The food tastes really good served by friendly and awesome staff. Prices are reasonable and worth it! Great place to pop in for a light and quick meal. I'll definitely come back here :)
It was my first time to eat sushi and it was worth trying. I will recommend this to my friends. Gobless you.
It's my first time at this resto and the store owner (i guess ) gave us a free taste of California Torch with Crab Paste last tuesday. It taste like a salty & creamy cali maki with a hint of smokiness on top. A must try!
Nice place and food. I love sushi! 2 thumbs up. #gosushi
Food was excellent. Very accommodating and good staff. The store owner was very nice and gave us a free california torch roll. Taste was awesome! :)
Good food and good service! The torched eel maki was particularly good. Would recommend and visit again.
affordable & delicious food... love all the sushi...
Accessible and affordable maki/ sushi fix :)
まきがとてもおいしくて、安いよ!お進めるよ!
The maki is so delicious and affordable! I recommend it!

Kahit di pa ko nakaka kain dto. 5 kaagad. Sana may branch din sa laguna. But I'll keep trying to visit there. Mas ok if meron talaga sa laguna. :)
Their sushi tasted really good. We tried their California maki and crispy salmon roll and both tasted really delicious. Will definitely go back here soon to taste their other dishes!
Probably the best sushi and shrimp tempura I've had here in the Philippines and they are not expensive. Everything I ate taste fresh. Definitely my go to place when Im craving for sushi.
I’ve dined here twice and had sushi to go once and all those times the sushi was good. They aren’t going to blow you away but make no mistake, they’re solid at the affordable level. I didn’t like the spicy maki so much because the hot sauce to me was simply heat, lacking tanginess or sweetness. Other than that, they’re good. Particularly liked the tempura sushis (with the crunchy tempura batter bits) which is one of their basic flavors.
The price is perfect and student-friendly. You can get solo orders or their bilaos if youre im a group or a really hungry pair.
Service is quick. It was self serve but they still set us up with soy sauce, wasabi, and water.
Attended Zomato’s Food & Tech Movement Part II which is still ongoing at the moment. Its just that I had to leave early.
At any rate one of the food featured were those delectable sushi by Go Sushi.
I spoke with owner Violet and she relayed the prices of those platters and bilaos I was most interested in.
Their SUPREME MIX 16” bilao containing 96 pcs for example and good for 50 people is only P1749.
Their ROYAL SUPREME PLATTER on the other hand is P1749 and includes california maki, philadelphia roll, crazr maki, black sesame salmon, philly cheese steak, crispy tuna, California torch maki
Enjoyed their fat flovorful sushi. Sushi rice was good, toppings and garnish were quality ingredients.
Looking forward to ordering soon
It was a rainy night when someone craved for some maki and we're currently around QC during that time. Unfortunately, our first option which was supposedly near my workplace closed earlier than usual because it was raining hard and they decided to close up because their small hut got drenched by the rain, which affected their operations. I opened my Zomato app and immediately searched for maki or sushi bars around the area which will be open at least around 10 PM. That's when we found Go Sushi in Sikatuna Village because it's one of the top options provided by Zomato.
We rushed to Sikatuna and we were thankful that the place was still open a little before 9 PM and nobody's inside the vicinity. Go Sushi is a small place which probably can cater around four people at once since they only have few small tables inside. Since it's a rainy night, nobody's dining in and we even thought that it will be closing up. The lady behind the counter greeted us and we immediately felt that we finally found our sushi place.
We ordered the following for our dinner:
California Maki - the ever classic California Maki is a staple for every Japanese cuisine meal. I did not expect much from their California Maki because I thought it was simply the kind of maki you can find everywhere else. But this is one for the books when I finally tasted it. I mean, it's one of those California Maki from everywhere that you will keep craving for!
Crazy Maki - My favorite among all of the sushi and maki we ordered! I love that it has crunchy bits on the outside but definitely soft on the inside. I just really liked its taste and I fell in love with it immediately. Crazy Maki will always be one of the things I will order in Go Sushi in the future when I return! ***Highly Recommended!***
Black Sesame Salmon - It's kind of spicy but the spice you can tolerate, for all those maki lovers that are not a fan of spicy food. Even if it is spicy, I'm sure it's still loveable.
