The food was awesome. I was with my cousin's, siblings and Mom. I had Glazed Salmon with Citrus Miso---this was a uniquely wild gastronomical experience. You must ask for extra sprinkling of this citrus dressing! The oysters in squid ink was great too. I highly recommend both. The romantic ambience was just a bonus.
Pros:
Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, I don't usually get to go out and eat in Teriyaki Boy anymore as much as I would like to. Luckily though, I am able to still order takeout via GrabFood delivery. During this Pandemic, I must have ordered 3 or 4 times from Teriyaki Boy using the GrabFood app and I'm usually very satisfied with my orders. I get to order my usual favorites of Chicken Teriyaki, Beef Teppanyaki Ju, and Tempura. I was also able to discover new favorites that I have never tried before such as the Philly Cheese Steak Rolls.
Cons:
Unfortunately, for some reason the GrabFood delivery service of Teriyaki Boy does not offer any other sushi aside from the California Maki. There's no Salmon Sushi, Tuna Sushi, Salmson Sashimi, Tuna Sashimi etc. Although, I must admit that I have to be more understanding because in these COVID-19 times, business is more difficult and it might be more cumbersome to acquire some ingredients. But still, it would still mean to me to have more sushi options from a Japanese restaurant (via Grab App).
Overall: I am very pleased with the service provided by Teriyaki Boy despite these difficult circumstances. The restaurant has managed to find ways to deliver most if not all of our favorite meals and kudos to them for that.
Good food and excellent service! From start to finish, the course meal was exquisite and meticulously prepared. Our steak was cooked to perfection and I was surprised with how they cooked our salmon really well.
They were really following the covid procedures by the way.
We had a hard time contacting them at first, but great service all around when we got to the restaurant.
They were able to adjust to my dietary restrictions and their servers were very attentive.
No worries about dining in since all necessary precautions are taken. For these times, would highly recommend getting a gazebo for max distance from other guests.
We arrived an hour early because we were anticipating terrible Manila traffic and were pleasantly surprised by the smooth ride. Honestly, I was expecting that we would be waiting for an hour but the staff were so accomodating and seated us right away.
The food was absolutely amazing! Especially the salmon with wasabi mashes potatos and the steak with pumpkin risoni that's included in their Classic set. But my absolute favorite was the Belgian Chocolate Cake. I'm still thinking about it now. They serve it warm and with a glass of milk on the side and the cake was so perfectly moist and just the right amount of sweetness for me. I'll definitely be coming back here with my boyfriend because we both love both the food, the ambience and the privacy of the gazebos.
Ganda ng ambience, great service, and excellent food. My favorite are wasabi oyster and grilled salmon with wasabi mashed potato.
Great service, ample parking, and romantic ambiance.
Went here to celebrate valentine’s day. Food was good but I think I overhyped myself too much so the expectation exceeded reality. Will go back here on a regular day to try their regular menu. :)
We had our anniversary dinner here and I can say with full confidence that the food along with the service is great.
The Ninyo Classics 7-course meal is nothing short of amazing. The various courses complemented each other but I think the highlight would be the Honey Glazed Grilled Salmon (never thought that wasabi and mashed potatoes could go so well together!)
Our waiter even asked us about our occasion and prepared a plate containing the words "Happy Anniversary" near the end of our meal to our surprise and delight.
As for the price-to-food-quality ratio, it strikes a compelling balance which in my opinion catapults it to one of the best restaurants here in Metro Manila- and that's saying something.
Had an amazing dinner last night! Been always wanting to try this place because the gazebo area is beautiful, and perfect for dates. Booked the gazebo for the 8:30pm schedule. We arrived 30 minutes late because of the Manila traffic but I'm so glad they accommodated us, still.
Though it rained last night, me and my date enjoyed the 7-course Ninyo classics. (See updated menu in photo) At first, I thought we wouldn't be so full, because usually fine dining restaurants have small servings but boy, was I wrong. Not to mention, our total bill was only P3300+ Significantly cheaper than other fine dining restaurants I've dined, but for the same quality and experience. One of the best fine dining and romantic restaurants we've tried. They have a unique fusion selection of dishes. And because it's so gooood, I'm going to review them one by one.
We started off with their Wasabi Fried Oysters, and it's easily one of the best bites I've ever had. The batter did not overpower the freshness of the oysters, and being that I love wasabi, I really appreciated how it was made here.
Next, we had the pumpkin soup, and I love how it tasted like cheese, with the fried pumpkin inside. Yum!
