Mad Mark's is a place is regularly eat in, especially when the craving for steak is so strong. There aren't that many places where you can get a good sized steak with two sides and sauce for less than P500. At Mad Mark's, you can get all those for P305.
I always appreciate how they consistently cook my steak at medium rare. The sides I always go for are plain rice and bacon potato salad, but they have other healthier, less carbo loading options. For the sauce, I highly recommend the Bootstrap Steak Sauce. Goes so well with the meat!
I love the new interiors of the restaurant. Looks more modern with an industrial feel. They have sockets too, perfect the many, many students who go to UP Town daily.
For affordable steak and ribs Mad Mark's should be on your list. And if you're a huge sweet tooth or just love ice cream, you should try their ice cream. They are thick and creamy. I'm a huge fan of their half baked madagascar.

Despite the restaurant being full due to the lunch hour, we got seated right away. The food is surprisingly very good with servings good for sharing. Price points are very reasonable and customer service is good despite being slow
Steak for 300? How can you go wrong? I usually get the signature steak with medium doneness. End your meal with their wide ice cream selection.
Ribs have a huge servings, but for the taste nothing special but it's soft and fall out from the bones so i guess it's okay. Side dish of corn and carrots is okay but a little bit of bland. Their house salad is a no-no for me. Veggies is not fresh and almost soggy.
Creole chicken is uhmm good? but lack of special factor, (the dish that is okay but you will not order again) but i like that they make the breast part chicken taste interesting.
Overloaded frites - Best of all of our orders. Must try! Fat chips with loaded toppings will fulfill your stressful soul.
Their icecream is the best! So far i like the chocolate cookie and Matcha Oreo. But for a small scoop of 99. A bit rip off, Though icecream have well ingredients and well balanced.

The Johnnie Double Black Ribs serves with 2 sides (you can choose what you want) and a sauce. So for him, he chose, rice and baked mac. Which is really good combination. I like the taste of the meat and its sauce though may bloody part sa gitna but masarap pa din. Worth a try.
For Creole Grilled Chicken. I super like it but di ko naubos. Why? Too big for me. But the taste is good. This serves also with 2 sides. So for me, rice and smashed potato. I super love the potato and its sauce. Hindi ko na nga ginamit ung sauce ng chicken, dun ako sumawsaw sa sauce ng potato. Worth it din.

Mad Marks is a straight forward steak and ice cream place. While I do love their steaks this visit was about their ice cream. We ordered one scoop each of their madagascar vanilla and their chocolate ice cream. Creamy and rich in flavor. Worth it!
I've been here a couple of times already - I think that their menu options are affordable given the quality. I usually go for their steak with garden grains and mashed potato. Love their sauce options also! For this visit though, we tried their mojos which was good for sharing and was spiced well also.
I often heard that Mad Mark's Creamery and Good Eats serves good ice cream so I'm quite familiar with the place. Little did I know that they have a place in UP Town Center which offers selection of food as well. We tried their Party Wings, Johnnie Double Black Ribs and their Sirloin Steak Burger. Serving is huge and is good for 2 to 3. Wings and ribs are the bomb! Price is surprisingly cheap. Place is ok but would suggest to make the place more inviting. Staffs are ok. But the highlight was their coffee, it was surprisingly goooooood!
Only tried their ice cream and it was really great! What you see is what you get! The flavor's really spot on! Their salted caramel literally tasted salty and sweet at the same time. Will definitely come back for more!

Absolutely Delicious. I'm currently on a low carb diet and today is my cheat day. It was not a wrong decision to eat at this restaurant because the Ribs they served is just so delicious, it's juicy and tender, the sauce perfectly complements the bacon potatoes. This cheat day was good
I really love their Zing Wings here. Goes well with the dip. This is my go-to chicken wing place in UP Town Center! They also have cheap promo dishes here that I might try next time. I will also try their ice creams here when I get back. :)

I was happy to learn that a Mad Mark’s Creamery and Good Eats branch opened its doors at UP Town Center. While the resto is known for its artisanal ice cream flavors, it caught my heart with its Signature Steaks. At Php330 per serving, you get a 150g USDA flat iron steak (which gives you great flavor because of its marbling), and your choice of two side dishes and sauce.
It was our third time here and the food taste as good as before. I ordered the steak and the gf ordered the ribs. The steak is well prepared with reasonable serving portion and the smashed potato and the bacon salad the cake with it is good. But I will I could say the same with ribs. It taste good but the bones are quite big unlike the ones they serve at Artsy Cafe. But the taste and quality of the meat is good. Service is quick and the staff are polite and attentive. Overall, we’d still go back to this place for the steak. And oh, the house blend iced tea is really good. Go for the pitcher as it’s good value for money for it can serve 4 glasses of goodness.