Philly Cheese Steak - Their Philly Cheese Steak Maki is something new to me, because the cheese tasted like you're eating pizza, but you're actually eating Maki. The cheese was torched so you'll surely have the kind of burnt taste that adds to its identity. ***Highly Recommended***
Sukiyaki Soup - One order of sukiyaki soup can feed up to two persons. I was satisfied with their sukiyaki soup. Craving for it during a rainy night, or even not, I recommend everyone to try this from Go Sushi!
All of the sushi that we ordered are worth the price. You have the option to buy it in full which has 8 pieces, or half order which has 4 pieces. Go Sushi is a must try for every sushi and maki lovers out there! They also deliver around the metro which sounds good for office parties or meetings, as they sell their sushis and makis in bulk.
Definitely worth it!

I've only had takeaway from this place. But what I got wasn't half bad. Pretty decent rolls at an affordable price. Their cali rolls could be improved though. But if you're craving Japanese, you might want to try this place.
Was able to try their Philly Cheesesteak. It was a unique twist to sushi which is usually salmon or tuna. Really flavorful, refreshing pero bitin sakin yung half. Small place lang sya which could accommodate around 10 dine in customer.
Ordered it to go so didn't have the dining experience here.
For P119 I got 8 pieces of Maki which was surprisingly good. You can alao ask for extra wasabi.
I love Japanese food and I simply could not say no to it. And when I was invited by Go Sushi to sample its mouthwatering dishes, I quickly said yes despite it being far from where I live. Japanese food is love after all. . Hello, Go Sushi! . Tucked in the foodie haven called Teachers Village, this sushi place is positioned to be a Japanese take out shop with only a handful of tables for those who prefer to dine in.
Best Maki I've ever had. Not your simpleton kind of maki...yet really affordable. Located at the tail end Maginhawa if you start coming from Philcoa. This is my favorite GO to SUSHI place ever
Cheap good ass Japanese resto! I got Philly's cheese steak and crazy maki, 4 each for 198 lang. Ideal for parties, coz their bilao orders, or whatever they call it, are super sulit. The place is small tho - - - they have 4 tables that can seat about 12 people in total - - - but really, it's worth it. The staff are really nice too. Don't forget to leave a tip!
Go Sushi's claim to fame is their sushi donut-- they were the first to launch it here in the Philippines... Pretty and instagrammable as this savory donut might be, they offer much more than that... They do have rice toppings, sushi, tempura and even ramen available for their customers. As for us, we availed of the sushi platter (for takeaway) for a get-together with some friends...
What sets it apart from the usual (slightly cheaper) sushi platter you get at say Suki Mart, is the variants that are included... They really upped their game. It's not just the typical tamago, tuna or California maki that is in the magic bilao. You get sushi in flavors like Black Sesame Salmon, Philly cheesesteak, Crunchy Salmon, and Crazy maki... We all enjoyed the different maki flavors and we appreciated the variety. It doesn't break your wallet either! 48 pcs was about P899 and it's good for 8-10 pax depending on the other food served...
Try it out, I'm sure it will become a staple during potluck dinners or other get-togethers!👍

Super delicious. The service crew are great, facilities and utensils are good. But the place is too small but atleast they can deliver. There are only 3-4 tables inside but it doen't matter!! Try their california maki and veggie maki as well!!
Great party trays with a wide choice of Sushi combo . Worth it and a talking piece . Wish they could spare more chopsticks. They several combos to choose from. My fave was the one with crunchy thingy top on crab.
Ordered Tempura platter, Chicken Teriyaki platter, and two of their sushi bilaos. The tempura and chicken teriyaki were delicious, definitely more than what i was expecting from a small sushi resto. Would definitely order from them next time in future events or parties, or when I'm suddenly craving for some cheap but delicious sushi. Worth a try!
Philly Cheese Steak && Cordon Bleu made my tummy happy. Highly recommended 😊 If you're looking for affordable and delicious sushi go and visit this place. It can also be a christmas gift or you can also bring this on your christmas party as food to share. 😊
If you're from quezon city and craving for cheap japanese food. You need to to go here! Super tasty and super cheap. Awesome presentation and they deliver!
