I was hesitant to buy a birthday cake for my niece. That it may only look appetizing but may taste like ordinary cake, yes i was wrong. This is a cake good for everyone!

We love their cake cus it is not so sweet. The flavor can be blueberry or strawberry, but we get the blueberry one. it is good for seniors who cant eat sweets as much. Now, they got the halloween themed cake. You can customize the design of the cake.
Happened to pass by Formosa Bakeshop after dinner so I bought some breads - got myself a French Parmesan, Hotdog Mahu and Snow White.
Snow white is ❤. The strawberries are fresh and blends well with the white chiffon. I will definitely go back for more pastry delights.
When you pass by Formosa, you'd instantly notice the aroma of the breads they have. They have a variety of pastries on display. We often go there by around 8pm and avail of the 30% discount (on most items but not all).
I love Formosa Bakery - let me count the ways:
1. They have a huge discounted bread selection post 9pm. When I don't have breakfast food the next day, I typically drop by and grab some hotdog bread / pork floss bread to go
2. They have super yummy cakes!!! Taiwan cakes are beautiful (see the cake I bought today for my grandma's birthday), with beautiful packaging. I also find that the cakes are not so sweet and are chock-full of fruits - perfect for older folks. Personal tip: get the ones with blueberry filling! Also, if you like a particular design but think the fruits on that cake seem a bit old, you can have those fruits exchanged
3. Their staff's super nice. Plus, they honor the senior citizen discount - which is nice!

Cute cake af. Period. Icing and the inside part of the cake perfectly blends together creating such a tasting flavor. I wonder why it has a low rating.
One of the best bakeshop along Banawe. The variety was extensive and you just want to grab all of their breads. I wish they had a space for dine-in so i have more reason to stay in the bakeshop... Sip a coffee and eat bread while thinking about my next purchase.
Breeeeeeeaaaaaaaddddddddddddd oh my breeeeeaaaaaad i want to eat them all! Try the cheese tart! So yum! Watch out for their bread sale every 9:30 in the evening! 30% not bad.. Good bread find!
Breads in this place is quite good. Their odd selection of different breads certainly make it possible for you to have a different one everyday. I usually purchase their pork floss bread is a bit more moist compared to breadtalk. Their raisin loaf is also one of my favorites. I would however advise against purchasing very early in the day simply because they provide around 25 or 30% discounts for bread at 8:00-8:30pm i think. (Will have to update again on discount percentage and time)
I bought my mom her birthday cake in Formosa because they have nice tasting (and looking) cakes! They have one topped with different fruits and my mom really liked it, not that sweet also. Very affordable! They also have breads, lots of breads.
