Whenever I crave for Tortillas, I usually go to Hugos because they have a very good one that is so crispy and flavorful. That is why I am rating them a 4. Not to mention, their drinks are pretty cheap and they have a lot of options.
The service is commendable because for a drinking place, they can accomodate customer's requests quickly.
While the ambiance, I appreciate the smoking area 'coz I like smoking whenever I drink wine or cocktails. Also, they have pretty good music choices.
Nice place to hang out at night with friends. Live acoustic during the weekends. Great selection of food. From pizza to sisig to rice meals. Prices are reasonable.
After dinner with friends, we decided to hang out more and we ended up in Hugo Grillery. It was a Saturday night and the place was full. Luckily, we were still able to get a table inside and enjoy the bar's live acoustic music. For the food, we ordered the sizzling squid, pancit bihon and pizza de quezo. I must say that all were good but my favorite was the sizzling squid! I just wish the waiters will be more attentive on our next visit.
Such a great place. drinks at a very reasonable/affordable price. Recommended for those in budget but wants a nice place and good food. Great service!

My friends and I normally go to McDo in Granada to dine out while working at night but I did not notice this place until I was playing around my google maps and was able to locate this resto. The place is so nice and cozy and I'd give 2 thumbs up for that. The service was also fantastic...and the food,,,whoohhh it's really worth the price! Tastes super good and the serving is big. I'll definitely recommend this place to my other friends!!!

Okay, so I see that most of the reviews here are about the drinks and the pulutan foods so mine's gonna be a little different. I ate here to pass the time cause I was getting my car washed. I didn't even take pictures because I didn't expect the food to be SO good. For starters I had their sardine appetizer. It was a dish with Spanish sardines in oil plated with sweet (SO SWEET) onions and olives with a side of toast. This was apt because I was having my breakfast. It was followed by their Hugo Tapa from their breakfast menu. It was the classic beef tapa with a Latin twist. Fantastic. After this I had the baked oysters. I've had my fair share of truly outstanding baked oysters (my top is still the Oyster Rockefeller from Mario's) and theirs were up there. All in all a great meal with a comfortable vibe. I have to try this place out at night and see what it's like.
It's a chill place to drink and centrally located for thirsty people living/working in this area. There aren't may choices so Hugo ends up a top contender. They have a massive menu and an impressive array of drinks. Although our group just stuck to beers that were attractively priced. For food we just ordered a super expensive pizza which was good and their chicken fingers which were made yummier by my hunger.
I am impressed with their Margarita. The ambiance of the place was really awesome. I'll recommend this place if you want to just chill out after a whole week of stress from work.
Had the best service and food. Must also try the bar beverages especially mojito. They have a cool place, ambiance and music. A really must try place.

Been wanting to try this place for the longest time but been busy recently that I never got the chance to eat out anymore.
The place was neat and comfy. Light and fixture was cool and calm. The huge flat screens were all over so, it was somehow a good distraction while waiting for your food to arrive plus, there's free wifi.
The staff was attentive and accommodating. Some items in the meny had reasonable prices, some were a bit pricey especially their alcoholic beverages.
I actually loved everything we ordered especially the Sisig. Everything was served hot too. Waiting time was a bit slow but okay.
Love their mushroom soup, Hugo pizza, porkchop (my husbands staple order), shrimps and the pudding. Ohhhh that bread pudding with vanilla ice cream to wash it all down 😉
I checked out the place for the birthday party of one of my foodie friends, JoviJovi Jovi. I've tried Hugo once and my experience was good as I remember it to be. We had some of their Pulutan dishes like sisig, nachos, calamares, chicken wings and their sausage platter. I liked their sausage platter by the way. Check out my blog for a full review.

Foodie Day Out
Hugo Grillery/Tapas for the past year or more is my go-to place for drinks and hanging out. Hugo is located at Greenhills Town Center along Granada St. and is right beside Mc Donald’s. They have free parking within the Greenhills Town Center complex or along the streets outside. Greenhills Town Center is near my neighborhood and therefore convenient for me to go to. It is also quite safe for me because I can actually walk/crawl home if necessary (cheers!). Greenhills Town Center used to have 5 restobars and we were regular patrons of two of them before switching to Hugo (the first one we got tired off and the second one closed down). There was pretty tight competition back then and now only the solid ones remain.
Hugo Grillery/ Tapas is a popular watering hole in Valencia known for quality bar chows that are pairs nicely with beer or whisky. There was a live band playing when we were there and the place was packed with a lively atmosphere.
I recommend the Chicken Wings, Liempo, Sisig, and Grilled Fish since these were really the highlight of our evening. The Sausages, Nachos, and Calamares were pretty decent if you're drinking with friends, but they weren't anything spectacular.
Overall, I had a great experience at Hugo. It's a nice spot if you're looking to have drinks with friends paired with dishes that were nicely done.

It is a pleasant place situated in Greenhills Town Center. The food is consistently great with modest portions and meals reasonably priced. You should try the Crispy Pata, Fried Chicken, Callos, Sizzling Squid, Sisig, Sausages, Tortillas, Nachos, Pizza. The Margarita is totally awesome. There is a live band from Monday to Saturday and you can jam with them. The entire staff provides speedy service which always makes for a better evening. We actually frequent this place.
The venue is very suitable for gathering with friends. They have a band you can sing along with on stage. Their margarita is so delicious, you won't even notice the taste of alcohol. Their pork sisig is on point -- U can request for them to toast it more to fit your liking.
hugo is a staple for drinking people because of the daily live music performance and good main meal and drink chow food. they have outlasted a good number of restobars in the same complex (greenhills towncenter). the best outlast the rest!
I tried Hugo Grillery/Tapas for dinner. The place is cool because it offers a live band at night. Try their sisig and lengua. Their sisig has big serving, while the lengua is really good for 1 person. But they are both worth ordering especially the lengua because of its sauce.
Great place for drinking. If you're craving for some good mexican food and looking for that "chill" place. This is the restaurant for you. 👍👍👍
Hugo's is a place I've been to often, but not for dinner. Just beer and appetizers (the sausage dish was my favorite). It is a great place to hang out - have a couple beers.. listen to some good music. Especially when there are bands playing live. It's the best. Great service too! Overall, a nice and cozy place to sit back and relax. Being open till 2am is an added bonus. I hope I one day, am able to sit down and have a great meal too. Until then - Cheers!

Delicious and good quality foods being served here for a reasonable price. One of the best food I ordered in Hugo Grillery Tapas is their "Sisig" Also Perfect for beers.
