First time dining yesterday. "love at first bite!" Ambiance is great. The interiors, color scheme is destressing! My colleagues and I ordered Beef Tapa and Clubhouse and the serving is bountiful! And the cakes are lovely! We ordered Blueberry Cheesecake and Sansrival! And surely it rival the cakes of the top bakeshops here! I'm excited to try also goods from your take out nook. And I'll be back with my family. One thing though, servers could be more polished and enthusiastic but overall twas an awesome experience!! More power brewing point cafe!
Comfort food at its finest! I have always loved this place, been coming here for more than a decade now.
For me who is a lover of filipino breakfast as i believe it is the most important meal of the day...this resto never ceases to cross my mind when i think of great food, great cakes and coffee!!! we will not just come back...but will come back over and over again. God bless and more power! :)
Always open even on holidays!
I love the cozy ambience of this cafe, too.
Back when Congressional Avenue Ext. was a dirt road and Mira Nila accessible through tricycle on Tandang Sora or taxi/car through Tierra Pura, Brewing Point was already a regular stopover. This is one of the places where I can have comfort food in the comfortable ambiance of 'home.'
My go-to cafe to have feel-good food. Plus the ambiance is pleasant. Staff are accommodating.

Best comfort food out there!
Food is really good. Big portions for sharing. Very nice ambiance..
I've eaten here three times so far. The food is great but for what it's worth, it's quite expensive. Their serving size and portion can be quite inconsistent and this really matters to me.
I had a fish dish when we ate there for dinner. The fish was seasoned really well but a bit overcooked. The vegetables that came with the dish was cooked perfectly. This is the most expensive item I've ordered in their menu.
Our go-to meal would be their tapsilog. Honestly there's too much rice for the amount od tapa given. Good thing there arw two eggs.
For dessert, I love their cakes especially their red velvet cake. I would definitely come back here for their red velvet cake.
Overall, it's a great place to dine when you have a lot of time.
The place is nice, food is good, however, it is noisy. You can hear all the conversations from the different tables. It is not a place to go to if you want a relaxing ambience or if you want to do some remote work. The waiters are also not attentive, it will take time until they notice you waving your hands when you call them. But, their food is really good. My faves are the Spaghetti Bolognese, Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup. And their coffee is so good!
Beef salpicao was a bit hard to chew. Wished there were more mushrooms in truffle cream pasta. Portion size was satisfying. Fast service even if there were many customers. Overall we enjoyed the food. Will go back again.
It’s the perfect neighbourhood cafe!
Brewing Point has been a fixture in our neighborhood for years, and there's a good reason for that. My family is never disappointed when we go to Brewing Point because their food has been consistently good over the years. We recommend the chicken mozzarella, potato wedges, beef salpicao, truffle cream pasta, spinach and artichoke dip, lengua, and chicken quesadilla.
Loved the Salpicao and Gambas. They are my favorites!!! The place has good ambiance and nice staff.
Best restaurant along Congressional Extension :) the only place I can take my lola without her having to comment “kaya ko tong lutuin sa bahay!” - it’s THAT good!
I'd say this is one of the best restos for me along Congressional Avenue that's why I visit whenever I have the chance.
Their beef salpicao is really good. I'm not satisfied with the serving size but the taste makes up for it I guess. It feels like they cooked a steak first, and then turned it into salpicao.
The chicken pesto is the best pesto I've tasted. I don't really like pesto and this is the one I liked.
Bella's mac and cheese is also good. KD's chicken is average but its gravy is really great.
The staff can be better since we didn't feel like they were happy serving us. Ambiance is cozy as always and one of the reasons why I like the place.
We used to pass by this place on our way to work, I've always thought this is just a coffee place. Their beef salpicao is tender and not that chewy with garlic bits. Chicken mozzarella is definitely good for sharing.
We've try this restaurant many times already. I can honestly that their food is really good. The price is reasonable considering that each viand is good for sharing. The staff are accommodating and friendly. My fave is their Bella Mac N' Cheese! 😊
I love going to BP! They have really good pastas (personal favorite is Truffle Cream). Good food and ambiance, but availability of items is inconsistent sometimes and portions are really big! But of course, that won’t be a problem at all for big groups of people.
