Happy to find this gem at Tomas Morato! Food tastes super good. Plenty of sides to choose from. Great ambiance. But what really stood out was their service. All orders were served immediately and their staff were very nice and accomodating! They even greeted my friend for her birthday! The staff danced and made an improvised bday cake (out of Maki!) would like to commend RJ for being super fun and friendly. Keep up the good mood of this place! Would surely be back
Reasonable price for the food options. The touch screen service is also very efficient. And they are the only unlimited korean place I’ve tried that serves ice cream for dessert so it’s a plus!
My initial thought was that this is another Samgyeup place but found that they offer unli japanese rolls and makis plus tempuras and the most interesting part is that you don’t have to stress yourself by trying to catch the staffs attention to make a request. They have a screen per table where you can log in your orders and it will be delivered to you.
We got our fill of the sides since we kept on ordering and eating while waiting for the meats to cook that we weren’t able to eat much of the meats.
The promo also includes a round of soft served ice cream in a bowl topped with a cone.
A plus point too was that they let you borrow a powerbank to charge your phone, there’s an ad offering it and you just have to ask your server to avail.

Metro Manila is a blessed city for Korean BBQ. The spots are basically located in one corner next to one another, and many of them are very good. Check out Yoshimeatsu in Tomas Morato for another great K-BBQ experience. At only P549 (promo rate), their grilled meat and Japanese food staples bring dining to a new level you won’t elsewhere at this point.
Yoshimeatsu’s dishes are all pretty good and tasty. Be ready to get smoked and grab some friends to share delicious meats cooked up over charcoal grills. Japanese food staples for the “banchan” make all the difference. The menu features a section of side dishes and another for grilling. We got one of each and later ordered seconds. Our favorites were everything except the sakana tofu, weiner sausage, chicken liver, and pork intestine. It was surprising that their mashed potato was exceptionally good, too.
Here you get to grill your tenderly-marinated meat to your own liking, while indulging in free-flow kani salad, buta dumplings, Kyoto beef roll, spicy tuna maki, ebi tempura, and California maki among others while enjoying Korean kimchi as well. The round barbecue grill has a groove on the outer ring where the server pours beaten egg into the ring for you to cook it just the way you like, runny or firm. The eggs apparently help to soften the spiciness from the meat. Very thoughtful! All meats are already marinated so dipping them into the bean paste or other condiments is optional. Wrap a piece up in a lettuce leaf with some kimchi and you get a full kick of flavors. For dessert, their mango and leche flan soft served ice cream with a cone is also a must-try.

⛔ The only downside that I see is the waiting time after ordering thru their tablet. There were moments that we repeatedly kept on following up on our orders to the staff every 5 mins.
But overall, the experience and the food was great. Plus, there's a free ice cream once you bill-out 😉 I will definitely be coming back here 😍
Loved this place! Service was good and fast, food selection was okay, especially loved the ice cream. The cheese dip was one of the best, they have seasoned egg also that is good. Will definitely come back!

Remember that samurai wielding metalloid character from Tekken 3? Yep that one! Yoshi-meat-su brings the same edge to the korean bbq battle royale in Manila.
Yoshi-meat-su offers unlimited beef and pork and chicken bbq complimented by a wide variety of side dishes not found in other kbbq places. They also have pork intestines, cheese roll and tofu skewers on top of the usual thin sliced beef and pork. Their mashed potatoes taste like that of KFC and the sauces are really good. Kimchi was okay so is the kimchi buttered rice. Ebi and Kani tempura was okay but not the best and the maki rolls were a plus.

Had dinner here with my brother and his girlfriend at about 7:30pm. We waited for 15-30minutes but it was fine because we werent that hungry.
So let’s start with the side dishes, i like their kimchi! It’s good. Mashed potatoes was also okay. Lettuce - fresh. Rice - fluffy and cooked well. The variation of the meat was also okay, would’ve been better if they had marinated beef ribs or any thick cut beef, but other than that, okay naman. The rolls were likewise okay, not outstanding, but okay. Same with the tempura, crunchy naman and not overcooked. Soup was a little bit on the salty side but it’s okay, flavor is still there. Cheese and eggs were good as well. The taro-vanilla ice cream was okay, i was hoping for the yogurt flavor though haha.
Ambiance - okay naman. As usual, very mausok, but that’s normal, their exhaust was doing fine din naman.
What stood out here was the service, contrary to the other reviews or maybe because we just got lucky, the staff were really nice and they offered even before we can ask for something. They were courteous even though we know that theyre tired and sleepy already.
This was supposed to be an easy 5/5 if not for the 2 coackroaches waiting to dive into our food lol.
Overall, i would still eat here and most probably bring more friends. But please schedule your pest control haha