The shimeji salad was really good too. I loved the crispy tofu and the mushrooms! Being a lover of mushrooms, this one hits the spot too.
For the mains, we had US hanging tender steak and Honey Miso salmon in one plate. I love how the sides really complement the entree. The salmon tasted like normal salmon, but with the miso sauce, vegetables, and wasabi mash, that one bite became one of the most interesting dishes I had of the year. The steak was really tender too.
For dessert, we had the mango pavlova and chocolate cake, which were really sweet endings, and a good pairing to our red wine.
Personally, I would go back for those oysters and other entrees. The overall experience with the service, and everything else gains my 5-stars. It was worth the 2-hour drive. 💖
We celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary here. Top notch resto made for couples! Love every bit of their servings! We actually thought it may not be enough, but surprisingly, we were so full by the time we’re done. Love it!
Outdoor bungalows exude romance with the inside dining area soft with gold hues and dim lighting even for lunch. Ideas of European are taken and smashed together with asian style dishes and ingredients in a continual evolution and culinary story of innovation from season to season. The outdoor bungalows are draped with white tafida within a garden setting which are predominantly setup for couples dining only.
My boyfriend and I came here for our second anniversary and we definitely made the right choice.
First off, the waiters were all very nice and attentive - they’d even suggest that we take some couple photos, direct which angles would work best with the background, etc etc. Our photos that night were all great! Haha.
Second, they offer seven course meals. I think there were three options? Even a vegetarian one. While I didn’t personally like some of the dishes (hence the 4 stars) I guess the advantage of getting set menus is that you don’t have to spend so much time deciding on what to drink or eat. You’ll just pick one and spend the rest of your dinner date talking with your s/o while waiting for the food to be served.
Overall, it’s a very lovely place. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends as well.
Went here for our anniversary and the place is superb ! Great and romantic ambiance! Perfect for dates. Food is great! Love the steak and mussels (should be oysters but is not available). Kuya waiter assisting us was so proactive! He keeps on taking pictures of us at every nice angle 😄 everything is great ! We’ll be back :)

We went here to celebrate our anniversary and it was worth it. We reserved an 8:30 pm slot though we arrived 30 mins late (blame the Manila traffic) they still accomodated us. Upon arriving in our table, they have prepared a nice set up (with nice flower petals & romantic music). It was the kind of a date that you can only see in the movies ❤ The server was very attentive & patience to us (just coz we keep asking questions. it was our 1st time kasi). Will definitely comeback here to try their other menu. Btw, we tried the Paris & Ninyo Classics 7 course degustation ❤
The steak is kinda chewy :( but the pumpkin soup is the best also We liked the Salmon
Amazing place for a date or nice dinner with friends and family.
Perfect for special occassion 💙💙💙
excellent food most specially the belgian chocolate cake. the service was commendable, i really love the waiters, they are the one who will initiate to take you a lot of photos (perfect shots). Had a great time
The food and service was absolutely fantastic! Loved the ambiance as well! Will probably come back to this place! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our dinner here. Keep up the good work!
Not really into writing reviews but this place deserves a 5-star rating! 🌟 Excellent food, appealing ambiance and superb customer service! Two thumbs up!! Cheers!
Went here for my birthday! Booked a table in advance and told them it was my birthday so they put us on the highest table. The setting was great. We had the Paris course and it was divine! The garlic au jus steak was perfection! However, my favorite dish was the panna cotta they served. It changed my opinion of panna cottas. That’s how good it was. Was just a bit disheartened that they didn’t have fresh oysters that night but they replaced that dish in our menu with shrimp and it was good. But i bet the oysters would’ve been better, seeing that we went there for them and the panna cotta.
We have traveled here for our anniversary, and all I can say is it's all worth it, good food, good company, good staff, the place is really great if you are looking for a romantic setup, not just for proposing, a good romantic date, this place is a must

Ninyo Classic Menu was Lit!! We celebrate our 5th anniversary here and guess what despite all negative comments I saw on the reviews was overcome by this beautiful resto. Perfect for couple. It's a little bit hot outside but still 101% for this place. Menu, staff everything is perfect. I guess they improve all negative comments from reviews. Will come back in this place 🙏🏻🙌🏻
I’m just gonna go ahead and give them 5 stars because food, service and ambiance were superb. No wonder couples celebrating milestones in their lives flock to Ninyo because they never fail. Every meal we had was well prepared and were bursting with flavors. Thank you Ninyo!
