I love this place! Been coming back here with my friends. We usually go here for our nightcap. Its the most happening place in QC now. Their black pizza is a must and their desserts are to die for. Ambiance is good and the staff are all courteous and accomodating. I definitely recommend this to everyone. Kudos to the whole High Grounds Cafe team!

Kaso walang bidet yung cr ng lalake and yung tissue yung nadudurog sa pwet na parang white na libag :( May date pa sana ko after pero I had to cancel kasi umuwi ako para maghugas ng pwet ng maayos. Nagalit nga e ahahahhaha. Pero seryoso, ang sarap nung salted egg carbonara. Sobrang attentive pa ng staff nila. Nasilip ko din yung kitchen nila. Ang linis! You can tell na pinagisipang mabuti itong place na to. Wala ding problema ang parking which is rare these days. Will definitely be back to try other dishes! Magdadala na lang siguro ako ng wet wipes, bottled water, and safeguard :)
I have been to a lot of cafes in the metro and abroad but for me nothing compares to HG. Its my home away from home. I love the place, the ambience, the food, the coffee, the staff and especially the free internet. Aside from that its 24hrs, a great place to sit back and relax with friends.
I am actually sitting here while creating this review. 5 stars to the staff's service and food and most specially! the superb WIFI speed!! 150mbps TOPS! 150GB worth of data download for only 4 hours. Oh man, I am definitely coming back here!..
The only cons is, the time limit of 2 hours per 150php worth of purchase. Although, I understand that its business. At least, give us an option. Example is to opt for 2 hours free then we have the option to extend the time. It's a little hassle to look out for the time while in the middle of the game. I was playing DOTA 2 when I suddenly got disconnected from the game then I realized I need to re-log in again for the new 2 hours.
Still, i'm having a wonderful experience here! Props!

The place is cozy and it's very clean, staffs are always maintaning the place also the kitchen is well taken care of. For us this is the best tapa we had. Though it took a while before our food arrived even though there are only few customers. The other food are okay. But I commend how maintained the place is.
Had a late night eat out at this resto along Morato. 24 hr place, has good ambiance and friendly staff. Servings are good for its price. And the truffle cake is flavorful. Also loved their home blend iced teas. 😊❤

Gyoza: Tastes light - which I like, and (for the lack of word lol) juicy. It’s not dry and bland.
Chicken tenders: Chicken is a bit dry and lacks flavor. Quite overpriced. Chips are not crispy and stale.
Food: Ordered chicken parm. Tasted good but too pricey compared to other joints. Generous servings though, it was good for 2 people.
Crew: slow service. Took 35mins+ to get order. Polite and nice..
Place: warm ambiance. Good lighting and nice interiors. Can accommodate large groups.
I love everything about this resto! At first I thought the food is a bit pricey. But when we got served our orders, I realized it is just the right price. A bowl of pasta is for 2-3 people. Sad to say, we forgot to try their pizza. But I'm definitely down to visit for the second time when I'm not busy. Thank you! :)
Great food and big serving! I ordered the Jerk Chicken and it was great! The Cajun is also recommended. Beside the restaurant is a computer shop which is open for 24 hours. The resturant area is also open for 24 hours but ordering of food closes at around 1am. For parking there is a parking space in front of the restaurant across the street which accommodates many cars.
Went here for lunch + coffee + cake and catch-up with my friend. This was the first cafe that we found open on Nov 2, after checking 3 other cafes which were all closed. Prices are really expensive but yeah, you get the class that you paid for, it was really nice & fancy. Everything we ordered is delicious but what I dislike is the Cajun Pork Belly which is hard and chewy, and the knife that comes with it is a bread knife which makes it all difficult to cut! 🤦Staff were sometimes attentive and sometimes not, but they are polite. I always ask for water since they don't really have the initiative to refill.
I loved this place right away the first time I ate here for breakfast. They have an ample number of choices for breakfast, ranging from pancakes and French toasts to silog dishes. I liked their coffee too because it’s not the acidic type. Another thing to like here is their cozy atmosphere in the morning especially because of the high ceiling and comfy seats they have. Their prices are a little high but they have big servings so it’s still worth it. Definitely coming back again next time.

