We booked a reservation yesterday for an Essential Oils 101 for a small group of 16 and everyone enjoyed the food and drinks, the ambience, the friendly staff and everything in between! We will definitely go back.

Rainy weather and coffee, the perfect match!
New coffee shops have sprouted like mushrooms in our neighborhood. And, most of these are a visual delight to me! But, I wonder if what they offer is also a delight to the palate.
I was so curious to check out, The Brewology Café which opened a few weeks ago. And, what made it more enticing was it took just five minutes to get there on foot from where I live. So, off I went with my purple umbrella.
The café is cozy despite being a little tight in space. The huge glass windows compensated for it providing ample natural light. I loved it as I could see the birds perch on the tree canopy.
I ordered the "aeropress", brewed coffee using the aeropress and I also asked for cream and sweetener. However, the waiter suggested that I take it black. I ever rarely take black coffee, but I was surprised and so pleased as I took my first sip... there was no trace of bitterness and acidity. I actually enjoyed it most especially coupled with a slice of their home made Strawberries and Cream Crepe Cake! A match made in coffee heaven! My first time also to try crepe cake. And oh... it comes in different flavors, too. I am eager to try the Green Tea Crepe Cake soon! Their dessert offerings aren't too sweet. It's just perfect.
What made my experience more pleasant and memorable was the owners and staff. They were very warm, friendly and accommodating. I'm so glad I took the time to enjoy the place, the coffee and dessert, and most of all, the brief but warm chitchat with new friends.
Their red velvet brownie is to die for! Thumbs up for the ambiance and to the staff!
The Brewology's manual brew Hario V60 coffee is definitely a must try, one of a kind indeed! Their mouthwatering Ben's BAE waffle, Pulled Pork Cheddar sandwich, Smores dessert are also very highly recommended! Can't wait to visit again

I convinced my boyfriend to dine at brewology cafe to take some desserts but we realized that we were hungry and decided to order 2 Ben's Bae, a chocolate milkshake and a house blend iced tea. It was so delicious that my boyfriend finished his food in less that 10minutes! We are definitely come back to taste the other waffles and coffee. We really liked the poached eggs as well! 😍
I wish this was nearer our residence, as in walking-distance near. We love the food so much and we are thinking of going back for more as I am writing this overdue review. Try their chicken and waffles and the black forest waffle.

We’re very happy with the Ben’s BAE and Beef Bulgogi Tapa we ordered! The tapa and kimchi rice were tasty. As for the BAE, eggs were wonderfully poached although the syrup tasted a bit burnt.

Although it gets too crowded by late afternoon, The Brewology Cafe is a place where you can chill for a moment while having a cup of good coffee.
I decided to drop by, and wish to read a couple of paragraphs, however it was late afternoon so a lot of people are coming in.
Ordered a cup of hot Mocha - good quality
Brownies with oreos and cookies - it was okay, nothing special though. Too sweet for me, since the oreo overpowered
They have stable wifi, and few outlets.
What I didn’t like though was that the CR is located at the first floor of the building, so if by chance you’re alone and you have all your gadgets, you might want to think twice before leaving your stuff unattended.
Overall experience was okay. I still have to try their waffles and the infamous HOE.
I am a regular customer here since 2017 and I've brought a lot of my friends already. The Beef Bulgogi Tapa and their Cereal Milk Latte are a must try.
Ambiance is really good. I suggest to go for their manual brew. Just hope that they can show how these are made to customers too. Definitely going back for simplicity and warmth.
Loved the ambiance and the food!! We got the following:
- Colombia Los Naranjos San Austin v60 Aeropress: smelled wonderful with fruity hints ❤️
- Smores brownie: Delicious and huge!! The brownie was moist but not crumbly
- PB & J waffles: Definitely not something I've encountered before, but as always, the sweet jam wonderfully counteracts the peanut butter. The waffle itself was lovely
- French toast: really good bread! Would be even better if the French toast itself had flavor

Place is super small, and very very hot in the afternoon. The sun will shine on your face, and the aircon is not cold. Ordered coffee waffle. Asked the server to make it extra toasted. Cheap and really good! Will come back to try other flavors
Surprised by how good their coffee was, although their selection and brewing methods are limited, the quality of coffee beans they have is quite superb. Their selection of brownies was also very interesting and more importantly, it was damn good. We had the sl*tty brownie and cheesecake brownie, both of them were moist, tasty and was bang for the buck.
I found the place ,although small, to be relaxing and a place you can do work. There is free WiFi and enough sockets for laptops. The tables are separated enough where you can have your own privacy.
I find the service to be superb, even though there was only 1 staff, she made sure that our water was refilled every 15 mins which most expensive restaurants in the country doesn't even do.
I highly recommend this place.
We got the Ben's BAE, creamy bolognese, two kinds of coffee, and the blueberry cheesecake.
Food-wise, it's a 3.5-4 for me. Ben's BAE was good, but maybe not something I'll order again. The creamy bolognese was ok, but the serving is pretty small. The cheesecake though was solid. Good balance of sweetness. 👌🏻
The coffee itself is a 4-4.5. They know their coffee. We got two different brews, one V60 and the other aeropress. They were both really aromatic and something else, not something you'll find or can make at home. Really, if you're getting coffee at a coffee shop, it should be something better than at home. Highly recommend the coffee!
The people were nice and service was quick. They gave us water in small glasses, but the server was quick enough not to let our glasses go empty. Now that's service.

