Been here multiple times. noticed some changes since our last visit but overall, the experience was still very good. attentive staff. good food. great value for money.
Crab & Shrimp all you can for the win! Pop na pop! ♥️
we've been here thrice already, the food is good, and seems very fresh naman, kaso lng the waiting time took sooo long, that it happened when we're here last time yung wife ko nkailang balik na sa katapat na resto to order her food cause she's so hungry kaso ang tagal parin before we were seated. it was a saturday afternoon na, nagpahapon na kmi pero ganun tlga, we know nmn dami kcng customers, but they should've even offer a drink since willing to wait nmn si customer. what happened is dun nlng muna kami sa katapat na store nagintay buti nlng ang dami ng naorder ng wife ko sa kabila.. sorry nalowbat sa sobrang tagal naming nagintay yung plastic mat nlang inabot ng cam namin.
My friends and I tried their unlimited crabs promo. As a crab lover, it was very sulit for me. But my friends who doesn’t love crabs as much as I do found it as nakakaumay, but then that’s on them.
The crabs here are relatively small but are filled with aligue. You can taste the freshness of the crabs by how sweet it is and how the meat doesn’t adhere to the shell. Their sauces are good, except the butter one because it’s cold and it was starting to taste off.
For me, there are 2 down points here —
1. Their wash area — it’s pretty dirty during our visit. The soap was diluted so it didn’t help in trying to remove the smell of crabs after feasting.
2. They don’t have crab crackers / nut cracker — they only offer a stone and cutting board to open the crabs, it is quite a novelty but it’s not an efficient way to open the crabs. I hope they reconsider this.
I would totally come back to the place. Just bring tons of alcohol for your hands and make sure you don’t have anywhere important to go to afterwards cos the smell will stick with you for a couple of hours.
I’ve been here several times.
Even now that they changed their “unli-crab” schedule, I still find time in my busy life to travel to QC (from Makati) on a weekday afternoon (sometimes I even had to take to MRT - which I hate) just to eat crabs here.
When this was newly opened and I was younger, I used to have 10 pieces of crabs. And then I’d feel like I’m tipsy by then because of too much “aligue” consumption. I love the sauces that come with the steamed crabs — most especially the chili sauce. There’s nothing like it.
The All-You-Can comes with unlimited rice and iced tea.
If you aren’t into crabs that much, they have several other menu items worth a try.
You can have Seafood Bag which has shrimps, mussels, clams, crabs, and fish (replaced with squid in this photo). These seafood swims in their very own Chili sauce which was not really that spicy, but very flavorful. If you're not into spicy food, try Butter, Szechuan, or Tisoy Bag.
it was not hard to get there, there is enough space for parking, the size of the restaurant is not that big but they were able to sit all of us quick, the food was great, fresh and you do not have to wait that long to be served, the price i think is reasonable. i might go back there, might
The crabs were just amazing! I am from Capiz so imagine my delight when I learned that the crabs are shipped daily from the seafood capital of the Philippines?! The crabs were plump, sweetish and had more than enough aligue. What more can I ask for
Last Saturday my friend I try something new and this restobar is a thumbs up! From staffs and presentation food. Worth the wait yung platters nila. We will eat again here :)
Ang sherep bes! Seafood was fresh and tasty. I really loved the spicy bag, kinda sweet but with a kick! Super sarap! I’ll definitely come back to this place. Staff were attentive and made sure that the trash bucket is never full and our water always refilled.
The servers have been welcoming and attentive throughout. Seafood was fresh, and the dining experience was comfortable except for those steel chairs without foam. I would have given this a perfect score, plus, I wish the crab had more aligue.
