This is a restaurant that took me minutes to go through their menu because everything looked so good that I wanted to try them all. But what made my decision was when the service crew brought out the Signature Porkchop from the kitchen to serve to the other table and as it passed by me I could really smell how good it was, my mind was sold and left me pointing and saying "I want that one!". What came to the table later was exactly the same as the yummy looking porkchop that's on the menu :D
Great food, excellent service and a hip ambience to match. If ever you're in the area, I would highly recommend that you give it a try too! :D
One of my favorite eats in QC! Staff and place are very welcoming and friendly. Their coffee is top notch amazing featuring different local and imported variety of beans. Food is also very good! I recommend the mushroom fritters for appetizers, easy to munch on. I also always order the Sonoma salad, right mix of everything plus it’s healthy. For pasta I love Hotate soy cream w/ a bit of scallop, it has a strong unique flavor. I also got to try their Roasted Vegetable sandwich, I loved it so cheesy. Their mains we love their Signature Porkchop dish (you can get it with rice instead of sweet potato) and Wagyu Pares so cool served in a tiffin. All in all it’s a happy experience every time I go there 😋
I went out of my house for the first time to experience on the quest to fill the void in me and quench what was lost as I lived. I crossed multiple blocks and rode a dozen vehicles and arrived in my destination.
Along the streets of diversity I found the place in which my heart desired. A Safe haven I told myself. A place that was told to offer such exquisite food and delightful service.
I went inside and to my glee the remarkable ambiance inside the cafe soothe my very heart and soul. I went to the counter and was greeted by the most delightful smile of the staff. I soon ordered what was recommended.
The service was top notch as it took only a while for my order arrived. I took a bite from the recommended burger. The non greasy burger with soft bread on the outside paired with a delicious meat on the inside tasted wonderful. And to top that, the drink that I ordered was fantastic. The mixture between a single hydrogen connected to two oxides definitely quenched my thirst.
It was a bliss. The cafe not just satisfied my needs but also provided the grandest service I knew. I will surely come back to such a place hungry for more.
This is the first time I'll write a review if those I posted on my personal IG aren't counted. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time that I came here, if that doesn't give it way then let me tell it out loud, I love the food, the ambience, the service, and the coffee, practically everything about this place just spells awesomeness! I just can't wait for my next visit, the garlic bacon pasta is the bomb! If I were you, I'd stop reading this and head on over there. To experience it just makes it more real.
For coffee lovers like me, I know you'll LOVE it here! Great place for your IG feed. And the food is just so good I can't say a word! Everything will really satisfy you! really nothing but the best here at The Fat Seed!
Haven for coffee enthusiasts and foodies! Delightful taste, creative menu, excellent service .. Must-try & must-come back for the awesome gastronomic adventure!
Everything from the staff to the venue to the food deserve a 5 star rating. Thank you for turning my otherwise stressful morning around. Can't wait to have you open your next branches!!!
Great food....Great ambiance...A place where memories are made....definitely going back and back again.....

Good food and nice ambiance! I will recommend this to my colleagues and friends.
Loved the place ... love the ambiance... and good customer service ...
Excellent Food and service :)
I highly recommend this.
Thumbs up! Great food! Value for money.. best service..
Good food and ambience! Would definitely go back again.
This weekend, we decided to dine in The Fat Seed Café + Roastery.
We started our meal with a healthy serving of the Sonoma Salad (Php 280). The salad is adequately served with vinaigrette. It has your main lettuce vegetable and cuts of arugula. Finally, this is mixed with cut grapes and onions.
Another starter we had was something that would always complete our breakfast meal: coffee. We ordered one usual drink that every café would serve, the Café Mocha (Php 200), and something new, the Coffee Cubes (Php 150). The Café Mocha was served like a sundae. It has your drink at the bottom topped off with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. The Coffee Cubes, however, was something different. It was served with iced coffee cubes in a glass sided by your warm cream and sweetener. The taste is just your basic brewed coffee with cream and sugar. The main appreciation here, however, is how it is served.