that was my first time trying chai latté, it doesn't taste awful but it is my cup of tea. The girl from the other table also ordered the same drink as mine and she enjoyed it.
I highly recommend this place if you want a not so crowded coffee shop.
The cafe is small but cozy and quiet which serves good food and drinks. I had chai latte, though I'm expecting a strong "cinnamon-ish" flavor, they had it light and not too sweet. We also had beef tapa bulgogi with kimchi rice and alfredo pasta which is also good but kinda pricey for its serving. And for the dessert, we had waffogato, which I love the creaminess of the ice cream and the waffle is really good with the right amount of sweetness. Overall, we'll definitely go back to this place for dessert and coffee.
This cafe is located on the second floor of Scout Lazcano cor. Scout Magbanwa. It's a small cafe but with suprising good drinks and food to offer.
I got a bad cough so I wasn't able to try their coffee and ended up with a cutie designed hot choco. Don't worry it's not too sweet.
As for the food, the brownie is really awesome and the smores wrapped in a waffle is also good. Just the right amount of sweetness.
It says on their profile that they also have Wifi - but I wasn't able to ask and use.

Amazing hole-in-the-wall cafe that serves good coffee and delicious food. I usually hang out here in the afternoon as they also have pretty fast internet and outlets scattered around. The space is kinda small though, fits about 20 people max.

I like the quiet ambiance, it's good for studying/working. They have outlets so you can charge your laptops and phones. Food is good for the price. The space is just small so it can accommodate only around 15 dine-in customers. They don't accept card payment yet so bring your cash.
The place has a great ambience and simplicity to design. It’s just usually hotter there because the sun really hits the area and it has glass windows. Food and coffee though are too expensive for the size and design of the place.
Lovely place for alone time. Place is quiet and has good wifi. Coffee’s superb especially the affogato. Staff is very accommodating and attentive. Will come back.
This is a nice, quiet place that I found while walking around on a Sunday lunch break. The two ladies at the counter were friendly enough and gladly answered my questions. It’s nice and cozy, seems like a place you could spend the afternoon chilling with a movie on a laptop/tablet while sipping their drinks. I wasn’t able to stay long though.
Highly recommended place because they really know their coffee. They offer different brewing process for their product. I always order their flat white or iced white. I love their matcha cheesecake although its not always available. This cafe is small so it tends to be crowded at once.
Since this cafe is part of a complex, you can opt to order from other restaurants and your order will be served where you want to stay.
I think it's my first time giving a restaurant 5 stars. :)

Best combination of waffle and affogato with a twist. The waffle comes with a coffee sauce and the “special” affogato has a coffee cream and coffee jelly in it.

Food: Because I love coffee, I ordered that. Amazed that they have several options for making your coffee! You can have it prepared via V60 or the Aeropress! Not a lot of of coffee establishments offer that. I got the coffee via V60 and they even offered me choices for the beans that will be used. I guess you can never go wrong with fresh coffee prepared via a V60. Tasted awesome!
Also enjoyed the Beef Bulgogi Tapa. I love Korean food and I also love tapa. This is clearly a winner in my book!

Coffee is pretty good and so was the fried chicken waffle dish but something was off about the pasta. It really lacked olive oil, which is so weird since Aglio Olio was written in the description on he menu.
The first time I went here was during their soft opening. Today, I visited again many moons later and they did not disappoint. I ordered an iced mocha and their bestselling Waffogato (Affogato Waffle), my partner got the 16-Hour Brew. We were very happy with our order. The staff was accommodating, the place was very clean, and we didn't have to wait long for our order to be served. Will definitely visit again!
Found this spot when I was browsing for hole-in-the-wall cafés. The café is small and tucked in, but it's just perfect the way it is. My brother ordered the 16 hour brew, my parents ordered the classics, Americano and Cappucino, and I tried their Baby C (which is a small cup of hot chocolate with lots of foam). The drinks are rich and good, still not super "Wow" but it's great coffee nonetheless. Again, the winner is the waffles. We ordered the Waffogato, which is buttermilk waffles with vanilla ice cream and homemade coffee syrup. I absolutely love the waffle-icecream combination. It's such a classic. I barely taste the coffee syrup, but I guess it's meant to be just a drizzle. Still, what is with coffee shops and their great waffles? Again, the waffles are the star. The only issue I have was the heat. The electric fan is not enough, especially in this hot country. :) Will definitely come back though!

