I spend time here whenever I want to drink matcha frappe. Their take on it is my favorite among the others shops nearby. Also, we spend most of our time here since it has wifi and the place is cozy. Sometimes, it gets really really noisy because there are parents together with their kids but I can't really blame them because its a donut shop.
Favorite donut! Alcapone, tiramisu, avocado, green tea are the best for me.
The place is well maintained and staff are very accommodating.
The only thing I would suggest is to make your drinking cups a bit bigger 🤣
Their donuts do not disappoint, as always. I am still in love with their Alcapone, Glazzy, and Mr Green Tea. Sometimes, it's discouraging to enter the store especially at night with the long queue.
If you are looking for less crowded j.co branch other than eastwood. This is where i recommend you to visit.
Nothing special than it is not crowded than usual j.co branches (considering it is located at Cubao).
Am pretty much always here because it's accessible. Their donuts are great and their drinks are also tasty! Especially love their avocado cappucino, green tea and yuzu frappes. Staff is friendly too. Things get a bit crazy with long queues in the afternoon. Wifi is a bit slow even w/few customers and some power outlets aren't working though.
I very seldom do a review but this cafe deserved it. I'm a working student and staying up past my bedtime to study is a challenge especially during semester's finals. I used to be in a famous Tea shop but the place lack of outlets and tables were small to fit my laptop. On the other hand, JCO has everything I need:
✅ Unlimited fast wifi internet connection.
✅ Exact table height and size.
✅ More power outlets.
✅ They accept GCredit (When you are running out of cash)
✅ The crew is exceptional
I really hope that they can extend their business hours to accommodate night owl like me. Kudos and keep it up!
J.CO Donuts & Coffee.
The place was quite big. Fresh donuts and hot brewed coffee to satisfy their customers’ cravings. The ambience was great, not too warm inside with free wifi access. There were times that the store has a crowd of people inside, buying dozens of donuts. The staff was kind and the service’s great. Maybe, a little change or improvement on their interior and lightings. It’s a bit dark for me.

Most of the time the lines here are long...but i think its worth the time since you get what you wang though there are times that you cant order what you want since they need to sell donuts that are not being ordered...still a great buy considering taste and quality...i remember that they used to sell 500php for 2 boxes..wish that they make that happen again :(

One of the first J.Co branch I saw. The place is not that big but is clean and the service is good. The food is 4⭐ like my other J.Co review
The servers are very hospitable. They will greet you warmly with a smile. The ambiance is perfect for meetings and for studying. Great service!
Being a college student, I'm always in need of a place with caffeine and Wi-Fi. Thankfully, their Cubao branch is only a few blocks away from home and has both. I usually come here weekly because I really like their Iced Chocolate (it might be too sweet for some, though). They also serve a free Glazzy donut for every beverage order. I like the Glazzy donut, but I won't go out of my way to buy it. I recommend Cheesecakelicious and the tiramisu-flavored one (Tira-miss-u? Tiramissu? Idk it was a pun). What's great about J. CO is that their drinks and donuts are cheaper compared to other cafés, so broke college students like me could afford going here and not feel too pretentious and yayamanin.
I like the place, although it does tend to get crowded especially during holidays. Their air-conditioning could also do with a bit of a boost. I don't really mind it, though, but those who are a bit sensitive might find the place a bit warmer than the usual coffee shops.
Their staff are the commendable ones - they're always with a smile and are always extremely helpful and good-natured. I've been to this branch quite a lot, and I don't think I've ever met a staff member that looked like they didn't like what they were doing. Kudos to the HR team!
What I love about this branch is the people working here - from the manager/supervisor to the security guard. All are so nice and makes you feel really welcomed.
Another thing I like here is their display of their merchandise for sale and they really made it easy for you to choose the one (or 2) that will suit your taste.
Btw, every merchandise you buy, either their signature cup, tumbler or container, comes with a FREE drink.
Been here just twice but will definitely be back again when I'm in cubao :)
Cheers!
Always long lines, no sense of urgency. Some staffs were grumpy, they don't know how to smile to their customers even if I'm already a regular customer I always greet them before giving them my orders. At least I appreciate their security guard as I walk in and out of the store who always opens the door for me and greets me with a smile, thanks to you Kuya guard.
It was all in all great experience every time I come here. Service is fast..staff are nice. However there are times when they dont.put out the flavors. You would have to ask for it before they give it to you even though it's already done. As if they ate hiding it hahaha
Can get really pretty addicting!! Alcapone is the best and their main flavor but my favorite is the avocado!! Well honestly, I love everything and I can really eat a dozen in just one sitting!! I have a lot of favorites and I will never get tired of eating these! The dough is very soft and the filling has just the right amount of sweetness! Best eaten right away! It's just that it's like every quarter of the month their prices always went up. But nevertheless, it's very addicting. #sweets
Been there maybe 3 times and takeout donuts maybe 4 to 5 times. For me their donuts are my favorites so far. And who doesn't want discounts if you buy more 👌🏼