I really love the food plus their iced coffees!
Heaven on earth!
Staffs were very friendly.
Good service also ❤️
In the past years, we have been witnessed to the rise of the hipster culture brought about by millennials. Hipster is defined as a subculture of men and women typically in their 20s and 30s that value independent thinking, counter-culture, progressive politics, an appreciation of art and indie-rock, creativity, intelligence, and witty banter. And being a millennial myself, I totally enjoy everything about the said culture, most specially the style, the fashion, and aesthetics.
One of UP Town Center's Hidden Gems that are known to many foodies. Which is totally fine because when it comes to the turn around of tables to one customer to another, its fast depending on the orders and not to mention, they got a big space to cater those who eat as a family or who goes there to have a good drink (like me).
I was "quota" with my coffee intake for the day so I have decided to go for their Hot Chocolate instead. What I love about Specialty Cafes are how different they serve this drink that some people would think common. For Fat Seed, it got a latte art BUT its more than the technique and calibration -- it was about it bringing a straight-forward yet confusing flavor, in a good way.
I love how they Steamed Milk for the Latte tamed the Dark Chocolate flavor they used for the drink. I would surely go back for the good stuff they are offering such as Ube Waffle.
Haven't been in this site for quite some time but just wanted to drop in and praise this restaurant for having awesome food, reasonable prices, beautiful ambience, friendly staff and quick serving time. Definitely one of my new favorites in UPTC. 💕

The Fat Seed Cafe + Roastery in UP Town Center is a concept cafe that enlightens and inspires its guests to be themselves.
Together with my fellow foodies, I ventured to this resto and discovered a way to let loose my inner tita and fully enjoy a #TitaConvention with the friends at The Fat Seed.

This time I got to try The Fat Seed Café + Roastery located at UP Town Center. I liked the ambiance because it was relaxing, and the design of the café was pleasing to my eyes. The staff were also friendly and were very helpful in explaining the dishes and entertaining our needs.
Here is the list of the menu we tried:
Bacon Truffle Burger
Crispy Egg Salad
Red Pesto Seafood Pasta
Cheetos Rings
Portuguese Seafood Casserole
Wings Sampler
Gaba Chop Chicken
Triple Decker Grilled Cheese
The Fat Seed Café + Roastery has definitely become one of my favorite cafés because the price of the food is reasonable for its taste. I recommend the Portuguese Seafood Casserole, Bacon Truffle Burger and Gaba Chop Chicken.

If you are in the UP Town area, make sure to look for this hidden gem. To start off, I had high expectations of this place. It was packed even during the afternoon and the food certainly did not disappoint! From their nice looking menu (that resembled a magazine), to the food and to the interiors, I was very impressed. The food was very delicious. The generous serving of their food is really a huge plus. Anyways, words can't explain how this cafe really is. You just need to go there and experience it. We would definitely go back and try more of their stuff
Pets are allowed in this cafe and there's a dog park in front of it. The ambiance of the place is nice and food tastes great! I loved their spinach dip and their salad as well.
Everything on the menu looks good and everything we ordered are so good
This is my second review of Fat Seed. And for whatever’s its worth, the UPTC café have gotten better.
Our foodie group was invited to a night when Fat Seed introduced their new menu. Personally, the first one was already impressive and I should say that the second one is even better.
Anyway, we were first served drinks. Concocted beverages like Chocolate and Strawberry Shakes and the Coffee Cubes were served in unique containers. Let’s me say that the Chocolate Shakes stood out.
For appetizers, the playful Cheetos Rings was the beautifully designed and strongly-flavored Cheetos-covered onion rings with bleu cheese and sour cream. Fantastic.
Now we to the mains. The Triple Decker Grilled Cheese was, well, in compared to the other dish, was just passable. But it was the Bacon Truffle Burger with truffle mushroom paste and crispy bacon strips was the stand out. The patty was genuinely beefy which was complimented by really crunchy bacon. Another stand out was the slightly spicy Wagyu Beef and Peppers Pasta with red wine, garlic, red and green peppers and green chilis. Perfectly seasoned.
And now, we come to the real stars in terms of presentation and flavors. I dish I loved the most was the Seafood Cauliflower Rice. It’s was light yet filling. Everything about it was “clean.” Another was the Portuguese Seafood Casserole. It’s a dish that’s a bit heavy to the tummy what with the shrimp, squid and kani, corn, béchamel sauce and true-blue white rice.
If only I could eat more I would have. But I didn’t because I know for a fact that Fat Seed will be for a long time. Congratulations and keep it up.
Nice lighting, wonderful interior, creative menu display, great healthy and tasty food, and coffee coffee coffee.
The Bruschetta Medley was a great balance of everything. Chowder was modest. Porkchop Signature was a star dish. However, they ran out of beetroot hummus and used a similar-texture-root substitute instead, still nice tho.

