When we crave of samgyeupsal, we always go to DOKKEBI, kasi nga fresh and masarap ang meat sa kanila, kaya lang ang tipid naman sa buffet nila, kalimitan nauubos agad, and wala ng refill. Pero this couple of weeks, we went there twice...how come bigla na lang CLOSE ang DOKKEBI!?....anyare!?
A Korean Samgyupsal Experience you won't forget because of the meat's quality. I have tried many samgyupsal in the metro but Dokkebi has a special place on my foodie heart.! 🤩 Their Beef and Pork Cuts are the best, top quality.!
When we eat here, we usually get the Set B, which has the right amount of selections you can choose from like the usual of pork and beef cuts and duck.! The experience is they let you try every selection from the set you've chosen, then they even assign a person to cook the meat for you.
For the side dishes, everything was great. They perfectly compliment the marinated cuts. Dokkebi even offers a buffet style selection of Kimchi Rice, Potato, PaJeon, and Watermelon
which is inclusive of the sets. You really get what you paid for.!

For as low as 399 per person you will enjoy the unlimited korean bbq (pork and chicken) with yummy unlimited side dish as well. Some other korean restaurant who are also offers unlimited korean bbq they don’t offer rice but here in dokkebi they have unlimited kimchi rice and plain rice!
What I also like was their restaurant staffs all are very attentive and quick they served really well. Good Job plus the lady guard on duty.

Staff is very friendly and helpful as this is our first time to try the famous Samgyupsal... the price for us is fair enough as everything is unlimited and they have a lot of side dish included. We also love their kimchi rice and fried rice... No long lines too which we loved...will be back again

Craving for unlimited korean beef, pork, chicken or duck? This is the place to try. The service was quick and you don’t even have to cook by yourself. They’ll even cook it for you.
Service was good. Food was well-presented. We had the basic 399 per person pork and chicken selection and a basic ramyeon. Unlimited sides tasted good. Pork and chicken are good, not chewy (so it’s not old stock). As a bonus, they had a ‘buffet’ table where you could just get kimchi rice and fried potatoes.
Not bad for an unlimited korean bbq place. The pork cuts were presented elegantly with their own display plate. However, it would be better if you order more variety with beef. The duck was not very tasty and had a frozen meat taste. The service was great because the staff would help in cooking your meats. The place had a simple ambience and not crowded. The chairs were not comfortable though since they were stools with cushions. Try it out for yourself and share your comments.

This is a hidden gem in the banawe area, it's most definitely a viable alternative to the big name brands that have set up shop nearby.
It has many things going for it: there is no line to get in here, don't have to wait for an hour or something, and you can even make a reservation. They cook for you here, so you don't have to do it yourself. And their meat is generally of a good quality, with more meat and less fat, it's not like those other places that give you paper thin slices of meat that's 75% fat. Here the meat is actually quite meaty, and comparing samgyupsal to samgyupsal, their pork belly is cut thicker and isn't as fatty as others.
Went for their 599 set, and I generally liked it all, the duck not as much since it wasn't very meaty, the chicken was just okay. Their beef belly would have to be the best one they have. They have unlimited fried rice and roast potatoes to go along with the meat, as well as fruit for dessert.
Definitely worth the extra cost compared to others, and definitely worth going to if you'd rather not wait so long for a table.
Dokkebi is one of the newer kbbq places in Quezon City and I’m glad to say that for their price range, they successfully delivered a satisfying samgyupsal experience well worth your money.

Their beef melts in your mouth. Their meat selections also taste diversely and it’s not often you see a kbbq place offering duck meat (which also turned out pretty tasty).
Their side dishes also were generous. Potato wedges were especially tasty, fried chicken was delicious, and their various dips greatly complemented each of these.

The crew is courteous and it’s one of those places where they provide the option where their staff grills for you. They cater to your requests promptly and was overall an enjoyable experience.

The place has three floors which I figured helps prevent long waiting time typical in samgyupsal. It was neat and cozy enough, and overall a straight to the point setup.
6/5 stars for epic service. Very polite staff, rapid service, worh the visit. Meats were delicious. Not many korean BBQ places serve duck. Slightly pricey but hey, it was worth it. Very underrated restaurant.
One of the best Korean Barbecue out there. Wonderful service, affordable food and a wide variety of food being served. I'll definitely come back and bring my friends/family here.

With the rise of samgyeopsal places everywhere, it's become really hard to find quality meats. Everyone's offering unlimited samgyeopsal for under Php 500, but all you really get there at the end of the day is a full stomach (and maybe an aversion to grilled meats for the next couple of weeks). I had that phase too, where I'd dine at eat-all-you-can restaurants and stuff myself with as much food as possible just so I can get my money's worth. Nowadays, I prefer quality over quantity (maybe it's my age?? haha), but I don't mind paying a premium so long as I'm getting a good meal out of it.
I've visited a couple of Korean grills in the past months and I've noticed that most of the ones that popped up in Quezon City offer unlimited meats, which basically means waiting in line for hours. I tried that once with my friends - by the time we left, we were dizzy and crazy full from all the eating, and I thought, nope, not doing this again.
Recently, I discovered Dokkebi Korean BBQ along N.S. Amoranto (or more popularly known as Retiro).
Since Korean cuisine continues to get momentum, expect the number of Korean food establishments to rise. Dokkebi just opened and they bring you a different way of having your barbecue! On top of being presented differently, they offer it in 8 different varieties at an affordable price tag.
Dokkebi Samgyeopsal Pork Belly Set can be availed at Php 1,450 for 8 Flavors, and just Php 800 for 4 kinds. It may not be unlimited but its serving size, quality, and taste compensate the price tag. The pork has leaner parts, unlike others which serves mostly fat. Amongst the ones I tried, the Teriyaki, Curry, and Herb were best. This deal also comes with all you can have side dishes, soup, and rice.

Dokkebi Korean Grill offers affordable pork with 4 to 8 different flavors. Typical of Korean restos, there are a bazillion different kinds of appetizers that are unlimited. It's a pretty casual restaurant perfect for families, coworkers and friends. We finished a couple bottles of soju!

Amoranto Ave, Banawe, Dokkebi Korean BBQ offers 8 flavors for their samgyeopsal and awesome noodle dishes that will definitely fill your tummies and whet your appetite.
5/5 stars for their service!!! Everyone is very accomodating and polite, the food was served fast.
But I would still choose the other unlimited samgyupsal places in Banawe, I though the flavors would be different from other korean bbq restos but after tasting their 8 flavors of samgyup I can testify that the taste here is not much different what I can tell you is that their cleanliness and service is their major strength also there is little to no smoke which is a big big plus for me.
If you want to try something new this resto is a must try!!!

Food: I can’t say its outstanding but its yummy. I just wish that they put less onion. Coz it felt like the main dish is the onion not the chicken.