Great service. Nice ambiance. Very cozy and romantic. The price is actually cheaper than I expected as they offer really good food! (We ordered Paris and Ninyo Classic) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Will definitely come back :) (ps: thanks for the complimentary dessert for our anniversary!)
It's perfect for a romantic date. The place is quiet and beautiful. The food is so delicious. But the service is just ok I still preferred the service in Lemuria. But overall we had a great time.
The place was excellent for special events especially anniversaries. If you plan to celebrate it ask for a reservation on the gazebo. They’ll set up the place with petals on the floor candle lights and if you want you could ask balloons to make it more special.
The venue was lovely. People are mindful on the volume of conversations and you could enjoy the company of each other. The waiters are approachable and easy to talk with.
The food was delicious. They would advice to take on the Paris Degustation which is their best seller and it was amazing. You wouldn’t think of how much you’re paying as you enjoy the food and be filled with each plate that they serve.
Overall a cozy place. It wasn’t hot nor cold. Ambiance is great and everything is perfect. You could end the date with putting a lock on their collection, we never had the chance to do it but if you’re into it definitely bring one.
Had an awesome night w my partner. The food was great. Ambiance was perfect. Service was okay. They serve complimentary dessert for bday celebrants.
There were too many mosquitoes tho. I hope they could do something to improve on this matter.
Nevertheless, great night!
The place was more romantic than what i expected. It was really classy. They have a huge parking lot so there will be a lot of space for you to park your car. They also have a security guard to keep an eye on your car.
We were a bit late for the dinner. I suppose. We booked 8:30 pm and arrived on time however we were a bit rushed to order because the kitchen is going to close at 10pm. So i suggest if you plan to go and enjoy your time you should go around 6pm.
We had ala carte steak and before that some salmon for appetiser. The taste and quality of food was great! Really enjoyed the fresh flowers scattered on the floor and the music! There was a proposal that night too! It was really romantic!
There were also love locks on the wall. They gave us free locks!
We had red wine and used my gold membership to get 2+2 on drinks 💕
ninyo fusion is my family's go to restaurant for big celebrations. their ala carte meals are great but if you want to splurge, i highly suggest you try their degustations.
The food, ambiance, and service was all worth it. We had our anniversary here last night, and it made our celebration more special. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re celebrating something with your significant other, or would just set yourselves apart from the buzzing commotions of the city. It’s a place worth trying every once in awhile ☺️
Best for celebrating monthsaries, anniversaries, or just fancy dinner dates! Their course meals offer a reasonable price, with exceptional food flavors and presentation. The romantic ambience is also a big plus.

As you enter, you will see individual enclosures with white table settings, candles and rose petals on the floor, this is for their outdoor setting, sets the mood, so romantic. Make sure to reserve. The ambience inside is not the same, I wish they could mirror it. The food is on the pricey side but tastes good. @ninyo restaurant
The service, ambiance, food and staff are all excellent! It's obviously an expensive restaurant because it's going for the 5-star hotel type with a 7-course meal kind. Definitely a great experience. They even get in surprises with the customers. One of my best meals!
Perfect place for anniversaries, birthdays, and super special date nights. All the staff are very nice and super accomodating. They are also very down for whatever surprise you might have for your significant other.
Great food and ambiance. You wouldn’t feel like you were in the middle of the city. More of a quaint little town in. An oasis in a desert. Food was tasteful.
Ninyo’s set menu encapsulated the essence of fine dining. Its proximity to major Philippine universities provides a quick getaway to the world of luxurious gastronomy. The ambience was very “Japanese in a tropical setting” with its open wooden structures and white curtains. The food was both unique and delicious with the interplay of Japanese elements into the French base. The servers were polite and very prompt in serving the next course as soon as the previous one was done. Overall, the experience was amazing and recommended for students and young professionals who want to experience fine dining at an affordable price.
We hardly go out on fine dining dates so when we do, we always choose restaurants with a high rating from Zomato. Our choice today: NINYO Fusion Cuisine. Everything was just delicious in their Paris 6-Course Degustation. Salmon Belly Roll, Wakame Salad, Grilled Tiger Prawns with Crab Fat Rissoto, US Top Blade with Miso Eggplant and Australia’s dessert staple, the Mango Pavlova.