The space is small though compared to what I expected but their menu is so great you would find time in your busy schedule just to have THAT quality coffee that they serve here at @brewology. This H.O.E. (Heaven on Earth) did a good job by the name itself. It comes with vanilla ice cream, coffee jelly, mocha cream and a cold brew. If you’re around the city (Lucky you, #northpeople), their version of affogato should be on your to-try list. 😉

The Brewology Cafe is a nice spot to relax and grab a cup of quality brewed coffee. Apart from the cakes and waffles that they have here, their hot dishes really set them apart.
I particularly enjoyed their pulled pork sandwich. It is big enough to share between two people. The tender pieces of pulled pork are flavored with a tangy barbecue sauce before being placed between two slices of crispy buttered bread.
For those looking for a heavier meal, I liked their bulgogi beef tapa. It's a Korean twist to a classic Filipino favorite. Don;t worry, you can have this dish even after breakfast hours.
Their coffee selection here isn't ordinary either. I'm a big fan of the affogato and the smores-inspired signature drink called BABY SITTER. Basically, it's a bunch of torched marshmallows sitting on top of a cup of rich mocha. My only complaint is that this cup could have been bigger!
Since you're already having a s'mores drink, have a s'mores waffle with it too!

Babysitter - an espresso based coffee with s'mores on top. The espresso used for this was the Scarlett Blend which has intense flavor with dark chocolate and citrus notes. The s'mores are the only sweet thing you can taste on this coffee.

Breweology signifies different methods of brewing coffee beans, from crema and cream infused roasters. Im just like any other millennial who have coffee from a cafe and pay for a hefty price without even knowing more about the drink itself. I even go to a coffee shop just to kill time and spend money on some sweets. Well, this coffee shop changed my outlook and made me learn more about the story, the taste, and the aroma of every bean.
THE BREWOLOGY CAFE is located at Scout Magbanua, Quezon City and opens 10am-11pm everyday. Located at the 2nd floor with an open space outside, people can chill and hang out. It is actually one of the smallest coffee shops I’ve been to. But, nothing beats the owner’s love for coffee. A self taught and a barista herself. Maybe it is one of the reasons why she was so passionate to teach others about what they offer in every cup they serve.
What I liked the most is that they have the rooftop vibe where you can pamper yourself with coffee under the starry night. A casual dining place good for the family and students dining in to study.
Food served were all very delicious. I love the creativity and the presentation of every cup. It is a plus factor that they serve the coffee in a mug rather than paper cups because it adds up to the homey feeling, aside from the fact that they are helping save the planet.

As we continued our tour eating around 2 Lazcano Place, we found ourselves enjoying the delectable desserts of an endearing little coffee shop on the second floor of the complex, called The Brewology Cafe. . As it is with most of the establishments in Two Lazcano Place, dont' expect much in terms of space. However, the light, comfortable ambiance more than makes up for the space that the cafe lacks.
Nestled in a small nook in Tomas Morato area. It can seat around 10-12 people and it will be crowded if there are a lot of people around.
What we had:
Cappuccino for 140 PHP it came in a 12oz cup. The coffee was strong and creamy but I found the price tag a bit steep. Definitely quality but would have enjoyed it if they had a bigger space to actually hang out and lounge around.
Brewology is a champion of local goods and provides a venue for small businesses to sell in their store so you find random snacks available. A good initiative that we hope others restaurants would also consider.

This is their version of affogato, and daaaamn son! It’s super good! It has cold brew instead of the usual espresso shot, mocha cream, vanilla ice cream and coffee jelly. Equal parts coffee and dessert. Super rich and sinful. I was honestly tempted to order another! ☕️
☕️ Dirty Chai
Usual Chai Latte but with a shot of espresso. Wasn’t really impressed with this one. 😓 The espresso overpowered the chai that it seemed like I couldn’t taste it anymore. Though to be fair, very few cafés in the metro serve really good chai.
☕️ Pulled Pork + Cheddar Sandwich
Super good and really tasty. Nice crusty toast with a hefty amount of pork. I love the saltiness of the pulled pork together with the cheese. It wasn’t overwhelming. A really good bite if you’re hungry.
They also have pasta and other pastries in the shop, aside from a really good coffee selection! Annnd, for people who wanna learn the technical aspect of coffee and coffee-making in general, they do cupping sessions. (Which we got to participate in while we were there.)
Their space is quite small but it’s a good place to work or do some reading and super friendly people manning the shop. Drop by if ever you’re in QC. ☕️☕️☕️
Brewing coffee is not just a science. It is an art. And The Brewology Café in Paligsahan, Quezon City certainly knows how to make an art of warming the heart. Here is I tried during our foodie meet-up there:. Flat White (PHP140). Not too strong yet it still has a nice kick to it. I am impressed with the art at the top. It makes me almost regret drinking it. But I am glad that I did.
Specialty Coffee is not as simple as you think. It means that the coffee beans were handled with the best possible care and knowledge on each every step. That includes growing and processing, roasting, grinding and brewing. One flaw with the process and beans and the word "speciality" no longer has meaning. This is why majority of coffee around the world is regular because they just cannot meet these ethical and qualitative standards set.
The Brewology Cafe, located in Scout Lazcano corner Mother Ignacia in Quezon City offers specialty coffee, all day brunch, homemade cakes and pastries, waffles, light meals and sandwiches. Their cold brew which was meticulously prepared in 16 hours by Crema and Creme was so fantastic! I also met their awesome baristas and made my own latte.
This is definitely a cafe worth visiting. Please drop by if you're around the area. Coffee cheers!

