A hidden gem in Tomas Morato! Yes, when literally every Korean restaurant equates to KOREAN BBQ restaurant it is hard to find a place that serves other actual Korean dishes. We were craving for Korean food after watching Strictly Dumpling's youtube channel. So we looked for a place with Dolsot Bibimbap (Dolsot = Stone pot) and after browsing for numerous Korean restaurants in Zomato, we bumped into this one.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by the friendly staff. (This place started offering unli-kbbq since november according to their tarpaulin.) Anyways, we got a plate of samgyeopsal and was surprised that it comes with UNLIMITED side-dishes! (It's a good deal!) We also got the Pajeon and Dolsot Bibimbap which tasted really good!
Overall, we would recommend this place if you are looking for some authentic Korean dishes. Can't wait to come back
Best place for ala cart Korean dish cravings in the metro. We always order: Theokbokki, jjang myeon (sooo good), bibimpab, kimchi fried rice (my favorite), squid bulgogi.❤️
Friendly staff and efficient service. I especially loved their tofu kimchi stew ❤ Crispy chicken wings and kimbap were good. However, their black bean noodles can do better.
They have wide range of menu available so if you have someone picky in your group, this place will probably be perfect. They tend to overcook the grilled meat so make sure to ask them not to when ordering kitchen cook meat. My favorite is their teokpokki. Make sure to ask for the extra spicy one if you love spicy food like I do. My partner’s favorite is their yukgaejang.
Had lunch, the portions were generous, especially of the Samgeopsal, Yeungital, and Galbitang. The Kimchi jigae was served very spicy to my preference. What is needed, however, is for its service to be a bit fast and much more systematic, especially with groups of five, as in our case. Other than that, Silla offers great value for money and worth coming back to enjoy more of its authentic Korean fare, with fresh vegetable ingredients :-)
The staffs are really nice and accommodating, the place is clean, and most of all the food's great! We really enjoyed our lunch here. 😊 We'll definitely comeback!
Great customer service, the staff is attentive and courteous. Place is clean. The kimchi fried rice is a must-try. Limited parking spaces, though you can park at nearby establishments.

This place has been my family's all time FAVORITE Korean restaurant! I've been eating here since I was 10! Because it is so authentic and fresh! I love the food! especially the appetizers 😉

Supposedly going for a light dinner but ended up getting 'bundat' with the big servings of this restaurant.
We kinda went out of our comfort zone and ordered Jajangmyeon and Kimchi Chigae, but still ordered Kimbap. Haha
It's my first time to try Jjajangmyeon so I'm not sure if the black bean sauce is supposed to be watery like soup, because from what I usually see, it's supposed to be thick. It also tastes like menudo. The noodles are okay because it's quite firm. I finished it all anyway. :D
The Kimchi Chigae is my favourite. It satisfied my craving for spicy food. The Kimbap was just okay, nothing so special about it.
Service was good that time. The restroom was clean also.
If you want Korean food with huge servings at an affordable price, this is one of the places to go.
I love the fact that this place serves lots of side dishes, that is very Korean, i believe. The foods are without a doubt tasty! We had bibimbap, korean pizza ( pa jeon), flavored chicken (yang nyeom) and sticky rice soup ( tteok kuk~ im not really sure this is the right name) for the main course and they all made me feel satisfied. The only thing i didn't like so much was that the service was quite poor. Whenever we needed something or we had additional orders, it took us so much time to wait even if it was just rice or kimchi. In the end, you lose your appetite waiting. But, yeah, the waiters smile all the time. The place is also sort of relaxing.
Ate here 2x already and food has been consistently good. Not amazingly great but am not Korean so...

I've been on a Korean food craving streak for a while (blame all the k-dramas I binge-watched!). This time, I set my sights on jajamyeon. We ordered three other dishes (which I'd forgotten about) and overall, I was satisfied. Visiting Silla was just the solution I needed for my Korean food craving that week.
The place was clean and very inviting. I was on my way to 7/11 to eat, but I walked past this restaurant, and there I was captivated. I entered the room and couldn't walk out. Its a great place for korean food lovers. The food was great. I ordered the Kinchi Chije and I loved it. I loved the appetizers and it was refillable. The crew was nice and they answered my questions politely. They act fast and respond fast. The ambiance was nice. I loved it. And I would DEFINITELY go back for more. ❤
Went here because the place where we were supposed to go is closed already. The place is nice and organized. The servers were nice. We ordered their samgyupsal and kimbap and it was goods specially the latter one. The side dishes were not refillable tho (the server said so).

Kinain na ng sistema. Hahaha kidding aside, so we only ended up here because O Ga Ne was full.
Honestly, the place was more vibrant and relatively friendlier than O Ga Ne pero nagtaka kami bakit mas konti tao. Its quite new pala when we visited. So ayun.
Any Korean Resto enthusiast would know that they usually offer the same menu and the difference lie in the taste so let me tell you, it wont hurt your expectations. So go try the place, now!

I loved this place! I went solo my first time here and they were very courteous and nice! I ordered samgyupsal and I was given three strips of liempo-like strips of pork belly. It was good enough for me!
I also ordered their Kimchi Fried Rice and although I think Leann's is better, the serving was a lot and it had lots of cheese on top! Good for sharing amongst 2-3 people.
Although everything was ala carte, the banchan was unlimited!! I was so happy to hear them say that it was unli since I've never experienced unli banchan at a place that served only ala carte meat! I love eomuk so I really chowed down a lot of it.
Although it would've been better to go for unli at other places, I think what won me over is the simplicity of the place, the good customer service, and unli banchan!
If you want to eat kbbq in a quiet place, without the usual crowded places like Leann's and Samgyupsalamat, and you're okay spending a little bit more, then this is the place to be! I think it's in this place where you can really talk to friends at a normal volume because I always have to shout at other places because it's very crowded.
Would definitely come back if I'm going by myself. My friends prefer quantity eh hehe
Each Korean restaurant has a signature going- free appetizers. Despite me being a solo diner and only ordered two dishes, they gave me 8 diverse plates of appetizers. My favorites include spicy Kimchi, caramelized baby potatoes and their fresh beansprouts.
Bibimbap is my favorite Korean bowl and they serve this in a large steel frame. I got the grilled chicken variety (pork and beef also available). It was sweet, juicy and generously portioned. It would have been super if the egg was runny.
I am a big fan of eggs and got more. Silla's Egg Jijim was amazing- flavorful and fluffy all throughout. The streaks of sweet Kani made it even more interesting. For less than Php 200, this one was a steal.

Great hole-in-the wall for those craving for good Korean food without the crowd. Price is kida steep at first glance, but serving size is worth it. Side dishes can be refilled, and their meat is fresh and delectable. Def worth returning to!
Perfect place when you want to have an authentic korean experience. Located near the Rotonda of Tomas Morato, the place is very accesible. The owner is friendly and accomodating and the servers are polite. 👍🏻😊
My favorite korean resto in the metro. Even if the resto is kinda old, i still love to eat here. My favorite food are: kimchi chige, bibimbap, chicken bulgogi, beef kalbi and fried dumpling. Then avail the free kimchi with refill and cold tea. Whenever i crave for korean food, i always come here.

I was not really expecting that this restaurant serves delicious and authentic Korean dishes. They offer a lot of dishes. You should try their bibimbap which was very tasty! I totally recommend this place if you crave for korean food. The location is very accessible.