At first sight, this restaurant doesn't look like the place where I'd have a sumptuous savoury meal, but it was! For appetizer, we initially planned to grab their best seller Obearloaded Frites, but thankfully, their staff informed us that it had bacon bits mixed given that we are muslims. So, we decided to settle for their Fat Chips instead (which is the same as OF except it has just a dip). It looked and tasted like mojos, but less mashed, less sweet, and less oily. It seems like a good healthier alternative to Shakey's mojos. Their Signature Steak (requested medium well) was evenly cooked and tasted great especially with the sauce. The grilled chicken was also satisfyingly tasty instead of bland like what I initially thought it would taste. The sides were generously served and did not fail us. Out of everything we've tried, the Bootstrap Steak Sauce was the best sauce for me, and I didn't get why the Roasted Nut Sauce was their bestseller.
After that, we made room for their Rolling Dutchman with Super Baked Madagascar and Javan Hot Chocolate. Quite frankly, the brioche buns tasted like the sugar donuts you buy from bakeries across the street, but the thick scoops of ice cream were AMAZING, especially the Super Baked Madagascar which is a new flavor I have never tasted anywhere before. It's definitely a must try!
Overall, this restaurant was unexpectedly a nice dining place that you don't need to line up for (unlike some restos in UPTC). With a kind staff, great meals, and even greater dessert, I'll definitely come back for the rest of their menu.
Their branch at UP Town Center has become sort of a go-to restaurant of the family after attending mass at nearby Della Strada church.
Aside from their home made ice cream, we surely enjoyed their baby back ribs, creole chicken and breaded fish fillet.
As for the ice cream itself, Java hot chocolate flavor is to die for.
4.5 the crew are nice and attentive the food is sulit recommend the 299 pack we ordered the lemon anchovy fish and the pork chop super sulit and a additional jd wings sulit price and the ambiance is great.
Went here on a hungry stomach during lunch time. We ordered the steak, zing wings tried their signature ice-cream. The wings was just okay, the steak was also okay. The homemade ice cream was really good, enough to make me comeback and try out more flavors.

I'd give them a 4.5 on their ice cream! It is home made and really decadent. Main dish? It my 2nd time to eat at this branch and previously I loved the rub on their steak. I got disappointed the 2nd time around since it seemed the meat was not well marinated and it lacked consistency in taste. Potato "mojos" were great and so with the mashed one. Servive was great too! I just wish they are consistent with their steak 😉

- I liked y experience eating in Mad Mark's. We didn't get to try their ice-cream though because I believe there was no delivery because it we were there around January 2 or 3.
First thing I would like to commend is their server.(I forgot to ask her name) She was very nice and had the initiative to turn on the fan for us because she was concerned that it might be a bit hot in our seats.
We ordered their Signature Steak with Bootstrap Steak Sauce, the steak was a bit hard to slice and they didn’t achieve my desired steak doneness (I ordered medium rare and I think they gave me a rare one). Other than that, the steak was tasty for its price, the flavor is still there and it goes really well with the steak sauce. We really liked their House Salad as side dish. We also tried out their ice cream (Caramel Clover, Walnut Cinnamon and Strawberry Cheesecake). The ice cream was very good and creamy, you can tell that it really is Mad Mark’s specialty. Caramel Clover and Walnut Cinnamon almost taste the same but I like the former better. I liked Strawberry Cheesecake because it has the right amount of sweetness and sourness, planning to try out their other flavors soon!
We came here to eat lunch. We ordered ribs solo and their steak. Food was good for its price. 200 bucks for each person not bad at all