I am residing in a Condominium here in Cubao near the Araneta Center and whenever I go to our province, I never forgot to buy here 2 dozens of J.Co coz' my family is numerous in members. It would be sufficed enough for that matter. I love how the donuts are being served fresh. One downside as usual is the long queue awaiting for us, the customers. I have to wait for a couple of minutes just to be in the order area. I hope there's a consistent solution for this.
I'm an avid fan of J.Co ever since and I love their donuts and also their promotions. Kidos.
One of the best places in Gateway area that you can get an access to free wifi. Even if we ordered a dozen of donuts to-go, they still let us connect to the wifi. Froyo was my ultimate fave with fruit toppings and cereals.
Staff were courteous and accommodating.
I came here around 7PM and I got to know that I can't have the Family Treat (1 dozen of doughnuts and 2 dozen of Jpops) because they ran out of stock of Jpops. So I just bought a dozen of doughnuts for pasalubong. The taste was undoubtedly great. The dough of the doughnut is really yummy that I had three doughnuts in a row. BUT if I had to pick favourites, Coco Loco wins my heart.
one of the less crowded jco branch in the metro i have already bought here maybe 4 or 5 times during a weekend and the store is not too crowded unlike other branches, typical jco branch you pick your donuts and the pieces you want (the more you buy the cheaper) staff is ok quick and accomodating.
If you crave for some jco donuts and youre near the area then this branch is fine.
BTW Alcapone , Avocado Dicarpio, and Cheese Cakelicious are my faves ;)
We were just about on our way home when we happen to pass by along J.co with no intention at all of eating. But then again from a distance you can already smell the sweet aroma of the donuts and then right in front of their shop you will be greeted by the donuts trying to get sexy from the window looking outside. So we decided what the heck, just one coffee and a donut to end the night.
So we ordered their signature Jcoccino coffee which is merely presented in a delicately crafted design, but that's about it. I did not feel anything special about this cappuccino mixed with chocolate number.
On the upside it is their doughnuts that put the smile back on my face. I did not even plan on ordering a half dozen and yet I did anyway. :) Blame it on them for providing twice the number of variety of doughnuts to choose from.
Indeed, this is really a box of Happiness
I think JCO donuts are the best donuts in town not to mention the reasonable and affordable price, but they offer softest donuts ever!
Me and my friend tried dining here once. I liked the place but sometimes it gets too crowded. Tables and chairs are too close to each other.
Other than that, I like ordering donuts here on non peak season/hours :)
To start if off, I really love the taste of J. Co donuts. Not too sweet, just right. So me and my boyfriend would always get a dozen sometimes 2 for the both of us. And whenever we feel like it, we eat it there. So basically and obviously we ate it there, as you can see. Now for the criticisms. Hey J. co i hope you fix your interior, well not the whole establisment just the furniture. I hope you maximize the space, because lots of people have to share one tiny table or two. I mean it's not bad to make friends, however some people would just like their personal space. Like us. Before we had our own table we need to share ours to 2 different peers. Talk about personal space right? So what we did we just gave our seats and waited for some customers to leave before we enjoyed our donuts to ourselves. So please do something about it. xx
I like the ambience and the foods. We ordered Choco Caviar Chocolate and Alcapone and we love it. We also ordered Iced Cafe Latte with Glazzy Donuts. The glazzy donuts are fine. Not so sweet but still yummy. The iced cafe latte is soooo bitter. Un lang naman ung nakasira ng stay namin sa j co.
Top 2 favorite Donuts 🍩 they add something unique to the whole donuts and it's freshly made. You can expect a long queue during peak hours and holiday seasons. Best if you are a senior hehe just saying ✌🏼️ all the frappé are good and very affordable! ☕️
Good service. I really love their doughtnut especially alcapone. Ordinary doughnut for me nothing special. Just tried it out of my curiosity.
Quick service during early hours..Freshly baked donuts on the go. Love their donuts especially Alcapone, my favorite. I also like the green tea flavor. Not too sweet.
288 doughnuts.
Food:? amazing flavors (before they had this hotdog bacon doughnut which sucked) the current flavors are great. Mixing and matching is recommended. Not as sweet as the competitor
Coffee almost as expensive as Starbucks but really it isn't
Ambiance: very busy.
Price: ?with the increase of 50 pesos per 2 boxes of twelve it's still acceptable
Service: slow as syrup?
I always drop by whenever I see there's no queue outside. It is a good place to hangout especially when alone. The wifi connection is fast, so you can enjoy your "me" time better.
These guys discovered the magical combination of avocado and chocolate! And for that they should be venerated!!!!!Their filling to doughnut ratio is great and the pastry has gotten better since the long lines ceased.
Needed to wait for a friend so i decided to stay by JCO to flush out my sleepiness with a cup of Americano and a sweet donut treat. True enough, its satisfying: coffee is good, brown sugar neatly packed and served, glazed donut came with the coffee, but an extra order with that avocado topping sure made my morning. I'm a happy camper. A two-hour wait is long but the place is quite homey that my aching butt (censor me) found recourse in that conventional sofa.
It also made my morning welcomed by their friendly staff. Was just surprised when the manager-looking woman came out from the kitchen looking very commanding..**haha; but no harm done. I even kept bugging Jason, the bust boy, for some odd things..and he stayed nice all through out. Aizel (hope i spelled her name right) had this enticing smile when i got my order. She is the shop's bartista. Mind you..i love the Americano blend, so i'd say she did a good job.
Funny looking at Jason as he does not stop moving around. He even took a rag and wiped all the chairs and tables, including the creases.
People are now coming in big numbers, my device now low in battery..but im happy. GTG..to savor my remaining brewed coffee and donut.
The food is great but the looooooong wait to pay is a big NO no. It is a good place to relax after tiring day full of gala with friends or to read you favorite novel.
golden donuts with just the right amount of sugar level :)
