues of pesto.
Iโm sad to hear some of their branches closer to me have closed, but the upside of this is I can bring my friends over with me. Thank you, Brooklyn, for hosting my meal. Iโm inviting my friends over for the spicy shrimp and Filipizza very soon.

I have tried Booklynโs pizza before as they gave us free pizza monthly as payment for their placing a delivery tarp at our house. I did already find their pizza good even though I ate it hours after it was delivered as its bread can still retain its soft chewiness when reheated in an oven...

Perfectly executed pizzas and pastas are the way to this carb-loving galโs heart. While we didnโt sample nearly as many dishes as my aforementioned carb-loving heart desired, the two that graced the (communal) table met my sky-high expectations and then some.
I've had some wonderful pizzas in Brooklyn's. Classic old-school thin rigid pie, cutting edge Neapolitans, tomato pie Sicilians and world-class squares & rounds. But which one of these is really Brooklyn style? As a personal observation, I've had eatean pizzas in NYC by folding the sloppy slice like a sandwhich and eating it by hand. I'd likr to presume that this is true-Brooklyn style!
Classic White Pizza. It meant a soft, medium-thick, floppy crust with lots of grease and with lots of flavor.ย The crust was good with the look, taste, and texture of bakery-like Italian bread. The conventional mozzarella blend cheese was plentiful - creamy and salty - a fine role player. On the first few bites, the sauce had surprising character, tangy and vibrant. The cheeses were spread thinly, but applied generously across the entire surface, and it lent the right amount of salty/savory cured flavor and grease. Inoffensive, better than the white-bread pizzas I recall from decades ago, but remarkably unremarkable.
Theย dish I was looking forward to was the Spicy Shrimp Pasta. Maybe I should have started off with the heaviest dish, but I didn't think about that. Brooklyn's portion was much bigger than I expected, as it appeared to be a little less than a full entree. I wondered out loud to Marianne Carandang whether the sauce came from their kitchen (from scratch), and was impressed to see shavings of parmesan, chili flakes and who-knows-what! This is extremely good!
Service at Brooklyn's New York Pizza has always been great. On all my visits (and deliveries) the MOD has made his way round to every table to ask how the food and service was. If you plan on visiting on the weekends, make a reservation as Brooklyn's is crazy busy on weekends.

The first time I've tried Brooklyn's was many years ago at their branch in Robinsons Manila. I remember it was the favorite of my friend that is why we always dine there. Fast forward to now, many things have been changed from their menu, ambiance, and service - for the better.
I was invited by another fried to try Brooklyn's along Tomas Morato. The facade of the restaurant is quite small and can be easily missed, but once you enter, it is bright and spacious. Service was quick and the food is deliciously good.
For starters, we were served with Cream of Pumpkin Soup. This healthy soup is almost creamless as you can taste the flavor of the pumpkin. It is as if you just pureed the pumpkin. The soup is thick, rich, and filling. Not sure if this is a good thing for a starter though.
I love pastas in general, and I love the variety of what Brooklyn's has to offer. We were served with Pesto by the Bay, and Spicy Shrimp Pasta. Pesto by the bay is your traditional pesto that is not creamy and the pasta have somehow sucked the flavors. It is topped with smoked tinapa flakes. The spicy shrimp is a new favorite. The sauce has a kick but is not very spicy. They also serve generous shrimps for the pasta. I highly recommend this.
Brooklyn's knows their pizza, and are creative enough to innovate them. We were served with White Pizza and La Filipizza. I love their white pizza. It is so simple yet very flavorful and cheesy. If a simple pizza like this can be good, then what more for complicated pizzas. The crust is thin and crispy yet chewy at the same time. La Filipizza, on the other hand, is a Filipino-inspired pizza with loads of longganisa, kesong puti, and salted egg. But wait, there's more, for more unique and extravagant flavor, pour some vinegar on it. Truly, something to try.
Brooklyn's New York Pizza is definitely worth your barkada's next hang out spot. I would definitely go back to try their other flavors. Did I mention that their buffalo wings with ranch dip is also something to try?

Somehow, this place totally slipped under my radar and I never knew this place existed until last week. Brooklyn's New York Pizza is a no frills pizza place, so unassuming on the outside, but their menu screams flavour!
Let me tell you what we had:
Pumpkin Soup - Brooklyn's version was very creamy with a lovely velvety texture. A bit too sweet for my liking so my recommendation would be to serve this soup with a dollop of sour cream mixture or some grated Parmesan cheese.
Both the pizza flavours we tried were delicious and I can now speak with incredible precision about cheese to sauce ratio (CSR), snag and drag, tip sag, and optimal eating temperature, among other things.
The White Pizza is a stunner! The crust is crispy yet retains a very nice chew. Their signature La FiliPizza is where the money is. This flavour definitely blindsided all of us. It's crispy on the edges with a nice full flavorful kick of saltiness coming from the salted egg that melds so well with the cheese. Loved the sausage component and all in all just such a nice, nice slice. I would have liked just a tiny bit more tomato sauce, but other than that, everything was spot on.
Between the two pastas we sampled, my favorite would have to be the Spicy Shrimp. The shrimps were scattered throughout and there was a very good amount of it and had the perfect chew. I thought the sauce was absolutely delicious too. When I swirled some of the pasta from the bottom, I got a very good hit of the creamy aroma. Delicious. Just delicious.
I cannot say enough good things about Brooklyn New York Pizza. Prices were cheap but the pizza was delicous. If pizza isn't your thing, they have lots of other pasta and appetizers to choose from. I highly recommend the Buffalo Wings. Simple, yet packed full of flavour and filling.
All in all, very good and worth a trip down to Tomas Morato. Looking forward to trying some other slices, perhaps, Pepperoni next. Make sure to stop by if you're near the area for a quick, inexpensive, fast, and great-tasting pizza.