We ate here Five times already. We celebrate Christmas here and other family gatherings. It's near our neighborhood. They have a very good quality of food offerings. It's pricey but the taste will explain why it is pricey. I love the ambiance because of their home like interior and spacious outside seating.
Cozy place to meet up and have great conversations as you dig in to sumptuous meals, with generous servings.
May it be pasta, meat, dessert or any other, you can’t go wrong with Brewing Point’s offerings!
Used to go here when i was a kid and the food was meh. But they’ve improved soooo much since then. Menu is more solid now. And really good. Love the lengua in creamy corn sauce. Serving is big but i really suggest you order one per person so you dont get bitin. Its that good. 😊 its a nice meeting place for villages nearby. They have nespresso and cakes too
This is our go to cafw whenever we feel like eating out. Probably one of the best restaurant-cafe of its caliber in QC. I am a sucker for their Callos and Sizzling Corned Beef. Nacho salad and Beef Quesadilla are great starters. Masarap dito! 🙌
Best beef salpicao ever! I also like their Shrimp Gambas, Steak & Eggs, Spinach & Artichoke dip, Blue marlin and mooore! I swear we've tried almost everything in the menu and they don't disappoint :)
I had nachos and quesadillas here, and can I just say the quesadillas was the best I ever had!! It was good proportion and the sauce was so yummy! For someone who loves cheese, it’s a must try :)
Brewing Point Neighborhoond Cafe is our go-to cafe/restaurant whenever we wanna eat outside with the family. It’s very near our house which is a plus for us.
I ordered Grilled Cheese which comes with a tomato soup. My mom ordered BBQ Chicken Fillet with rice. My dad ordered Power Salad. The prices were okay and you can get what you actually paid for — servings are big (for us) so we can share. They’re all flavorful and yummy in their own way. ❤️
Disappointed? NOPE!!
Coming back? DEFINITELY YES!! ❤️
We went here for a late lunch with my officemates. Parking is quite manageable. Maybe because it’s past peak lunch hours.
We ordered 1 ceasar salad, 1 pumpkin soup (good for 1 only) 2 orders of Chicken mozzarella Pesto pasta and 1 order chicken quesadillas (4slices). I loved all the foods that we ordered and overall I am satisfied with the taste as well as my tummy. The pasta is flavourful and the serving is good! We had lava chocolate for dessert and ohhh my, it was the best thing I ever had!! It tastes like brownies, chocofudge, vanilla and champorado, Lol 😂
One thing that I noticed however is that the staffs are not so accommodating and attentive. They seem not to listen to you attentively so I’m not sure if they heard my request or not. When I asked for warm water, the staff (she) is in our table but is attending or talking to someone else. So I have to repeat again and again. They also not put attention to customers even they are only standing on the corner so you have to wait till you meet their eyes 👀 I wasn’t able to take some pictures because it was a very quiet lunch :(
Very good food especially cakes! The price is also acceptable for the serving. I love their sugar free cake, red velvet, brazo de mercedes and their yema cake! Downside: good ambiance but place gets crowded during dinner time.
I love eating here. My mom loves it here. My dear friends have met for dinner here a lot of times in the past. My dear, dear friend who just lives across buys her family lunch and/or dinner for the family here. What else can I say?
Brewing Point is a casual restaurant where you go to eat and go home satisfied. My group must have ordered most of the food in the menu. We have tried the Shrimp Gambas, Baked Mussels, Carbonara, Lengua, Beef Salpicao, Matteo's Grilled Cheese, Bolognese and their shakes. And of course, the Florian's Seared Tuna (seared tuns fillet bedded on a flavorful health quinoa and mixed green salad).
There was a time when I (with my dear mom) ordered this seared tuna and was slightly disappointed at the smaller-than-usual size. It was a tad smaller than usual. But when I came back weeks after the tuna was back in fighting form... I mean, size. Probably supplier problems, my mom commented.