Celebrated my boyfriend's birthday here and had the Paris 6 course degustation. I must say every bite was amazing!!! Especially the Tiger Prawn with Crab Fat Risotto served in sweet onion cup and the Wasabi Oyster. This course was a fusion of Japanese and French cuisine. All flavors were balanced. You have to eat every piece with the sauce around it. Must-try place for romantic dates and special celebrations.
Ninyo is a must-try fine dining place behind the busy streets of Katipunan. The dim lights and nature setting, along with flower petals on the floors of the outdoor seating sets the romantic mood perfect for special dates. Their degustation menus look superb but the 6-course Paris degustation was recommended by the staff as it’s their bestseller. I forgot to take a picture of the first course which is my most favorite of them all, baked oyster with foie gras. I guess I was too busy appreciating it. See the photos of the other dishes below.
The degustation paris we ordered was satisfying. The ambiance and background of french music & bossanova was quite relaxing. Service was very good. The lemon water was refreshing. The degustation we got was delicious except that they placed too much dressing on the salad and too much sauce on the steak with mashed potatoes. They should lessen that. The creme brulee was a bit runny and the top sugar crunch was lacking. The panna cotta would taste much better if the texture was smoother&lighter.. the presentation was appetizing . Was just disappointed that there were no oysters when we arrived but good thing the salmon sushi that was replaced tasted good. The sorbet did cleanse the pallete. It would be nicer if they placed it on a martini glass& more mint please and some shaved zest.
#There was small fly that was jst a bit bothersome. The wine that came with it could be better. Ample parking space. Cr was clean. The kitchen looked clean. Hope youll continue to keep it up and keep finding ways to improve. Good job on maintaining 13 yrs of good food & ambience.
My boyfriend surprised me with a dinner I can barely stop smiling about before heading back to Dubai and thanks to this place for making my last night in the Philippines such a memorable one. Food, though I wasn’t able to enjoy so much due to allergies, was great according to my man. Place and ambiance, perfect for a date night— it demands romance. People, super nice and one even had to be extra creative to get us “the shot”. Our fave— the wine, oh so good, the taste lingered.
Had a very memorable dinner with my love. ❤️
The rain was terribly bad that night I think we were just 3 couples back then and even if the gazebos were very affected by the rain already, they were still initiating to take photo from time to time.
The steak and prawn from the Paris menu were so good.
Can't believe I just ate here recently even if the resto has been existing for more than a decade already. Will definitely come back for more.
I super love the setup as well. Very good concept!❤️
I had the mistake of going there alone. The place is totally for couples (or small groups). The ambiance sends out an old-world romantic vibe that’s cloying to anyone who ventures there alone.
The food was great! The staff were polite (& would definitely recommend the most expensive item on the menu when you asked for their bestseller hahaha).
Ninyo is an excellent place to have dinner with your special someone. They have date packages that you can choose from. We availed of their Paris package (P3,000) which is a reasonable price for a fine dining meal for two. Aside from the food and wine, the package includes the use of one of their gazebos, petal and candle setup, and a love lock. The setup is really beautiful and romantic. We went here in July and it was humid outside. Since the gazebos are in the garden, it was quite warm. They provide electric fans to help diners with this. The food is really good and we enjoyed eating for hours. Fine dining first timers may get a little lost on how to eat some of the more creatively plated dishes, it might help for the servers to explain how to eat them. Overall the experience was great. Plus points to the waiters who were really game to take pictures of us during dinner and in various spots in the restaurant. Make sure to get a reservation in advance and tell them if the dinner is for a birthday, anniversary, etc 🎆
We went there with my boyfriend for my birthday and had the Paradise set menu so we can dine in their gazebo for that “romantic” ambiance. The place was good and very romantic however we had to transfer inside the air conditioned room since it was very hot in the gazebo and full of mosquitoes. The food was so-so, nothing super special. The seabass and salad however did stood out from the rest of our food. The wagyu shank was a bit disappointing however as it was as if u were just eating caldereta. Overall, it was a good experience! A must try!
