I sent the guys a message last night asking if their Far Far Away Galaxy New England Style IPA is still available, and got a yes.
However, the beer (just being soooo good I guess?) sells very quickly. The kegs for it have already run dry when I got there.
But lo and behold, the simple message I sent last night got me a full glass of the magical beer. They reserved it to me even if I didn't ask for it to be reserved!
Not only that, we even got a tour around their brewery, learned a lot of things from their brewmaster Raoul, and got treated to a wonderful night of great food and amazing beer.
To cut things short, their beers are amazing, the staff are very friendly, and the food is great. We will surely be back!
Im not a beer drinker simply bec i dont like the bitterness of it....but the guyabano cider changed my mind.....very smooth and refreshing.highly recommended...perfect to end a very stressful day.
I've tried a number of craft beers in the Philippines already, and I have to say the lineup from Elias is the best by far. With Elias, you get imported quality craft beers at local level prices!
*Their hard ciders are a must try!
Tried it last Thanksgiving party. Totally Awesome draft beer! Everyone love it. Very smooth and taste great. Want to order more for my birthday party.
Great beer selection. I especially loved the Galaxy New England IPA and the Belgian Dubbel. Will surely come back for more!

New brews, new horizons.
For the record, it's my first time to stumble upon an actual Craft Brewery, and I could honestly say it was a blissful experience.
It was also an honour to also meet the fabled brewmaster himself (sir Raoul) and he even gave us the liberty to tour his lab/brewery. On that fateful day, I felt both shock and awe at what I saw (the process as to how Craft Brews are made) - something I never thought I'd actually see - for real.
All brews on tap were tantamount to sheer bliss. You folks should give it a try sometime.
Kudos to all the staff as well. Towards the future of Craft Beer in the PH. CHEERS! :)

Legit brewer with the creds to back it up. You can really taste the difference.

Tried a pale ale before, liked it's clean, tangy flavor before being told it was an award-winning brew.