Now I would like to clarify that me reviewing 2 consecutive restaurants that had Fat in its name is purely coincidental. That coincidence though I consider serendipitous because both were amazing finds. Fat Seed is a homerun find. I loved everything from their very tender and savor butter milk chicken with ube waffle (it’s like eating puto bumbong on the side), to their exquisitely smooth chicken skin in salted egg batter to their tomahawk shaped signature roasted pork chop that are as tender and succulent as they come. The rustic and farm table ambiance is just the icing in the otherwise scrumptious cake you’d partake in (they have cake and coffee too). A trip in UP Town Center should include a meal at Fat Seed because this the only mall you’ll find this gem.
Interiors are playful. Food is good for brunches. Or if you have catch ups with friends, then any time of day is good to have a meal here.
My personal favorite is the Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Ube Waffles. The Hotate Soy Cream pasta is a close second. Nakakaumay nga lang siya, but nothing like good old sharing of meals can't fix. 😋(aka feed to boyfriend so you can get his meal as well).

Just had an amazing #looloorendezvoos again last October. Its been a while since my last so I’m happy to see them again. Our host was The Fat Seed Cafe + Roastery that is located inside UP Town Center. ABOUT THE FAT SEED CAFE + ROASTERY. They just started operating last February, 2018. This is perfect for studying and working people because it’s a fusion of cafe and restaurant. I noticed that some diners have their laptops so I guess this is their new favorite cafe spot as they offer specialty coffee and pastries.
We wanted to try something new in UP Town and chose this new spot called Fatseed Cafe.
The place had pretty cool anesthetics from the wall murals to the tables exuding a hip contemporary look.
We started off with Mcroni Salad as an appetizer and it was off to a good start. It had that homemade feel to the flavor.
We shared our plates of Fatseed Sliders and Buttermilk Chicken and waffles. My girlfriend was satisfied and happy that she got her waffle fix and was pleased with the order. The Buttermilk chicken was cooked perfectly and really had a large portion that she has to share it so I could finish it. I was glad with this since the price point was a above average. The Fatseed Sliders were the bomb because of how juicy the burger was. We really liked the flavor and juiciness of it too. My pops who I shared the leftover slider, enjoyed it as well. He said that he could really taste the beef which was a plus considering he is a beef lover.
Thank you very much Fatseed for giving us such enjoyable food. Hoping our next visit would be the same or even greater.
Really love the place. Definitely a place to recommend for those who like chilling. Recommend their Wagyu too. 🙂
I love the ambience, and their food is delish. Their pastas are perfect. The place is quiet and just right for a nice catch up with a friend! This easily became my favorite resto in UPTC! Will definitely go back!
Definitely a "for the gram" kinda place. I like their chill vibe and cafe interiors. Their food was not only IG worthy, but pretty good as well. Wished the ube waffle tasted more like ube, or they could put some ube jam on top maybe? Also liked their Spinach and Shrooms. Would come back to try some of their other food.
Food was great. The food choices were creative yet everything seemed so delicious still. Ambiance is also good, it’s a bit distant from the busier areas of UP Town.
Food is absolutely amazing, although it's quite expensive. Dishes seems to be prepared as you order so don't expect them to come out fast. One of my favorite date places. ❤
Really cool cafe. Tried their cappicino and loved it. The ambience and the vibe were nice, although the service standards could be improved.
Still a must visit cafe for the coffee enthusiast.
Love the interior. The coffee selection even the tea variants. The food is good too. Kudos to the chef. will surely go back here for more food and coffee tasting
I've been to this amazing restaurant so many times. This time I brought my friends to celebrate a birthday party. They did not disappoint! The food was amazing as always. The porkchop is super tender, and the mac and cheese is by far the best comfort food I've ever had. My tip is to avoid ordering the standard soft drinks. Try their house beverages. I love the Lychee, Basil, Ginger Tea (LGBT). They also have the absolute best milkshakes I've ever had. Try their espresso milkshake.I wanted to order everything on the menu, I think I've cycled through around 90% of the dishes at this point. One surprisingly delicious stand out is their Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup. The tomato soup in particular is the BEST I've ever had.
For any celebration, and any occasion. The Fat Seed is 100% my go-to restaurant!
Celebrated my birthday with family. The food looks great as it tastes. We ordered all of their best sellers (almost all in the menu, hehe) and it did not disappoint! 😊
The place has this cozy ambience and very ig-worthy! I kinda like that their ottoman/couch has storage inside so you can keep your valuables safe plus the wood table - i super like it that I want to get a customized one with the exact same design, lols!
Over-all, we enjoyed and definitely come back!
Nice ambiance. I had their Fat Seed Bacon Benedict with Homemade Bacon Slab. It was filling for a breakfast meal. The brioche though gets sloppy but overall it was good and yummy. Good place to stay for meetings or doing work remotely. They have power outlets per table and offers free wifi. Wide variety of options for coffee.
Went here around closing time but their service was still prompt. We only had coffee and it was enough for us to consider going back there again and maybe try their food selection. :)

