I ordered a slice of pizza, chicken and their bread roll. Their chicken is southern style - which is really tasty and crunchy. I love the pizza especially the Garlic and Shrimp. And their pizzas go well with their mayonnaise (I'm not a fan of putting catsup or hot sauce in my pizza). The drinks here are not refillable unlike in other branches, but it's fine.
Food: We ordered 6 pc chicken with rice and fries. Omgggg. Price was verrryyyy affordable knowing that this is an international food chain. Fries were really natural potatoes and not preserved. Thick cuts and in generous amount. Chicken was juicy in the inside, but still crunchy. Also big in sizes.
Place was big and could accommodate 25-ish people. All self service. Condiments were placed together, not messy. Well-kept, well-lit and well-ventilated.
Will def come back for their pizzas and desserts.

It was lunch time. After hiking, we wanted to eat at Mang Inasal but it was too crowded. We saw this restaurant, and it was not too crowded. I ordered 1-pc Chicken (P89.00) - chicken size isn't as big as what I tried in Venice Grand Canal Mall. It was still crispy and juicy. I also tried their Creamy Pesto Pasta (P269.00). Serving time is 15min+. It was baked and I liked it. The pesto taste was mild, and it was creamy!!! Cheesy taste can be tasted more/first, but the pesto can be tasted after. Serving size is big. It can be shared by 2-3 people. A heavy eater can finish it alone as well. Service is good. I was just wondering why there are no pickles and onions.
Well, what can I say. It’s pizza! Very much worth the price. Plus, they didn’t skimp on the ingredients. Will definitely come back for this. :)
S&R used to be an elusive dining spot because they only allowed members in their warehouse shopping centers. But now, that they've branched out their famous pizza throughout the Metro, it is now easier to get a slice anytime of day. But my personal favorite is their Fried Chicken. Perfectly crisp and juicy, the meat cooked through. Dip it in the salty gravy and with a spoonful of the white rice. Just a great way to have that indulgent dinner. Share with a friend, since the chicken pieces are quite big and hefty in size. Recommended with the equally delicious Clam Chowder.
Their pizza comes with a big serving so it is really affordable. However, expect to encounter long customer line. I've tried S&R pizza from their other branches and so far, our orders were all served warm.

Feed the masses! This place is the go to place for food in a hurry. S&R has been successful in living up to its 'New York Style Pizza' claim. Yup, the slices are NY style all right. Of course it's not as good as those famous ones in the Big Apple, but will suffice us here in tropical Philippines. Thank you S&R for making a good slice of pizza affordable even to the ordinary folks here in Cubao.
This place is always full. The pizza, the fried chicken, burger and fries are the best sellers here. The clam chowder and the hotdog not so much. The hotdog, which is one of the best items here, is totally eclipsed by the pizza. Maybe people here in Cubao feel that the pizza gives better value for their hard earned money. Nobody orders the hotdog sandwich so much that when you order one you have to wait for a while since it's made to order.
The roast chicken with rice is not also available here. I haven't seen anyone order the calzone although it's on the menu.
There's soda and bottled water. I'm not sure if they have coffee.
Cards are accepted but mostly pay cash.
Lots of seating but the fluorescent lighting is sometimes hard on the eyes.

Great pizzas. Generous servings of all their entire menu. Very cheap price. Fried chicken is served on big parts, although taste salty. This branch is more spacious making it more easier to find seats. I just think they need more staffs to assist those who are having trouble carrying their orders.