went there for the crab all you can 2 pm of oct 11, 2018. the first serving has 3 crabs - 1 medium and 2 smaller ones together with around 6 crab legs. all are male. i was not expecting too much but i was surprised. all the crabs even though they are male are full of fats, i.e. the male counterpart of female crab aligue. the crabs tastes excellent and i enjoyed them. they give you 3 sauces - vinegar, chile oil and butter oil. i liked the chile oil the best because spread over the all you can eat white rice, it makes the rice taste great. my second round of crab serving consists also of 3 medium crabs with one of them female crabs which was full of aligue. again with around 6 crab legs. i like all the crabs so i order a third round. service was good, all you need is tell the server you want more crabs and they promptly served them, not much waiting. i ended up taking 4 servings of crabs all inn all. all are full of fats for male and bakla crabs and full of aligue to female. out of around 10 crabs ( they start serving 2 crabs at a time when it comes to the third and fourth requests of the all you can eat crabs). i really enjoyed all these crabs tremendously. i felt very full from satisfaction. they let you use a heavy black smooth natural stone to pound your crabs which is clever and more practical than using a mallet. they also give you a plastic sheet to cover your shirt from any flying juices. i recommend big eaters to visit this place as SULIT is the only term i can accurately describe this place. by the way the all you can eat is only from monday to friday 2 - 6 pm only. outside these times, you can order seafood platters which i am sure are also high quality and which i will try next time.
Crab n' Crew for me would be one of the excellent seafood go to place here in Quezon City. We ordered the seafood platter and it was worth every peso. The mud crabs were packed with aligue and their butter and garlic sauce sticks well with the crabs and shrimps. I also liked that their calamari was cooked right as some tend to overcook it. I do recommend that they give the option for the cooking preference of their squid. They only fry the squid but I prefer mine grilled. For the oysters and muscles, we had it baked with cheese. It was also good but I suggest that they bake their oysters longer as what we had tasted more of fresh oysters than baked. It lacks the baked aroma for me. Our platter was accompanied a mustard like sauce and a seaweed salad dipped in vinegar and onions. The seaweed salad for me was an excellent choice of palate cleanser while the mustard sauce can still be improved.
Staff were very welcoming and hardworking. They do not let your bucket of shells and food scraps to overflow and tables were cleaned thoroughly before they ask you to seat. Food portions also matches the price. What we had was fairly priced for me.
the seafood platter was great! big enough to satisfy our seafood cravings(me & wifey). the crab sipa was also good. but their rice is a bit of a downer( NFA?). staff was friendly and courteous. il jst bring my own rice the next visit...
We celebrated her birthday here and this place is awesome, she's really happy and you can actually see it in her face, right!? ❤️Great value for money and the food is amazing, more than enough for two. 👌
I went here with my boyfriend today. We liked the food so much. We haven’t tried the unli crabs but will come back for it next time. We ordered the seafood platter and butter-garlic oysters.👌
Imma seafood lover and I totally love this place!I and my friends had dinner here two weekends ago and we really enjoyed the food. We ordered the seafood platter for 1299 and it is good for 3-4 person. We also ordered cheese sticks and their bacon potato soup which I forgot to take a picture because we ate it the moment it was served. Lol! We were starving because we had to wait for about 30-40mins. in line coz there’s a lot of people during that day!
The seafoods were great. We ordered chili bag. But their coleslaw needs to be improved as it is full of mayo and I think it needs to be balanced.😬
I like the ambience, the table set up, and the staff. Haven’t tried the unli crab though and looking forward to comeback next month to try it. We ordered the seafood platter and honestly I only ear the crab, and all others i did not like it.
Tried the Tisoy bag. Good value for money and more than enough to feed three. We also ordered a seaweed salad to balance things off. Definitely worth a second visit!
place is wuite small but the food is really delish and affordable. they even have a neighboring restau that serves sweets for drinks and desserts since theyre only serving filipino dish. thank you.
To celebrate my 28th birthday, my husband decided to eat something worth to try. So our hungry stomach brought us here in. Well, basically the place is simple and clean. The table will be covered with big plastic paper you will be given also a piece of stone and a chopping wood to crack the hard shell of crab and to complete your gear a pair of disposable plastic gloves and plastic bibs will handed. The staff are all friendly, courteous and accommodating they will also give some suggestions whenever your having hard time to decide. 👍🏼👍🏼 two thumbs up for them 🙂 For the food, we ordered a mouth watering crab bag with salted egg as sauce, its awesome! 👀 and approximately the bag contains of 3-5 pieces of medium to large crabs cut into halves. 😋
Definitely must try! Call your loved ones or your sets of friends and start your hands to smudged into a bag full of seafoods!

