Went here with my bf under the Booky reservation so we could claim the discount. To claim the discount, our bill must reach 1000 pesos or above so we ordered 2 of their premium sandwiches, an apple pie soda and house blend for drinks, chorizo chips and the packed chips we found at their counter. We thought we would just have the excess for take away but we were wrong! There was no excess from our food in the first place! Though they come on a mouthful serving, the foods are just so delicious we couldn't stop digging on it! HAHAHA. Will definitely go back if time allows us

I always love a good sandwich. This place has a come my top of mind sandwich shop.
I ordered the Cebuano while my girlfriend ordered the four cheese. Both sandwiches did not disappoint. Prices for the sandwiches were reasonable. Another good thing about this place is that it offers board games that can be done before, during, or after eating like Monopoly, stackers, etc. Great place to bond and have fun!
Had a Hearty Lunch Meeting #MrGrahams
We ordered this #cebuano #manwich, which made me remember the movie #Chef, where the sandwich was derived. The #cubano sandwich was made Filipino-style and termed as the #cebuano #sandwich, featuring pork lechon, fresh lettuce and mangoes. Not to mention their #coleslaw and three #chips galore! Woot woot!
Always have my Cebuano there!!! Can never get tired of it. Match it with their Cider drink and youre all set !!! After your Meal there, jump right on to Mrs Graham for Coffee & Desserts!!!
One of the (if not the best) best sandwich places in QC
Our group had everything on the menu. Everything was great!
PS. Apple Pie Soda = Yummy Chemistry <3
PPS. And kudos to the very friendly and accomodating crew! (and bosses!) :)
Everything goes together perfectly! Four Cheese and Apple Pie Soda is a delight!
The Apple Pie soda really tastes like apple pie! Fun and refreshing drink!
The cubano cebuano sandwich was really great with its dripping!!
I recommend the grilled cheese with bacon! Better than their grilled cheese with shredded chicken, which I thought tasted too salty. Their apple pie soda was also surprisingly good! I felt it made a fun dessert rather a complementing drink with the food. The tomato soup also tasted great and comforting. I feel good about the place and the service. I will definitelt wanna come back here with friends - preferably with just one car since parking is really limited in the area.
We tried their Cebuano, Meatball Sub, and Grilled Cheese sandwich. Their chips are pretty good, a nice variety of vegetables and it comes with a good aioli. The Cebuano was pretty good, though the sandwich components aren't perfect. The ham and cheese in it don't really add anything and would probably be better left off to focus on the lechon, as the sandwich doesn't taste enough like lechon except for certain bites. The pickled mangoes definitely help to keep it from being too rich, but there's not that much lechon there to need it so much.
Their meatball sub is pretty solid. The meatballs could stand to be bigger, but the meatballs and the sauce have solid flavor. The serving sizes are pretty fair with regards to their price. It's a pretty solid lunch spot that I'd come back to again, though there isn't one standout sandwich that will make me crave it just yet.
Went here on a Friday night with my dad to try out their new sandwich in the menu. Unfortunately, when we got there some of the sandwiches were already sold out. Parking is a bit hard in the area nothing new in Tomas Morato. Luckily we were able to avail their promo that time. Sandwiches we ordered were all good, especially their Chicken Parmigiana. A must visit for all sandwich lovers out there.
I've been a big fan of this sandwich place near the Tomas Morato food strip. As someone who used to work in the area, Mr Graham's was one of the automatic go-to to satisfy my sandwich cravings.
I was able to try the Cebuano, their version of the Cubano, Sloppy Joe, Elvis Pressme, Apple Pie Soda. All were really good! I highly recommend trying the Cebuano if it's your first time. It comes with lechon skin and meat with the sandwich usuals. Worth the price!!! You may also try the apple pie soda! Oh and the chips were so good as appetizers!

You really have to try Graham's Cebuano sandwich. It is a local version of the popular Cubano sandwich, but with slices of Cebu Lechon, cheese, and that creamy and tangy dressing between two perfectly-toasted buns. The Cebu Lechon was delicious and decadent, and the acidity of the dressing cuts through the richness of the cheese and the fatty slices of meat. Graham's should really consider having delivery service. The perfect midnight snack!