We went here on a Saturday around 5pm and the place is full. Mostly students with their laptops trying to study (I think). Place is really cute. I ordered the Wagyu Pares, served in those stacked metal baunan I used to have when I was in grade school. Iz yummy! Also ordered hot latte which was really good - strong and creamy. ☕️😋
This is my go to meeting place for school and work. I always go back for their coffee cubes! Perfect with the Zomato Gold since you can share with your friends! I wish they would sell their own coffee beans.
As for food, their french fries are good! Best to eat it when hot. Their truffle pasta is okay and serving is generous for one. I surprisingly love their chicken wings! Wasn’t able to take a photo though.
There service can be a bit slow when it comes to taking your orders or when you need a waiter/waitress. However! They this place is pet friendly! The staff were friendly towards me and our pet maltese.
Also, they have their own bathroom which is clean. Plus! The ambience of the place is perfect for studying or like what I said earlier, for work meetings.
What we had:
Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Ube Waffle
Spinach and Shrooms
Hotate Soy Cream Pasta
Salted Egg Fried Chicken
Kimchi Fried Rice with Bacon Slab
Coffee Cubes
What we liked:
Came all the way here for their coffee cubes, and while I was able to satisfy my craving, there was actually more to love in this place. The light ambiance and atmosphere makes dining a pleasure. The Kimchi Fried Rice with Bacon Slab is a good combination of spicy and salty, and really goes well together. Another favorite is the Hotate Soy Cream Pasta, putting a Japanese twist on a Western classic. I can say I enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. Sometimes, IG- worthy restaurant food are just good to look at but in Fat Seed, the food surely tastes as good as it looks!
Went back here thinking it’s still on Zomato Gold 1+1 on food (like the first time I’ve gone here), but not at all disappointed despite the promo lapsing ❤️
What we ordered:
buttermilk fried chicken with ube waffle in salted egg sauce (of course!)
grilled chicken caesar
truffle mac and cheetos
kale pesto pasta
fat seed benedict with homemade maple bacon slab
cappuccino
affogato
I really love their ube waffle so I made sure to order it again this time. I still love it though I’m thinking its magic already wore off on me (but don’t get me wrong! it is still good, I prolly just didn’t enjoy it as much as the first time).
What I loved the most this time though (and surprisingly) is the pesto. I love it! It was not too herb-y to the point that it is already bitter, but it was the right kind of tasty.
The service was also good. My companion ordered cappuccino but was served affogato instead. We took it anyway But after a while, the owner went to our table and apologized for serving an incorrect order and informed us she would take it out of the bill. We insisted on paying it anyway because I honestly loved the affogato lol! Plus I love how the owner handled the situation. She was so friendly and apologetic (though none of us actually noticed we got a wrong order HAHA).
I’ll definitely go back to this place, now for more reasons: chicken, pesto and affogato
The place was perfect for studying. They have good food, fast wifi and enough sockets for everyone! The staff was also very accommodating. Will definitely go back!
I really like Fat Seed not for its drinks and coffee like most students do, but for its good food. The food is generally on the pricey side but if you have the extra funds, I would definitely recommend eating here. My favourites include the Hotate Soy Cream Pasta, Mushroom Fritters, and the Fried Chicken and Waffles. Serving size is generous naman and the quality of the ingredients really get to shine through.