I tried their smores brownie, and it was fine. It could be more moist and chewy, but overall it's fine. Their staff are quite nice so that's a plus. Not a very busy place so I guess it would be a nice place to cool off
The food and service was good! It would have been the perfect place to study if it weren’t for this group of friends who were so loud. Being a small place, their voices would sound even louder.
But the baristas were very nice and accommodating! The place was nice and cozy. Also, their food and drinks are excellent! I tried one of their brewed coffee (you can ask them to make it extra strong or just mild 👌🏽) and one of their bestsellers, the tapa/kimchi rice (?). I forgot what it’s called basta it tapa and kimchi on rice.
Awesome service. Good ambiance. A place like this where people can talk and relax but still affordable as f is rare. This place offers brew that is perfectly delectable but affordable. Yeah. 10 over 10 will go again.

It’s almost always a good idea to explore new cafes that spring up every now and then. Concepts just don’t seem to run out and thankfully, they get better every time. A testament to this would be The Brewology Cafe, which comfortably sits on the second floor of Scout Lazcano in Tomas Morato.
The Brewology Cafe is a curious establishment - a mix of modern minimalist with the warmth of light wood and a lot of natural light. Perfect to replicate a relaxing day in with a warm cup in hand not care in sight. It had the makings of a go-to favorite cafe.
What you can tell from the menu board and the amount of information about coffee around is that this place puts the coffee they serve in high regard. It’s a third-wave coffee shop that serves specialty coffee. Now don’t start rolling your eyes with the mention of the terms “third-wave” and “specialty coffee”. These terms really have been misunderstood and misused that they have been stripped off of their true respective meanings and purposes.
To settle it once and for all, a “third-wave” establishment aims to educate the customer about the coffee, its origins, methods of preparation, etc., ultimately making the customer appreciate the coffee in all its aspects. “Specialty coffee” basically is high-quality coffee beans, coffee in terms of preparation and consumption. You can have specialty coffee without third-wave but you can’t have third wave without good or specialty coffee. The Brewology Cafe aims to deliver on both.
Their coffee menu is rather entertaining. They also have a wide array of coffee selection with witty names. It’s a creative way to get the customer curious about the menu item, leading to conversation and education.
Another delightful thing about this cafe is their all-day brunch menu. That means hearty and rich food that goes along with their homemade pastries and cakes. Talk about the will to deliver.
We had a whole lot of food and coffee served. Almost all of them too pretty to consume. The camera stealers were the Babysitter (Php 160) with its torched marshmallow top, the cheeky H.O.E. (Heaven on Earth) (Php 165) and the Affogato (Php 155). Their Mocha (Php 160) had a deep flavor, which was definitely a treat. Make sure to check out their Flat White (Php 140) and Americano (Php 130) too. One thing about their coffee is the singularity of the flavor and how smoothly it blends. Good coffee.
It’s wonderful to see these entrepreneurs actually work on their desire to bring the amazing coffee culture to the everyday coffee drinker. It’s a good sign that good quality coffee can be a staple around here.
And now, let’s talk about the food. Impressive offerings. We were able to sample their light and crispy Waffles, which had the right amount of sweetness in the dough. It was topped with a scoop if vanilla ice cream and caramel drizzle. We had their Beef Bulgogi Tapa (Php 190), which I think is a must-try. Tapa Bulgogi style with a side of a sunny-side up and Kimchi fried rice! The strong savory meat was enhance by the kick of spiciness from the Kimchi. Delicious.
And from their sandwich selection, we had their Pulled Pork + Cheddar Sandwich (Php 220). Really filling. Dense bread pressed to melt the cheese inside along with the Pulled Pork. Packed!
And their desserts are just a treat. We had their S’mores, Chocolate Cake, Blueberry Cheesecake and Red Velvet Revel Bar. Moist and just the right level of sweetness. Perfect for another Latte to down all of that.
You could get this amazing cafe at a bargain even through the Big Dish app, up to 50% off. You just have to book ahead and sometimes days or weeks to get the maximum discount.
The Brewology Cafe caters to the needs of the true coffee shop goer. Definitely a place for soul food. Honest to goodness dishes that just want to satisfy you and give you your money’s worth. Again, good good stuff.
A friend introduced me to this café. She had high praises about it that I just had to try it for myself. The place is quite small but cozy enough for those who want to do some reading or do some studying while drinking a cup of coffee. Their coffee may seem to be served too small, but trust me, it is served like that for a reason. Every visit I had at this café, their coffee never failed to keep me awake til next morning!