The Tomas Morato branch was a little small and we had a few issues with order not being served or the touch screen malfunctioning.
Overall the food was good specially the leche flan ice cream.
Once you eat at Yoshimeatsu, you can never go back to other unli meat.. in fact, you’ll go back for it again and again! Had a nice time with friends, although the waiting was a bit too much.. but the food was worth it. I already miss it, I am going back soon!
First time to try this korean-japanese resto and we had a blast, we arrived around 11:15pm but they still accomodate us, since the resto closed at 12mn but we can still order until 12:15 love the side dishes, tempura,maki and best mash potato. Its unlimited but the side dishes is still superb compare to other samgyupsal resto, if youre bored with the typical samgyusal resto this is a must try. 10/10 thanks will comeback for sure

Truly a “hidden gem” (as on zomato review puts it) in Tomas Morato. I found their service and food to be better and faster than Romantic Baboy. Friendly and attentive crew, lots of side dishes, great meat, and free leche flan ice cream! This is now my #1 favorite Japanese and Korean grill buffet place. Their quality has truly impressed me!
Their food is really good. You get unli side dishes such as sushi, tempura, gyoza and etc... Their meat are not that fatty umlike other bbq grill and staffs are welcoming, they serve pretty quick.
Yoshimeatsu offers great food and good service. Some may find the place a bit crowded. Limited parking available. Long line is to be expected.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.
I will not post food pics because there were a lot. I mean, we ate a lot. Enough to fill up an album. 😁 One thing that impressed me was the ventilation. The smoke doesn't hurt your eyes. You don't have to put the exhaust 3 inches away from the grill (I hate it when some establishments make us do this) for the smoke to get sucked in. The exhaust was 8 inches away from the grill and you could actually see the smoke being drawn in.
What to expect:
* The meat slices are really thin [except for the herbed pork]. AMAZINGLY thin. Thinner than the usual bacon cut sold in supermarkets. I get the reason why though. So that it won't get tough when you over cook it and it would be easy to cook. Just temper your expectations for this one.
* Don't expect premium meat cuts. They've announced it but it isn't a part of the menu yet.
* The marinated meats are VERY GOOD! Compared to most establishments that feel like they marinated the meat before opening, on this end they've marinated the meat well. Perhaps that's why the meat slices are thin (haha).
* Some of the side dishes are so-so, but everything's worth a try at least once [or twice, ok - thrice].
* The condiments, sauces and even the kimchi was made for the Filipino palate. Meaning, do not expect your kimchi to stink.
* Ordering system is great [it's fast and concise even] but not sanitary. If you're like me wherein I use my hands to eat, the last thing I need is to touch a screen (that other people have touched) to order food. For those who are not aware, you order your food through this tablet beside your table. The fonts are small, so they're not old-people-friendly. 😁 The system also rebooted once and froze three times. Make no mistake - the waiters are more than friendly to accommodate you. They will assist you and even take your orders. But it needs a little work [stable software, touchpads cleaned and sanitized every time the table is cleared out].
* KNOW what you will order and list it BEFORE you go there. The images are so small, the fonts on the tablet are even smaller. Make a list of what you want to try out.
* Is it worth Php 549? DEFINITELY! Is it worth the regular price of Php 899? No.
* Will I come back again? DEFINITELY! I hope to bring my son this time and the three of us will try their other branch at Shaw.
* We only waited for 30 mins. in line on a Sunday, 11am.
* One of the things I noticed was that the floor wasn't slippery. I've been to samgyupsal places wherein the smoke for the food leaves are greasy residue on the floor that the staff can't seem to get rid of. Thus the floor becomes a slippery mess after a few hours. Not in this place.
Unli tempura!! 🍤🍤🍤 Unli beef and pork bbq 😍😍 Also the ice cream flavor which is leche flan is so yummy!! ❤️ The waiting line is long but when u go inside... SULIT 😋😋
One of my favorite bbq place! But we waited for 5hrs! Grabe but it’s worth it naman. I love maki and the dessert too! Hehe. Will definitely dine here again soon!