High Grounds Cafe is my favorite go-to place whenever I want to play online games while with my friends. . TheNet.com (TNC) partnered with Acer Predator to have the country's first-ever Esports arena, High Grounds Cafe. The cafe is open for 24 hours (though, there are times that I experienced that they only accept food orders until 3am). It's quite obvious that I play here until dawn. Lol.
Was expecting that since they are open 24hrs, same goes for their menu. I was kinda disappointed because i was craving for their pasta but it was unavailable early morning. Since we were already seated and starving, we just tried the breakfast menu. It was a bit pricey but worth it. The serving was good and the beef was tender. Glad that i tried something new from the menu. We’ll definitely come back!
The food here is great! Everything we ordered were delicious. I will definitely go back to order more dishes and maybe try their internet cafe.
The ambiance was okay, it was a bit cozy. They began having a lot of customers in the afternoon and so it became noisy.
If there are things to be improved, i'd say it would be the serving time. It took quite a while before the food got to our table.

My go to hang out place for Coffee, Food and PC gaming all in one place. best service every time I visit this place never disappoints. the crew are always alert and attends to every request. you can stay here for a very long time because they have Super comfortable sofas and chairs. plus they have a vacant lot for parking and valet too.
My friend and I went here after dinner so we werent able to try their foods, especially their cakes! Sayang.
I ordered the house blend strawberry iced tea and my friend had the Hazelnut Brittle Cafe Latte.
The Strawberry Iced Tea was good, but it was too sweet for my taste. You can taste the artificial flavoring or siguro sa sugar lang but for the price, wag na magexpect masyado. Pero you can really taste the tea so okay naman siya. Nagustuhan ko parin, maybe next time i can request for less sweet? (Milk tea lang? Lol)
As for the latte, it was too sweet as well but it tasted good din naman. Flavor was there and you can really tell that the coffee beans used were of good quality. Super bango! Although my friend complained that her coffee was not “hot enough”.
Service was okay, but the bill took some time to get to us.

Please use metal, glass or wooden straws. Would cost more, but it’s more sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.
I was surprised to know how big this place considering its location. They also have parking right across the place. Service was a bit slow though. I like their americano - bold and strong flavor. Hot chocolate was not great. The Belgian truffle cake was good.
One of the best pancakes, comparable to 5-star hotel. I will be back to try the other breakfast fare. Service at the bar area was good, the bar very clean so was the restroom. Overall. I enjoyed my breakfast
I am easy to please. I can easily give a 5 if I did not experience anything bad. I definitely liked the place, we were there just after the sunrise and it felt like we rented the whole place. Got lucky, I guess. The music is good. The place is so chill. We ordered something familiar but did disappoint. The best thing is that they're 24 hours! Overall, it was a nice experience.
Same price as starbucks but the food and drinks tastes waaay better. The place looks classy, clean and spacious.

I love the place. Our go-to food order here would be the 4 cheese pizza, the pasta bolognese, the nachos (which by the way, very cheesy and taste really really good!) and lastly for dessert the velvet crinkles 👏🏼

