We got to the restaurant before their closing time so there aren't many people left. We got 2 meals under 500 pesos and we were quite satisfied.
I like that the chicken was crunchy. They really are the Fried Chicken Master.
What I don't like was the taste of their milk tea.
Their area is wide - I'm sure they can accommodate many customers. Super nice.
Their karate chop is juicy and tender.
The spices used taste just like an authentic taiwan fried chicken!
Fried Chicken Master was actually established in Taiwan and finally come in Metro Manila. I ordered the xxl one, that comes in very big breast part. I ordered the spicy one. A bit soggy but the spices finally soaked after being cold. Gotta eat it while its hot.
Lovin the Sweet and Spicy Jimbo. The place is okay with colorful chairs and walls. Fast service maybe cos it's still not lunch time. The food's delicious for the price I think.
First time to try their chicken bites, and I guess it wasn't bad at all. It's no longer crispy though but I was able to taste the original Master Jimbo last night and it was cooked perfectly, right crisp I should say.
Verdict:
Pepper & Salt - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Sweet & Spicy - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1/2
Wintermelon Tea - ⭐⭐⭐ 1/2
Packaging - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Price - ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I liked the Pepper & Salt and it somehow remained crispy when I repry it. The taste was spot on too, not that salty and not too spicy. My partner liked the sweet and spicy on the other hand. Kinda citrusy because of the lemon (which I felt like a twist to the usual sweet and spicy chicken bites 👍). I just felt that it could've been sweeter to balance the tangy taste. Other than that, the price isn't bad as regular size is ₱89-99 and the Large one is at ₱139 if I'm not mistaken 😄 Their take out box is cute too! 😗

The staff were friendly and their branch in North towers is also spacious. I also tried their wintermelon tea but it tastes like Sago't Gulaman. Glad I liked gulaman 😁 but the wintermelon vibe wasn't there.