We went here unplanned on a Sunday night. We just waited for like around 30 minutes I think it's ok. We were satisfied here. This was our first time I like their side dishes and the free Ice cream! Super sarap! Sushi is good too. Super generous with cheeeessee 🧀 💗. Everything is just good. Will definitely come back here. Service is good and what I love about this place is they have a tablet on each table to make your orders. Wow factor! ☺️👍
Me and friends went here and waited for almost 2 hrs, but it worth the wait. It is so easy to order since it is sent electronically. They were fast to serve too. In terms for food, I would choose this place next to Samgyupsalamat. They have a lot of side dishes including sushi but are always available. However, they have one free ice cream. ❤️
The best samgyupsal i've been so far. They got a lot of banchan to choose from. And the best part... is the free ice cream! Yuuuum! I tried both the ube and leche flan. The leche flan does taste like more of a creme brulee though
We had our names listed for reservation and while waiting we checked in to a spa just right across the street so we wont feel the long wait. Luckily after our treatments were done it was us who are next in to come inside. When we came in there were side fishes and meat already prepared for us! All the beefs and all their best seller side dishes.
We loved the spicy tuna roll, and tempura!
Kimchi rice was good too! Their free ice creM was the best! Can improve on their spaces. Our table was too tiny and a bit sticky.
I had to the opportunity to visit Yoshimeatsu last December 2018 and came back a couple of times after to share it with my family.
In a nutshell, though, here are my thoughts:
- the widest selection of food to cook and eat than any other samgyupsal places I have been to
- the widest selection of side dishes
- ordering system is fun to use, you don't need to strain your arm and neck trying to catch the attention of the waiter
- come at an off time so that you don't need to wait long. I've been there 3 times and never had to wait :)
- their price tag was already pricier than others (at P549) but if they followed through with what their sign said then by this time the food is already astronomical (899) compared to others which will quite possibly turn off a lot of people, myself included.
If not for that last item above I would have given Yoshimeatsu 5 stars. Sadly, the price is definitely a big deal when deciding where to eat.
We lined up for almost 2 hours just to get in. This place is good if not for the line. The meat were perfectly cut, seasoned well and not too fatty. The sidedishes (tempura,maki) were all good as well, specially the icecream. They also have cheese and steamed egg beside the grill to compliment your meat.
Definitely one of the better yakiniku out there.
Korean samgyup with Japanese sides! I loved Samgyupsalamat and Romantic Baboy for the served cheese on its griller. But when I found out that they also serve the same, Yoshimeatsu topped them. Also, who wouldnt want an unlimited tenpura and maki? Perfect spot for people who are craving for Korean and a bit of Japanese cuisines! Have your tummies ready for a loooong queue.
We are along the area and its been awhile that we want to try this resto glady around 5pm there's no queue so we decided to dine. We waited about 10min ti be seated when we enter food was already on the table. Lots of variety they have sushi, tempura, etc meat is fresh and not frozen. We love the fish tofu and cheese ball. They also have vinegar for sauces tasted good. Food serving is fast you dont need to call the waiters they have tablets for your orders. Its a great idea fir the owner. The down side is poor ventilation down stair, poor airconditioning,. Overall love the food. Sure to go back with the kids next time hope they have good airconditioning that time.
Waiting time did not take too long as I expected. Upon entering, smoke is everywhere and it's kinda crowded. Other korean bbq grills manage the smoke well, it's uncomfortable and I got teary-eyed like three times. Good point is that the side dishes are already prepared so you can start eating right away. The tablet used for ordering is also convenient. I love their maki and seafood cheeseball is one of a kind.
Been here for more than 5x already. 🤗 Even if the line is so long during the weekend, I always bring my longest patience just for me to eat here. I super duper love all their side dishes. From their maki to tempura to kimchi to eggs and to their cheeeese! They also have the no.1 beef for me. Just the right thickness, size and flavor. ♥️ dining experience is always worth the wait!
If you don’t mind fatty meat, you should really try this. The sushi doesn’t taste cheap, tempura is flavourful, meats are so good we didn’t need to dip it any sauce! The cheese easily melted as well and the egg is to die for! So fluffy and sweet! The convenience of having to just press your order is such a plus. Definitely going back here!!!