Hello creamy ice cream!
We got the Double serving (Php160). You can choose 2-4 flavors and it's good for 2 people or more.
The flavors we tried: Matchawaited, Walnut Cinnamon, Roasted Pecan and Half Baked Madagascar. The only flavor I didn't like was the 2nd one. 😅
Nice place to eat afternoon snacks or desserts at. We ordered 4 scoops of different flavors - Javan Hot Chocolate, Strawberry Cheesecake, Madagascar Vanilla Bean, and Banoreo; all flavors were great, but my favorite would be the Javan Hot Chocolate. It has this bittersweet flavor, which I absolutely love.
We also tried their Buffalo Wings. I normally don't eat buffalo wings since I am not a fan of spicy foods, but this one tasted okay. Not too hot, just right on spice; but nothing really extraordinary.
Have not tried ordering their entrées but we will definitely try them soon.
Great food selection. They do not have a 10-page menu, but you can be assured that your order will satisfy your cravings. The flat iron steak was a great surprise. We were expecting a low budget steak to arrive what with the price on the menu, but what we got was a perfectly grilled steak with just the right amount of flavor. I like my steak the way they cooked it, salt and pepper and a bit of seasoning. No fancy over the top herbs and spices that overpower the taste of the meat itself. The choices of side dishes were also commendable. After a great meal, we got their ice cream, which is what they are known for. We got the bestseller, Madagascar vanilla, and yes, it was the perfect ending to our sumptuous meal.

I tasted heaven and went mad after tasting this cup of awesomeness. I was able to try different flavors because me and my blockmates binge-ate ice cream after our major exam. But my personal favorites are the Javan hot chocolate and Madagascar. Next time, will try their double back ribs (because duh, back ribs are the bomb)

We ordered a variety of food from their menu and everything we had was tasty and reasonably priced. They also didn't scrimp on the proportions. What stood out for me is the Creole Grilled Chicken paired with cajun sauce. It was nicely spiced and grilled to my liking (a little charred). This was actually my papa's order but sadly I liked it better than what I had (Signature Steak).
For dessert, of course we ordered ice cream, we tried 3 flavours: strawberry cheesecake, choco on choco and caramel & clover. Overall fave is Caramel & Clover.
I am not a fan of the interiors though and how understaffed the resto was. I had to personally go to the counter to ask for something, make the payment, etc.
Would love to go back and try their other ice cream flavours.

Ate here a couple of times. Food service took some time but nevertheless, was worth the wait. I usually order their burger here. It's worth the try. Also, their ice cream is kind of expensive but super delicious. Great for people looking for dessert after a good meal.
I think I love Mad Mark's for two things: (1) their ice cream, and; (2) the memories associated with my visits to the restaurant. I frequented the restaurant for a while when they were just at their soft opening, and the menu was limited. Next I went there, I couldn't find my usual haunts so I had to try the other food they offered, which was good, but probably not worth the price you pay for it. The poke bowl/salad was absolutely delicious, though. I love it so much, and finishing the meal with a scoop of their coffee ice cream might just symbolise the duality of man when it comes to food.
Got two scoops of ice cream for P95, Half baked Madagascar is one of the best ice creams I ever tasted so far. Strawberry cheesecake also a must try! 😊 . My friend also got the half baked and Java Chocolate, the latter is made from dark chocolate.
What's best:
* Signature Steak with Bloodstrap Sauce
* Smashed Potato or Bacon Potato as sides
* Half-Baked Madagascar Ice Cream

Good food, fast service. This restaurant never fails to satiate my craving for steak. It is my first time to be in this branch since the Glorietta branch was a bit closer to where i lived in Makati. The place has a nice ambience and more spacey than the Glorietta branch. Will definitely be back here for their Signature Steak..
From steak to ice cream, you cant go wrong with mad mark's food. If its mad mark's its good. Period. The signature steak and potato sides are just to die for. Service is fast and servings are so generous, just right for the price if you ask me. My only concern is that taste varies depends on which branch you're at. So far, i've tried uptc, greenbelt and kapitolyo. The best one so far is in kapitolyo!
Went here to try the P99 pesos half dozen wings and also tried their steak as recommended by a co-worker, it was all worth the try! Will definitely go back here even after the P99 promo. I just hope that the service will improve next time. We went here on a weekday which there are few people but the staff can't accommodate you well. I even asked for the utensils twice after they have served the food and it's hard to call their attention.
Their food were served in big portions and were presented well. Their Johnnie Double Black Ribs and Mariner Sandwich tasted normal but were very filling. Their ice cream was delicious and the variety of flavors made us want to try them all.
The ambiance was relaxed and perfect for friends who are looking for filling meals with emphasis on good dessert.
My dad and I had dinner here for Valentines Day. Service was fast. We instantly fell in love with the Fat Chips, which may be better than Shakey's Mojo's. The Signature Steak is cheap enough, considering that the meat quality is palatable, and an order comes with two side dishes. The Hotlanta chicken is tasty at first, but we easily got tired of it ("nakakaumay" in Tagalog).
For dessert, we each had two 2-oz scoops of ice cream. Their best sellers are Javan Hot Chocolate, Roasted Pecan, Half-baked Madagascar, and Walnut Cinnamon. True enough, every flavor was a sweet treat!
Heard about the 6th year anniversary promo of mad marks and went back to try again after a year and was surprised that the man sandwiches are finally back !! We had the firehouse and lumberjack sandwich and its better than ever ! Prices are unbelievably low and cant help reminisce the good old days at kapitolyo back when they were starting out ! Me and my bf would always go there back in the days.