This place is absolutely lovely. I had the iced cube coffee and it was so so good. Staff was attentive. Great customer service. Will definitely be back!
Went here with my siblings. My sister ordered the buttermilk fried chicken with ube waffle. I liked the chicken - comparable with my favorite buttermilk fried chicken with resto in Shang. Ube waffle with salted egg was also a nice twist to the normal waffle & syrup. My brother ordered the fat seed burger but he said, it was just okay. I tasted it and yes, nothing special about their burger. My order was the hotate cream pasta. As a lover of anything Japanese, I definitely liked the pasta as it was packed with flavors. Don’t really like seafood so this was a risky move. Good thing masarap talaga sya 😂 will definitely come back!
The buttermilk fried chicken with ube waffles was very delicious and the ube waffle was a good complement. The calamansi tart was worth a try too.
Fatseed really is perfect for a Sunday funday lunch or a study session out! The moment you open up the menu you wouldn’t know what to choose because everything just looks amazing.
Had the Louisiana Wings, Spinach & Shrooms, Coffee Cubes, and Mojito Tea.
Some things I loved: the broken down presentation of the Coffee Cubes, the refreshing kick of the Mojito Tea, the lightness of the Spinach dish, and the fire + juiciness of the wings! Props to Fatseed for nailing every single dish and drink!
Shoutout as well for the prompt service and attentive owners.
Fantastic food and a very interesting selection of drinks! What i like most about The fat seed is their approach to classic comfort food as shown in dishes like the Truffle Mac n Cheetos and the Grilled Cheese sandwich. (My personal favorites)
Also their pork chop is a must have and is the first thing on my mind when im thinking of what to order.
They have a lot of choices when it comes to drinks from various refreshing mixes to decadent milkshakes. I personally like to order the different kinds of specialty coffee.
I like coming here with friends and everyone i bring just loves the fat seed as much as i do!
The Fat Seed cafe offers good coffee drinks and food. It’s just kinda not peaceful to work here despite good coffee and stable wifi. People keep on talking loud. But again, coffee and ambiance are good enough to make you visit.
It’s a shame we only recently tried this place what with UP Town being our go-to mall. We always assumed it was only a cafe (the restaurant is giving off Satchmi vibes with its interiors).
Choosing what to eat with their surprisingly varied menu and the smell of truffle pasta wafting from the next table was challenging, but I ended up with the Hotate Soy Cream Pasta (aka Ramen takes a day trip to Italy) and my friend got the Buttermilk fried chicken and ube waffles (I for one think friend chicken should go with pancakes but ube anything is always ok). Yum on both.
There’s something to be said about these restaurants that focus on their food being “instagramable” but the experience was enjoyable. Looking forward to eating our way through the rest of their menu!
The truffle pasta, soy pasta, and Columbua coffee were good. Servings were bigger than expected. Servers were attentive. Good value for money. Great dining experience overall!
Food is great, ambiance is great, staff is great. Definitely made studying more worthwhile. Even if there are a lot of people and its usually full, it doesn’t get that rowdy and still conducive for studying or a small get together with friends
2 + 2 on drinks is so worth it, especially since their coffee is so good! It was my first time trying coffee cubes and it did not disappoint. Personally, the affogato could have been sweeter though. Food was also very enjoyable. It definitely balanced out the caffiene.
Cafe serving fantastic food & beverages at UP Town Center.
We started off with LGBT (lemon, ginger & basil tea) which is refreshing. Sonoma Salad has a wonderful balsamic dressing on greens with added grapes, raisins & walnuts.
Truffle Mac n Cheetos is good, baked macaroni with crunchy cheetos on top. They don't skimp on the truffle oil and this dish fills you up fast. Thankfully, we took out half of this dish to make way for Wagyu Pares. Served in a 3 container stainless steel lunch box! Very good Wagyu cubes with the pares soup served separately with garlic fried rice.
To avail of Zomato Gold 2+2 on drinks, we had Mango After Dark which is sweet mango puree mixed with Earl Grey tea. This turned out too sweet.

