One of the best inasal and kbl, a true and authentic taste of bacolod! :)
The best chicken Inasal in metro manila ..One should not miss..! :)
Simply a must try & braving the traffic for!
BEST CHICKEN INASAL. Amazing food, terrible service and hygiene. Hands down the best chicken in Manila, very very cheap as well. Sate rice is good but already cold when served.
Waiters are severely understaffed, hence leading to bad service. The notorious "wait lang" waitress strikes again. Good thing the male waiters are slightly better.
Lots of flies with no fly zapper. Waiters leaving dirty tables dirty until a new customer sits.
To the owner: please train your staff, pay them better (increase the price if needed) and add manpower.
The Inasal is good and cheap. However, please order the Isol (Chicken Tail)! It's my first time to try this and I can say it's more flavourful than the Paa and Pecho Inasal. We also ordered Tuna Panga cooked "inihaw" w/c is priced at 85 PhP/100 g. It was cooked perfectly, juicy and not dry. Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu.
Tip: Go early for dinner at around 6 pm as street parking is limited.
Well been passing by here and its. Always full. Or hard to find a parking. Well today we had a change to try this branch. We had tried their maginhawa branch years ago but its closed down already. We ordered petso, garlic rice and lapaz batchoy well. Food tasted good, theirs no bloody spot in the chicken plus the. Lapaz tasted good, we'll be back soon, love their vinegar. Service is ok. Place ia abit untidy but there no insects flying around.
Food was really great, the chicken was good, pakbet, and even the barbecue!! If only for the food, they really deserve the 5 stars.
Edited my rating. Went back and service improved significantly. Hope they can keep this up.

Ate here today with my family. Supper saraaappp!!!! Sulit ang price...mura....oki ang service...ang sarap ng inasal at pork BBQ!!! ANG laki ng isol.
Our go-to place in Tomas area for affordable, sulit, but very good comfort food. My family’s favorites:
- Pork Bbq (dabest, unlike normal bbqs, theirs doesn’t have fat) (65 php/ 2 sticks)
- Chicken Inasal (100 php/pc): generous serving
- Kansi (250 php)
- Sisig (175 php)
Rice is a MUST for pairing with these dishes 😀
The place is almost always packed but flow and service are fast-moving so the waiting time is short 😀
Very affordable and highly recommended chicken place. Will try their sisig next time!
The staff are very accommodating and they know how to run the place especially if there are a lot of people.
Their place is too small considering that they have a lot of customers coming in. Parking is also a problem but will definitely go back.
Our go-to place for some good and comforting food.
Very affordable and with a great selection of Filipino food. This has been my family's go to place for several years now. The best chicken inasal in town!
Quezon City is faraway from where we live and we seldom go there because of how heavy the traffic is going to and fro. However, Quezon City is also home to numerous food finds that are only available there. If you noticed, a lot of our recent EATSperiences were from Quezon City and yes, even though it’s far from where we live, there are still some restaurants that are worth the heavy traffic and travel time. In this edition of EATSplorations, I, Mr. Eats, will be sharing about an eatery that I have seen so much on social media because of their Chicken Inasal. In case it’s your first time to hear about Chicken Inasal, it’s a famous grilled chicken dish from the Visayas especially in Iloilo and Bacolod. It’s very tasty and satisfying especially when eaten with lots of chicken oil and condiments like soy sauce, chili, and calamansi. Join me as I share with you my recent Quezon City EATS, Inasal Food Trip at Bacolod Chicken Parilla! Kaon ta!
If we want to eat Bacolod Chicken, we always drive to Timog area to go to Parilla even there are restaurants which serve Bacolod Chicken style in Banawe and that’s how the taste of their chicken differ from the restaurants in our area because even we’re always lazy to drive, we will brave the traffic in Quezon Ave just to make our tummies happy. Recommendations: Pecho, Pork Liempo, Garlic Rice and Kansi Soup.
The place was not easy to find but was worth the detours. 😊
The crew wore genuine smiles on their faces that made us more excited to eat.
Food price was just fine for its taste. The liempo was my fav. We also had inihaw na tuna panga and kansi.
I didnt find anything that stood out for me to come back.