This gem is just in the outskirts of Tomas Morato, so there's absolutely no problem with how to get there and how to get home from there.
Tried the breakfast pasta and ben's bae for food. Servings are big. The pasta was delicious, not too oily, and hindi tipid sa longganisa at ibang sahog. The waffles are reminiscent of Catabolic cafe's very own chicken and waffles. The only differences are the sizes (catabolic's is bigger) and the sweetness (brewology's is sweeter, which isn't a bad thing). Again, hindi tinipid sa ingredients and the bacon was delicious, especially when paired with that homemade syrup.
For the coffee, you will not get anything near a frappe. So, frappe addicts (yung mahilig sa starbucks, seattle's best, coffee bean and tea leaf, etc), beware. The sweetest coffee selection they have is Heaven on Earth. They serve the vanilla ice cream and the cold brew coffee separate. Para matancha mo kung gaano kadaming coffee gusto mo.
I got the Ethiopian beans (kasi wala sila nung Dark Matter Theory) and got it brewed hot via aeropress. IT WILL WAKE YOU UP. It was brewed perfectly, and if you like your coffee tasting a lil bit like coarse brown sugar, some hints of fruit, and medium acidity, then this is for you.
If you really need to stay up, get your coffee cold brewed. Mas intense yung caffeine and flavor.
Also, if you only want to drink coffee there but don't really like the food selection, you can eat out muna downstairs (there are a lot of restaurants).
Overall, this is a quiet place to go to, it's in the heart of the metro, prices are reasonable, and generally a good café. If your date is the quiet type who is serious about coffee, this is a good place to impress.
I love the smores brownies here! The best when served warm with the gooey marshmallows. Much better than the one I had in starbucks which was dry, not as flavorful and not nearly as sticky and gooey! I ordered a cappucino with sugar on the side, but was recommended to try it first as is. It was delicious! Probably the only cappucino I'll drink with no sugar. The blend was rich but not too strong to overwhelm. It went down smoothly 👍and the place is so instagrammable-- there's no need for filters since the interiors get a lot of natural light. I love sitting on the sofa near the big windows to look out onto the streets. Did I mention that they have free wifi? 😆 A great place to chill and relax because of its laid back vibe ❤

When I started my "rediscovery trip" of Quezon City less than two months ago, I visited Urbanidad Cafe and "reviewed" (whatever passes for expert critique) it as my (wow!) opening salvo. That was the time I saw The Brewology Cafe. Nice name. Creative. But it's on the second floor. Too high. So, I just lumped it my file for a future visit. Weeks have passed and my list of restaurants to visit has been getting impossibly long when I decided to backpedal and was re-acquainted with The Brewology Cafe. So, after a heavy lunch at Alex III (Alex III Restaurants is one if my dear clients) I thought of having a good, hot flat white.
For a PWD, going to The Brewology was not a walk in the park and was muttering to myself, "this has got to be good... No. Really good."
And really good it was. The Brewology's a quaint, clean cafe with that unmistakable coffee smell manned by a young man with long hair in a bun who was accommodating yet not too cloying. Good. While every coffee shop in metro manila attempts to be a Starbucks clone in all aspects, here was this barista, a bit distant but gave an air of I-know-what-im-doing. Good again. Oh yes, have I mentioned that this barista is also a bit smug?
Anyway, the food at this cafe is, shall I say, for a want for a better word, good (sorry). The warm waffle with vanilla ice cream drizzled with coffee syrup was good (sorry again) but too much as dessert. Maybe for a snack but as dessert? (though I was still able to finish it). What about the hot coffee with chocolate ganache topped with torched marshmallows that looked like burned rocks? Sweet and very rich.
After a few careful sips, I just had to fish out the marshmallows from my cup. Because at this point, my insulin was already doing a double time.
Starbucks takes pride in saying that their customers pay for the Starbucks Experience. In The Brewology Cafe, customers pay for the Brewology Experience PLUS real, good coffee. And oh, good waffles, too.