My sister's boyfriend told me that there is an S&R store in Cubao and it has been existing for sometime now. After the impressive visit at their newly opened outlet at Southmall, I was so excited that my dearest mother who just shook her head with my childlike excitement said she'll bring us there after church on Sunday! So off we went and I was already ticking off in my head what we have to order.
The place is easy to find, it's in the same building as Luk Foo (I've never been to this branch yet but looking forward to visiting them). Now that S&R is under the ownership of the same ones behind Puregold, you will surely find them all located near one another if not in the same building.
This branch is a bit dark, not because they have busted lights but it seems that the wattage of the lights used are not proportionate to the area occupied, so it gives an impression of being "rundown-old" for lack of a better term. The tables are closely positioned that your back is literally up against the diner(s) sitting behind you.. the table has this bar that runs from underneath the table down to the chair that it is awkward scooting over unless you have to lift your legs.
Jenny, the crew who attended to my mother was very friendly and accommodating. In fact she served most of our orders except my mother's favorite - chicken. We already finished our food, and I tell you, consuming CLAM CHOWDER (this is supposed to be a soup but for some reason there was more solid, couldn't tell what ingredients were there, than liquid. It was creamy but turned out to be too salty; CHICKEN BAKED ROLL ( I've seen very little chicken, instead there was a lot of mozzarella and some pieces of ham perhaps, fortunately, I so love mozzarella! Plus the dough is really soft even when it had gone cold, so this is something you must try; PURE BEEF HOTDOG ( this is also a must try, be warned though that it's also a bit salty so it really has to be eaten with its bun - I only ate the hotdog); We got the usual pizza: COMBO, CHEESE, GARLIC SHRIMP- all these, guarantee a pure New Yorker pizza experience 😋😋😋😋! FRENCH FRIES (must order! The slices are big not like those local fries that border to being piknik-crunchy because the slices are too tiny) ... yet mother's chicken wasn't served yet. When it finally arrived, my mother was disappointed because, it was overly done and salty.
So if you visit this place, make sure you get all your condiments (ketchup, mayo, mustard, onions and pickles for your hotdogs) in one go, because it's not easy going back and forth with how limited the space is.
Credit cards are accepted, they do apply senior citizen discount on some items but not all.

They have a holiday blowout promo this month - a bucket of southern style fried chicken (10 pcs of different parts, you don't have to worry as the parts are really big!), a whole pizza of your choice except the all meat pizza) and 4 32 oz of drinks of your choice for only 1,199 :). So we got that and we still had a good half of everything for take out!
The way the chicken was cooked yesterday was really good! It was a vast improvement to our first time visit, it wasn't too fried yet it was crispilicious and it wasn't too salty, kudos to you!
S&R Cubao is the best! As for me eto lng ung branch na hndi matipid magbigay ng serving sa fries and ung pizza always hot and fresh. This is my favorite Pepperoni pizza then ung Garlic Shrimp masarap din. The staffs were attentive and lageng naka smile. Hopefully magkaroon din cla ng Ice cream dito since sa mga in house branches they have Ice cream etc.. Eto lng din yung pizza na kahit malamig masarap pa din ung crust hndi naninigas. Super affordable ng prize and sulit ung money mo. I will definitely comeback and visit this store!

We arrived just as they were about to open and suddenly, people kept going in. This was definitely a must-try since my friends kept telling me that their pizza was "orgasmic" so to speak. Indeed, true to their definition. The pizza was something. Though I haven't tried an ideal new york style pizza but for me, the goodness of the pizza and the flavor in the cheese and sauces can definitely set standards for my next pizza adventure.
Down-side: I wanted to try the potato salad but wasn't able to because they gad no lettuce at the time. :-(

We came at around 5pm so I was really worried that there might me a lot of people. Yes, we came there seeing a lot of people but good thing, after 2-3 minutes we found an empty seat.
It’s an eat-and-go place so even though there was a lot of people eating, there were also a lot of people already done with there food and leaving. So new customers can already take there seats.
The food is really great and the pizza is affordable for the price of Php99 with drinks.
We liked their Salad ‘coz it really tasted great. The dressing tasted sweet and sour with a taste of cheese. I think it’s really a good combination. But I think it’s a bit pricey for Php179.
The fries was also great. It’s a bigger fries for Php54.
Over all, I think this is really a great place to eat for lunch/meryenda/dinner. Will definitely come back and try other foods someday.

One of my favorite cheat food :) Garlic Shrimp is heaven, pepperoni and cheese too are equally good. Clam chowder and calzone are also great so I'll be bias because I like most of the food of SnR and this is the frequent branch i visit because it's near my place. Maybe not all woudl appreciate the taste of SnR pizza but for me it's one of my favorites and it is very budget friendly :)

A friend of mine introduced me to this outlet, which was inconspicuously located in a Puregold building here at the Araneta Center Cubao. The place is cheerfully clean and bright. Service is fast and the pizza was fresh from the oven. The combo meals are perfect for your pizza and burger cravings. But here a whole pizza costs more than at the S&R Membership Shopping branches. Probably because they are renting space? Hmmm.
Whenever i crave for pizza and cheeseburger. This is the place where I should go. I love the way its patty is cooked, so juicy and tasty. Makes me want to have some more. I put a little hot sauce pantangal umay. Giving 5.0
S&R is a membership shopping. So when my boyfriend told me that they've eaten a pizza (which happens to be my favorite) with his college friends, I waited for the moment he'll bring me there. 😍
We once ate here at Puregold after the tiring walking because we canvassed for his appliances for his dorm. And this is where our feet landed. Pizza!!! 🍕 I really love the gigantic size of each slice! With this, my tiredness paid off. After that meal, we promised ourselves to come back here. True enough, we came back and even tried their burgers and fries (for I loved them both too 🐷) They are really worth it and super affordable. We both invited my cousin here to try the pizza and she loved them too. I will really come back here! Promise! Even if that's a lot of carbs I need to burn. 🍔🍟🍕