One not-so-positive thing about Brewing Point? The servers. While most of the staff are friendly, two have ruined the almost perfect BP. I remember when I jokingly commented on those two servers with sad/upset faces. They just looked at me, smiled a bit and continued with their work. My reaction? I just laughed it off while shaking my head remembering what I read one time: choose your battles. I did. I'm happy. They're not.
Cucumber shake was great, and yung callos ok naman kakaiba bat nakulangan lang ko sa lasa, it so plain lang. But overall i did love their place and foods., ok ang mga staffs mababait.
First time to try it here and decided to celebrate our Mother's day dinner here. It was a good choice. We dined Pork Sinigang, which the mommies really liked, squid (i forgot what kind but we really loved the sauce), BBQ chicken fillet, my personal favorite, blue marlin ala pobre which we all enjoyed and red velvet cake for dessert. Basically, all the dishes were really good and fit its price 👌Despite the occasion, they were able to manage the crowd and we didn't have to wait long for the food. For the Mother's day, they had complimentary one rose for each mom and as well as one serving of sorbet which I think is really kind. The staff are also approachable and very accommodating, we even did our reservation just a few hours prior the dinner. Overall, its a really must-try!
This is my second outing at this homey coffee shop. For starters, theres nothing like their chicken fingers whose crispy outside-tender & juicy inside combo cant be beat.Their sizzling corned beef with gravy sounded unique and delish as well. Not disappointed as it was as good as described in the menu what with its tender chunks of beef brisket generously bathing in gravy except that it was not sizzling when it was served. To cap the Mothers Day lunch, you cannot but crave for more of their red velvet cake. One of the best ive had! A great outing once more!!
Been here twice. So far everything we've ordered has been good. From breakfast to dinner. Good ol fashioned home cooked meals. Would definitely be back.
Great corned beef sinigang!!!!
They have creamy pasta as well as perfectly fried chicken that can compete with pancake house. I also enjoy the salpicao and sinangag rice 🤙🤙🤙🤙
The ensaymadas are also delicious!
Came here friends and colleagues. It is a good place to come chat and have a nice meal. The prices are just right. I paid about 200 peso for a pasta but the serving was more than enough. A serving of a salad worth 190 pesos is good for 2 people. The ambiance is classy and the trip was worth it. :)
I live near this cafe but I only tried it very recently lang I know it's been here for ages already but wasn't able to try this because I thought it was OA priced since it is located near this private subdivision rich neighborhood. Hehe
Quality of food is good and big portions (I mean for garlic rice + eggs + ulam) only had breakfast here twice. Just add P45 to replace iced tea with brewed coffee. I just don't like that they don't serve the pastas and main course yet until 10:30am? So I guess balik nalang talaga to try other what's on their menu. Lava cake is so good but on my return it was not available, so we had the Super Moist Chocolate Cake 320/med so sulit!!
The vibes of this cafe is very titas of manila like and it's peaceful and quiet and chill hangout place.
Love this place , very Clean, food is very flavorful the waiters are respectful, alot of parking space the roast beef sandwich is a wow Thank you brewing point till my next visit.
People who eat here are usually the ones who live along congressional extension and remains of it's best kept secrets. The quality of the food changed for the better when they renovated the place recently. Must try are their salpicao and corned beef sinigang. Rated them high because of the reasonably pricing of their new menu. Instead of going for the usual non quality food parks along congressional, try this semi-hidden resto instead!

I got a chance to dine in this place when one of my choirmate treated us for her birthday. She reserved a room for all of us. The vibe of this cafe are so nice. I felt like I want to study because its peaceful. They offered Pastas and of course coffee. Their version of carbonara taste good the plus side is they have decent serving too.
The word delicious cannot even give justice to how DELICIOUS it is here in Brewing Point Cafe.
Ordered their Beef Tapa...WOW! You guys have to try that. 😁👊
Can't wait to be back here again. And again. And again....it goes on.😂😉

The first time I ate here, we had to go through Tierra Pura (?) and drive a few more minutes from the subdivision entrance. It was a bit cramped then.