Being a big fan of coffee, what I saw from the outside (aeropress, french press, chemex, etc,) reeled me in but it was the food that made me come back. Chicken and Waffles, Hotate Pasta, and Tartufo. Favorites. I always order those but it's kinda hard to venture from the menu because usually it's a fail. Recently tried their bruger and the patty was well-made. Crumbly and juicy but it wasn't seasoned well. It was too charred also but hey, maybe it's just the timing. The Fat Seed pa ren.
It can be a bit overwhelming to eat at The Fat Seed because so many of the items here are good, but after several trips over the last few months, I can finally make a list of recommendations: Mango After Dark (drink), Wagyu Pares, Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Ube Waffle in Salted Egg Sauce (pictured), Hotate Soy Cream Pasta, Chili Garlic Bacon Pasta, and Kimchi Fried Rice with Maple Bacon Slab!
Love the food here! We’re also really glad that the coffee is part of the 2+2 drinks for Zomato Gold. I ordered the Salmon Eggs Ben and it was paired with a light salad which made it soooo good. One of my family members ordered the tomato soup which was too salty. We also ordered mushroom soup that they forgot about but were really nice to give it for free instead. Id also suggest having a buzzer for the table in the blind spot of the place since it was a bit hard to flag down a server. Over all, great experience!
I super super love this place! The ambience is really good both for meet ups and studying. The coffee is always so wonderfully brewed— especially hot mocha, my favorite! I don’t have pictures of their food as of now but they’re equally as delicious as their coffee selection. You can try the Hotate Soy Pasta, my family’s # 1 favorite!
Fat Seed is highly recommended. My favorite is their Hotate Pasta! Their menu is extra ordinary, unique, and most importantly the taste is so good! Their coffee is soooo good, too!
Service was great! Food and drinks were on point. Grat vibe as well. Couldn't ask for anything more from a resto you'd constantly go back to.
Ambiance is perfect. Not too formal, not too casual. Pets are even welcome.
Must try are the Wings, Pork chop, Mac & Cheetos, Grilled Cheese with Tomato soup.
This is my third time going to Fat Seed and I can say it’s a good restaurant to hang out with friends, or given the location, to do acads and work. Plus, there’s an electric outlet and restroom inside!
For the drinks, I only tried their coffee and it’s actually rich and I can feel the coffee in it. For the coffee cubes, it’s an innovative spin-off for iced coffee, and you won’t risk the flavor of the coffee because the cubes are the coffee themselves! ☕️
For the food, it’s a bit pricey but good! I tried the Corned Beef Eggs Benedict sandwich and I enjoyed it. For the pasta, I tried the Tartuffo and Hotate and I liked the Hotate one better! Although I wished their pasta had more meat tbh.
As for the cake, we tried the flourless cake and it was a bit hard but the chocolate flavor is rich.
In general, the place is good, and I would still recommend it for a chill hangout or for studying! 😊

Buttermilk fried chicken with ube waffle and salted duck egg sauce (P325) - the boneless juicy thigh with the crispiest breading was a winner. The ube waffle was a bit too dense for me; maybe cause I like some fluffiness to my waffles.
Kimchi fried rice with maple bacon slab (P315) - some kimchi fried rice can come off too pungent but this was cooked to perfection, and the bacon slap perfectly complemented it.
Will come back to try the other dishes fo sure.
Ever since I got a Zomato Gold membership, it has been automatic for me to check for partner restaurants before deciding where to eat. When I spotted The Fat Seed Cafe + Roastery in the food partners, I told hubby I wanted to go back there.
The Chili Garlic Bacon Pasta was super delicious. Flavors were spot on. I could probably finish a whole order by myself. I just loved everything about it.
Skip the Spinach and 'Shrooms. It was bland and just such a sad dish.
Lovely plating for The Fat Seed Signature Porkchop. The Pork Chop was juicy and hearty. We didn't care much for the other stuff on the plate.
We availed of the 1+1 on food Zomato Gold privilege and paid for 2 dishes instead of 3.
Will still go back to The Fat Seed for the Chili Garlic Bacon Pasta and the Hotate Soy Cream Pasta (loved this from our previous visit) with or without the Zomato Gold offer.
P.S. Loved the overall feel of the place, photo book style menu and the colored wooden tabletops.