The folks invited us to try out this seafood resto in Project 6. It is located in a small building along Visayas Avenue. There is ample parking space but given the seemingly universal appeal of its #CrabAllYouCan for only Php699 offer, be ready to wait for your table like we did. The resto’s interiors have an industrial feel to it with multiple hanging lights and black and white photos providing accents to the decor.
The place is small but the food compensates for it. When we went there, a.c wasn't that cool and two electric floor fans has to used. Not cool.
Didn't try the unlicrab but had the seafood platter, which is good for two. Nicely steamed crabs and shrimps, but you gotta eat with gloves, no utensils.
So much love for this place! Crab n’ Crew offers different kinds of Seafood!! Definitely a must try because you can never go wrong with Seafoods!
It was a great experience. we ordered chili bag and we were surprise that our order was a half full plastic bag of seafoods. Cant believe we found a restaurant here in Manila that serves delicious seafoods especially crabs with reasonable price. I do recommend this to anyone especially to those who love crabs.

We had an excellent lunch a few weeks ago in Crab n' Crew. It started with the Crab Sipa. On the outside, it looked like any crispy dumpling, but don't be fooled because it was packed with actual crab meat! This was served with a honey mustard sauce. Jodie also requested Corn on the Cob. We liked that the corn was grilled and smothered with butter and a dash of salt. Yum.
🍴🌽🍤
It was a good thing we had those appetizers because it took more than 30minutes for our food to arrive! I think we came right smack in the middle of the lunch rush (11am!) and we noticed there were a lot of take-aways (or was it deliveries?). But when our food finally arrived we were very pleased with not only it's generous serving size but the actual taste as well.. it was so worth the wait.
🍴🌽🍤
First was the Butter Bag which is one relatively huge clear bag of steaming seafood cooked in butter and garlic. It had 2 fat crabs, good-sized shrimps, mussels, clams, squid and corn. It was delicious! It was also served with a vinegar dipping sauce and some chilis. I personally liked dipping the squid into the vinegar.
🍴🌽🍤
Next up was the Shrimp Bag. We only got 250grams of this and chose the salted egg sauce. This was the bomb! Easily one of our favorite salted egg dishes. What sets it apart from the others we've had is they diced the egg whites and included this with the sauce. It was very rich but very delicious. @jodiesdaddy used the sauce in this bag to dip the seafood from the Butter Bag 😆I'm drooling again just thinking of it and I'm pretty sure whenever we will be in the QC area again, we will eat here.
🍴🌽🍤
P.S. Crab N' Crew actually has an all-you-can-eat-crab offering and that's why we decided to eat here today. What we didn't realize was that is a weekday promo (2pm-6pm)! That's what we get for not reading the fine print. Another thing worth mentioning is they only accept cash payments.
🍴🌽🍤
Superb Superb Food. 👌 Their Chili Bag wont disappoint. I promise ✋️. Good Service as well. 😍 Will Definitely come back soon. 🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀🦀
The best place to go to if you want unli crabs!! Crabs are fresh, and the crew will serve you gladly with refills. And if you want to eat here, reservation is a must! The place is small, and they can only accomodate a handful number of customers at a time. Overall, we had a wonderful experience eating here. We will definitely come back soon. 😉
Can't wait to try those seafood bags next time!
Since I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE Seafood I've been wanting to eat in this restaurant. Finally, I did and it was worth the wait.
The ambiance of this place is just chill. The place itself is simple and clean.
When it comes to their food, i'll give them a 5/5 rating. Everything tastes gooood. We ordered the seafood platter. What's inside the platter are crabs, shrimp, oyster(either baked or steamed), mussels, and squid. Everythig was cooked well and all their seafoods are fresh.
The crabs are big and its meat are very juicy. It goes with a sauce that is kind of spicy.
The shrimp is cooked in butter and garlic. It tastes good that I have to stop myself from ordering another batch or shrimp. 😂
The oyster also tastes good and it's fresh. I like the baked oyster more because it's very cheesy.