HG's my go-to place around Tomas Morato with my friends. Got to discover this last year. The place is a heaven to look at.
I've developed a fondness to their mini burgers. Got this one in the pic for take out. These are real deal. Juicy and meaty and crunchy. Prepare to get your hands dirty with the oozing delish oils. There are 2 sauces to this: a mayo and a sour one. I'll ask what they're called next time :)
A bit pricey but food is good. I suggest if you'll order pasta, go with the platter as it can serve many people than the single one. Their rice meals are spontaneous plus there's an internet hub inside the place. Place is cool. We'll definitely comeback
Their chicken parmigiana was just okay. Iced latte was strong but I liked it. They offer wifi for free when you dine there. However, it only lasts for an hour or two if I remember correctly.
Dropped by this cafe for some drinks after dinner. I tried their Pistachio Milkshake. Consistency is not too thick. You can also easily taste the pistachio. However, the only thing I didn't like was the bitter taste in the end. Nonethless, I enjoyed the drink. The staff was friendly and accomodating.
Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, or just desserts — High Grounds has everything!
Not to mention they offer free wifi (no minimum), compare to a nearby Cafe which demands a minimum transaction of 250 pesos for a 2 hour wifi connection.
High Grounds has electric outlet too, so if you’re looking for a place to just go over with your work, they’re perfect!
As for the food, I love their Truffle cake as it was not too sweet. Their frappe was okay, it was pricey, nothing fancy. Their hot coffee was pretty good.
Verdict: I’d probably come back to try their breakfast or lunch meals. The place is great for catching up with friends, and or even just studying.
Been to HighGrounds Cafe twice and their food are great. They are a bit pricey but the servings are huge. I tried their Truffle Cake and I didn't like it. Their blueberry is a must try as well as their nachos and pasta.

Great place and stunning interior. It was a lot fancier than I expected. Very spacious. They should add greenery in the outdoor section so that it would feel more fresh and less like a bar.
Ordered their Bacon, Ham, and Sausages Continental, Tapsilog, Cappucino, and Americano.
The continental breakfast was definitely a lot more than I expected, but it was very delicious. I got the ones with pancakes which were very fluffy, and their bacon was crunchy but not chewy. Their sausages were very delicious and I was surprised at that. The eggs were seasoned well and the ham was also a good addition. I also ordered a side of garlic rice, which I love very much. It was very aromatic and tasty. As for the tapsilog, delicious as well! The americano was great! It was sharp and clean, not acidic. The cappucino was a bit too milky though.
We also ordered their french toast, but I didn’t get to try it.
Over all, the food was very good. We were very full and our hunger were satisfied. The service was a bit slow though. Considering we were one of the few tables that they had, it took a while for them to serve our dishes. Especially the continental breakfast, however I also know that it will take some time because it’s such a big dish that you would have to cook each item individually.

Great for people looking for a place to work or play in the Tomas Morato area. It is open 24/7, and Internet is fast. The food is also good. Had a chance to eat here with friends, and we were happy with their group packages. However at night, some food items or drinks might already be out of stock. That is something I encountered more than once, but I am forgiving of such things. Not all customers might be though.

Great food for the price, friendly staff and great for meetings because they have fast wifi. Ordered the catfish salad, banana cake, and salpicao. All were good for the price. Solid for an after work chill with friends.
Food: The food was great. I loved their wings and pork sisig. Their coffee wasn't that bad either. Most of their menu would be the normal Filipino food taken one step higher to meet the standard of Tomas Morato.
Ambiance: It looks beautiful enough to attract customers who are looking for a place to hang out and study. The more surprising thing is when you look inside there is a high end gaming area where tournaments are usually held. As a gamer myself, I really love the place
Price: Unfortunately the price is way too high even though the food quality is high, sisig cannot cost 340 pesos unless it's made of wagyu. It's the same story for most things on the menu. This would be the same price point as a place like BGC and I go to Tomas morato to have an affordable quality meal.
this place is everything. you can hangout. you can eat good food. you can bring your team for some brainstorming. wifi is good. you can pay for wifi or get a meal and get a few hours free wifi. you can bring kids for some gaming action. and of course this place would be for serious gamers too :) the concept of this place is amazing.
Good place to hangout. It was chill and the food was nice and affordable. Internet was also fast and good when you're doing research or playing games. Only thing I didn't like was there was a time limit for using their wifi. Most cafes lets you use theirs without a limit. The interior design and overall ambience was also really nice.