**Zomato Gold offer is 2+2 on drinks now
Thanks to Zomato Gold, my friend and I were able to split a burger and a truffle pasta! The burger's huge, taste-wise though I don't think it's different from other burger restaurants. I liked the pasta though, the truffle flavor wasn't too overwhelming nor too creamy. I want to try the other dishes but they changed the Zomato Gold promo to drinks! Hope they revert it to food :-) will definitely come back for the ambience also.
Nice discovery last Sunday. Love the Hotate Soy Pasta! ❤️ and enjoyed their El Salvador coffee. Will definitely go back and try other items on their menu :)

Everyone! Please get the truffle pasta! It is to die for. You know those days when you just cant take life anymore? Well this pasta will make you want to love each day for the rest of your life. This is the answer to all problems!
This is my favorite cafe. I could easily do work here, set meetings and be so sure that I won't get hungry nor thirsty. I frequent the place, and so far everything that I have tried tastes good. You'd see that the place is always full. Despite it being full, it's such an accommodating cafe because the staff make a way for you to be seated.
(I do have some reservations with the bacon & egg sandwich... In the picture, bacon was mixed with the egg. Wish they'd placed real bacon, not bacon bits, or just have a bacon slab for full bacon experience. :D All in all, everything's good)
I recommend: Hotate Soy Cream Pasta, Wagyu Pares, Chili Garlic Bacon Pasta, Kimchi Fried Rice with Maple Bacon Slab
This place is amazing. The vibe of the place is very artsy. The food is very creative and comforting. I pretty much liked everything that I ordered. The standout dishes for me though was the ube waffle fried chicken and grilled pork chops. The ube waffle was nice and fluffy it had salted egg sauce and bacon maple syrup. The pork chops was super tender and juicy it was served on a miso sweet potato mash❤️ it felt healthier than your standard potato. Oh did I mention that they also served specialty coffee and it was pretty damn legit! Truly love this place 5⭐️
I went here with my friend who’s on vacation from Germany. She’s a vegan, but it’s very difficult to eat out in the Philippines being a vegan, but she was happy that she could get something that’s okay for her. She got the Hotate Soy Cream Pasta and I got the Chili Garlic Bacon Pasta (I have a weakness for oil-based pasta). She found her pasta a bit to sweet, but we both already expected that. I liked my pasta, but it’s not the best oil-based pasta I’ve had. Still, the service was great!
ambiance is homey and cozy.
staff are friendly and approchable.
service speed is just right.
love the tomato based soup and LGBT drinks. pancakes and chicken are also good.
Food Ordered: Tartufo Pasta, Fat Seed Burger, Buttermilk Chicken with Ube Waffles and Wagyu Pares. The truffle pasta was superb and the portion was huge for its price. I love the ube waffles even though they were served a bit late cause the staff was having problems with the waffle maker. The Fat Seed Burger was flavorful, juicy and had fresh veggies. Will definitely come back! We also had no problems using Zomato Gold in this restaurant.
Not the speediest of services, but they were packed. Best to reserve a table ahead of time. The Japanese pasta was delicious, umami. The chicken was good, crowd pleaser. The Ube Waffle doesn't taste or smell much like Ube, and the salted egg sauce tasted mostly of condensed milk. The burger, A+. The grilled brioche buns are smokey and perfect carriers for the meats. I usually skip buns, not a fan, but I enjoyed theirs. The Wagyu Pares, which was a special, was a miss. The cubes were of the processed meat variety, and were not seared, hence had that raw texture after being stewed. The sauce was sweet savory, with no beefy taste. I know they were trying to offer something new with this Pares, but it should be reconsidered. I felt it was a waste of wagyu cubes. The presentation was a hit- old school lunch kits. It just didn't deliver.

Would definitely come back! 🌟
Food overall tasted delicious. We ordered Mushroom Gruyere Dip and Spinach Artichoke Dip for the appetizer, Quinoa Bowl, Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Ube Waffle.
As what their menu says, all their food are super insta-worthy! Food tastes great as well! Especially loved their buttermilk chicken (although waffles were just okay) and their porkchop. They also have great interiors! I would love to spend hours there for coffee and for studying. We were only disappointed to learn that they changed their Zomato Gold offering from 1+1 food to 2+2 drinks :(