The mussels are also baked and very cheesy so i loved it.
The squid is cooked with breading just like calamares. the squid itself is perfectly cooked and you can chew it easily.
When it comes to their service, the crew are very friendly and they serve fast.
I so love it here! Im a seafood lover that's why when I first found out about this place I immediately asked my bf for us to eat here. A bit pricey though, but worth it. We've been here twice already and there are no regrets. Haha! We always order the seafood bags, so far we have tried the spicy and chavakano bags and they taste so good, not overcooked. Also, the squid with mango salad stuffed inside is delicious, it's my bf's fave. Haven't tried their unli crabs bcos i like variety like with the seafood bags it's mixed already. The staff are nice and accommodating also. We'll come back again soon :)

A must try for seafood lovers...
Food: We didn't go for the unlicrabs since we got there 1 hour before closing time. We ordered appetizer platter, crab sipa, and Chili flavoured Crab bag. All the food on appetizer are delicious except for the sausage. Crab sipa is a must try. It is a crab fried siomai. The crab was well flavoured and cooked well(not overcooked nor undercooked)
Ambience: The space is too small. It is not what we are expecting. There are only 8 tables(i guess, not sure). My hubby like the musics they're playing.
Service: Very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Great service.
We ordered Squid Bites (disappointingly with very few pieces, won't even be enough for one person), Baked Mussels (small pieces but their serving was good for two already), and Shrimp bag with Butter Garlic sauce which all tasted delicious. We liked their service and setup as well - tables covered with plastic and paper so you can eat on top of the table while using your hands (plastic utensils and gloves are available). It was a great experience! I just hope they add more to their Squid Bites. 😉
Crab n' Crew Restobar is really a good place to fix your seafood craving.
Food - Their crabs are small but it doesnt really matter if youre enjoying their unli crab promo. If you want something more exciting/flavorful than steamed crabs, I highly recommend trying their seafood bags!
I used to always visit here because they serve fresh/raw ousters, but It's sad they dont serve them anymore. They removed it from their menu when a customer complained about getting sick after eating them. I begged them to serve me fresh/raw oysters, but they just wont. -still their baked oysters is a must try.

Super sulit!
Service - excellent! Super friendly and attentive staff!
Place - really small. Super clean despite the unli crab promo. Good airconditioning.

Aside from Unlimited Crab, the place also offers a variety of seafood bags and other seafood dishes--from shrimp to clams to oysters! And don't worry about getting your hands dirty, they have plastic gloves so you don't get that stench on your hands. We were served with three dipping sauces ; vinegar, garlic butter and chili oil. The chili oil was hands down my favorite and I was surprised to know it was the original recipe of one of the owners.
Yeah. What they advertise is true, alright? Unlimited crabs it is. Wasn't able to take a photo but their clam chowder tastes sooo goood. Won't be able to come back for a while. The crab's fat will kill me. I can't say "no" to it. 😂😂😂😂
Do you live near Congressional Avenue and Visayas Avenue in Quezon City or pass by it? If yes, I’m sure you have noticed an increase in the number of café and restaurants. If no, well allow me share with you one of my favorite restaurants which is Crab n’ Crew Restobar. On my other blog (It’s Watchamacallit), I listed down various restaurants under my Dine Out project. However, I failed to blog about my first visit there. But this time, I won’t!
Drool! Just thinking about the last time we had a crab buffet in this place makes me salivate. I reserved a table for my wife and planned on buying pizza for my daughter from from outside since there's nine on the menu. To my surprise I didn't have to, since my picky 7 year old also enjoyed the crabs! The sauces are great but I think plain vinegar with garlic is better which the crew gladly provided. I am still drooling while writing this, can't wait for my next visit!
Haven't tried their Crab All You Can since I'm allergic to it but their Bag of Shrimps are to die for. The last time we ate here was last year and we ordered 2 bags of shrimp, seafood platter and some pork. Everything taste good and is worth the price and wait except for their rice.