Also a regular at this place. Been a customer since they first opened. I just love the marinade they use, how simple and focused their menu is and of course how consistently well-executed their chicken inasal is! Did I mention they serve ice-cold beers?
Because I’m such a chicken eater, I really love restos with chicken specialty. My hubby saw this inasal-an in FB group ( Let’s Eat Pare ). Without any second thoughts, we tried it. Oh em gee! Their chicken was divine! Its very close to Bacolod’s authentic chicken inasal. So happy we found this place. The chicken was very juicy and yummy! 😋 You can also order their kansi soup (Bacolod’s version of Bulalo with Batuan - sour-y taste) for only 20 pesos. Garlic rice is the perfect partner for their inasal. And because we loved their food, its our 2nd time today that we visited their place in just one week. ❤️

It is rare for a group of ten coworkers to instantly agree on where to have lunch but mention Bacolod Chicken Parilla and you will find us simultaneously leaving our desks to go to what seems to be our favorite chicken inasal place. The chicken inasal, a Bacolod specialty dish, is a type of roasted chicken which is marinated in lime juice, pepper, annato (called achuete in the Philippines) and vinegar, grilled over hot coals while being further basted with the marinade. It is often served with garlic fried rice and a dipping sauce called sinamak (which is made of palm vinegar infused with garlic, chili peppers and ginger. The most common serving variations of inasal are the paa (leg and thigh), pecho (breast and wing) and pakpak (three pieces of wings).
Went here on a Friday night and the place was jam packed and the queue was too long. Good thing we only needed two seats so they were able to sit us immediately. Ordered the typical chicken bacolod with garlic rice and was surprised when I saw the size of our chickens. Not bad for the price! Very flavorful with chicken oil on top of the rice, yum!
Anyway, only downside is the service. They don't have a waiting list so I don't know how it works if you're waiting as a group. It's still a must-try and we will definitely be back for other dishes.

The chicken meal especially the isol and liver is very good, but just a note, there is no home delivery, just for pick up.
We also ate in the place, it's a bit small but it's good.
The best chicken inasal in town! After trying out all the others, Bacolod Parilla beats them all. Chicken is incredibly tasty and tender juicy, and prices are so reasonable.
Went here for a family dinner and ordered Inasal (pecho, paa & baticolon), pork sisig & blueberry cheesecake. For Inasal I like the baticolon but for the chicken compared to the more well known food chain of Inasal the meat is a little bit dry and the taste more bland. Though I like the serving size of the chicken not too big and not that small. For the blueberry cheesecake my daughters tasted it and they say it's just so-so. The pork sisig is another thing because we all loved it. Service is not consistent. We approached a male staff to ask for a table and we were dismissed as if we were not customers. Then again after we found a table by ourselves we called the attention of another male staff for the menu and he said he will come back but apparently did not. Good thing when we called the attention of a female staff we were given the service that we were expecting. We would like to try some of the other items on their menu so definitely we will be back.
Best chicken inasal I had. Prices are cheap. Liempo is also very good. It may take it some time for the chicken to be served, as they cook it only once you order it. Best eaten with beer hehe
Just like Mang Inasal (before it was bought out by Jollibee and heavily exploited), but better! Service was really quick, too. All of our orders arrived in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely go back when I find myself in the area. 👍
Parilla has a simple interior and menu. This place can get busy, with parking hard to find; especially during the rush hours of lunch and dinner; even if they share a similar menu with the common inasal joint.
Service time is reasonable with good portion sizes. You can hardly go wrong with your...
If you have been to Bacolod and tried the authentic Chicken Inasal, then you should also try their inasal. It actually tastes that of from Bacolod. I ordered my favorite Pa-a and it was really good. Even the meat of the chicken tastes good! :) It is best paired up with their Garlic Rice and of course with Chicken Oil. We also ordered Laswa. It is a shrimp soup based with lots of vegetables thay includes kalabasa and okra to name a few. I haven't tasted the original one from Bacolod but my boyfriend told me, who was an Ilonggo, that their Laswa tasted exactly like that of Bacolod. We also ordered Grilled Chicken Liver and it was ok. However, what they need to improve on is their comfort room. I really want to pee that time but I was not able to because their CR has no lock. They should take time to fix it.
I love the tastes of their chicken. They also have chicken gizzards, heart and liver. However, they don't offer unlimited rice unlike other inasal fastfoods.
The best chicken inasal! Its located few blocks away from my place. They have smoking and non smoking area... its a nice place for inuman. they also serve the best cansi ive ever tasted. 👍 👍
Heard that the owner's a graduate of La Salle Bacolod? Their chicken inasal is legit, like it's freshly delivered from Bacolod City! Way tastier and juicier than other inasal joints!
Good food! Friendly servers. Though it's kinda hard to find but still it's worth it. I just hope they will have a bigger place to accommodate more people.
Homey place to eat inasal and good all grilled stuff!
Try the chicken inasal, baticolon and pakbet they taste just amazing! But pork stuff i tried here are not good - spareribs have mayo ( what?!) Liempo marinade taste weird - so stick with the classic chicken inasal and ull be all good! Service is good too ... just be early else it would be hard to look for parking. All in all good place to satisfy your chicken oil and inasal cravings ^_^
Try their nectar juices too its refreshing!
Price is reasonably affordable and portion is not too small. Food's authentic Bacolod taste! Gives grilled foods an added dimension. Best to dine in to eat the food hot from the grill! Love the chicken and liempo! Not so much the spareribs though!
Passed this restaurant several time and was a bit curious for its almost full, moreover its name got my attention being from bacolod myself..
Love their inasal and bbq's, almost close to those in bacolod! Would rate 4.5/5. Was a bit dismayed by their KBL, seems to lack the flavor. 3/5 for this. Still, this would be my restau of choice everytime im missing home.