Go Sushi did not disappoint. We tried their maki platter on promo (good for two hungry people or three if you're pushing it) and (almost) everything was so good for the price! I especially liked their maki with the aligue sauce, huhu so good. We also tried their uni sashimi - fresh and large servings for its price! Try it if you're in the area or craving for sushi but on a budget :-)
Looking for a gourmet Maki at it's best price? Go here! It was an extraordinary experience especially when we got to talk to the owner. Love how she takes good care of her customers. TEN THUMBS UP!
If you are in Maginhawa and craving for maki, this is the place! They also deliver btw. But for now, they only have one branch. I really liked all the makis I have tried. All are worth trying I promise. But so far my favorites are crispy tuna, crazy maki and philly cheese steak. You have an option to get the 4pcs or the 8pcs. Go for the 4pcs if you want to try assorted maki. But the 8pcs is more sulit when it comes to price. It's so afforable too. You can rarely find a decent maki or sushi that is affordable. Except this one! It's really tasty and will make you full. They also have assorted maki in a bilao (just like wasabi). 🐽🐽🐽
Half order each of california maki and crazy maki 119php and 129php per order of 8pcs .. tastes just okay but quite filling for the price.. they even do deliveries for a minimum amount depending on your area.
2nd time i went back.. we ordered katsudon.. i loved the fried rice and the pork katsu was so crunchy
5pc tempura regular was okay too for 299php with side fried camotes
3rd time - chicken teriyaki with plajn rice
Karaage with plain rice
Tonkatsu with fried rice and all 3 for less than phpt500 - sulit sarap for the money spent.and very accomodating kitchen staff 😉
I love Japanese food and I simply could not say no to it. And when I was invited by Go Sushi to sample its mouthwatering dishes, I quickly said yes despite it being far from where I live. Japanese food is love after all.
Hello, Go Sushi!
Tucked in the foodie haven called Teachers Village, this sushi place is positioned to be a Japanese take out shop with only a handful of tables for those who prefer to dine in.
I was warmly greeted by Go Sushi's owner Violy and recommended that we order the following: Crazy Maki (PHP79, 4 pcs. | PHP129, 8 pcs.), Philly Cheese Steak (PHP119, 4 pcs. | PHP189, 8 pcs.), Crispy Tuna (PHP129, 4 pcs. | PHP199, 8 pcs.), California Torch Roll (PHP139, 4 pcs. | PHP219, 8 pcs.), Teriyaki (PHP149), Tonkatsu (PHP179) and Tiger Prawn Tempura (PHP399, 5 pcs.).
Violy and I chatted for a bit while waiting for the dishes and found out that Go Sushi was her brainchild. It all started when she got too frustrated with the hassle of going to the mall just to satisfy her insatiable maki cravings. The long wait to get parking (not to mention pay for it too), affordable but mediocre Japanese maki and the drive back home through horrific EDSA were just too much for her and that motivated her to start her own Japanese restaurant. She figured that since she's passionate with Japanese cuisine and knows what a customer like her wants, she could make it work. And she did.

The unbelievably affordable maki plates made me think that it would be a so-so dining experience. I've tried a handful of Japanese restaurants offering pocket-friendly meals and I ended up not going back for more. But Go Sushi made me realize that affordable and delicious Japanese dishes are not like unicorns.
All of Go Sushi’s maki rolls are served warm and I first got to sample the Philly Cheese Steak. It was love at first bite!
Go Sushi did not scrimp on cheese topping and each bite was a cheesy piece of heaven. Then again, the cheese might have been a tad too much as it slightly overpowered the steak bits. As a cheese lover though, I am definitely not complaining.
The Crazy Maki which was covered in tempura flakes and topped with shredded kani was delightful as well. I loved the contrast in textures and that it was not swimming in sinful mayo. Taste-wise, this was less flavorful than the Philly Cheese Steak, perfect for those who prefer lighter tastes.