Bang for the buck! Been here a number of times and it was never a let-down. I especially love their Cajun chicken wings and their signature steak. For a relatively cheap price, they taste really good! Oh, and don't forget the ice cream -- they're worth coming back for! 😁

Walking desultorily around UP Town Center for lunch, my tired legs, or was it fate haha, led me to Mad Mark's. I went in, seated myself and immediately noticed that the resto was understaffed. Only 2 waiters/servers and the place was packed. One of the waiters saw me but conveniently ignored me, so I had to call her for the menu. Without an apology, she just motioned to the other waiter to hand me the menu as she was busy clearing out a table. Not a great first impression.
I ordered the signature steak in healthy size (as if!), with rice and mashed potato as sides. I really didn't have a choice because all the other sides were not available. What a letdown! They asked how I wanted my steak. I said medium rare. For sauce, I chose creamy mushroom. Then for dessert, I got me some ice cream. Since it was a Wednesday, I ordered the Forward which gives you 30 grams of an additional flavor. Unfortunately, you don't get to choose the free flavor. Upon recommendation, I picked half-baked Madagascar only to find out it was sold out. So I got the "other" Madagascar. And for the free flavor, the Banoreo. For my drink, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they offer Sprite Zero.
The steak was perfect! The mushroom sauce complemented every bite. Sure, there were parts that were tough to slice through but once you get a piece of that meat in your mouth, you feel absolutely grateful! The mashed potato is exquisite! I love that it was not mashed thoroughly and still contains the skin. Genius! The ice cream was a great way to cap the hearty meal. I love the Banoreo. The Madagascar was also good but paled in comparison to the former. I love my first time with Mad Mark's and I will surely come back. If not for the inattentive service, I would have rated higher.
A special night with a long-time-no see-friends - to sum up my night in Mad Mark's, i would say i definitely had an outstanding time there despite the fact that we went when it was nearly closing. I loved the fish dish (I don't remember the exact name of that dish but superb!) Overall, we had a great time here at Mad Mark's Creamery & Good Eats plus Good company. Worth a try.
Love their ribs and Humbagu. The ribs for 250 pesos is worth it plus you get to choose two sides! The Humbagu is amazing, too. The dishes were very well presented and servings are really big.
REALLY good ice cream, but not best consistency. Too frozen, if that makes sense. I had to chew it, and letting it melt for a bit won't work! But it still had good flavor and I may come back for.more scoops of ice cream!

Uhmmm, sorry... I am a UFC fan. Anyway, Nate's win made us go to UPTC to grab some grub. He said he wants meat, i recommended Mad Marks. We were not that hungry because we had brunch at Rustic. We got some chips, ribs and wings.
Chips was served first, i was pleasantly surprised that the deep fried potatoes were seasoned perfectly. I am not sure if they use panko and some other flavoring but the chips can be eaten sans ranch dip. A couple of minutes after, the cajun wings were served. Nothing extraordinary, the sauce was okay, perfect mix of sweet and spicy. Not spicy enough in my book. The ribs were served shortly, this was equally good. Tender, moist and flavorful. The Johnny Walker Double Black sauce used did it's job in making the ribs sumptuous.
Mad Marks is a haven for affordable meals for the carnivores out there.
Twas my friend's pre birthday celeb when we dine at Mad Mark's and the food is superb, in big servings, too. They have this brown rice for some of their dishes. Over all, food is good.
