The menu was quite amazing never have I've seen fries, tacos and burrito in a korean resto. A big bold move to have this item infused with korean twist. Its also great that their korean meat dishes got 3 choices of how many grams do you want. This is a great idea for customer to be able to estimate how much to order. The meat also came with various choices of marinate. Nice so many choices.
For the food they let us try out some of their best seller
Kimchi Fries - your fave fries infused with kimchi and drizzled with cheese. I truly love the idea of this merging the crispy fries with the delicious taste of their kimchi. I also like the idea of Elaine O to add some Nori flakes for more flavor.
K-Taco - another great dish on their menu. Love the soft shell taco and the meat was delicious. The white sour cream sauce was also good!
Japchae - your typical Japchae but I like their version not too sweet unlike in another korean resto.
US Premium Beef - this one is not yet on their menu. They just gave us a sneakpeak of this item. This was my fave. I love the flavorful meat and blends well with the salted sesame oil. This one for sure will be one of their bestseller.
Original Pork Samgyupsal - Tasty pork belly. This one is best when dipped on ssamjang sauce and wrapped on lettuce with kimchi. Just like an original korean foodee.
Chilli Bean Pork Samgyupsal - same tasty pork belly but this time marinated on chilli bean. This is equally good as the original but I think a little more spiciness.
Caramelized Galbi - Caramelized chicken fillet. Double deep fried to give it a super crispy skin. A good choice to have a sweeter note after all the kimchi.
Sides - like all korean resto food came with various banchan (sidedishes). I love the delicious bone marrow soup. It was very tasty and refreshing. The Gyeran Mari (Egg Roll) was also good but I wish they would add Gyeranjjim (Steamed egg) in their sides. I also love their kimchi just right amount of spiciness.
Coffee Prince - One of my fave kdrama is now a dessert haha. This is a scoop of coffee icecream bed by graham and redbeans. Love the presentation. Good mix of bitter coffee and sweet red beans.
Overall love the great service and everything were delicious. Love how they kept refillig the sides and our bottomless icedtea. Exhaust was also good didn't smell bbq after the meal. If you are a fan korean food this is a great choice.
Great korean food, good ambiance, friendly and attentive staff. I've been to Kpub, Lee Hak, Don Day, and other Korean Resto, but Soban is still number 1 for me. Tried most of the food on their menu and my favorites are Dwaegi Bulgogi, Upjinsal, Dak Ganjeong, and Deung Galbi Kimchi Chigae. �
1st time today, SM North Edsa branch. Ordered bibimbap beef. It was good! Big thin strips of beef, not ground beef by the way. Friendly & attentive staffs ready with smiles! They refill my side dishes without me asking for it! Ambience is good! No smell of smoke inside. Overall, twas a nice experience! Looking forward for my next visit with my daughter! Keep up the good work guys! And keep the food great everytime! ���

Dined last 9/25 with a buddy of mine at ATC branch. I ordered Bibimbap and Woo Sang Yup 180g. Quality of food is superb and taste was great! Great value for money & excellent customer service too! I'll definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.
I have been to Korean Restaurants around Makati and SOBAN RESTO is one of the best Korean Resto in town. The food was great and tasty espcially their side dishes. ( i could not resist asking for refill ) The price is reasonable, the service is fast with nice, helpful and courteous servers roaming around ready to attend each customers needs. I will surely go back to this resto.

Thank you looloo for the inviting us and soban ktown grill for having us try your upcoming beef set grill.
Dotz and two sisters explained to us how this resto turned out to be. They were inspired in LA to see a lot of booming restaurants and all those different concepts. One of those are the flavored sampyupsal in which they think would really hit high here in the Philippines. And so the kaladkarins are here to find it out.
kimchi fries 199php
This was first served to us while waiting for the rest of the gang. Lucky are those who arrives early cause they get to have the picture of the fries in its full glory, get to be served by the owners and get the fries at its best temperature ang goodness. Knowing that it is best eaten right away. The fries were a little too hard on the edges and super soft in the middle. You can only taste the kimchi and fries. I want more cheese though. I suggest a separate cheese dip aside.

☀️ kimchi rice - i like this. Not so spicy. The corn and green bell pepper really smothers in my mouth. The spiciness kicks after a while. The bell peppers tame down the kimchi spiciness.
☀️ beef soup - no kidding this is really good! It does not look so beefy but better than bulalo. No added msg imo.
☀️ kimchi - i like this. Not so spicy. Bicolana
☀️ egg roll - tamago! Lol. Sweet tasting
☀️ fennel salad - sweet tasting salad good to go with the lettuce and doenjang.
☀️ lettuce and doenjang- doenjang is like the natto counterpart of Korea. It's fermented beans but just in a spicy tomato paste. This side is good to go with the USDA beef and all proteins set at the table. Wrap it up with the lettuce provided.