Great place. Ambiance is really nice and comfy. They have a lot of parking space so this is a plus! Love the soups. We tried the pumpkin soup and french onion soup and I can say that they’re one of the best resto to offer these if you’re into soups. Only thing thing that Can be improve is the consistency of the pumpkin soup - if they can make it thicker, this will be perfect. Nevertheless, the taste is really good! Food is also good. We ordered high ground burger, peri peri chicken, grilled bbq chicken, and catfish salad.
Their cakes are awesome too! Not too sweet! We tried the truffle chocolate cake and salted caramel cheesecake.

Other than their coffee drinks, try the CountryStyle Fried Chicken. Crispy and delicious! worth every piso. It’s good for sharing but I think you’d opt for solo food gaming.
Very spacious with pretty good food (I cook too so I’m very particular about the dishes I eat). The ambience is what I really like about the place, though. Already planning to go back soon. :)

Prior to this I've only tried their coffee. First time I ordered a dish today, tried their Peri-peri chicken. With no plans of making a review I immediately took a spoonful of the chicken dish, complete with jalapeño aioli, mango salsa, and dirty rice, and was BLOWN AWAY. This place knows how to do Peri-peri chicken, dare I say much better than some of the Peri-peri chains around town. Great cook on the meat - the breast as succulent as the redmeat, no flaky overdone areas, just straight up juicy. Flavors are on point - good char flavors on the skin, savoury marinate sinks deep even in the white meat. That elevated with the creamy-spicy aioli, balanced with the sweet-tangy salsa, and overall carried by the earthy flavors of the dirty rice. Perfect spoonful. It will be hard not to order this again next time. Praise to High Grounds Cafe, this is really good food 👌🏽
Went here to work with my friend and came with zero expectations! Ordered the peri-peri chicken and iced cafe mocha and they both exceeded my expectations! The food came after 18mins which is quite long but the taste made up for it and I could tell that it was freshly made! The serving of the chicken was big as well! I wasn’t expecting them to have big servings! Definitely worth your money! PLUSSS THE AMBIANCE IS A++++

This place has a very homey feel. Aside from their great and affordable pizzas, they have some drinks that are good to try. Very fast internet for the gamers and the students who would want to be productive on their theses, school projects or papers, even basically just studying or exam. This is a good to-go place.

Had an early errand this morning and on my way back I was thinking about breakfast when I spotted this cafe. Parking was easy as they have their own parking area. Though I could imagine it could getting crowded at later times of the day. The place was huge with both indoor and outdoor sitting areas with high ceiling and an interesting piece of chandelier. Indoor area was spacious with ample spaces in between tables with really comfy couches and seats. It has a really laidback ambiance. Looking at their menu they offer various dishes ranging from breakfast to dinner including snacks for those who prefer drinking alcoholic beverages rather than their coffee drinks catering to people with different needs. This morning, the place was almost empty with few diners. I ordered their bacon and cheese omelette which comes with a modest serving of salad and a choice between rice and toasted bread. I had the toasted bread. My order was delectable, pleasing to the eye, served hot and had a generous serving definitely filling. For coffee, I ordered their cafe mocha which was ok. The servers were polite as well. It’s a good hangout place worth a try.

My go to coffee place. Some of the crew were attentive enough to check whenever we needed to ask something. All the food I've tasted were tasty. One of my favorite is their Salted Egg and Korean Style chicken wings
Very spacious 24-hour cafe with great ambience and fast WiFi. Food is ok. Menu has a lot of options. Salted egg pasta and 4-cheese pizza are yummy. Salted caramel coffee is also ok. There are many attendants in this place, however, service can be inconsistent. Some waiters are really attentive and friendly while some look really tired already (maybe due to long shifts?). There is a smoking area outside, so for nonsmokers, best to sit farthest from the main door, especially when there are a lot of customers going in and out.