Initially I tried S&R pizza at the office pantry and the pizza didn't fail my taste buds! The size surprised me, as I was expecting the usual serving. I had to share the other half to my coworkers. Taste is balanced for me; not bland or too salty.
And because I loved the pizza, I tried it again at Cubao with my sister. I ordered my now favorite #ComboPizza and fries while she had #SouthernStyleChicken . We both enjoyed our date with our tummy full. My family also loved the pizza so I'll come back to try other flavors and food from the menu
Whooh!! Carbs and calories overload!! Haha. We go here once in a while to escape our stressful day. Its always fun to go to a place with friends and eat. Eat. Eat. 👍 its really cheap and serving is atleast good for sharing. Although, the place is really not as peaceful as it seems cause of the location and many people go here everyday! But we are always thankful to have SnR near our place.

I've always heard about this pizza place from my officemates. Now finally get to try it!!! First impression on it is the sizes is soo big :) Pizza dough is great and i love that its freshly baked always. Packaging is also great :) actually fan of their minimalist marketing collaterals. I tried the one with shrimp as my partner picked the one with veggies. Deffinitely will go back to try their chicken too!!

i have been cracing for a s&r new york style pizza!!! so when we saw their shop at up town center i was so excited and told my husband to eat there however they are still closed!!!!! :( i was so disappointed so my husband just told me that we will just buy pizza at s&r puregold so we went there and buy one box of combo!!! so yummy craving satified even my daughter loves it! we will surely go back and buy pizza next time :) one thing there were times the queue is so long maybe they could add more cashier for quick service

My Mom's favorite pizza place!! Their Pizzas are so good and affordable!! :) This review was long overdue, since we went there so many times already just to eat our favorite pizza! Their slices are big! My favorite flavors for the Pizzas are the Pepperoni and the Garlic shrimp!!! 😊
Generously decent pizza slices with bounty cheese and toppings is a great no-fret-no-gimmick 100 peso meal. Its a busy hub for those "madaming gutom" as their gluttony-inspired pizza slices are of greatest fit.
The side condiments are endless too and thanks for ensuring the store gets mustard and mayo at all times.
The burger fits more than its price, although the beef is processed, well yeah i can still taste that "beefed up" burger yum. (Benchmarked with HQ burger joints)

Worth every peso :) Its great that they opened a branch in Eastwood but it sucks that its more expensive by 20 pesos compared to the Cubao branch. Lines can get terrible in Eastwood too. Literaly 1hour and 15mins on my first visit on a weekday!

I've been used to having pizza either bland or oily so i usually mix up some condiments to compensate for both. Then again, it's always a welcome treat to find a pizza parlor that can deliver one with balance in taste and with a satisfying flavor.
S&R gave that wonderful option with their Meat Lover's special. Though the store offers a variety - buffet of condiments, the meat ingredients of the pizza were very delightful with flavors complementing each other. All you may just need is the usual hot sauce or catsup, a typical Fil blend.
Much to my surprise, the fries were also great. While waiting for our pizza order, i attempted to dive into an order of fries and orange soda. The fries are of bigger-than-usual portions and cooked just right. What amazed me is the soda drink that was served. It wasnt so bubbly so i thought it may be old stock. Then again, it tasted so good: you can savor the orange flavor less the burning sensation of a regular, carbonated soda. You feel no sin when you chuggalug a full tumbler. I had to look into the cup again and again to make sure i did get soda and not juice; surprisingly, it is soda..the best buy i've had so far.
My S&R experience is really a good one. I just hope there'd be a better site to go to. The one at Puregold is too couped-up and the outside area is unsafe. Better if a store can be opened at the Alimall area. If not, then, perhaps, home delivery may be considered.
When you're craving for pizza - and I mean big slice of pizza, this is the best/budget-friendly place to go. The place is usually packed on evenings, so you better go during afternoons or late at night before the store closes. The self-service area for condiments is also good for having mustard or ketchup party on your pizza. Garlic shrimp is my fave! ?
S&R has one of my favorite foods, they have yummy and cheap roasted chicken. I can eat it whole... Their pizza are also great but I'm not a fan of their burgers, fries ad pasta it's too bland for my tastes. To sum up they offer great foods in generous serving and it's pretty cheap. The only down side is you need to be a member to eat there.
S&R's New York style Cheesecake is my favorite so far. It's rich, creamy and less airy compared to some cheesecakes out there. In addition to their menu, I'm not a fan of their pizza and burgers but their roasted chicken is delicious too. It really depends on your take on the classic roast chicken. There chicken is juicy and tasteful but sometimes too salty. But over all a good meal that does not need any dips or sauces. Paired with a good beer or any cold drink makes it more satisfying.