Great resto, food was superb, but personally it needs a bit of refinement to reach the big leagues. It feels that something is missing in somw of the dishes
Amuse:
Cod fish in somekind of ball and caviar
It taste like tuna in mayonaise, expensive ingredient, done poorly 1/5
Salad:
I loved this dish, it may look simple but the flavor is there, texture and balanced dish, what made the dish stand out for me is the deep fried tofu skin, it gave the dish the extra kick you need 5/5
Fish:
Halibut with prawn ravioli
The halibut was cooked perfectly, crispy but juicy inside, a but dissapointed in the ravioli though, the prawns was like minced to small and it had a mushy texture. 3/5
Sorbet:
Passionfruit sabayon with coconut sorbet
Soso dish, nothing surprising 3/5
Meat:
Local wagyu, bonemarrow and local vegetables
The beef was braised in red wine sauce i think, taste a bit like beouf bourginion without the smoked bacon and pearl onion, but it was replaced with cumined baby corn and marble potatoes with bone marrow overall the dish taste great, not the wow dish you are looking for but executed perfectly. 4.5/5
Dessert:
Sweet corn with matcha cornflakes
Taste like pureed corn and matcha cornflakes, nothing surprising taste like what you can imagine in your mind 3/5
This is the second time I ate at Ninyo and I can say that they still impress me, not giving it a 5 though.
We got the Paris degustation set. As an appetizer while waiting for our companions, we had a truffle mushroom ravioli pasta. To be honest, I expected a little bit more. Though the pasta is cooked perfectly with the right amount of filling, the flavor of the sauce and the creaminess were lacking.
Also, they served some bread and butter. It would have helped if the bread was hot. Anyway, I'm not here for that.
The course started with oyster samplers. The deep fried oyster tasted well until I felt the after-taste kick of the wasabi which didn't sit well with me. I have to tell you though, that I really don't like wasabi by nature. The baked oysters with foei gras was tasty although it's not the type that you would keep eating. One piece is more than enough.
The truffle mushroom soup was delicious, although apparently it was the same thing from the pasta sauce earlier. I'm not sure if that should be the case. The breaded mushrooms that came with it complimented it well.
The crab fat risotto with the baked prawns was the star of this dish for me. The flavors complimented well. The prawns were cooked nicely and the risotto was also done well with the right consistency.
The raspberry sherbet a perfect mid-meal dessert. The sour fruity taste prepared my taste buds for the next dish.
The US top blade steak did not disappoint. I got medium well. It was seared and season just right. Again, as I am not a fan of wasabi, the wasabi mashed potato didn't sit well with me. Although I still ate it, it was not bad, so to speak.
The matcha pana cotta was surprisingly delicious! The consistency was perfect. It was a bit sweet, although it wasn't overbearing naman. My problem lang was it was too big! They can lessen the size of it instead.
I'd come back, definitely.
Good place for romantic dates and special events. I'd like to bring my best friend here some time. Matagal nang naaantala. Haha!
I'm not really a fan of # course meals. But since the occasion is perfect, I chose the 'cheapest' one.
PARIS DEGUSTATION
Duet of Oysters - I'm not a fan of oysters but since I tasted the Wasabi Fried Oysters with Citrus Mayo, I wanted to eat it the whole night. I even had the urge to order some from their ala-carte menu.
Truffle Mushroom Soup - hearty but not a fan of truffles...although the truffles here is not overpowering.
Wakame Salad - refreshing and delicious dressing, love the crispy toppings.
Grilled Tiger Prawns - beautiful blend of flavors that is not too cloying but rich andmakes you want to eat more.
Raspberry Sorbet fulfilled its task for palate cleansing and at the same time, you can really taste the rasberry with a hint of mint.
U.S. Top Blade - ordered it in medium rare on both but got 1 in well-done. The steak is delicious in med-rare. The well done was chewy but still edible. Didn't bother to have it changed because it might take too long.
Panna Cotta - I love this, and I'm biased. The crunch and the and the fruits balances the panna cotta well.
The servings is almost just a mouthful everytime and makes you feel full since the food is served about 10-20mins apart. I would definitely come back for their oysters.
Food - 5/5
Ambience - 5/5
Service - 4/5
A good place to eat for a special event. Price is cheap for the food and ambience. For those having trouble (cramming) looking for a place to date the wife/missis/girlfriend, I had no problem with reserving a table for two.
FeelsGoodMan
As we celebrated a blessed year my husband and I decided to dine out and look for a special place . We decided to have a degustacion meal offered by Ninyo Fusio Cuisine & Wine Lounge.
For the food, I enjoyed the wasabi flavored oyster and my favorite is their perfectly cooked salmon.
The ambiance is great for couples who wants a romantic date but not for me and my husband 😉 We preferred a cozy place to enjoy good food good thing we were seated in the main dining area. The service is ok, the manager tried to be attentive and attended to our needs however a personal touch and warm service would have been appreciated. Overall, the place ia recommendable to enjoy good food and ambiance.