This is one of the best places to eat in QC, I don't even know what to say. HAHA. I love the Cebuano (I keep coming back for it), the off-the-menu item Elvis Press-Me (peanut butter, banana, bacon, marshmallow), and the Salm-wich. The T.C.P. chips are addicting--make sure you order unlimited. The Apple Pie Soda as well, though sometimes it's not available because they make it themselves. Friendly staff, cozy place, solid food.
Ordered their Four Cheese, please!! it has a yummy mozzarella, cream cheese with caramelized onion beer bacon jam. camote chips and legit tomato soup for 250Php. It's a Good deal for the taste of their food and also the place was charming and relaxing. 😋
Went to this sandwich shop yesterday after a very long day at work. A friend and I had decided to taste their promised scrumptuous sandwiches after several 'planned' dates. We ordered their best sellers 'the Cebuanos', TCP chips, apple pie soda, and Sloppy G. What we like most was the chips especially the dipping sauce! It was crunchy, has right amount of crisp, and lightly salted. The sauce was A-MA-ZING!!! We were raving the whole time on how delicious it was and was pondering on taking out a little extra chips. 😄 My friend liked our drinks, it was like drinking liquid apple pie of McDonalds. I was not really a fan of apple and cinnamon combo, so it was just meh for me. For the sandwiches, serving was enough for one. They were generous with their ingredients and fillings. The taste was good but not that fantastic. Their bread was tasty, soft in the inside but crusty on the outside. Overall, we will come back for the chips and drinks but not on their sandwiches.
My first bite of their 4 cheese and bacon sandwich sent me to cloud 9. The crusty outside of the bread with the soft luscious combination of cheeses and bacon jam is the perfect marriage. Definitely found the best grilled cheese sandwich in town. We also ordered The Cebuano which did not fail. The ripe mangoes gave it a sweet kick combined with lechon, ham, lettuce, and others. Both sandwiches came with sides of sweet potatoes with their own ranch dressing. The lechicharon could have been better if the whole serving was on the same level of crispiness (some pieces were "makunat"). The apple pie soda complements both sandwiches and is surprisingly good.
Staff were very accommodating. We asked if we can order coffee from Mrs. Graham's and they willingly did it for us.
Definitely coming back to try out the other dishes and craft beers.
After several Monopoly Deal Millionaires’ Edition games with 4:0 in favor of moi and digesting the macarons, cookie shot and milkshake we ordered from Mrs. Graham’s, R and I move to Mr. Graham’s Sandwich Shop. With several foodies raving about this shop, we just have to know why.
Hello, Mr. Graham’s Sandwich Shop!
The place is small… very small. I didn’t get to check the second floor but the first floor could accommodate a maximum of four guests. The place was also (literally) hot. I’m not sure if the store’s air-conditioning was busted when we visited but I noticed that there was a stand fan trying its best to work its magic to keep the place cool.
I decided to go with the shop’s bestseller The Cebuano (PHP210, small | PHP380, medium) and had it to go as the place really wasn’t that pleasant and inviting for us to stay. (And R wanted to head back so that we could work out and swim.)
While waiting, I noticed that some customers just order sandwiches to go as well. Perhaps that’s the market of this shop. This explains why the place isn’t that comfortable. I have to admit though, the wall decals are adorable.
I asked the server to plate the sandwich first so that I could take photos of it. He gladly obliged and served The Cebuano on a wooden plate. I took some shots and had it wrapped.
I was planning to eat it as midnight snack but since I was still stuffed, I decided to have it for lunch the next day.
I was worried that it might have gone bad because the server discouraged me from eating it the following day. But it was still good after popping it in the oven.
The crisp bread enveloping the thin slabs of lechon covered in tangy mustard and onions was pretty good. I didn’t even have to put any lechon sauce to make it flavorful. I love the tanginess brought by the mustard as it complemented the slightly salty lechon meat. I also enjoyed the crunchy pork skin side dish.
It was a pretty good and filling sandwich. I’ll be back for more to go sandwiches!
There's this new app about restaurant guide (I'm not sure if I can mention it here though) that offers discount if you book to a certain restaurant via SMS. That's how I discovered Mr. Graham's Sandwich Shop. Unfortunately, the discount we got was less P100 only if we spend P1,000 of our meals.
I ordered their The Cebuano sandwich (P210) because it looked very delectable. It is made of lechon drizzled in its own drippings, ham, cheddar cheese, lechon skin, green and yellow mangoes and signature aioli sauce plus taro-camote-potato chips on the side.
