I will never get tired of their classic spaghetti and taco! Randy, the manager, was extremely attentive and the staff was friendly overall. They definitely made my dining experience unforgettable.
Almondigas soup is my all time favourite whenever I go to pancake house.
They have the 2 for 399 promo where we ordered chicken with spaghetti for my daughter and chicken with waffles for me, their chicken has a distinguish taste that makes it unique from other fried chicken.
The service in Robinsons Galleria ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Since we had an early lunch there are only few customers, It’s funny how Kuya Randy our server mentioned his name like hundred times 😊 telling us that he is our server. He was very attentive and friendly.
I’m so happy with his service.

Pancake House in Robinson’s Galleria just feels like home. We’re a regular customer there and I can say that the service is impeccable. The staff are very nice, polite, warm and friendly. The food is also good and affordable. They have a promo now, it’s called Choose any 2 for only Php 399. You can choose 2 from the following: Seafood Croquette, Corned Beef Hash, 2 pcs. Classic Pan Chicken, and Special Salisbury Steak and both will be served with Iced Tea. Aside from the usual favorites, like the Pancakes, Waffle and Milkshakes. I also love their Grilled Pork Belly, Mac N’ Cheese with Bacon, and Spaghetti Club Special Set. 😍
A good pqncake house branch which is nicely mantained unlike the galleria mall that it is in. Manager is courteous as well as the staff. I would say one of the better pancake house branches and mostly because of staff attitude. Got the buy one take one tacos. Coffee with one free refill. Takeout for the kids with their promo.
Dined here last Feb. 18, 2017
This was my 2nd time dining in this branch, they have this really good promo 370 for 2 includes drinks. The foods are delicious & flavorful. Love the caesar salad , salisbury steak & pan chicken , juicy & yummy 👍
Store is clean & waiters are kind, attentive and courteous.
Note: Pancake house includes service charge , 8% of your total bill.
After our church service we decided to have dinner here well we have dine here several times. This place is new renovated this year. We love the chicken here i usually ordered house special set consist of taco chicken and spag with ice tea which i usually convert it to bottemless.place is nice service is ok.
We ordered the roast beef set and we feel like it doesn't stand out much. We love the side greens though.
I also got their new Mac n cheese with bacon strips. This blew my mind because it feels like home and it really tastes good.
We dined here btw because the interior is cozy and it is not as crowded as other restos.
When someone asks me what single food I can eat for the rest of my life, I always say chicken! The beauty of it is that it can be prepared in so many different ways. One of my favorites (although most unhealthy) is fried chicken. I'm no chicken connoisseur, but I can say I've had my fair share of fried chicken. Every restaurant has their own unique style and that extends to Pancake House's version.
I've been to this restaurant so many times and I've never had a bad experience. Pancake House has a very casual, family-style ambiance. And finally, the FOOD! They have a very simple menu. As the name of the restaurant may hint, Pancake is the staple of this place however, they do serve some amazing pan-fried Chicken. I usually go with the 2-pc chicken with rice meal. The chicken is cooked so amazingly. The meat is juicy and flavorful. The breading is so perfectly crispy to each bite.
I also loved their Grilled Cheese sandwich which had 5 kinds of cheeses. If you have a serious love affair with cheeses like I do, then you gotta try it. Comes with some pickled cucumber, pineapple chunks, and potato salad on the side too. So all in all, eat here! It's delicious finger-licking chicken for pretty good prices. I promise you will come back for more.
Newly renovated Pancake House. I guess they are doing this welcome change all over the country. Their pimped and new generation logo fits the new ambiance. No more movie posters. It's more sophisticated feel now.
I tried their steamed Bangus for the first time. It had a herbs, tomatoes and really hot chili. The accompanying soy sauce tells the story. You need it to up the saltiness of the dish. It would have been better if it wasn't dependent to it.
I also got tempted and got their 2 tacos for Php 143. It's a good deal since the tacos is rich and delicious and one retails for Php 105. It was the last day today.
We ordered #mashpotatosalad #spaghettiandtaco #peachwaffle. They have good selections of food but they serve it cold for some dish that must be hot, I enjoyed their waffle as always. Another good thing is that they have promo for the pasta and taco which I ordered to share with a friend. Plus point also for their attentive and friendly staff.
My reviews are based on my own experiences therefore; they are facts
Tacos since 8 years old to our first date and sudden moments of fried chicken craving
Food - mmm mm!! fried chicken ba kamo? hell yeah! This is my 2nd favorite place to eat fried chicken (1st is at our home, our recipe). It melts in your mouth and thanks to the gravy that adds flavour too. Whenever we go here to have breakfast or lunch, I would always tell myself I will try something else. And yes, I will ALWAYS fall for fried chicken.
Service - staff are okay. There's this guy who would always look at me when he's talking and another guy that only looks at my partner when he's talking. I don't know what's with that. Favoritism maybe. Waiting time is unacceptable though for a fried chicken that's already been marinated and for tiny sausages.
Ambiance - I feel comfortable dining here though it already looks old. Brings memories.
So? yeah! (I don't know if anyone of you gets that =p)
I normally order their chocolate chips pancake, bacon waffle, Tacos, Fiesta Taco Salad, and Spaghetti.. With rootbeer float or milkshake. So far, the food is consistent in all their branches. What sets a branch apart from the rest is then based on the service.
I love the Robinsons Galleria branch of Pancake House mainly because of the servers. They're genuinely warm and attentive. They have a way of making me feel like a regular, at ease, like I'm in my second home. I notice that whenever they take my order, the server will get my name and use it as often as they can--like when they present my order or when they're checking up on me and my food. Every time I dine in the Galleria branch, I leave out really happy.
Pancake house is on my top ten restaurant choices, Their food is just delish.
Food: Aside from their heavenly pancakes, my all time favorite includes salisbury steak, pork vienna and spicy chicken with brown rice. They're just so good.
Service: The service is consistent in all Pancake house, the staff are all warm and polite.
Place: Another thing I enjoy about pancake house is their movie posters decor. It's just so cute and it creates topic for you and your family/friends.
Pancake House for me equals fun! I eat loads of pancakes here every weekend. I usually get two orders of peach pancakes. The only thing is I request for their normal maple syrup instead of the peach syrup. I also like waffles but only in a secondary fashion to pancakes. Outside of breakfast, I like their fried chicken the best.
For waffle cravings, there isn't any place to go but here. My personal fave is the Banana Walnut Waffle.
I have tried several items on their menu and my top list include Arroz ala Cubana, Tacos, and Banana Split.
This time I tried French Toasts, Country Sausage, and Tuna Macaroni Salad. Like everything else they have, quality of food is very good. Service is quick and staff are okay. A bit costly than other food chains but each meal is carefully prepared, served hot and fresh, and very filling.
Jumbo House Burger, large Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and a bowl of steaming Mashed Potatoes with gravy!
My wife and I always struggle with initially selecting where to eat especially come dinner time with a hungry tummy . Then we often find ourselves dining here when we have our grocery at Robinson's Galleria simply because the place is clean, pleasant and rarely crowded.
Pancake House prices lean toward the pricey side but the price is matched with a good serving size and uniquely delicious meals. To be honest I never had any instances visiting this place then leaving disappointed.
For our last visit, we ordered our favorites. Clubhouse Sandwich and House Special Set. The House Special Set contains: Taco, Spaghetti and (our favorite) Fried Chicken. You must try their fried chicken with gravy and surely you wont regret it! The Clubhouse is very good particularly because of the generous content including bacon.
We will surely be back for another round of our favorites or might explore their menu for other great treats!