Had dinner with my family at Ninyo for my parents’ anniversary. The place was very beautiful. It was a wednesday so the place was very quiet. The food tasted good. The staff we friendly except for this one waiter. I would definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.
Celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with my love. The place is perfectly romantic and the foods is worth the price. Love it! We can definitely go back here. ❤️
This is where I celebrated my 25th birthday. It was on December 28, 2016 when we had a romantic dinner at Ninyo. 5 stars for food, venue and experience. It's really worth the price!
5 stars are not enough to rate this place.
Brought here my boyfie last week to celebrate his birthday. He was indeed overwhelmed by the beauty of the place. Can’t find enough words to describe how perfect this place was. Let these photos do the judgments.
Btw, we ordered Paris Degustation 🗼
A must place to visit annually 💕
We got the Paris date package (PHP 3K gross) which is inclusive of the gazebo, rose petals and candle set-up. We did not get a love lock maybe because we forgot to ask about it.
The Good:
-The oysters were awesome especially the baked oyster with foie gras (to think I don't like foie gras).
-Crab fat risotto served in half an onion was amazing.
-Loved the wasabi mashed potatoes that came with the top blade.
-Ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and peaceful, perfect for couples who want to converse.
-Gazebo was comfortable to stay in, nicely lit and has an air cooler.
-Service is intuitive without being intrusive.
-Polite and well-mannered staff.
-Was charmed by the quaint decor, loved how they used old sewing machines as tables.
Very Minor Shortcomings:
-The truffle mushroom soup has a good truffle flavor but was a bit bland.
-Top blade was tough.
-I used the dessert spoon for the sorbet, so after using it I placed it on my bread plate for later use. The server however removed the dessert spoon from the plate and placed it back on the table which I think is quite unhygienic.
- After we payed for our bill, nobody returned to our table to update us whether everything is already settled.
Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Ninyo's and am excited to come back and try their other dishes.
My boyfriend and I decided to spend our anniversary here and we're so glad we did! I love how the waiters are so accommodating, we asked them to take our photos multiple times but they did not seem to mind. The food was great as well! We ordered Paris 6 course degustation. Baked Oyster with Foie Gras and Grilled Tiger Prawns are the bomb. Servings weren't too small. I was so full after that it took me long time before I finished my dessert. I expected the place to be humid but they provided an air cooler for each cabana. There were no mosquitoes, too. This is the perfect place to go if you're celebrating a special occasion with your partner or family.
Food - 4/5
Ambiance - 5/5
Service - 5/5
We ordered their Paris 6 course Degustation. This set is for 2 and both of you will get a plate each course. Portions were not too small either.
Highlights:
-Grilled Tiger Prawn, HUGE prawn and the crab fat risotto that came with it was just full of flavors and tasted AMAZING!!!
- Panna cotta, it was super thick and creamy!! I have never had panna cotta with the same consistency as theirs. BEST PANNA COTTA EVER!
Lowlight:
- top blade steak, we requested for medium well and the steak was cooked correctly. Flavors were good but sadly the meat was tough. I liked the miso eggplant that came with it. I don't usually eat eggplants, but this one, I liked!
For the soup and salad, we got one each and I liked the soup more.
The restaurant setting was just perfect. Very intimate - perfect for celebrations. They even have rose petals scattered on the floor. Who would have known that there's a garden restaurant in the middle of Katipunan.
Highly recommend for celebrations.
I think my photos do not do justice on how well presented each of the dish they served that night
Went here for my boyfriend and I's anniversary. Was not disappointed at all. The place is amazing and very private, what with your table set up at individual gazebos. Regarding food, it may not seem like it but their servings are actually perfect to make you feel full at the end of your 6 courses and their Trio of Oysters were amazing, as well as their Panna Cotta. Their service was fast and it wasn't a problem calling any of them despite being in a secluded gazebo. Plus, you can smoke while sitting in your own table. They also gave out a complimentary dessert where they greeted us with a "happy anniversary". All in all, the place was great and we'd definitely return.
Celebrated my 22nd Birthday here with my love 💕 the ambiance was perfectly romantic, the food was worth the price and the staffs are all smiling and attentive. ❤
Ninyo Fusion Cuisine is a wonderful place that I recommend to anyone who wishes to celebrate a special moment. I went there yesterday night with my partner to celebrate our one year anniversary and wow, we were amazed by the quality AND the quantity of the different. We chose the Paris Menu, 6 courses, and we're not disappointed at all. What is sometimes annoying with fancy places is that they tend to serve too little, so at the end, you might end up eating again at home or something, but in Ninyo, that is not the case! We were full, a smile on our face, after discovering all of these flavors put together. Don't hesitate a minute to dine here!