At first, I was a little disappointed when they served my sandwich because it looked small. I mean how can all the toppings mentioned earlier fit in a small sandwich. When I made my first bite, it was heavenly. Yes, it's a bit salty but I love everything in it especially when I dip it in their signature aioli sauce. I may not tasted the crispiness of the skin nor the green and yellow mangoes but it's still amazing.
I'm glad I ordered coleslaw because the taste of both dishes blended well. Coleslaw was a bit sweet and the sandwich was salty so they're definitely good together.
The Taro-Camote-Potato Chips were good as well. We even ordered another batch because it was really delicious. I got bummed when the attendant told me they don't have Apple Pie Soda available. That's another reason why I chose this place because I love sandwiches and I want to try this Apple Pie Soda. It's something I haven't heard before.
They have available game boards that you can use while waiting or during eating. It's becoming a trend for restaurants where you can play board games with your partner or friends which is quite fun actually.
The place was small yet comfortable. I just can't imagine how noisy it can be when it's packed. The service was prompt. However, since we got a table upstairs, it's quite a drag to go down all the time to ask something like water, ice, napkins or even to make an additional order. I hope they could have a jar of cold water available all the time or install a buzzer to call the staff's attention. Just saying.
Is Mr. Graham's related to Mrs. Graham's? YES! But, Mr. Graham's is a Sandwich Shop. And they really have a lot of flavors to offer. PS : The menu is outdated so, I recommend you to go straight at the shop. :) )
I do recommend their Apple Pie Soda, Four Cheese and Bacon Please and their CHIPS. Really good! I can munch on them every day.

Tucked along Scout Rallos, Mr. Grahams serves different varieties of unique sandwiches. For my first time here, I ordered their Salmwich (Salmon+sandwich). Though good, I was left wondering if what I paid for it was worth it. Will go back to try their other options and will give an updated rating soon!
Mr. Graham is located along scout rallos street in Tomas Morato. I'd recommend the The Cebuano and Four Cheese that is best paired with their homemade Apple Pie Soda.
If you prefer something lighter, you can get your sandwiches naked – get the lettuce and the filling then skip the bread.
Then, while waiting for your orders, have fun with friends and play some of the board games.
The food here is delicious. The flavors are well thought of and well executed. If you want it meaty, get the Cebuano. Flavorful, the club sandwich. Sinful, four cheese bacon. Out of all, I recommend the four cheese bacon.
Though the price is a bit high and that the serving isn't as large as you'd think it should be.
The cebuano is to die for. I had mine delivered through foodpanda, and it's great that it came in still fresh and toasted. The flavours are unique and well thought out. Great stuff.
The place is really nice, bright and airy! I think it was the perfect place for some breakfast. I was only there for some take out though... I got the cheese sandwhich, salad and apple pie soda with an additional order of chips. The sandwhich was a little too oily but other than that it's quite good. The salad was nothing special. The apple pie soda... I kinda like it but i think they went too heavy handed with the cinnamon. Love love love the chips!!! All in all I think I would come back to try their other dishes
I was excited to try their sandwiches and the Apple Pie soda but unfortunately its not available. They don't have the beer as well.. I was a bit disappointed since I read a lot of good feedback but I guess I will try my luck next time..So we just ordered "The club" and it's good for 2 persons then additional coleslaw and potato chips..Price wise it's worth it..
I love Cubanos! When I saw that Mr. Graham's Sandwich Shop has a Cebuano... I just had to try it!
I enjoyed my sandwich a lot and really liked it. Half way through it though, the oik was getting to me. The meat could use less oil or they can chop off the fat before serving it. By the end of my meal, I couldn't really stand the oily taste and smell of my food. Guess I have to eat less next time.
I honestly enjoyed my Cebuano! I just really wish it wasn't so oily and fatty.
Overall, The Cebuano didn't disappoint! It gave me that Cubano experience but at the same time offered a twist to it with a Filipino touch. Definitely worth trying!
Had the Cebuano. Their take on a Cuban Sandwich. Went well with the Apple Pie Soda. Tomato soup was good two. Highly recommend this place. !
My favorite place about this place was probably the apple pie beer. Best beer I've ever had! The Sloppy G and Four Cheese B.P. were awesome too. Great place to take a lot of photos and relax. We managed to go while there weren't too many people around so it was very comfortable.
Excellent service by the staff who took time to help us with our orders. Everytime they placed good on our table, they would explain which sauce goes to which. Thumbs up!