When the Congressional Ave. Ext. was opened, I was pleasantly surprised to see a bigger and better Brewing Point. And they expanded and improved without losing sight of their true identity - which is a neighborhood cafe.
Be sure to try their cheese and garlic (or chicken) quesadilla (for starters), beef tapa or longganisa (for breakfast), beef salpicao (for lunch / dinner), and never leave the place without tasting their yema cake. Yummy!
Their staff, though, needs a bit more customer service training.
#SteakandEggs - medium rare.. Soft "not like a bubble gum" and its like they Tender it well.. Hahaha
Also juicy one.. Once you tasted it.. It's a scrumptious !
Our favorite hangout. My friends and I frequently eat here for breakfast and the food is consistently good through the years. Parking can get a bit difficult in the morning because there's a zumba class on the upper floor of the building.
Very nice place. Chill, quiet and homey. We tried the chicken quesadilla and it was awesome. The red velvet and the lava cake were also worth every bite. I wanted to try their salted egg chips but I find the price of php300 too step as compared to the other brands. I will be back definitely!
Please please PLEASE do your mental, physical, emotional, AND spiritual well-being a favor by heading over to Brewing Point and ordering their Lengua, Mac n cheese, Truffle Cream Pasta, or Salpicao. This place has truly redefined the meaning of high quality comfort food - whether you're a bit down, or just ravenous, this neighborhood haunt has got you covered. They even have a selection of cakes and bread from their bakery for you to bring to your next Sunday lunch with the fam (I recommend the carrot cake). Brewing Point's menu is so good and so diverse, yet so underrated. Get your butt over there ASAP.
We tried their beef quesadilla, the corned beef, the lengua, and their yema cake. The food was generally okay, but didn't really stand out that much to me. However they do have fairly generous portions, so it's a good place to go if you're hungry. The quesadilla for me could use a bit more cheese, and the corned beef portion was a little smaller than you'd like. The yema cake was pretty big even for what they would call the petite serving, however the yema was pretty much only on the frosting while the inside was a regular chiffon cake. All in all, it's an okay place to hang out, I would go if I was in the area, I don't know if I would go out of my way for it.
I remember going to Brewing Point when Congressional Ave. extension was not yet open. I would pass through Quirino avenue and enter Tierra Pura. Back then it was just a small place, but the food has always known for its home cooked goodness. Now it is one of the high-rise establishments in Congressional. Ave. with a dance studio and a rooftop venue for events. Brewing Point Neighborhood café, is a favorite hang-out in the area. It is packed especially on weekends with families coming in for lunch dinner, or friends catching –up while enjoying the free wifi. The food is superb and served generously and big platters. First time diners are always surprised with their serving size, giving them an excuse to eat more. The breakfast line-up is truly tempting especially the Garlic Longanisa and Daing na Bangus. For pastas, their Chicken Pesto, is a hands-down favorite as well as their version of Vongole. Their cakes are worth the try, not-too-sweet but really rich and yummy. Their Supermoist Chocolate Cake is a major indulgence, chocolate lovers must try, along with the Red Velvet Cake. All dishes are priced reasonably – servings are big (enough for 2 people) and very good quality.
Ambiance - 4.5/5.0
It really lives its name -- neighborhood cafe. I feel like just eating inside my home the moment I entered the Cafe. I do not feel like attending in a meeting because of the very relaxing and homey ambiance.
Service - 4.5/5.0
Some of the staff don't smile but probably because they are focused with work or something, but I hope they can improve on this area. I love how fast the service is and how attentive they are.
Food - 4.5/5.0
I had the Sinigang na Corned Beef but because of the hungry feeling I have and then the moment I opened the pot, I already devoured on it and I forgot to take a photo. But to envy you, this is not your ordinary corned beef -- it is tender inside and outside, it will not give you the guilty feeling of cheating (in my case 'coz I was on a strict diet but, everyday can be a cheat day! HAHAHA!!!) and it will just remind you of your favorite childhood memories. Then I also got to try the Red Velvet cake. It is generous in flavor,e specially on the cream cheese but it is not really sweet.
