I love their lomi because it’s the authentic Batangas lomi. I also enjoyed their bulalo because of its rich flavor. They have generous serving for a very affordable price. I think it’s a nice place if you crave for home cooked meals. However, I would wish that the place has proper ventilation especially because they are serving hot meals. Also, the staff should properly clean the tables and observe neatness at all times.

4th time here at Andy's Bulalo, pero 1st time magpost ng review.
While driving around project 6, i passed this place and thought “what the hell, might as well try it”!!! Famous daw e. I asked gano kadami special, good for 2 daw, when i saw the serving sabi ko “FIGHT”!!! Sulit na presyo para sa malasang bulalo. Definitely would recommend this place!!!
Aside from their famous Batangas Lomi, Andy's is also popular for their Bulalo!!! Hot steaming beef soup with beef shanks and marrow and some veggies, a combination to crave for! And some Pinoys intentionally go on a road-trip to Tagaytay just to slurp this dish. You don't have to drive all the way to Batangas, Andy's Famous Batangas Lomi & Bulalo serves Batangas Bulalo. You can enjoy the comfort and goodness of Bulalo in 7 Branches of Andy's around Metro Manila. We dine at Andy's Visayas Branch with my family and tried some of their meals. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the restaurant itself, because (you guessed it right!) I'm starving. I just grab my phone and take snapshots.
Super lomi is big enough for 3 to 4 persons to share at an affordable price of 165. The place is ok as well as the service. Tokwat baboy was also ok at 65 pesos.
Have been craving for Batangas Lomi for quite some time now so we decided to visit Andy’s Batangas Lomi along Visayas Ave in QC. We just had take out instead of dining in so my brothers and mom could join us.
When you enter the place, you’d immediately smell the beefy smell of their Bulalo. Not my fave smell but I can still tolerate it.
We ordered 2 Lomi Super which is good for 3-4 pax per serving. Attached photo is just one serving. For P165 it’s super worth it. The soup/sauce is thick, similar to Chinese Maki which has corn starch as thickener. I can taste the soy sauce and the egg on the soup. Lots and lots of toppings, squid or fish balls, kikiam, pork liver, chicharon, etc. The noodles is similar to a fettuccine but thicker.
Satisfied my Lomi cravings and really cheap! Will want to go back soon ❤️
Update:
Lomi Super can serve more than 3-4 pax! I guess it can even serve up to 6 pax! 😍 downside was that the chicharon tasted and smelled like it has been stored too long (maanta).
If you are graving for a cheap bulalo, you should go here. Their pansit bihon were tasty, and the serving are generous. Their special lomi have lots of ingredients. Last was their sisig, one of my fave food here..
Their staff are very accomodating.
Place was not bad for me.
Will definitely go back here to taste their gotong batangas. And hopefully they try to put palabok agai on their menu.
I've been feeling under the weather for the past couple of days, so I was craving for lomi. Or bulalo. But why bother choosing just one when you can have both?? 😉
We ordered the following:
- Super Lomi: For just P165, you'll get a heaping bowl of lomi topped with chicharon, ground meat, fishballs, kikiam, kidney, pork slices and hard-boiled egg, in a viscous broth. Way too many toppings, I had a hard time finding the noodles. 😂 We were originally planning to get 2 orders of this. Good thing we didn't because an order is huuuuugge! All 4 of us are happily slurping our way to the bottom of the bowl. If you're forced to just order 1 dish, then choose this. Definitely, the most sulit P165 ever! 😍😍
- Bulalo Special: I love the fork-tender beef but I feel that the broth needs a bit more flavor. Still, this is a good option if bulalo craving hits and you're in the QC area.
- Tapang Taal: Recommended to those who prefer their cured meats to be on the sweet side.
- Chopsuey: Our token healthy dish.
Okay here's the thing. Just order lomi and bulalo and you're practically safe. You'll enjoy it, I assure you.
But other than that, I suggest you get a blackboard eraser, climb on their counter top and erase every food that they offer aside from the two that I mentioned above because everything else is a sad meal after that.