Pork!! This is what you order to test soban's specialty. We tried the soy garlic and original. The Korean spices were really meat deep.

If you want chicken, try this... Cause this one is fried. Its skin is double fried so it's super crispy. Unlike bonchon this one is crispier and less artificial. I like the tender chicken as well.
mango banana shake
One round of this is enough. Served in a really tall glass. Mango then banana aftertaste. However the bananas was quite rough in the tongue. I go for the iced tea (green) it tastes apple and mint.
coffee prince 120php
Ah! Desserts! Homemade coffee ice cream on soft graham crust and Korean red bean bed. It tastes like adzuki beans. Well, similar din naman kasi ang Korean sa Japanese. The frosted chocolate on top is easily overlooked by the combination of the three.
It's absolutely a good place to hang out and catch up with friends. The place, although it's grill place, it is not smoky at all. They have a special pull down ventilation that could suck the smoke from the grille
No internet or CR inside, however there's a possibility magkaroon ng WIFI soon and the mall CR is near the area. Could accommodate around 40-50 customers. Will definitely be back fir the wine flavored samgyupsal and the beef set again!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They immediately attended to any concern we encountered. The meat was good meat and tender. The promo deal we availed was sulit. Please improve the layout of the tables. I have to ask the neighboring table to stand up just so I can pass. Also, the tables are small, so the hot oil from the grill keeps splashing on me .

Yes! Korean food trip it is! Kudos to all the staff and crew of this restaurant. The person who assisted us really knows their menu and knowlegeable in what they're selling. They are also accomodating and whenever our drinks is running out since it is unlimited drinks...we dont need to call them every now and then to refill it. They are observant and attentive in what their customers need. About the food...sobrang sulit nmn ang binayad namin..it is expensive because it cost us 3,500 pesos but hey all worth it and nabusog kame AS IN! i love their kimchi rice! Tama lang ung anghang for those who hate maanghang. I love kimchi! Their kimchi is really good! Pasok sa taste ng mga pinoy...hinde sobrang maanghang ...it has spicy taste but has a bit of sweetness as well. Their japchae is also great. Ung meat, chicken nila...halatang fresh kaya masarap tlg. Always a good experience in this restaurant. We’ve been coming for years even if there are other Samgyeup places in the metro, we always come back to this place.
Whenever we eat here, we realize that we don't need to eat unlimited to feel "sulit". In terms of flavor and quality, we choose to go back even if it's on the pricey side. It's sulit by definition of that. One of the dishes we came to like is the Fruity Flavored pork. We were really hesitant in ordering that but to our surprise, it's the dish that had a high recall. They stand out in terms of flavor! We recommend you to eat here because aside from quality, the stench of the smoke won't stick to you and your clothes! 😊 That's a big plus!!

Soban K-Town Grill is a great place to go if you’re looking for a korean grilled restaurant. Aside from it’s wide range delectable options, the service crew are very approachable and friendly, they will assist you as fast as they can. also the dessert is so yummy.
Great food and good value! We ordered the 2k worth bbq meal and had it cooked. The amount of food is worth it probably can be good for even up to 6 people.
Please make the maki hot and the rice of it.

Great place for delicious korean BBQ! We ordered the fathers day meal set for 2 and a few extra dishes for our party of 3 as they were pretty strict on the set for 2 actually being for 2. The meal set comes with plenty of inclusions like unlimited rice, 3 meats, pancakes, fried chicken, egg soup, and dessert. The best part was the meat as it was fresh, juicy, and tender. The sides was also delicious and as added bonus it's also unlimited.

I can’t even begin to describe how tasteful soban is; you get deals that serves your cravings. Savory meat that leaves you in cloud. You will not regret your visit here because it will always leave you full and satisfied. Their ice cream here is one of my favorites too because of how creamy, delicate and light it is. I think you should give soban a try and prepare to be satisfied!

Its a solid place to eat with family and friends. The steamed egg is delicous, and the sides are refillable. It may be somewhat pricey though, but its worth it.

They have good food and friendly servers. Downside is it’s always full. I like that it’s not the usual unlimited meat korean resto but the serving portion is just right. We keep on coming back for more. I hope they open more branches near Marikina or Antipolo.
