Had dinner with my Italian friend/colleague here and we both loved the food. I highly recommend the goat cheese salad. We had paella as main paired with sangria. It was perfect. My friend loved the place. She said “this is a good restaurant” - which is saying a lot coming from a foodie Milanese.

Ambiance in Eastwood is great. You’ll really chilling and eating at the same time. Plus, service is also excellent. Their Paella Negra matches well with their Sangria.
The Callos is a must try! From the first time I tried it until now, a Barcino visit will always have Callos. Soft, flavourful, think sauce. Yummy indeed!
Barcino is a great place to wine and dine. We used our 1+1 promo from zomato. The gambas al ajillo was definitely great with alot of garlic! Paella de chorizo tastes good as well. The chopitos are fried baby squid which are great bites. We didnt like the torreznos or the crispy pork belly because it has more fats that expected. We also got the white and red sangria which tastes fine.

Had paella and gambas de alilio. We used zomato gold so we only paid for the paella. The gambas was amazing and garlicky. A bit pricy for 5 pcs of shrimp i think about 800+ peso. Service was a bit slow, had to ask water for like 4 times. Though it was a very busy thursday.
Good food, good wine, and good atmosphere. Dishes are a bit pricey and take some time to arrive at the table but they taste excellent.
You can't go wrong with their paella; so far I've tried their rich Paella Negra, and the Paella a la Gallega, a tasty traditional take on the dish consisting of mixed octopus, squid, and veggies. Other must-orders are the garlicky Gambas al Ajillo and the very tender Lengua in red wine sauce. For the kids-at-heart like me, I also recommend the Patatas Bravas, which are basically fried, cubed potatoes topped with cheese with a little bit of spice. Not really a fan of their desserts though - both their Churros and Crema Catalana were just okay.

Love this place! The ambience is really sophisticated but feels cozy at the same time.
Staff are very friendly and provides fast service.
As for the food, don’t miss their paella negra. I think it’s their best seller. Their calamari is really good and was quite surprised with the lemon caramel dip that goes well with the squid ring. One of their new dishes is the torreznos which is deep fried pork belly. It was well done to a crisp on the outside and will surprise you with the tenderness of the meat inside!

Back after some months, with my girl friends and this place still is a delight. Came around the time they opened but the staff was very friendly and led me to our reserved table. As for the food, it never disappoints. We had another variant of their paella which was equally good, the patatas bravas and the croquettes are a staple. This time we tried their puff pastry— canutillos rellenos de crema. Was really good, tasty but not too sweet. We have already decided that this will definitely be our go-to place for our catch-up dates.
Best Barcino branch I’ve been to. The place is small and gives it a cozy ambience. They also have a private room perfect for small parties. Food was good as always!
We ordered four dishes and since two of us have Zomato Gold, we got 2 dishes for free. Food tastes great as always. We will definitely come back.
As expected, the food in Barcino was really so good, the presentation excellent, and our orders came out in time.
The branch in Eastwood is new and the interior design very classy.
The lady who attended to us was very graceful, pleasant and cheerful. More importantly, she knew the rules of the Zomato Gold promo very well which she explained patiently to us and even made suggestions on what to order.
The rating would have been a 5 for a great dining experience had it not been for the bad elevator service of the building - there was only one unit going down to the basement parking after traveling all the way from the top floor (47th I think), and the guard said there was no stairwell between the lobby and the basement. What happens in case of fire or earthquake?
We ordered manchego cheese, paella con chorizo y pollo, gambas, callos and a bottle of wine. Definitely too much for 2.
Our waiter recommended a bottle of wine i thoroughly enjoyed drinking. Definitely took note for future reference.

Overall, the price of the food is just right if you compare it quality. Ambiance is just about right to hang out with friends and a have a great chit chat!

The staff was really pleasant and accomodating. The server who took care of us knew the menu offerings, was glad to answer all our inquiries. Not the best Spanish food I've tasted, but it was good. We especially enjoyed the chorizo and cheese platter - that was gone in an instant! Would have preferred more soccarat in the paella, but it was balanced in flavor nonetheless. Could have had a bit more surf and turf I think.