Me and girlfriend ordered for Super Lomi. This serving is enough indeed for 3-4 persons. It was good but not really special for me. Service was fast. Very affordable choices of food.

Famous Batangas Lomi, Bulalo and other great-tasting food of Batangas province can be experienced along Visayas Avenue. Found right across Yellow Cab and Lido Cocina Tsina, this local yet simple restaurant offers a range of food known in Batangas at very affordable prices.
Special size lomi was bog enough for 2 people to share and for php95 an order amd.served piping hot.. WINNEE 😂😂😂 the lomi was full of sahog na kikiam .. liver and squidballs
Another restaurant in Visayas Avenue popped up "Andy's". Actually, me and my friends supposed to eat in a restaurant near Andy's, the one that is famous for their pizza.
However, while we are walking along Visayas Avenue. My friend saw Andy's and we decided to try another resto.
I ordered Pares and my friends ordered Tocilog and Tapsilog and of course the famous "Super Lomi".
(The one in the picture. Sorry I forgot to take photos of Pares, Tocilog and Tapsilog. I'm really hungry that time. :D)
Pares (PHP 60.00), Tocilog (PHP 50.00) and Tapsilog (I don't know.) were okay.
But the SUPER LOMI nailed it. The noodles, the eggs, chicharon, soup and the BIIIGGGG servings.. just wow.
I want to stop now, i'm drooling. :D This SUPER LOMI for PHP 155.00. Worth it! It can be shared between four people.
It's the BEST Batangas Lomi I've tasted so far. Definitely must try! :)
Super sarap ng Super Lomi nila. Super sulit din yung price niya, siksik sa sahog yung Lomi nila. Yung 1.5 softdrinks nga lang nila yung masyadong mahal, double price.
Highly recommended. Me and my friends are craving for batangas lomi since we first taste it in Lian Batangas. I love their lome and bulalo its soooo tender. You cant miss the onion saysauce calamansi sili comb while eating the loming batangas. The place serves crazy sized batangas lomi. Super lomi for P155 good for 3-5 person and it has lots of toppings. I like the sisig also. The chopsuey is not that good for me
At first, I was hesitant. I'm from Batangas and I never heard of this Andy's. I was thinking, "They’re just using the 'famous' line." But even before entering this newly (soft) opened resto, I can see the flock of people eating. And this got me thinking, "masarap siguro."
We decided to try their first "famous", Batangas Lomi. You can choose from Regular, Special, Super Lomi Jr and Super Lomi. And boy! I had a hard time thinking how different they are from each other. Apparently, the biggest and mooooost mouth-watering is the Super Lomi. Super Lomi comes in a huuuuge bowl, armed with noodles, thick sauce with egg, tofu, kikiam, squid balls, meat, ground meat (I don't know what meat it is), a hard-boiled egg, chorizo and (a pack of) chicharon.
It's the best lomi I ever tasted! Aside from it being a little bit salty, you can really taste the flavors of Batangas! LOL. Kidding aside, it's so luscious. The serving is so big, a group of three to five can eat it.
Some friends tried their sizzling squid and said, it's awesome as well. I didn't taste it so I can't verify it.
The next day, we came back for lunch. We tried Palabok, Bulalo and Tapang Taal. Bulalo comes in Regular and Special variants. As expected, the Special one comes in a bigger serving and with more vegetables. However, I think the taste of the corn in the Special Bulalo is too overwhelming. The Regular one tasted like what a real Bulalo should taste. I would prefer the latter.
The Tapang Taal is also okay! It's sweet and soft. I can't help myself but order for another cup of rice. For its price, the serving is, I think, just enough.
There are lots of tables inside. There are small ones for dating couples, tables for a small group of friends and a couple of tables for big groups. They are movable so the resto can accommodate even a huge groups of foodies.
There are two kitchens. One inside and one outside. And because there's one outside, prepare to smell like food especially during lunch time!
The people are accommodating and approachable even though it took us a loooong time before our food was served during lunch. I think it's because they are still on their soft opening.
In summary, the place and food are great. Just please don't make the Lomi salty and the waiting time a little bit too long.