I will definitely comeback for more.
Dining here is such a good experience I just hope their attendants are more alert when it comes to billing out. Try their power salad and tuna melt! It's healthy and yummy!💙
Try the corned beef.
Love this place coz they have good food with great value!
Also had the brazo de mercedes with their house brew.
Its a Happy Easter.
We always pass by this cafe whenever we head to the Katipunan area. It was really beyond what I expected. Their food is great and comes in big servings so it's a bang for your buck. There are ample parking spaces and the ambiance inside the restaurant is perfect for gatherings with family or friends. My only comment is that their coffee selections are limited and are served in small cups only. Try their carrot cake and their mozzarella chicken that comes with their yummy pesto pasta.
You don't go here for the food -- you go here to work... get that neighborhood feeling. It's the perfect place to work away from the office.
After working, you can call your buddies to have beer (yes, they serve it).
The meals are good (I had the Hainanese Chicken), but way too overpriced.
You can reserve the side rooms if you plan to have conferences or other private events.
BPNC is one of my go-to restau outside our village. They serve good food here! Pasta, sandwiches, salads, you name it! Weekdays, Weeknight, Weekend. This place is always packed!
I love their truffle cream pasta. 1 order is good for 2 persons already. I also love their pesto very flavorful. We also had the greek salad, garlic and cheese quesadilla and yema cake.
Their yema cake is not too sweet but the texture was a bit dry.
Service was okay. Plus points because they have a spacious parking and wifi.

A good place for coffee and a lot more! At first my impression of this place is for coffee and some sweets but wait till you check out their menu they are actually offering brekky, lunch, dinner, desserts and they even have small private rooms even events area!
In the interest of time we just tried few:
BP corned beef- tender juicy you can taste the beefy goodness, goes well with the garlic rice and egg you can have it anytime of day!
Sansrival- sweet and crunchy!
Carrot Cake - not so sweet but indeed very good
Must try: BP corned beef, carrot cake 👍
Brewing Point
Dinner with a side of chika...😂
Met up with one of my closest friends today! We stayed at Brewing Point for 6 solid hours of talking... Sorry, girls are really like that!😅
We ordered an appetizer to share in the form of the Spinach and Artichoke dip, served with melba toast... It was just okay for me, wouldn't recommend it... But there was quite a bit of the dip, so we ordered more melba toast, which they sell packed and ready to take home...
We also shared an order of their gambas-- generous serving of prawns topped with lots of garlic! Tasted fresh and delicious!😍 We then tried the chicken quesadilla, regular sized serving, which was also okay... Not too bad and still pretty light... We then went and shared a lasagna, which was super cheesy and rich! I liked it!
For dessert, I tried the New York cheesecake... It was a big slice, but I didn't like it at all... It had an odd texture too... You will be better off with their frozen Brazo de Mercedes, which was creamy and not too sweet!👍 It was also a very generous serving... What I did like was their Iced Cookie Butter Latte-- truly liquid Speculoos! I enjoyed the cinnamon undertones! I would definitely order this again... ❤️
Honestly, this is just a small neighborhood joint, where people kind of know each other... They have a simple menu, nothing too fancy or extraordinary... Just a meeting place or hangout or study place for the people in the area... Very homey ambience and nice servers...😊
Cakes are yummy slash delicious! They are worth the slice.. we asked for take-out coffees. But it was just ordinary coffee on a white cup, we hope they personalize the packaging next time since it was a bit pricey.
In my old blog, I have a special project called Dine Out where I list cafes and restaurants I have tried. My first Dine Out entry was Brewing Point. I have been there on certain occasions. One day, I found out that the café restaurant underwent a renovation. Finally, we were able to visit it early this year and experienced a bigger and better Brewing Point Café.