The California Torch Roll was a beauty. Think of your usual boring California maki then top it with shredded kani and melted cheese then lightly torch it. The end result was a wonderful harmony of flavors from the cheese, veggies and kani. It is best though to just order half of this as its strong flavors could be a bit cloying.
Crispy Tuna won me over with its generous sprinkle of tempura flakes, salmon roe and tuna bits. Each bite was a lovely contrast of textures and harmony of flavors. I wouldn’t mind finishing a full order of this one!
The Chicken Teriyaki rice bowl was also great. I loved the crunchy chicken skin drizzled with the sweet teriyaki sauce. It reminded me of the famous Korean twice fried chicken franchise but with a Japanese take to it. With its sweet taste and crunchy chicken skin, kids would love this dish!
The Tonkatsu was pretty good too. It had a nice crunchy breading and the pork was juicy. I also liked the fried rice paired with it.
After 20 minutes or so, our plate of tempura was served and I was really impressed with its size. It was huge! Then again, I’ve had ginormous tempura only to find out that it was half batter and half shrimp. Yes, shrimp, not even prawn! But Go Sushi delightfully surprised me once more as the huge tempura was not heavily battered. They did use tiger prawns and deep-fried everything, including the head! I only managed to eat one as I was already stuffed from all the other dishes.
As I was enjoying my last maki, Violy mentioned that the whole meal that we had didn’t even cost more than PHP1,200. And she was right, the meal that could have fed a party of four only cost PHP1,193. Not bad at all!
Just when we were about to leave, the party bilao of Go Sushi caught my attention. Go Sushi offers party platters for its maki, teriyaki, tempura, and yakisoba for less than PHP2,000 and good for 30-40 pax. Now that’s a steal! They also deliver at a very reasonable rate of PHP50. But there’s a minimum order amount of PHP1,500-PHP2,500 depending on location. It’s not bad at all if you are ordering for pot luck and do not want to brave the EDSA traffic or struggle with the limited parking in Teachers Village.
P.S. They also offer uni sashimi for only PHP149!!!
Go Sushi is located at 124 V. Luna Extension, Sikatuna Village, Quezon City.
It's my second time in Go Sushi and definitely not my last one! I ordered the 48 pieces supreme mix this time and I swear they were one of the best sushi mixes I've tasted! ♥♥ Their tempura is quite nice too and their chicken teriyaki rice topping was my brother's favorite (since he doesn't eat sushi)
The owner, Miss Violet was also very nice to me. She handed me gift checks (one for me and a couple to give away in our upcoming university expo), and my most favorite part is she even gave me a free 6 pcs california maki! She was so sweet and passionate about her business. It was very lovely meeting her.
I would definitely go back soon!
I've eaten in Go Sushi four times in this month alone, and each experience was better than the last time! The facility keeps improving with every visit, and the presentation of the food is excellent. The sushi is student-friendly at its price range compared to other places, which makes it even more appealing to those with sushi cravings (like me). This afternoon's sushi run was extra special as we were able to meet the owner, who gave us an order of their Torched California Roll on the house ❤ I'll be looking forward to my future visits to Go Sushi!
If there was a higher rating than a 5, I would give it.
Pictured here are the Crunchy Salmon and Philadelphia rolls. The Crunchy Salmon roll is the BEST ROLL IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. It's huge and crunchy, and so so tasty!!! I've tried their other rolls before as well, and they all tasted delicious! The biggest plus?? They're cheap!!! But don't worry, the price doesn't compromise the taste.
If you're ever in Maginhawa or Sikatuna, make sure you drop by because you definitely won't regret it! 😊
I just live nearby and regularly visit the place with my boyfriend. This small sushi hub is just around the corner of maginhawa street which has a lot of resto, but we still chose to dine here because it tickles our taste buds when it comes to japanese food :). Compared to others(sushi competitor), serving is huge and they're now using authentic japanese rice. The food is absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation and it's very pleasing. They have a unique sushi roll flavors but what we've enjoyed most was the Crunchy Salmon Roll which was recommeded by one of the owners. We met her and she let us taste one of their upcoming dishes that will soon to be added on the menu. The food was fresh and well prepped which is great value for the price. We highly recommend it. I am looking forward for more new items on their menu.