As per the sandwiches, it was pretty decent and fairly priced. The apple pie soda was an interesting drink and definitely stood out.
it’s a good sandwich place. first time i ate here i had the four cheese sandwich, it was really good, it came with chips and i had it with a side of their tomato soup. it was a delicious meal, the chips and dip was also really good. i wanted to have it with a regular coke but they were all out, the staff recommended their apple pie soda...i was a little hesitant. i’ve never heard of apple pie soda before, i was imagining an actual pie and a blender...i was half expecting chunks of pie crust and apples floating on my glass, but i was wrong. it wasn’t weird at all! it was actually good. seriously, am i the only one who has never heard of apple pie soda before? anyway, a couple days later i went back with a friend, i had the cebuano while my friend had the clubhouse. the cebuano was something else! highly recommended! its a must try. my friend enjoyed the clubhouse, he said it was very good, very “malasa”. i’ll try that next time.
As I am no stranger to Mrs. Grahams, of course, I have seen the sandwich shop beside it. I am not a fan of sanwiches in general though so I never thought about trying Mr. Grahams Sandwich Shop until my husband suggested that we go there based on some online review he read.
I tried the Cebuano sandwich & my husband tried the Four Cheese, Bacon Please sandwich. We also ordered Tomato Soup & Chips. The verdict? We liked it a lot!
The chips were crispy obviously freshly cooked & the 2 sauces (garlic & something) were a good compliment. The Tomato soup was richly tomatoey & the sandwiches were warm & filling.
My Cebuano sandwich was supposed to have some lechon strips but when I saw that most of it were fat, I ended up removing them. Nevertheless, the sandwich was still good. There were a lot of distinct flavors & you know it's not just plain sandwich, like you can feel the love versus the cold quickly prepared sandwiches.
They also gave a pitcher of water with a slice of cucumber. Love those small gestures.
So overall, I would recommend anyone to try this sandwich shop.

Nothing is cuter than these his-and-her restos! Right next to Mrs. Graham’s Parisian cafe is Mr. Graham’s Sandwich Shop, famed for The Cebuano–just like Mr. Graham–a local take on the Cubano sandwich. What distinguishes it are the slices of Cebu lechon amidst the the pickled onions, Emmental cheese and aioli, pressed between toasted sandwich buns. (Lechon is a roasted suckling pig. Cebu lechon is stuffed with herbs and spices before it is roasted to make the meat even tastier.)
One of the best sandwich shops for me. Loved their The Cebuano, it didn't disappoint me. It reminded me of the movie Chef. Their Apple Pie Soda (apple-cinnamon taste) is also good.
The price is just right and service is good.
I'm not a fan of coleslaw so I cannot comment on that. But overall, I had a good experience with Mr. Grahams.
It's also a good place to hangout but the venue is small and has a limited parking space in front of the shop. You can park at F7 Bldg. if ever you'll be bringing a car.
Mr. Graham's is a sandwich shop beside Mrs. Graham's located near F7 Rallos bldg. When the sandwiches arrived, I remembered chuck deli because of how big the serving is. We ordered the fish and lechon one. Both were reallly good but I prefer the fish. It has coleslaw, lettuce and apple inside. The lechon sandwich has a generous amount of lechon. Yummy too! The meal also comes with huge serving of coleslaw and chips. I should have given it a 4.5 but I found a strand of hair inside the sandwich. :( Perhaps wear a hairnet next time?
I was looking forward to trying out this sandwich shop along Sct Rallos... We visited while it was on it's soft opening, but by now, they have fans for their food...
My bf and I were there pretty early and we got the Cebuano, their unique take on the Cubano sandwich... It comes in the regular size or sandwich and the manwich, which was good enough for two... Got the manwich to share... We went upstairs to the very simple and clean second floor... They had good lightning, which was perfect for taking pictures.😊
We didn't have to wait long before we were served with water and our cokes. A few minutes after, the food came. They already sliced the manwich in half and it sat amongst the taro chips, aioli, lechon skin, and slaw, served on a wooden cutting board. The colors from the dish were beautiful to look at. The sandwich had Cebu lechon, cheddar cheese, pickled green and yellow mangoes and ham... It is served with aioli and drippings from the lechon, which the staff weren't able to explain that these should be placed in the sandwich.