Washing area doesn't look good and the smell inside the restaurant is off because of the smell of the crab.
Masarap kumain dito ng nakakamay. The messy part here was when I crushed the claw with the rock. All the juice went on my short. Hahaha... The service is great.

We had a pleasant dinner here. Ordered their bucket meal in butter. For 899, we got a big plastic of crabs, mussels, shrimps and squid. The crab is meaty. The staff is friendly. I will go back and try the unli crab soon.
Whenever we eat at Oliva's (same building), I would always see this place full of people and I wondered if it was any good. Finally last Friday, I ate here and it was good. We had the seafood platter, crab sipa and fish and chips. The latter two were just okay but the seafood platter was nice. The mussels and oysters were delicious, the crabs divine. The shrimp was just right and was immediately devoured. The calamari was so-so however and the seaweed seemed limp. We enjoyed our meal and planned to go back.
We dont have to go to dampa to experience something really really good! Crab n crew is the new best place for seafood lovers especiallt for crabs! Lots to choose from. We tried the seafood bag, chili and zsechuan bag. Sauce was heavenly! Wish the chili bag is more spicy, bicolano here. Lol! Perfect for groups! Like the concept of the resto too. Will definitely go back and try everything! Better call them and make reservation before going.
Seafood was definitely fresh! From oysters, mussels, shrimps to crabs and other crustaceans. Could add a little more taste though, it's a little bland for me. But no question about the price as it's a smorgasbord! I recommend their tisoy flavor (cooked on coconut milk). You may also want to try their crab all-you-can (steamed only though) with unlimited rice and drink at p799. I will definitely go back here again for more!
Experience the fun and taste of a backyard seafood feast at Crab 'n' Crew with crabs, oysters, shrimps, mussels, and more. Of course, everyone's favorite will always be the 'Unli Crab'. For Php699, you can enjoy unlimited serving of crabs, rice, and iced tea. Seriously, you can't beat that.
The Butter Bag is SO YUMMY. Be prepared to reek of super potent garlic, but it all tastes so good going down. And sure, there are similar establishments but the quality of fresh seafood and flavors are far superior here to their weakling competitors.
The Shrimps and Mussels on Szechuan sauce was so plump and juicy, would highly recommend ordering it here. Come prepared to get down and dirty. Draw up your sleeves, put your bib on and invest in wet tissues. :)
Last night was a date with my two besties. I thought I couldn't make it because of the severity of the traffic at EDSA. I hit the road (Bicutan) at exactly 2:30 in the afternoon and by 5pm, I was only in Ayala and stucked for another 30 minutes. So I decided to take MRT. In short, WE MADE IT to the 7pm time reservation. Because nothing and no one can stop us from trying Crab n' Crew! (We loved the taxi driver who brought us from Trinoma to Bisayas Ave and all his insights.) Going back, we really enjoyed the crabs, they are sooo big (but not all) and juicy. We also ordered shrimp in salted egg sauce. They served limitless rice and bottomless iced tea, as well. Eating unlimited crab (plus boundless rice) is really crazy but Crab n' Crew gave justice to that. Food was amazing! We loved it! The place looks a little less lovely though we see the idea of the interior. Staff service was solid! We'll surely be going back and bring other friends. Thank you Crab n' Crew!

Crab all you can was a very good idea. It gave the resto a new twist!
Staff and service were good. They are very attentive to their customers.
Prices are reasonable.
The place is good with enough parking space at the basement. My friends and I tried the szechuan and chili bag. I like the chili bag better. Will definitely try the tisoy bag and butter bag on out next visit. And of course the Crab all you can. I would be awesome if space is a bit wider and bigger. And i hope variety of crabs are served for the crab all you can.
Love this place!😍😍😍
Perfect for seafood lovers!👍👍👍
I go gaga over shrimp and crab a while ago!😂😂😂
the best seafood restaurant along visayas ave., reasonably priced and friendly waitstaff, service was very good, they'll drown you with iced tea, no need to ask for refills, service with a smile. I'd recommend and be coming back for more.