One fine rainy night, I finally convinced my boyfriend to try this grill resto I keep passing by en route to his house from work. Places full of people always make me curious. Like, what the heck is in that place that always makes it full? And that curiosity has to be verified. Good thing it was raining because the night we visited, there were only a couple of people. While on most days, it would be full both in the air conditioned and AL fresco dining area.
We ordered the sizzling kansi, isol and rice.
The food was awesome. It was served fast, big serving and very tasty.
This is the kind of food you'd keep craving for. I love it that they don't limit your use of chicken oil.
Our total bill was 350 which we couldn't believe because the kansi was a giant portion of beef.
This is your typical kanto-style inuman or diner so lower your expectations in the overall look.
Parking is difficult too. And while the servers were nice, they looked very very tired.
I still find the tasty food and cheap price overcoming all those minus point. Will definitely go back next time to try the inasal dishes!
Hands down the best and authentic Bacolod chicken inasal in the metro! No one else comes close. No wonder why their place is always packed. Also don't forget to order kansi which is Bacolod's version of bulalo. It's like a sinigang na bulalo. Bone marrow in a sour soup. I liked it and would always order this to go along and complement our grilled chicken.
My rating would be a perfect 5 if only their service were better. Service takes a while here especially on a busy weekend. Waiters tend to forget what you want and you have to repeatedly remind them. They are polite polite though and I haven't encountered an impolite staff yet even with my consistent reminders and clear annoyance on my face. I just think they need to train their staff better.
Tips:
- chicken inasal (duh!)
- isol (grilled chicken ass)
- baticolon (grilled gizzard/balunbalunan)
- kansi
- sate rice or just go for the garlic rice and pour that chicken oil all over you rice!
One of my favorite "ihaw ihaw" places they serve the best chicken and also one of my favorite lumot pusit! They just renovated recently and it is a great place to bring your family or drink with your buddies!
Serving the best chicken inasal place in QC, Parilla is a must try. Their soup and pansit bihon are also excellent. You will not regret going to this place. The only problem in this restaurant I guess is if you are very hungry, patience is necessary.
authentic chicken inasal or inato. the chicken are always juicy and tender, they have a reasonable price and their staff are always friendly. a hole in the wall place if you are craving for good food and a good place to dine.
We always wanted to check this place out but it closes early at night.
They have more food choices compared to their competitors.
I liked everything that we ordered, which is flavorful and not to complex. The serving size was just right. We had the Pecho, Paa, Pork Sizzling, Isol and Kinilaw na Tanigue.
They also have good service and nice staff.. so worth the money. Food was well priced too.. definiately coming back here.

they were prompt in the delivery time and all the requested condiments were there in generous servings. surely my team enjoyed the dinner meeting.
Best chicken bacolod paired with ice cold san miguel pale pilsen ❤️
One of my favorite hole in the wall inasal places. The grilled pusit is always on my order list if it is available and inasal is consistently good.
Food is very delicious and reasonably priced. The best inasal in metro manila