The sandwich was pretty good! There was a great contrast in flavors with each bite. The Cebu lechon was delicious! The ham added more meatiness and the cheese was a perfect complement. The pickled mangoes brought a much needed acidity to cut thru the heaviness of the meat. The aioli gave it creaminess and the lechon drippings kept it from becoming dry. The bread kept the different flavors grounded. The taro chips and the Cebuano was a perfect pairing. We both enjoyed this sandwich, which was pretty heavy! I was hungry and I felt like I ate a cup of rice after...
I think the staff did pretty well considering they have only just begun!🎶🎶 They were still on soft opening at that time!😁 I just think they should be able to explain to the customers on what is on the plate and how the chef suggests you eat it. It was also pretty hard to call their attention... The staff mainly stayed downstairs, though the bulk of their diners are on the second floor. Small kinks that can be easily worked out. Happy with this restaurant!😃
P.S.
Parking is hell...
When visiting Mr. Graham, try their bestseller sandwich, The Cebuano, and you will not be disappointed. They also serve the best sides to complement the sandwich, a variety of taro, potato and kamote chips and coleslaw.
The Four Cheese and Bacon sandwich is also good to try.
Mr Grahams is a solid sandwich shop along sct rallos tomas morato. The menu has limited choices but all they're products are house specialties. My personal favorite is the Cebuano and filipino take on the south american dish Cubano. Sandwich is very juicy and i would definitely eat here again. 😄
Their sandwiches are the bomb!! Quite expensive for sandwiches but they make up for quality and quantity. The sandwiches are really good and really big!
Great sandwich outlet. Limited menu but each has a distinct character of its own. The Cuban made Cebuano as well as the four cheese with bacon sandwiches are my favorite.
If you're not that hungry, you can either share it or take it home for breakfast.
Again space and parking are concerns. But I'm used to the area and I can handle it.
It's our third time to eat here and our family loves the sandwiches. The Cebuano which is their specialty is our staple order but we also got to try the Four Cheese Bacon Please and it tastes good as well. My wife loves coleslaw so it's a plus that they serve the sandwiches with coleslaw and chips. The servers are also nice and accommodating. We'll definitely be back.
The Cebuano (P290-Sandiwch, P390- Manwich)
from Mr. Graham's Sandwich Shop is a take on the classic Pan Cubano with lechon drizzled in its own drippings, ham, cheddar cheese, and pickled green and yellow mangoes, with some crispy lechon skin and signature aioli sauce. Every sandwich also comes with coleslaw and crisps on the side.
They ran out of their standard Cuban bread during our visit, so they served it on a wheat bread instead. The sandwich itself was good, but it was not what we expected and paid for. A lot of the supposed ingredients were missing- no ham, no cheddar cheese, and no green mangoes. It was just lechon, lettuce, ripe mangoes and pickled onions.
We raised our concern and they gave us this complimentary platter of taro and potato crisps to make up for the boo-boo. We were forgiving not because they were still on soft opening, but because service was pretty good and servers were sincerely apologetic about it. Even though we were the only customers on the second floor, they regularly checked on us for water refills.
Tried the Apple Pie Soda (P90) brewed by Mr. Graham himself. Indeed tasted like homemade apple pie in a bottle!
Parking: Yes, in front of the resto
Place & Ambiance: Small can easily get crowded yet bright and cozy. Aesthetic interior and exterior design.
Menu: Limited variety "sadwiches and others"
Food:
The Cebuano, a sub type bread with layer of ham, onion, cheese, green pickles and yellow-greeny mangoes w/c made it bit sour but still juicy and appetizing.
Grilled four cheese, a toasted pan bread with different kind of cheese and bacon jam fillings. Those combination made the taste little bitter, sweet and salty. Finish it while it's hot. I really like the cheese!
Also served with:
Coleslaw, a typical one but with milkier touch. Best consumed while cold to retain the freshness of mixed veggies.
Tomato Soup that taste like italian pasta sauce
Crisp potato/camote with garlic DIP is my favorite such an appetizer!
Another thing, it has a crispy pork skin with aioli sauce w/c can be compared to the chicken sauce of mang inasal =D
And for the drink, Apple cinnamon : acid level is too high or i just don't like the combination.
Serving Size: for share
Serving Time: 5 to 10 minutes
Price: Reasonable for its huge serving. 500 to 700 for two person
Crew: Very accomodating
Overall experience : a thumbs up! worth a try, we'll come back to taste the remaining sandwiches :)
The place is cute and easy to notice. For me it is well-lit and ventilated, giving that bright aura, seeing it from the outside.