Food are really delicious and made from scratch. The pesto pasta is really good and blueberry cheesecake too. The service is also a plus. The staff are accomodating and the serving time is awesome. I ask the server to dish-out my pasta at around 12nn and exectly 12nn it came out. However, the down-side of brewingpoint is that the food is a little pricey for students and young professionals. Above all, it's a pretty decent place to dine and hangout.
Good food at an affordable price. Fast and friendly service. Ample parking space. Homey ambiance. Definitely coming back here to try everything on their menu.
A quickie review:
We ate here for just this morning and got the tapa, corned beef and gambas (for breakfast?? you might say...). The restaurant is very spacious, the ambience is very inviting and still conducive to conversations even if there are a lot of people. The service was quick, the staff attentive.
As for the food, we liked it. The serving size was more than adequate although the plates were unwieldy to me, for some reason (a minor nitpick). The tapa was good, though a bit sweet for my taste. The corned beef was good too. Very tender, I might add! As for the gambas which my wife craved for, it was cooked perfectly, but I would've preferred it if it had a little bit more heat.
We would've tried some of the pastries and desserts, but as it turned out, we were too full. Oh well, I guess that's just another reason to come back. And we will! :)
This place is often full and now I know why - it fully embraces its role as the definitive cafe-restaurant of this neighborhood and does it well.
Families come here, just as young groups and people who do a little working and studying.
The waiters are brisk and professional - aren't afraid to speak up, or pour you another glass of water without asking.
The kitchen cooks are on the ball as well. I saw appetizing plates of pasta and some mains at other tables. My own order of homemade corned beef brisket arrived on a huge platter, with 2 eggs and equally homemade achara, which was sweet, crunchy, and not too pickled - the perfect counterpoint to the beef. I didn't know coffee (or tea) came with the breakfast meal and was glad the waiter was prompt enough to tell me!
I got a huuuge slice of yema cake for P85, with their Brewing Point logo drawn onto the plate - another nice friendly touch. It was okay, with buttercream layering inside and the condensed milk layering maybe a bit too thick.
There's bread for sale (ensaymadas, rolls), as well as solo, 6-inch, and full-sized cakes like Red Velvet, Sans Rival, and Chocolate Cake. They also have a little deli with some premium items that you should check out.
When I read their menu for the first time I thought their pricing was on the high side. Given the experience, I feel it is a match with their food.
One thing though: when I was there, the a/c wasn't cold enough, and it was stifling inside. I kind of got a headache and was forced to leave as a result.
This is a provisional review. I will add notes on other things I plan to try.
Generous and sumptuous serving at affordable price. Would recommend for anyone looking for delicious food.
You should try their grilled cheese, ginger tea, beef quesadillas, seared tuna, white chicken. Their salpicao is the best!! 🐷❤️ service is also great. Good ambience and fast wifi hehe
Very homey place with delicious food! Good breakfast place 😊 We enjoy eating here whenever we drive around the area. Their bread is also good ☺️
Loved their beef tapa, vongole pasta, Bbq chicken fillet, and the chicken/beef quesadilla! Great service and ambiance. Will definitely go back here.
This is one of my successful first try. A very comfortable place to be after a very tiring day. 😊 i should go back and try their breakfasts and other menu.
Me and my friends ordered cakes and coffee. I must say that it is very affordable and the taste is worth every peso.
Carrot Cake...
It is indeed your neighborohood cafe! Great food at a good price. I love that their menu has all day breakfast & soup amd sandwich items 💖 and they have friendly waiterstaff 💖💖 and the place is bright and clean💖💖💖 the less than cheerful cashier countered the good vibe, though. Not sure its the pregnancy or she is just like that 👎👎👎
Not really my top choice for brunch but it's near home. When you're hungry, anything that fills the tummy fast is the only answer.
We've been coming here since my College days but I only got to try the corned beef this morning. It was tender, well-seasoned, moist with a layer of fat. Perfect for someone who wants protein for breakfast. I love the coffee here as well. Strong and full-bodied.
Service is fast. There's ample parking. No complaints.
Nice place to hang out with friends. Delicious and affordable food. The pasta is so good add with their sumptuous cake and coffee....DELISIOOOOSO.!!!