I had a nice caffeine induced afternoon with friends here today. I ordered the Iced Mocha and enjoyed the subtleness of chocolate and the bitter kick of espresso. It was a well balanced meal when I paired it with their Brownies; a delectable offspring between brownies and cookies. It complimented my choice of drink pretty well. Service was excellent. Enjoyed the artsy feel of the cafe and the scenery that came with the wide glass panels. I will definitely bring my other friends here.
One of the best coffee places I have been to! Perfect for catching up with a friend or just jotting down something. Their staff are also one of the nicest baristas that I have ever encountered! They're super friendly and they really know their craft. Plus, they serve a generous amount of coffee also. They even helped us drag out our table so my friend and I could catch up outside. Their space is a bit small but I think they can go bigger someday. 😊
Brewology was a delightful surprise. I went here to read and basically order coffee. But, the price of their tapa meal piqued my interest. It was only php190, which was much lower than the average of 250 for coffee shop rice meals. Lo and behold, their tapa was unique! They used kimchi rise to balance the sweetish flavor of their thinly sliced belly-tapa. I was so amused and giddy with this find. :-)
And oh, their black and white cheesecake was similarly a winner. It was tart and cheesy, which means that they didn't scrimp on the cream cheese. It was also firm without crumbling when sliced. So divine!
Edit: 2019: their longganisa pasta is a winner!! The kimchi rice though is still hands down somethigg I would order again and again from them :)
We went to Brewology to try their waffles. We got the Ben's Bae and the S'mores. The Ben's Bae was nothing special, we regret that we did not get the Chicken and Spiced Honey instead. Though the S'mores waffle shifted our view of their waffles. We love how the chocolate waffle base was very decadent. If you love sweets, then the S'mores waffle is perfect for you!
I couldn't say that the place is cozy but they have great Americano and good Cold Brew coffee. Price was a bit steep but the good wifi connection made up for it. 😂 My wifey tried their Waffogato. She said it was just okay 'coz she had better.
All in all our experience was good. I just wish that they had the initiative to turn the aircon once customers arrive.
This place is where to find a coffee that could keep you awake for a whole day long. Their V60/16-hour-brew/H.o.E. are all very strong blend. My friends we're all looking restless the next day at work, and we are like talking about that one unique coffee experience we had. The place is small, but very comfortable at the same time. The Staffs are very much accommodating and friendly.
Babysitter and PB&J is the best! The place is cozy and you can really relax their either alone or with friends. Definetly will go back to try some other food! :)
A nice small place to review and do homeworks. The chill playlist in the background was perfect. I loved the S'mores Waffles! It wasn't too sweet like s'mores usually are. It gets real bright and hot during sunset, though. I wish they had blinders 'cause the umbrella outside isn't enough to shield one's eyes.

Ben's BAE was really good. I think all their waffles are good. They have a variety of coffee choices as well. I had H.O.E. which is basically like affogato with coffee jelly. Their Americano is tough af. I think I'll be up the whole night. Definitely worth a try because its location also has a ton of restaurants and bar (i.e. wine bar)

So I got overly excited last week when a good friend of mine told me we were going to Brewology! Well, for one, it has always been one of my favourite coffee shops in Quezon City and it also holds some sort of sentimental value to me since, in case some of you guys didn’t know, this was where I first had my first gig in April of last year.
I’ve been a few times last year and I’m happy to say that since then, things are still going well with this coffee shop. Thank you Carla for making my visit yesterday a pleasant one!

Another interesting thing about Brewology that I didn’t even know about until yesterday was that they offer like a coffee 101 class. I hate the fact that I missed it yesterday because I had to leave early but even better because now I have an excuse to come back soon. The only wish I have is for management to open an extension or if possible a second branch with a bigger space. This shop can only accommodate 20 persons at a time. Regardless, I am still a fan and shall be back soon!

Got invited to a pre-dinner event led by Marc together with Carla and Mikko, the masterminds behind a start-up group called The Table. This adhoc dinner affair is going to be held at Brewology Cafe and happening on Friday, 28th of April. Event is set to serve six-course meal which is a fusion of East and West. I had no idea what's on the menu and I was overall happy with my dining experience.

Went here for a pre event for the Common Table. It's a nice place for artsy cuisine and desserts. I will be going back for some "Me time" for pastries and coffee :)

Me and my boyfriend have been in this cafe for two times already and I must say It hasn't disappoint us yet. The place is a bit small but the food and service is great!
So far we've tried Ben's BAE waffle and breakfast carbonara. Both taste good! The waffles left me craving for a week! The homemade coffee syrup blended with the buttermilk waffles and poached egg well. Nuff said. As for the pasta, the serving of the meat was a lot in comparison with the noodles but it also taste good. :) I can say that I am satisfied with my order.
For their beverage, we had baby C chocolate drink and Flat white. The chocolate was too strong in taste so if you love dark chocolate/cocoa that much, this drink is perf for you. As for the coffee, standard flat white drink. :)
I rate the service 5/5. I was limping when I went to this cafe because my feet hurts due to my heels. They gave me cold compress without us asking for it. A thoughtful act that we appreciate so much.
Will definitely go back to try their other food. 💖
Third time to visit this small cafe. So far so good. Finally got to try the Chicken and Spiced Honey Waffles and it's the best dish I've ordered here so far. Priced at 290, I think the serving can be a bit bigger.