We tried its popular Cebuano and Four Cheese, Bacon Please, plus the Apple Cinnamon Soda. The serving size was really generous and I think it's already good for sharing. The soup and the crisps on the side matches the sandwiches well. To break that "umay factor". About the soda, though I'm fond of the cinnamon taste, it seemed like it didn't matched my taste buds at the moment. (Or we were just starving that's why strong acid reacted as such to our tummies). Overall, the service was great, as well as the crew. Hoping that they'll come up with more choices of drinks, and tasteful sandwiches.
Looking forward still in tasting Submariner and The Club. :)
I DIED.In a saturated foodie area like Sct. Rallos (where you'll be battling with Kanin Club, Senor Pollo, Seafood Shack, etc.) next-door, there's little room for error. I was admittedly wary of Mr. Graham's sandwich shop, but it took just one visit to blow me away.I tried the Cebuano and Four-Cheese-Bacon-Please, both crowd favorites and rightly so! Get the Cebuano pressed for more smoky flavor. I would've liked to taste more of the ham and the cheese, but with lechon goodness in every bite -- I can't really complain. Their coleslaw goes well with the Cebuano and refreshes your palette to avoid 'umay.' I just wish they had more coleslaw to serve!Their grilled cheese was another hit! Went perfectly with their tomato soup. Considering the serving size and the flavor you get, they definitely offer excellent value for money! Service was on point too, I appreciate how well-trained their staff is.Will definitely be back!
The manwich was explicit. The size is worth the price plus the service is fast. Then add up the friendly crew. The place is so comfy and not that hard to find.
Simple yet elegant interior design. Great Sandwiches. Board Games while you're waiting for your food. Great place to be with friends and family!
I would recommend the chips and dip. Healthy option for snack addicts, and aioli dip was great. The 4 cheese and Bacon was also good. They didn't have too much options for drinks, but not really a deal breaker.

8/10 Place was great. Minimalist. They also play slow music like jazz and acoustic songs. The crews were really nice they even offered us to sit on the other resto adjacent to theirs because we really needed a larger place to stay. They made us order and they delivered it to Mrs graham's place.
8/10 I love the four cheese especislly the taste of the onion on it. I also tasted something sweet, well it tasted like strawberry or something or maybe it's just the tomato soup. The bread really is crusty. But inside, the cheese is making it's impression. The sides were good though it's a bit difficult tobite when exposed to cold tempersture. We ordered the The four cheese and The cebuano with side dishes. The four cheese came with a tomato soup which is also an alternative for you to use as a dip if you ever run out of the garlic sauce. The Cebuano is great! But it's really heavy. So watch out if you're on a diet.
9/10 it's a little bit pricey but an order really will be good for two especislly if you're out to chat and catch up.
I had a late dinner and decided on a sandwich shop I passed by before. As I entered the place, the decor was very minimalist and was greeted by a courteous staff (please take note it was around 8:30pm). The benches and tables were a nice accent to the minimalist decor. After a few minutes, the food arrived. I had the club which was huge and jam packed with egg, bacon, chicken, ham and lettuce which worked together with the honey bread and guacamole. The coleslaw was a little bit of a let down as the sweet and spicy mixture was mostly spicy. The chips rounded out the meal with the ranch dip. I was informed they would add more sandwiches. I will look forward to that on my return.
I've been wanting to try Mr.Grahams since i'm also a fan of Mrs.Grahams (their macarons of course). And my wanting did not disappoint. We ordered The Four Cheese and The Cebuano, both came with a mound of chips with a garlic aioli (they are not just potatoes and I love them that I ordered a take away) and a tomato soup and coleslaw. Love everything - the food, the crew (über nice), the place and the price. I think this will be my go-to grilled cheese sandwich shop. Everything is spot-on. 👌👌👌
Cebuano sandwich was awesome. also we saw Bamboo here. will definitely come back hoping to see him again hahaha

Addition to my old review.. Last October 21 we went to Mr. Graham's, meeting with the owner :) Mr. Graham itself, let us try the other famous sandwiches.
We had the Famous Cebuano (290php: Sandwich - 490php: Manwich, 14" manwich! :p~) it's a Authentic Pan Cubano with lechon amongst ham, cheddar cheese and their signature aioli, Lechon skin, pickled green and yellow mangoes. WOAH! This is so damn good! Thank you Mr. Graham for introducing this badass manwich. Gosh! I didn't ate dinner after this.