Brooklyns Pizza has been around since the turn of millenia. It has been a popular delivery brand around the metro. A friend, who has been a fan of Brooklyn's and was telling me that this was their default pizza for delivery from his college days. Outside, its a small pizza parlor, but inside is spacey with high ceiling. It was a mistake to have ย ignored this place for a long time and have missed out alot during those times.
This was my first time to visit this restaurant with my friends. So we got this...
Squash soup was purely squash and stock. Smooth, velvety squash soup that has the right amount of sweetness, but other find it too sweet. A dollop of creme fraiche and a dash of cinnamon would do the trick.
Buffalo Wings is a downer for me. The wings was coated with a tasty breading but the sauce or coating lacks the right consistency. It was a bit watery and even the ranch that tasted like sour cream and lemon. Too watery.ย
White Pizza is my favorite. Simply sinful. 2-3 kinds of cheese on top of a medium thickness bread. The bread was a bit chewy like what they're aiming for. The perfect combination of cheeziness over the chewy bread nailed it. Cheezy, sticky, chewy and savory. Simple yet flavorful.
La Filipizza is the Pinoy version of pepperoni, instead of the salami, they used longganisa. It was a brilliant flavor combination. They even suggests to dash some vinegar to the pizza, like a hotsauce to compliment the longganisa. It was nice, but I prefer the sweet longganisa topping to compliment the vinegar.
Pesto by the Bay is basically pesto topped with tinapa/smoked bangus flakes. The spaghetti has a nice, sweet basil flavor that is balanced with the smokey fish flakes. The additional bangus leveled it up from the not so bright pesto. It just lacks a bit olive oil to moisten up the dish.
Spicy Shrimp Pasta is a perfect tomato cream base pasta with a dash of chilis. It has the perfect creamy consistency and the right amount of tomato and cream proportion for this dish. Another instant favorite from Brooklyns.
Overall, the whole experience of bringing in Filipino flavors to the Americanized-Italian food concept was a new addition to the newly rebranded restaurant. They didn't change the concept, but upgraded it to a whole new level. Restaurants may come and go, but Brooklyn's stayed and still continuing what they do best, PIZZAS.
I love you pizza SUPER!! I always visit your place.. sometimes ortigas, or SM annex. . But I love Tomas Morato branch the Most!!!

One of my favorite restaurants in tomas morato. Very accommodating staff, fast service(10-15mins usually) and delicious food. I love pasta and pizza, and this place always satisfy my cravings.
The first time I've been here I fell in love with their white shrimp pasta and buffalo wings though their place is not that spacious you will never be short changed with the meals they are offering. One of my most recommended place to eat if you love pizza and pasta. Two thumbs up!!!

We all know that Brooklyn's is famous for their pizza. For pizza lovers, Brooklynโs New York Pizza is definitely a place worth visiting.
The ambiance is a bit sad for. Really pale. Maybe they should add a little art or something. We ordered pasta, bacon and mushroom pesto, instead of pizza for dinner, and rootbeer float. At first it tasted really delish! But in the middle of eating it, you will get "umay". Good thing we there was this rootbeer float to save the night. They don't have Wi-Fi which made us a little sad that time. Sorry but I find the place boring for its interior, but the pasta were great.
Love the pepperoni and mushroom pizza.. Great the mozzarella cheese on it..And their buffalo wings excellent...fast service kudos to their service crew!!
Dined with friends at Brooklyn's last month. We had squash soup, buffalo wings and three brooklyn -sized pizza - vegetarian, deluxe and white cheese. Loved the soup, have never tried squash soup that tasted like real squash. The wings was really delicious and juicy. Of the three pizza's we tried, the white cheese, although the least expensive, is way more delicious than the other two. I am no fan of cheese but I did really like the combination of the mozzarella, parmesan and ricotta. Love the crispy crust in all pizzas.
However, Brooklyn's have to add desserts to their menu. Filipinos love to have dessert after a heavy meal. Looking forward to try the other pizza when I come back here.
Price is relatively commensurate to the serving size. ย We were the only people during that time so I could not tell whether their service was good enough, perhaps when I come back here when they are full, I will be able to give a rating on their service.

Carbo loading meal it is! Ordered a manhattan sized peperoni. Creamy bacon and mushroom pasta and of course wings. Well for the pizza.. Nothing special.. Maybe next time ill order their white pizza. But it was good for i think 265php. For the pasta same w the restaurants ive been to. Creamy bacon-ished ???? and yahuuuu the wing-it!!!! Omg, loved the wings!! So tasty and kinda spicy!!! next time ill order more wings instead of pasta lol
The place is cozy and quiet. We were there by 8pm but we asked the server to serve our food at 9pm because we were still waiting for the others. Unfortunately, we got our food at about 9:30. The food was good, it was nothing special, good thing it isn't pricey.