The place is pretty good. The food. The service. Fantastic! My husband put it on the top of the list for now since it’s our first time to come here to celebrate our 15th Wedding Anniversary. We were glad we chose to come here coz it’s made our night extra special. Hope they can stay and keep up with their standards. We will definitely come back here and bring our kiddos too. And some friends.
The ambiance of the place is really perfect for a romantic date. Food is something new to my palate but nonetheless great! They also have friendly and accomodating staff.
Romantic ambience and the crew was very accommodating. The feel was very romantic however, dining is not that "private". We can hear employees chatting. The parking area is near the gazebo so you can basically hear crew members giving verbal assistance to customers and employees who are parking. Still a great night! They give out love locks as well.
A special occasion warrants a beautiful place as this. Got surprised and we stayed in the gazebo, with candles, flower petals and a private space, which makes the experience magical. We chose the Paris Degustation set and we were so astounded by the presentation of each course and how generous the serving was. We started off with the trio of oysters - fresh, fried and baked. It was a party in out taste palettes. Another set of starter was wakame salad which was a combination of green, seemed like a beautiful bouquet of leaves and tasted equally good and well blended. Also, truffle mushroom soup, warming and had some smoky creamy flavor. Now, on to our favorite, the mains. Grilled tiger prawns with crab fat risotto and prawn guava bisque -- how creative is this! I was enjoying every bite of it. To cleanse our palette, we had raspberry sorbet before proceeding to U.S blade steak, it was medium rare, juicy but I think it needs to be more tender, the mashed potato was creamy and earthy. Lastly, we had panna cotta, not too sweet, just simple and straightforward. The white wine that comes with the set is just enough for the whole course. Overall, I want to come back to this place, the staff are very well trained and the food was magnificent and out-of-the-box! Very satisfying and romantic place!

We had a light snack here while painting. There was some tea, pesto bruschetta, and matcha cheesecake. Everything was delightful. The garden and the interiors were also lovely. Definitely going back.
Perfect for celebrating Anniversaries.
They have love locks.
If you're having a reservation at their gazebo, ask the waiter to close the curtains for privacy.
We celebrated Fathers' Day here and the waiters really made us feel special. Our toddler loved the setup and the coy pond. We ordered 2 of their set menus; all the dishes were delicately prepared with unique flavor combinations. It was a bit too much for a pregnant woman though; I should have opted to go ala carte.
Perfect for when you and your significant other is celebrating something special. They have gazebos which are perfect when you want to feel private and romantic! Ninyo also offer course meals which are enough for two persons. All the food that we had were made to perfection! I wasn't able to take photos of all the food that we ate cause I chose to enjoy the moment. This is a place that you won't forget.
This place is perfect for those celebrating anniversaries or those simply looking to have a romantic dinner with great food and wine. Remember to book first though.
What I love:
-The ambience and overall mood is spot on. The candles and rose petals are perfect to really make you feel love in the air. I love the place and set-up of the gazebos. It will give you that love-struck hangover until the day after.hihihi
-The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were very supportive when we asked to have our pictures taken.
-The food was great (needs only minor improvements which I will discuss below) but overall, the full-course meal was super worth it especially since the price is very reasonable.
-They offer date packages which is really helpful because all you need is to pay and show up,then voila! A complete romantic date is ready for you. No stressful planning needed.
-The location is perfect because it is not on the main road,so noise due to traffic is lesser.
-Love locks and glass of wine are included in the packages (because cheesy couples love that.haha)
What the can improve on:
-The parking system was complicated because of the small space (but they compensate it by offering valet services for free).
-Minor improvement on the oyster trio particularly the wasabi fried oyster (preparation and presentation wise)
-The mosquitoes were annoying (but I guess it cannot be helped since there were plants around) so best to just prepare insect repellent.
-I hope they can offer at least one free re-fill of red wine (and offer options should the diner want more).
Over-all,it was an awesome dining experience. I would very much recommend it to family and friends. Would I want to have another go? Definitely!
For the gentlemen especially, treat your wives, girlfriends or special someone to this place and they will surely love it(and of course they will fall in love with you all the more)rest assured.