Ordered the crunchy salmon roll, quality was great. Great sushi at a great price! Will definitely try to go back. I hope they establish a branch in Makati.
This place was recommended by a friend, and it didn't disappoint! Considering their price range, It is truly Value for money. Would definitely order again👌👍👌
This is an OK place for merienda. I've had better maki and tempura elsewhere. I found their maki and tempura to be both a little bland. But if you just want a quick and easy merienda then this is a good place.
The food is really good considering its price, you will definitely get your money's worth. MUST TRY THE CRAZY MAKI and KATSUDON! The tiger prawns are really good too! it's really big and tasty. Other ones I will try when I get back is the philedelphia cheese and crazy tuna.

NOT SO PRICEY AND YET INDULGING. SARAP NAMAN. THE SERVING IS QUITE BIG ALSO SUPER SULIT. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK TO THE SHOP AGAIN. ASIDE FROM GOOD FOOD THE STAFF ARE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. I tried their salmon sashimi and tomago before, I am happy with the quality and portion naman pero kung madadagdagan why not? hahahaha I will definitely come back to try their other dishes. I heard their maki is worth a try.
Tried Go Sushi first for delivery and ordered the crunchy maki, california maki, and beef bulgogi. Not really a fan of the beef bulgogi and I've had better tasting california maki of the same price point but we really liked their crazy maki. The rice wasn't of premium quality but it was understandable for the price. The size was bigger than usual too. In fact we liked it so much that we returned a few days after to check out their other rolls. We gave the crunchy salmon roll a try which is the most expensive one out of all rolls but still cheaper compared to the other japanese restaurants out there. The flavor and the crunch went well together. Would definitely go back for those two again.
I ordered Katsudon and Philadelphia. The Katsudon was flavorful and tender and it has the right amount of serving given its price which is P149 and for the Philadelphia I regretted ordering half (4pcs) since the maki was packed and tasty and for me it is large which was I didn't expect because of the price.I would definitely go back next time (but take note that the place is very small and it not air conditioned but still the food is worth it)
Got to try out this place a few weeks ago, and I must say that though their offerings may be few, the ones I tried were delicious and were good value for money.
Tried the black sesame salmon, Philadelphia and cordon bleu maki. We got them all in the full (8 pcs serving) all of which were under 160php per order. I must say, you definitely don't feel shortchanged here! The maki pieces were HUGE! Rice to filling ratio was well-proportioned and everything was delicious! I personally did not feel the need to dip anything in soy sauce, let my sodium levels spike. But then, everything is tasty in itself and one could forgo the usual soy sauce and wasabi.
We also got to try their rice toppings: curry tonkatsu, chicken karaage, chicken teriyaki, and beef bulgogi. The curry tonkatsu was good, although their curry needed more depth of flavor and spice. The karaage and teriyaki were my favorite, freshly fried chunks of chicken, crunchy and flavorful! The beef bulgogi though, is nothing akin to Korean beef bulgogi, FYI. Instead, they are small strips of beef with veg doused with a spicy sauce. Not the greatest item on the menu, flavor-wise, but should you find yourself craving something spicy, this is their only ~spicy~ offering. Special mention to their shrimp tempura! Albeit a bit greasy, they are always fresh from the fryer and be warned: they are huge! One order is definitely good for sharing. (or all for yourself. no one's judging you.. too much.)
The place is relatively new, and I hear the place gets packed during mealtime hours most days. There is no real air-conditioning, and seating is limited; it's best to order over the phone or to-go. Their offerings may be far from authentic (and I enjoy my sushi without mayo and other frou frou things) but I found everything delicious, comforting and hits the spot when you're craving for something ~kinda~ Japanese. Plus, most items are under 200php!
Will I recommend? Yes! Apparently they also do sushi by the bilao. Should I ever find myself in Sikatuna again one of these days.. Maybe I'll get a bilao. To share. Or not.
Great value for your money. Try the Cordon Blue, Philiadelphia or Philly Cheese Steak Maki. Don't forget to order the tiger prawns! If you're a large group and want to order the "bilao" try the supreme mix bilao and try to order in advance, it gets pretty busy!
