Ambience: comfortable (walang masyadong tao despite it being dinner time when we came)
I've tried:
(2019-05-09) Crispy liempo - saktong rice serving topped with crunchy garlic, malasado by default fried egg, liempo cut into thin crispy slices, small glass of iced tea. Medyo matabang ang liempo, best partnered with suka. Iced tea was just okay [4/5]
Always ordered their pancit habhab and i normally don't like pancit habhab but i enjoyed theirs!! It's just the right amount of salty and sour. The place is also quiet and is a good place to hang out and chill. Stayed here for almost 2-3 hours once. Also a good place to study or work.
I usually order the pumpkin soup here, i like the taste of it. The Dona Aurora Meatball tomato based pasta is ok aswell. I like the meatball sbut im not really into sweet pasta. Although i finished it. All in all the food and service is good :)
Two thumbs up for their beef caldereta :)
Another place in Maginhawa where you can tambay alone and nobody would even care. There's wifi, strong barako coffee, decent cakes and airconditioning.
Spicy Chicken with free iced tea is what we also come here for plus the maruya. The cafe basically serves Quezon province specialties like pancit habhab and lucban longganisa.
We enjoyed having dinner at this restaurant. Prices are affordable and their servings are big. The waitresses are helpful and knowledgeable of their dishes.
We ordered and liked tortang macao, dona aurora meatballs, chicken caesar salad, pancit habhab, longanisa sausage sampler, caramel pilipit and dinuldol.
Their salmon steak was so thin though. Bitin.
Delicious cake and pasta. But their iced tea is a no no for me. Too many ice and it taste like water. We shouldn't updgraded it to large size.

So we we're scouting Maginhawa for our next new foodscapade. We came by this cafe and saw it had a homey feel to it. The place in general had a cozy ambiance to it. The cafe have enough tables to sit I think a max of 30 people. I was with a friend, and we got there around 8:30 PM. There were 2 servers, and 4 tables were occupied. The servers we're not that attentive, and not that accommodating. After listing down our orders though, the service was pretty fast.
Since we already had dinner and what we really wanted to have was coffee and pastries, we got a slice of Mango Cake, paired with Pandan Iced Tea and a sliced of Nutella Cheesecake, with brewed coffee. The cakes were superb! I absolutely enjoyed it! They weren't too sweet nor were they bland. It had the right amount of sweetness to it that brought out the taste of each ingredient. By the way, they have this promo that if you get a slice of cake with brewed coffee you get your coffee half the price! It was a sure win deal!
I suggest coming by here for a cake and coffee, and they also have unique iced tea mixes. The only downside to this fine place is that they don't have chairs or tables outside for smokers, but everything else was perfect.

Great place! I always go here whenever I want to relax and listen to good music. Loved their Shrimp Red Carbonara!
i love going to this place because i really love their crispy tapa, spicy chicken and their pinilipit.. i always crave for them..
I hardly notice this place because it's small. I just went here because of a review made on this place on the internet.
When my friend and I went there, the place was packed with customers. Much as I want to stay there and try their dishes, I just opted to order to go...for dessert.
They have many native delicacies available but I chose to try their Espresso Cheesecake. I love cheesecakes so much.
The Espresso flavor was very evident that I could not taste the cream cheese that much. It was okay. It's not sweet just the way cheesecakes should be. However, I noticed that the slice was really small for 80 pesos. I know a place near our house serves different types of cheesecakes that are much better than this.
Maybe next time I visit, I should try their meals and native delicacies. Maybe these really are their specialties.