For the drinks, I would suggest to take a stab on what would fancy your palette. They have suggestions of what goes well with what. I personally enjoyed their Butterbeer and Nitro Coffee :)

Coffee in Brewology is made with the utmost regard to quality of the ingredients and exacting standards for preparation. While the place is a bona fide third wave cafe, it doesn't intimidate the average drinker who just wants a cup of good old caffeine.
During our visit, we not only got a chance to taste their offerings; we also had a cupping experience. We had to sniff out the different kinds of ground coffee laid out for us; then we had to guess the kind of taste it gave off. We were even given a tasting chart to help us determine the kind and blend of the coffee. During this experience, I noticed that they only used the best and freshest imported ingredients. I was able to guess the variants of coffee involved after sniffing the brews. Oh, the beans for the coffee shop were provided by Crema and Cream, a startup offering high quality coffee beans to different coffeeshops in the area.
We then tried their dishes. We first had the Chicken and Spiced Honey, which was in essence a waffle sandwich with fried chicken, Asian coleslaw, and spiced honey. The tangy and peppery taste was pretty good, although the servings could have been more.
Beef Bulgogi Tapa was a mix of spicy kimchi rice, sunny side up egg, and tender beef bulgogi with a taste caramlized sauce. I considered this as the best dish in the house. The mix of sweet beef easily complemented the spicy rice. The spiciness was also at par with my taste.
Pulled Pork and Cheddar Sandwich was less remarkable due to the thin pork and cheddar filling. It was generously served though.
The breakfast pasta was remarkable for its excellent texture and taste. The pasta was not soggy compared to those cooked by other cafes.
Waffogato was a simple dessert composed of baked waffle and vanilla ice cream. It is what it is: simple. I didn't find anything so special with it. Minimalist.
Smores Brownies were a chunky helping of chocolate goodness with roasted marshmallows on top akin to real smores. These had an excellent texture and a good, sweet taste.
Chocolate chip brownies were milder at the taste department. It boasted of a mocha-like flavor compared to the smores.
Smores Waffle was a bit dry for the palate; but the marshmallows and grahams were generously topped.
Matcha Cheesecake was a slightly bitter cheesecake dish that was pretty tall in size. I liked the mix of sweet cheese and the acrid taste of matcha, though.
The drinks I tried were:
Butterbeer. Brewology had their own version. I'd say it was excellent. This was a non-caffeinated non-coffee drink made with milk and other secret ingredients. It reminded me of a rootbeer float, though.
H.O.E or Heaven on Earth was simply the best coffee drink/dessert in the cafe. It was an amalgamation of whipped cream, coffee jelly, cold brew, and their mocha pudding. It can be mixed as a drink or eaten as a dessert, depending on the customer's preference. I drank it instead. It had a strong mocha flavor accentuated by the coffee jelly and the pudding. It truly was a unique coffee experience.
In sum, Brewology is no frills coffee shop with a lot to offer than just coffee.

Coffee variations are just right, catering to whatever you're into. But if you're into something new, I recommend The H.O.E. (heaven on earth) -coffee jelly, mocha cream and vanilla ice cream layered on top of one another and a shot of 16hr cold brew on the side. If you're into mocha but in need of a sweeter reward, you may also want to try The Babysitter, a layer of chocolate, milk, espresso and toasted marshmallows to sweeten up your dose of caffeine. Better ask their barista for which coffee bean best compliment the coffee you'll be getting to get the best brew possible.
You may also want to have something to chew on while you're their. Grab the chance to get their Breakfast Pasta--my personal fave! Aglio olio style pasta with a mix of longanisa bits and a runny egg on top. It is equally savory and sweet because of the longganisa and the runny yolk helps mends the flavors off your palate altogether and makes it more creamier. I am so happy I have found the best Chicken and Waffles here (so far)! It has that savory, juicy fried chicken that is enveloped beautifully on a sweet, soft waffle that helps balance the saltiness of the chicken. At the same time, it is garnished with an Asian slaw and dressing, which can create a tart, refreshing impression in your tastebuds. They also have their Beef Bulgogi Tapa with kimchi rice. I wasn't really that crazy about it because the rice was too spicy for me and the beef's sweetness was a bit overpowering.
I like how the Matcha Cheesecake tasted since the matcha flavor was no too overwhelming. The Mocha Crepe cake was dry, but the mocha filling was just the right sweetness, just enough to compliment with any cup of coffee. Better try their Red Velvet brookie! Have it warmed so youcan appreciate the softness of the brookie and how crumbly the outside is.