Late Breakfast with my family at brewing point neighborhood cafe. The foods are delicious, also the caesar salad, carbonara, garlic longganisa and pasta bolognese.
I always come here for the Red Velvet cake as it is one of the best in Metro Manila. Portion size is bang for the buck as one slice is good enough for two.
The coffee is also amazing. You can tell by the good coffee selection just from the simple Americano alone.
Location is good as well with ample parking space. :)
The seared tuna is amazing! I've been going to this cafe for years now, but the food choices never fail to impress me. Definitely recommend especially if you also want to work or grab a dessert after.
We had a good time! The kids love their cakes. The staff are also friendly. The ambience is cool. I find their garlic longanisa salty but still okay. We love cheese and their cheese quesadilla and grilled sandwiches are awesome for our craving.
My mom insisted we visit Brewing Point since we were in the area. She's been telling us about this resto and how she really liked their Vongole. We ordered Vongole, Creamy Truffle and Penne in Tomato Sauce. I had Caramel Frappe to go with my pasta.
Vongole: 5/5 one of the best i've tasted so far
Creamy Truffle: 4/5
Penne in tomato sauce: 3/5
Caramel Frappe: 3/5 the after taste is like medicine
Food is very good but cashier is EXTREMELY slow. Takes almost fifteen minutes from asking for the bill to signing the charge slip. The new tables and chairs are nice.

All I can say about Brewing Point is they're okay. Not very good, but just right. Prices not too suggestive of the "neighborhood" restaurant image, but then, exclusive village homeowners can afford it here, so! Food choices are okay, too. And, they have been in the business for quite a good time in our place, plus points for that.
The place is great for relaxing and having a quick meal. Try the corn beef its my favorite at this restaurant. Coffee is also good and the desserts are also fulfilling
Yes yes I LIKED IT👍
This place is actually one of our favorite hang out place...
Nice and we'll lighted Place, warm Ambiance and accomodating staff...☺
👍👍👍👍
A neighborhood cafe that bloomed in the cracked of the millenia, where fusion & comfort food rules. Those were the days, where carbonara and chicken ala kiev where the star of each restaurant around the metro. Creativity was the star of the show, not authenticity. And that is where this neighborhood cafe started its foodprints in this area.
Chicken Quesadilla was spiced chicken and cheese folded in a flour tortilla, served with a garlic sauce and salsa. I like how the spices added a nice smokey, spiced taste to the chicken that is balanced by the cheese. The garlic sauce added a interesting garlicky kick to it.
Bolognese was a bit saucy and lacks the richness of the beef. The noodles was borderline to being not al dente. I like my bolognese dry and meaty with the acidity of tomatoes compliments the richness of the beef.
Lengua is beef tongue cooked in their special cream sauce. I like how they cooked the tongue soft and tender. They cooked it properly to emit the gamey flavor of it. The cream sauce was blended with squash that added a rich texture and consistency that complimented the meat. It also has a subtle, buttery finish.
Mango Creme was layers of crushed graham crackers layered mangoes and sweetened cream. It is a simple dessert that anyone can make at home, but its a nice dessert to order in this cafe. It just a simple Filipino favorite that highlights the sweetness of mangoes, the smoothness of cream, and the nutty taste of graham.
Carrot Cake was one of their bestseller for the desserts. The carrot cake was moist and has the right amount of frosting. I just prefer it spongier/cakey for the texture of the cake and the frosting lighter, because its too cheesy for a frosting. (You can taste the saltiness of the cream cheese.) But flavor wise, it was good.
Brewing Point is a no thrill, no frill cafe that serves simple Filipino favorites in this side of the neighborhood. It is a place where people can hangout without the busyness of the metro.
Favorite neighborhood resto! Great food and homey ambiance. Love their Seafood Vongole and Cucumber Shake! The cakes are also delightful. This place is definitely a must-try!
Great food and ambience! Love the menu selection. My favorites include their Brie Cheese dish, their bolognese, and the USDA beef tapa. Coffee is good too.