Sulit unlimited crabs! This would be a great place to take friends you haven't seen in a while. Your hands will be occupied half the time (or most of the time?) cracking shells, so you're bound to have a whole lot of time to catch up and talk. Definitely taking my friends here next time.
Crab is,the best! You cant get wrong try thier unlimited crab but b sure you r not high blood dis,the place :) for some crabby:) great fri frends n families to have ir parteeeee
I love this place! The food is absolutely appetizing (: no flaws whatsoever. Even though it's on the pricey side it's still worth it. Definitely will go back to try more from their menu.
Food: 4.5/5. We had the buffet steamed mud crab. They offer a variety of sauce, but the best ones we tried were the tsinoy sauce and the salted egg crab one. The setup: their tables have paper table mats, and on the middle of it they dump a bucket full of crabs. You, intrepid diner, are to eat the crabs using ingenuity; but, instead of the usual crackers, you are provided with a smooth rock and a block of wood with which to crush the hardy crab shells. The crabs were good, and the effort expended in reaching the crab meat only made them taste better.
Service: 5/5. Waiters were quick to refill the crabs / rice / iced tea, even without asking. I wish they provided a warm towel or a bowl of lemon water afterwards, though.
Ambiance: 4/5. The place was well lit, but it was noisy from the people happilty chatting and smashing the crabs.
Parking: 2/5. The road to the basement parking was under repair at that time, and it was hard to get in / out. It is advisable to make a reservation.
Unlimited crabs, rice and ice tea!!! Steamed crabs served with two dips. Enjoyed my experience here because of the food. Though the service needs a big improvement.
They put the unli crabs directly on the table and gave you a rock and wooden board to crack the shell. Although the crabs are fresh but they are kind of small and not as sweet and succulent as the Bicol crabs. But at Php699, where I can eat to my heart desires, who's complaining. We also ordered shrimps and mussels with salted egg sauce. The sauce is good. Mussels are very fresh but shrimps tasted rubbery/mushy. We all loved their baked oysters and clam chowder. Both were superbly tasty. Oysters are fresh, big and very juicy!!! Although their interiors looked unappealing, check out their wash area, definitely horrible, this restaurant's still worth visiting, for the unique dining experience; fresh, inexpensive seafood and their good service.
Thumbs up!!! ??Sulit ang unli crab nila with unli iced tea and rice ? 699/pax. Me and my husband super enjoy!!! Sulit ang bayad niyo and ok din ang service nila
Great dining experience this evening. Attentive service, fresh crabs and fantastic ambiance. Highly recommended. If you really like crabs, this is for you. ?
We had dinner here at around 6pm. As soon as we arrived by the door, a waitress instantly came up to us and asked how many we were and gave us their menu. Less than 5 mins, we had our table. Their table was taped with a layer of plastic and paper to protect the table itself. Place was really cool and it did not smell regardless of the smell of the seafoods. We were served with rice, Ice tea, vinegar and butter garlic which by the way are all unlimited as well as the crabs. They let you use a rock to crack the shells open but you can also ask for the ones we usually use. I love their service. They were very very kind and they gave us what we need even before we ask them to. They are very attentive. A bonus to the movie that was playing on the TV. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. A new go to place for me when I would crave crabs. Love the food and Service! Go check it out! :)
I wanted to surprise a friend by taking her out to indulge in one of her favorites, freshly cooked crabs. Good thing there's Crab n Crew.
It is a small resto-bar along Visayas Ave., Q.C. , part of which , over the years has become a major food street (thus explaining the usual heavy traffic). As we sat by our table beside the window, we noticed the calming wood tones and black/ brown interior combination, which for me created a warm and relaxing ambiance. They also used those popular drop down light bulbs (against a black ceiling) to dimly illuminate the dining area. The place also had black and white portraits at the top part of their walls, which I later realized were most probably pictures of the staff and owners.
Being new to the restaurant, we asked for a recommendation. The mild-mannered yet knowledgeable server guided us through their menu specialties and in the end suggested their most popular offering, the Crab Tisoy , and the Kilawing Liempo as a complementary dish. (Note: Specialty crabs are served at a minimum of 500 grams) . Their Szech One..Two..Three..Smile (Szechuan) crab and Crab Marites (in olive oil and garlic) also sounded good, and I intend to order them next time.