Our 2nd time (two anniversaries) to visit and I could say that the customer service, food quality and the ambience are still superb as previously experienced during my 1st visit here (2014). Great customer service - very accomodating staff from booking, servers and parking staff. Great to see different options of food to choose from as they have 5 and 6 course meals and their ala carte which are both very promising. The ambience is very romantic, although, it would be better if they add fans or some sort of ventilation outside (around the gazeebos) as it felt warm in their gazeebo especially this time of the year. They have a fully airconditioned area however, it's not as romantic as the gazeebos outside.
FYI - There is a 220Php charge on a gazeebo with petals and candles which I didn't know until I paid for the bill.
Nonetheless, we enjoyed it and looking forward to our next anniversary at Ninyo.
At first sight, you would not actually expect the ambiance of this place to be a romantic sight (unless you've thoroughly searched for pictures in the internet). My boyfriend reserved for a place outside as it was a celebration for our anniversary. Aside from the intimate space each cottage gave, they added candles and flower petals to give it a more romantic feel. I must warn you tho, that we were charged for that at the end 😂
The waiters were accommodating and immediately took our orders. Contrary to the reviews, we did not get their Paris course meal because we were allergic to oysters and prawns. We then chose from their menu.
First off, may I just say that the appetizer we got was one of the best appetizers we ever tasted. The duck was so good that having 2 pieces for myself was not enough. It gives you a "melt in your mouth" feeling and everything in it (including the green apple and the saffron) complemented each other.
The great thing about this restaurant is that if you enjoy taking pictures of your food, it would not disappoint as its plating is really well thought of. The pumpkin soup was presented in an unconventional way too, and the taste did not disappoint as well. The only "flaw" that I think this place gave me was the main dish. I was kind of disappointed with how they cooked my steak because even if I requested for a medium rare, it felt like I got a rare. The good point tho was that the sauce and the risotto with it complemented the taste. Compared to other risottos I have tasted before, their cheese risotto did not make me feel "umay". Serving was just right too.
Overall, I would still suggest this place for celebrations like this. The ambience and the superb service would make your stay there a memorable one; I must warn you tho that if you aren't a fan of being timed to eat, then this isn't the place for you. We reserved from 6-8 PM and a little minutes before 7 the waiter handed out the bill without us asking for it. Also, if you do not like to feel too cheesy, then staying indoors would be good too.
If I were to come back here again, it would definitely be for the duck ❤
A gem of a place to have dinner with family and friends. Loved the pre-fixed 5-6 course meals. Artful presentation. Delicious meals. Servers are very friendly and professional. Cannot wait to go back again at next opportunity.
I visited with family a few weeks ago to finally try their degustation menu. I had their Degustation Paris but got to taste a bit from other plates too. First off the place looks so romantic! It has a very serene vibe perfect for dates. Moving onto the courses worth noting:
Trio of Oysters were AMAZING!! So well-cooked with balanced flavors. The deepfried and baked oyster stood out for me most. I wanted to have more
Calamansi sorbet was a perfect palate cleanser.
I loved the honey glazed salmon for the way it was cooked. It was very moist and went so perfectly with the wasabi potato
Braised short ribs were quite disappointing. They
were tough to chew. Also the panseared tender steak was unfortunately not tender at all :(
The chocolate chocolate cake was too rich for my taste. I could not eat and finish an entire dish on my own. On the otherhand I really loved the mango pavlova! It wasn't too sweet nor too bland and the textures while chewing was delightful.
The ninyo iced tea is also worth noting. It was very refreshing and went well with all courses.
For roughly P1500, would definitely come back for special occassions.
TO ADD:
Went back for the ala carte menu with friends. I was happy to find out that a single order of my favorite oyster dish has 6 oysters in them!
As much as I love eating good food, I hesitate dining in super fancy places especially when I have to splurge… a lot. But I get to score great deals from sites like Deal Grocer and Cash Cash Pinoy at times. A few months back, I did with a 47% off deal for a romantic dinner for two in Ninyo. I bought it in an instant as I wanted to go somewhere romantic with R.
Hello, Ninyo Fusion Cuisine and Wine Lounge!
It was a rainy day when we decided to visit Ninyo. I had a private gazebo reserved (for an extra romantic vibe) and I got worried that the rain will ruin our dinner but I was surprised with the fantastic service of the staff. The servers approached us with umbrellas and made sure that we are dry and comfortable.
The set-up was perfect. There were rose petals everywhere.
