The Manager of this branch (Eric, I guess) gives excellent Customer Service, He is pleasant and very knowledgeable about their promos (eatigo). Thank you Sir!

Glad to have this place around our neighborhood. I get to have my fluffy blueberry pancake with just the right amount of sweetness.
When it comes to their chicken and waffle plate, I think they could improve on the chicken. It's rather salty for me. The waffle is like any other waffle but goes well with the chicken.
On an afternoon trip to SSS and Pag-ibig. I saw that there was an ongoing promo for 2 pcs. FREE pancakes with any dine in or take out order. So I grabbed the chance since I was feeling hungry.
The Pancakes were fluffy and extremely light and the other dish I ordered was the corned hash with cheesy fried rice which was good but a tad bit salty on the count of the corned beef and the cheese.
Staff was courteous and polite and there wasn’t a long wait time to get my food, overall satisfied with the experience! And the free pancakes ofcourse. :)
dinner time! it's always nice to eat here at this branch, i love their spaghetti, tacos, and the banana walnut waffles. omelettes are yummy!
zle & eunice our food servers are very funny and attentive. uly, however is off today, he's funny too.
I have tried their food and so far it tastes decent and good. The service is good as well, since their presentation shows their work ethics and effort. I can only suggest that the place to be livelier to gain customers.

First of all, the pancake house we dined-in isn't in Batasan, but inside UST. :) although I'm still making this review since the food and service so far I experienced is the same in any Pancake House resto i've been.
Of course, its pancake house so you must have to try their pancakes!!! (But i prefer waffles) not that i dont like their pancakes.... I just like waffles since its crispy :) their pasta is also good and their pan chicken too. They also serve pastas and burgers, maybe next time i'll try that. When dining in here, you must expect the serving time will be after 15-20 minutes upon order. Although it took us 30++ minutes for that one dish my friend ordered and we're almost finish with our food while she just started eating. Well, the place was crowded with students who wants to dine in so probably that's why the serving time was slow that time or maybe they forgot??? I dont know.
Anyways, they have a promo for P350 good for 2. Me and my friend ordered the promo "spaghetti with taco and iced tea" why my 2 other friends shared the "salisbury steak with iced tea" their rice meals are really good i must say.
Talking about the place in UST.... Its quite small so if you have a big group, well there's one table at the side that is good for 8 people. They also take reservations too. In Batasan, its also the same..., quite small but bigger than the one in UST.
I just wanna give a kudos to their staffs coz they've been so nice and hospitable. They'll really treat you special. And i really love whipped creams on top of pancakes.

Almost all of the comfort foods we crave is in here. I love their set meals and my favorite is the 'chicken in brown rice pilaf.'
I just don't like the fact that they are very inconsistent with the quality and taste of food they serve. There is this branch in UN avenue, I was really disappointed. The soup is not warm, the bread taste like few days old, the pasta is not al dente. It's just a bad day for me. This branch in Fairview Terraces does the same. I ordered a sandwich. And I was looking at it thinkin something is wrong and realized that they did not toast the bread. There should be a slice of boiled egg but it's not in there and I think the tomato is not fresh. Thank goodness I still managed to smile because I'm with a friend and just politely asked if they can replace my sandwich. And this branch in Eton Centris, we ordered the crepe and and it arrived in our table with the ice cream halfway melted and the crepe looks really soggy. It's really unappetizing to look at. The manager gave us an unacceptable excuse telling us that there's only 1 chef on duty. Very unproffessional.
I think they should train their people well.