Crab Tisoy is actually bechamel (white sauce, thus the name tisoy) –sauce covered crab topped with crunchy bacon bits. The mildly creamy, buttery and cheesy sauce, blended well with the light natural saltiness of the crab. The Kilawing Liempo which were hot of the grill strips of pork covered in a spicy gojuchang-like (Korean) paste was topped over spicy red rice. Mixing the crab sauce with the liempo was a perfect marriage of sharp spicy zing and rounded creaminess.
For me, the best thing about having crabs lies in the fun of getting to the meat. Its best enjoyed at a leisurely pace, over a nice conversation. (Not on a grumbling stomach, or when in a rush to get somewhere.) As Po, in Kung Fu Panda 2 discovered, “inner peace” is key. Haha : ) Once in a while, its fun to feel like a cave-man using pumice (the stone which the restaurant provides along with the steel claw-cracker) as a tool for smashing the crab legs, and for cracking the claws. Even had a contest as to who can extract the single biggest piece of meat from the claw.
As we enjoyed our meal, the servers were quick to refill our glasses with water, whisk out crab shell-covered plates, and ensured that we had everything we needed.
The name Crab n Crew is very appropriate for the restaurant. Not only do they serve great tasting crabs, but also a crew that delivers attentive and friendly customer service.
I just got back from a vacation. I rested for a bit then went out with a friend for dinner. We were supposed to watch the newest movie of Sandra Bullock's Gravity but since she wasn't feeling well, we decided to just have dinner.
I heard about this Crab n' Crew Restobar for quite some time now because of instagram. Their food really looked delectable from the pictures they post on a regular basis that's why I put this restaurant in my Restaurants to Try List. :P
We ordered Crab Tisoy as our main dish. A 500 grams crab seasoned with white cheese sauce, bacon bits, and other herbs and spices.
I'm not a big fan of crabs because I don't know how to eat them. Even if we were given "tools" so we can crack them up easily, I feel "bitin" because I feel I wasn't able to eat a lot from it. However, the sauce was very delectable. I love the creamy taste wrapped around the crab. It was good. I can't wait to try more of their crabs.
The place was spacious and clean. The staff/attendant was very polite. He was a bit soft-spoken and he smiles a lot. He's very courteous. He waits for us to finish chatting before placing our orders or he excused himself before putting the food on the table. I bet he gets a lot of tips from his very pleasant demeanor. :)
When we got up, he thanked us and told us that they have Acoustic Night also. Maybe next time we can bring our friends and watch the show while eating their tasty crabs. Maybe we will.
I love this place. They offer alternatives to your usual crab dishes. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I was even able to talk to the owners! Food is delish, place is superb and people are welcoming. If you are not into seafoods or allergic to it they also offer a very good line of pasta dishes.
crab & crew's baby back ribs are THE BEST!

They have the best carbonara in town!
Crab n' Crew serves the best and freshest crabs in Manila. Their best seller, Crab Tisoy, instantly became my personal favorite. The sauce is a mixture of cream and cheese with bacon bits (my favorite ingredients in one!). Different flavors were bursting in my mouth and the crab was perfectly cooked! The sauce is also good with rice! Next time, I'll probably try their pesto cream sauce.
Don't be afraid to get messy. You're clad in a bib and they've prepared hand towels for you. I had the sauce rolling down my fingers, hands, and mouth... And I don't really care because it's finger lickin' good. Everyone is there for the same thing so don't be shy. The place is perfect for family gathering, catching up with friends, and even date nights! It's a super fun experience.
In addition to the crab, I ordered their baby back ribs. Their ribs are tender, moist, and just plain delicious. I also had their cucumber shake which is perfect for Manila weather. The subtle sweetness is extraordinarily hydrating and refreshing. It was the perfect end to a long, tiring day.
I can't wait to go back! I loved it. The price was reasonable, the atmosphere was fun, and the staff was friendly. I'm now a big fan!