Snr food are cheap generous servings ang real quality food, free drinks refill , the best tasting cream chowder soup this side of pacific, and their fries are worth comming back to, pizza is very much like Pizza Hut, their ceasar salad is crisp and clean, but i still buy extra dressing for 25 pesos. i just hope they have choices in the dressing like blue cheese and thousand island.
American sized pizza slice plus a drink wound be perfect for just 100php. Long queue and the store is just too warm that after eating your meal surely you have sweat all over your forehead.

Pizza, unlimited relish and dips, churros and big drinks. SnR is a no fail if you want american comfort food in a budget. I am very happy when their store opened inside puregold cubao because it does not require a membership card. Whenever I watch a movie in the nearby malls, snr food is always the top choice. For 99php, you have a big and delicious slice of pizza plus a large drink of your choice. Perfect for the hungry movie goer.
Ever since I heard S&R, all along I thought they're just the typical grocery store like the others. I just knew that they offer food when my friends invited me over lunch to try their pizza.
Located at the Uppirt Ground floor of Puregold Cubao, the place was suprisingly big. Seating capacity is around 30 diners but the seat arrangement is very close to each other. Its also well ventilated and clean.
I was hoping to order the Garlic Shrimp Pizza but unfortunately we need to wait for 15mins for a slice, so I ended up ordering the Combo Meal - a slice of Combo Pizza with drinks. I also ordered Large Fries. The pizza slice was very big that it can be for sharing! I liked the fries because its big, not too oily and salty.
I'll definitely go back to try the other flavors and other food on their menu. The price is very afforable and budget friendly. Shell out price starts at P100!

S&R (formerly known as Price Smart) is a high end membership shopping retailer that offers food court meals like Pizza, calzone and ice cream.
And just like the original Costco, they've got Churros too!
So when you're here, dive into any of their three classic pizzas like the pepperoni, three cheese or my favorite, garlic shrimp. If you're watching your weight, the chicken salad fills you up!
The wraps and calzones are good too. But what I wish they had was the original hotdog that Costco serves on a bun with relish, mustard and ketchup.

Ayos..laki serving nung isang slice lnga sbra busog ka na..price naman mura n na sya even one box sbra sulit sya..sarap nya and full k tlga isang slice lng with drink p..sobra affortable..must try tlga..2 thumbs up..i will come back for more hehehe...
S&R is a living proof that I do not need to spend too much for good pizza, fries and chicken. For only Php 99.00, I can have a slice of their huge pizza and a drink.
Loved how affordable the pizzas are. 99 for a slice and that already comes with a drink. So whenever the boyfriend and I go to cubao, we go here for merienda. I just wish they add variety to their pizza flavors.
Love the fact that they now have this outside of S&R as now we get to buy their pizza even without having to sign up for membership. Although I am more of a thin crust pizza lover, I simply love their new york style pizzas here especially the cheese and the pepperoni. They may be simple but they are really really good in flavor and affordable as well.
I was surprised to know that there's an S&R Food Service in Puregold Cubao. So we had our dinner there one time.
I ordered one piece Southern Style Fried Chicken with Rice, along with a slice of New York Pizza. For less than 200pesos, I got my fill of delicious pizza and one of the best-tasting southern style chicken.
The crew was so friendly and the service is quite fast.
I have been to s&r in congressional and their pizza, bavarian churro, veggie calzone, fries & ceasar's salad ate the best.... Im coming back there soon
Been here. Affordable and super delicious pizza and burger. In just 100+ php budget, you can satify your cravings even more! Try it coz it has no membership free, which is good. Lol. Gonna come back here again!
Very satisfied with the size, taste and price for only p109 I can enjoy my fave pizza plus a large drink :) and good news is you dont need to have a membership card to eat at s&r cubao