Such a lovely place to just hang out in. We had dinner there. Their quesadillas were very good. Not overpowered at all. Simple and light. Lasagna was amazing as well and the clubhouse sandwich was very fresh. We loved it there. Next visit, will go during the day to have coffee and dessert. I can't wait!
An all around place for pretty much any occasion or just to simply hangout or work. Just a few minute drive from my place so is really convenient. They started as a coffee shop and grew to an all around cafe. Their foods are decently good. Not that great but it's not on my list of expectations for the place.
Also, their breakfast menu are good! Light meals and sandwiches are ok. Their pica2 are great! Very homey yet they can serve as a good venue for parties, meetings or any gatherings. Nice to have them near the vicinity.
Pros:
- Area is Big and Spacious
- Food ( Corned Beef, Beef Tapa, Daig na Bangus, Choco Lava)
- Fast Service

- Unless your a big eater the portion size here is pretty big
Want to hang out on a lazy evening and do away with the parking fee? This neighborhood cafe is definitely a favorite. With a good menu of appetizers, mains, desserts, beverage and wifi connection, you're sure to get good value for money. Even before Congressional Avenue was extended and Brewing Point renovated, we made frequent visits and even celebrated my college graduation there. Really good food!
Grade:
Beef Tapa breakfast meal- superb!
Corned beef breakfast meal - unique! yummy!
Blueberry cjeesecake - yummy! Interesting - plated with a teddy bear drawn with chocolate syrup on the plate!
Tip: The breakfast meal is a big serving (2 eggs). Starve yourself first or share the meal with a companion.
Ambience: Very good. The building is of modern architecture. The interior is designed beautifully. Pleasing to the eyes and sense.
Am interested to try out their other breakfast choices such as the omelettes and their various cake offerings. Definitely going back.
Updates: Kept coming back. Here are additional reviews.
Carrot Cake - my 11-year-old's favorite
Bacon breakfast meal - I think this is a not supermarket-bought bacon. Good taste but too thick slices of bacon. Would lile to have these sliced a little thinner.
A good place to have parties, they can accommodate at least 150 guests. Good food, price range from Php 500 to 600 per head for their catering service and free of charge for the venue. If you will not get their catering, I think they will charge you 20,000 pesos for the function room and corkage for the other stuff.
Downside, not enough parking space for the guests. :(

Nice place to chill and catch up. You should try their Quesadillas, Lasagna and Yema Cake. They have the best corned beef for breakfast. Excellent service, value for money.
We had our company and team meeting here and we all loved the place and food. Came at the restaurant early and ordered their superb Tapsilog. They have a big serving but Brekky is my fave meal of the day so the amount is just right for me. Haha. Love the desserts too!
This place offers great comfort food!! Can't get enough of the corned beef and the yema cake!! :) Brewing Point café is the place to be if you want to unwind, dine with friends that feels relaxed and not rushed, unlike other cafés or coffee shops.
Brewing point is just five minutes drive away from my house but it's always full. Like even at 8 am, there would be lots of cars parked here already so I suggest that you should visit either very early or like near closing time. Brewing point is cozy, well lighted and perfect for meetings, studying or chilling. I love their desserts too. Must try their meals soon! :)
This is a good place to hang out with some friends. Their food was fine, nothing special though. I ordered greek salad –it was delicious. Also ordered the Mahi-Mahi with capers, sautéed in olive oil. It was cooked well but they could have lessened the salt.
Their coffee was good enough, considering the prices. I would recommend the caramel macchiato. It had a bit of nutty flavor in it. It was unique and satisfactory.
Meanwhile, the redberries smoothie was too sweet and creamy. I couldn’t really taste the berries in it. You can go ahead and skip this one.
If you’re looking for a place to study, this place would be okay. Better ask to be seated in the farthest room. It's a drag when trying to order food but at least there are less people seating there. Although, I advice not to come here during the weekends. It tends to get crowded especially during dinnertime.
Servers are all accommodating but sometimes, a bit slow.