Next up is The Club (350php), the best clubhouse I've tasted! It has a magical mixture of guacamole, grilled chicken, and a trifecta of bacon, lettuce, and tomato layered in honey bread.
Last is the Submariner (280php).. The only fish in the group of badass sanwiches hehe. It has a sweet mix of shredded apple, carrots, and cabbage in tartar sauce accompany breaded cream dory in between pan cubano bread.

Looking for something to eat? Light but heavy? (WHUUUUT) yaaay! sandwiches for dinner :) Finally got to try Mr. Graham's! It's actually beside Mrs. Graham's Macaron Shop. Soooo you know what to do! Mrs. Graham's for dessert! :) Anyway, here's what we ordered. (The serving is good for 1-2 persons.)
8/10: Four Cheese, please!! (250php) It has mozzarella, cream cheese and cheddar with beer-onion-bacon jam then lightly Frico'd with parmesan cheese. Frico is when they fry the cheese on the bread to a nice crisp. It has tomato soup and camote chips on the side which was good because its neutral.
8/10: Sloppy G (250php)-- Cream-based version of sloppy joe ••• Ground beef, minced mushrooms and cheddar cheese in a creamy white sauce in between two whole wheat buns. It comes with camote chips and coleslaw (You can request for a spicy coleslaw)
9/10: Apple-Cinnamon Soda (90php) -- Clean, carbonated apple-cinnamon drink brewed by Mr. Graham. Sounds interesting right? Try it! :)

XOXO!
When you want to eat something that is really good on the picture I say you have to drop by here. Their plating is really good that you really want to take pictures before you eat it. It's kinda pricey but the food is really good. You also have to try their apple pie soda. Though the place is quite small the big mirror on the second floor makes it look big. The staffs on the other hand are really nice and approachable. :)
Ordered The Cebuano and Four Cheese, Bacon Please, Crisps (Chips), and the Apple Pie Soda. Since we are suckers for cheese we liked the Four Cheese Bacon Please more, and my boyfriend liked their Apple Pie Soda (he has a taste with drinks) plus their Chips! 😍 you'll end up farting after (because of the sweet potato chips) HAHA! The place was
Visited this sandwich shop on a weekend lunch day and I didn't have any trouble in finding a parking spot.
My accommodating server recommended their Cubano, which is their bestseller. Generously sized, it was very filling. With its presentation, you can also say that it was meticulously prepared. It had lechon meat (which as very soft and flavorful), ham, cheese, onion pickle, green and yellow mango pickle, and lettuce. The acidity from the pickles helped keep the 'umay' away and they served the lechon dripping separately so you can drizzle it over your sandwich for added fatty goodness. The taste was interesting yet familiar. They serve it with pork rind, coleslaw and really addicting crisps with aioli on the side. The sandwich filling components were a joy to eat.. I can't say the same for the bun. I must confess, I only ate the filling and just a few bites of the bun. I hope they toast it (interior and/or exterior) next time or give the option of having it toasted or grilled because if that were the case, I'm pretty sure I'll be wolfing down the whole thing. Currently, the bread is plain and boring, even if slathered with aioli and drizzled with dripping. But if toasted, it will have a nice crunch and warmth, a character of its own that will complement the boldness of the filling.
Overall, it was a nice dining experience. I will definitely be back to try their other sandwich offerings.
A plus for the Cubano sandwich eaters, you can have coffee after to help with your digestion at Mrs. Graham's, which is located right beside this place.
Had their "Cebuano" sandwich for dinner last night and I must say it is really a must try! They serve it with a coleslaw on the side and with some sweet potato chips. Everything taste wonderful, they compliment each other's flavor. The meat is very tender that you don't need a knife to slice it. :) Their Apple Pie soda goes well with their sandwich as well.
The Cebuano sandwich was delicious and definitely gave value for money at just P290. You can tell that the staff are still getting used to the flow of their service but we were still served well. Will definitely be back to try the other sandwiches!
The cebuano sandwich at just 390 including its sides is super sulit!!! They have only three types of sandwiches which I think is not enough if they want customers to come back regularly to the restaurant.
Soft opening. 2 weeks. Ordered the Cebuano. Php 390. Good for 2 with good chips on the side. Pan Cebu with lechon and mango. A must try....