We got to sample the Menu Catalan party package which includes delectable dishes such as:
Croquetas Pollos y Jamon – Their own take of the famous potato recipe that has Chicken and Serrano ham. It’s good with or without dipping into the mayo dip on the side.
Tortillas de Patatas – Spanish omelette with potatoes and onions. Typical omelette in my opinion but works good with any choice of wine from their selection.
Ensalada Catalana – Mixed greens topped with tomatoes, carrots, onions, and boiled egg and then drenched in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and fuet extra. Didn’t know salad can be a good match to any wine as I don’t usually eat this while drinking.
Pollo Al Ajillo – Chicken sautéed with garlic, potatoes, and white wine sauce. Chicken was actually tender and flavorful. This dish will surely you entice you to pair it with rice or with the paella.
Paella Mixta – Pallea rice mixed with seafood, some meat and veggies. Not really a big fan of Paella as I find it a bit odd, but I kinda like this one. Generous serving of seafood and meat here. Sulit for its price!
We also got to sample one of the Party Trays which is the Salpicao Tenderloin. The beef was so juicy, and the garlicky flavor was strong which I really like with salpicao. There’s also some hint of sweetness along with the garlic flavor and it’s a winner for me! You can have the party tray that’s good for 10 pax at PHP 6,200, and PHP 8,990 for 15 pax.
We aso tried the Spaguettis a la Carbonara which is rich and creamy.
Food has been exceptionally good especially the Salpicao Tenderloin, and Pollo Al Ajillo. Would totally recommend these dishes or the party packages on your next house party!

You can’t say no to tapas and wine! Their seafood paella is a must! The city we live in has tons of restos so when you go out on the weekend you want to try a lot of different places, right? Well, this is a place I would go on to again and again. The staff were cool as well.
With the holiday season fast approaching, some people may not have the luxury of cooking their own meal due to their busy schedule. It is a clever idea at times to order a party package as this will definitely save you some time in doing all the groceries during the holiday rush. Barcino which was derived from a Latin word ‘Barcelona’ to which is a capital of Catalan community in Spain. This place in Eastwood City, Libis is relatively new. The vibe is really cozy and warm. There’s rustic feel in it yet very modern. I also like that there’s natural light coming in.

Compared to other branches of Barcino, the branch here in Eastwood is bigger and it feels like you're in a big wine cellar because of the brick wall design, several wine racks, and wine cabinets inside the restaurant.
We were served the following dishes from the Menu Catalan package which includes:
Croquetas Pollo y Jamon - (for me) it is recommended to dip it with the mayo dip.
Tortilla de Patatas - Spanish omelette with potatoes and onions. It was so soft. I like it especially when it's hot.
Ensalada Catalana - mixed green salad and veggies with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fuet extra. It was fresh and light
Pollo Al Ajillo - tender chicken sauteed in garlic and white wine sauce giving a garlicky taste that's just right. One of my favorites.
Paella Mixta - Paella rice mixed with seafood, meat and veggies. I think they can add more toppings on this one. The taste didn't disappoint.
The package is good for 10 pax (P7,000.00) to 15 pax (P8,900.00). Party trays are also available for customization, from Paellas, Tapas, Carnes to Postres (good for 10 pax or 15 pax as well).
We also got to try their:
Spaguettis A La Carbonara (P420.00) - it's the creamy type of Carbonara, which uses Bechamel sauce topped with Parmesan cheese. No more explanation needed, I love this one.
Salpicao Tenderloin - Pan seared cubed beef with garlic in olive oil and worcestershire sauce, topped with local seasoning. I love how the sauce/flavor was absorbed by the meat. The meat has the right tenderness though I think they can make it more tender.
Overall experience is satisfactory. Service can be improved, and can be faster.

This is one of the most sulit party packages considering the reasonable price without compromising the taste of the dishes. I liked their paella which was very true to its Spanish taste. The Pollo Al Ajillo was also delicous, chicken was tender and tasty with garlicky flavor. Aside from this, they also served us their Beef Salpicao with mash potatoes and sauteed veggies. The beef was cooked medium rare which became juicy and tender. It went well with the soft mash potatoes.
This branch of Barcino just recently opened last July. The ambiance is sophisticated, perfect for intimate dates. Wine displays are present as part of their interior design. Wall paintings and small details has Spanish touch as if you travelled in Spain. 💃🏼

I got an invite from a co-foodie for a foodie meet up here. The place is very classy, a bit dim with warm lights, wooden and glass furnitures. Barcino is not only known for their Spanish dishes but they also have a wide variety of wines.
Barcino served us one of their Party Package. We sampled the 'Menu Catalan' which includes the following:

I went ecstatic when I heard that Barcino opened a branch Eastwood!
Barcino's location is perfect for friends and family to unwind. It is by the entrance of Eastwood City--not too close to the mall where it is always crowded and not too far to discourage a visit. Although it was full on a Friday night (mostly with young office people), the place maintained a relaxing atmosphere.
As usual, my friends and I enjoyed our Chorizo & Cheese Platter coupled with a 700-peso bottle of Spanish wine. Excellent experience (as usual)!