This is actually my 2nd visit. The first one was last year when they're still on soft opening. At first, I didn't like it. The drinks (coffee) were too ordinary.. more like nothing special same goes with their snacks and dessert.
Went here yesterday with my old zomato friends and new friends. I was quite impressed with their new offerings. The coffee and food improved a lot.
For the food, we had the Ben's bae, Pulled pork + cheddar sandwich, red velvet brookie, s'mores waffle, waffogato, green tea cheesecake, cheesecake brownie, s'mores brownie
New: Breakfast Pasta (everyone's favorite), Beef bulgogi tapa, chicken and spiced honey waffle.
Everything is okay. I liked the breakfast pasta as well!
For the coffee, I had the Baby C and Kevin Karl Kim had the Affogato. I personally liked the Baby C because it has chocolate in it.. but hey! It's not too sweet which is good!
To sum it all up, I'm so happy with brewology's big improvement. Keep it up!

Their outside is as pleasant as their interiors which is pretty much what would invite you if you were to pass by around here. They may have a small space but their really fast wifi more than makes up for that. Their menu may not have lots of items and some of them reaching on the expensive side but it's quality over quantity here. But once you give this place a chance, you'll certainly won't regret it. Their name is quite catchy so I think that's more than enough reason to go here, but kidding aside, this is a must-try around the area.

I am always on the lookout for a new cafe to lounge and spend time to read/study. I came here today to try this third wave coffee shop somewhere at the corner of Mother Ignacia street and Scout Lazcano in Quezon City.
The place is not too big and had a few table and chairs inside.
I liked their iced mocha which was created from their handmade ganache which the bartender-owner specifically recommends.
So, I would actually love to commend this shop for its well lit space, plus the availability of plugs in every corner of the shop.
What I love about the Brewology is their rich knowledge in coffee and how to clasify them according to aroma, strong flavor and the origin of the beans as well. I was able to try their Ben's BAE which is actually good however, we need to improve something on the Coffee Syrup. For me, they should make the syrup thicker. And the waffles. for me, they should make the serving bigger because for me, the price of 240pesos is just fine BUT other's might not risk to have a taste of Bacon for that price. BUT if the serving would be bigger, I think, price is now negotiable.
I also tried their Latte it is not as good as others, but it is tolerable. Probably I will just ask for my drink to be customized next time.
Came here for a quick coffee break with friends. The Brewology Cafe seemingly, has taken a small space in Paligasahan and turned it into a cozy, little coffee shop.
The Red Velvet Brookie was very good. Crunchy around the edges, soft and chewy in the center. Wasn't too sweet or too loaded with chocolate chips. A very nice balance. The Mocha Mille Crepe Cake was a miss for me. I expected it to be mind blowing, but it falls flat. The crepe itself was nice however, the Mocha flavour just wasn't there.
Overall, I think they make some really tasty stuff. Some of them aren't as good as others, but these can be improved over time. Since I have not had the chance to have anything beyond their pastries, I am looking forward to visiting again and trying their different brews.
This is a cozy cafe on the strip mall at the corner of Mother Ignacia and Sct. Magbanua that you might miss if you're not looking, since it's on the second floor of the complex. They make their own bread for sandwiches and offer good coffee that's crafted using Marzocco machines, which is a big plus. Aeropress coffee is available too.
On the dessert side, it is simple fare. There's an okay mocha cake, but we have to admit that we've had better, although it is reasonable at P80. The Red Velvet Brookie, which they reheat till warm and buttery, is actually better and worth your while.
The space is small but relaxing, and they have outlets available to visitors. Students have already found this place and make this their study nook.
I asked yesterday where to get good waffles and God answered immediately! Presenting The Brewology Café, a newly opened quaint little café in Sct. Lozano cor. Mother Ignacia (yay to St. Luke's people!). They have different kinds but I ordered the Waffogato, which is waffle topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with syrup made from coffee! The waffle was so perfect I want to cry 😭. I also got to try their Iced Mocha made from Scarlett blend and homemade ganache. The owner was also kind enough to give me a free taste of their manual brew (V60) using their Ethiopia Yirgachefee blend. I'll definitely come back here. You should try it folks 😋☕️

I super loved their Waffogato, as the flavors of the vanilla ice cream and homemade coffee syrup complemented the buttermilk waffle perfectly. The coffee syrup was definitely a winner. The manual brews on the other hand were intense at every sip. But both can definitely standalone without the addition of sugar. I, however, loved the V60 more, as it had a lighter taste compared to the Aeropress.
Although the 2nd-floor cafe was small in space, it still exuded a cozy ambiance given its wood accents and industrial chairs and tables.

I love Ben's Bae and their espresso based drinks and specially the manual brew of their ethiopian coffee! Will be back again to try their Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese!