Went here to have lunch with my friend on a Friday afternoon.
why I like this place:
1. we were seated immediately and everything we need to start eating and cooking were already served at the table.
2. THE TOUCHSCREEN ORDER MENU! so much ease! i think every restaurant has to have this.
3. friendly and attentive staff. sometimes we didn't have to use the order screen, they already know what we want.
4. kpop and anime theme songs playing on the screen. my friend super loved it that her favorite band BTOB was played a lot and the anime theme songs gave me childhood feels.
5. everything tasted good! i wasn't quite fond of the mashed potato thing that was already on the table tho and the kimchi was a bit sweet. But I super loved everything else especially the sushi, tempura, spicy beef, and squidballs i think with cheese inside.
6. affordable and reasonable price of 549 per head
7. the interior is nice despite it being a small restaurant.

Delicious food and fast service despite having small space. Long wait but still worth it. Also crew is very approachable. You should try everything on the menu.
Place is a bit crowded and the tablet(?) which is supposed to be used in ordering is not functioning well. Nonetheless, quality of the meat is good. Ebi tempura is good as well as their maki! We only ordered from the beef selection. Faves are the curry and spicy beef. Staffs are very accomodating.

Overall great food selections. I can say this is the best barbecue place I've been to (and I've been to a LOT). Added factor was that you no longer need to call any staff to order, just use the tablet provided and wait for your orders to be served.

Food was great. First time to try grilled Japanese food. I normally try Korean grilled and didn't really know that Japanese has the same thing. Enjoyed their spicy sliced beef yakiniku.
Hassle free ordering via the tablet available per table. At first, we didn't know how to order so we have to call the staff to refill our food.
Only downside is the place is too small where you don't have much space to move around. But still worth it, we'll still come back.
Provides 'e-ordering'. Tables are equipped with an LCD touchscreen for ordering, utensils, condiments and last but not the least, charcoal grill.

Best place for samgyupsal!!! It offers unli samgyupsal, sushi, tempura, and tons of side dishes. I am in love with their sushi. It’s so soft in the mouth. The saltiness and the sweetness compliments each other. They also have dumplings and one free yogurt ice cream. The yogurt ice cream was so good! For their meat, it’s perfectly sliced for me because it’s thin but not too thin that you won’t enjoy it. I also loved their kimchi. Will definitely go back.

We celebrated my sister's boyfriend birthday last weekend here.
Our family is into grilling.. japanese and korean food that's why my sister want to try here.
As usual, you need to prepare for long queue especially on weekend night. We waited 3 hours. Well, I really expect to wait that long since I already experience to wait for love.. chos! Like Samgyupsalamat and Romantic Baboy, lalo na sa in demand na lugar kung san maraming tao. You just need a technique here, you can reserve your spot and be back after 1 or 2 hour. Since this is Tomas Morato. You can check or tambay sa ibang resto because they have limited seat on waiting area.
The place is a bit small and mausok talaga. I remember bago kami umalis may hinihika atang customer. So if you have asthma. Better to prepare your meds kasi ikaw din kawawa.
Food is great!!! I really enjoy it. You can choose Japanese and Korean bbq for only 550php per person. Okay na sya if pang malakasan ka talaga kumaen. We also try the food on stick. Sarap din. Must try!!!!
Staffs are very accommodating. May staffs sa baba and taas since they have 2nd floor. Kaya di ka ganun katagal maghihintay.

I wanted to try yoshimeatsu for the longest time and finally on my son’s bday I decided to celebrate it there with a group of our family and friends, yes we endured the long line of waiting customers for almost an hour But It was all worth it. My family and friends totally enjoyed the food! Special mention to one of their service crews...Dale, such a nice guy! He was so accommodating, courteous and hands-on to us. :) Yoshimeatsu is very lucky to have an employee such as he. I also commend Joseph and Allison who were very attentive and courteous staffs as well. I will surely return not just because of the good food but most especially because of the quality service given by Dale, Joseph and Allison.
Best unli grill buffet ever! Loved the experience, specially the hassle free ordering via tablet. Only downside was they only had few seats and would recommend for groups because of the seating. The long waiting time could also turn off customers.
This place is just awesome! My new favourite unli meat place since samgyup salamat and sambo kojin. Me and my friends come to unli places for 2 reasons: we’re really hungry and we love good food - especially meat! For sure, this place doesn’t disappoint. We we’re demanding our food fast and in frenzy at the start of the meal and the staff were happy to oblige. They were friendly and they don’t judge! I can rave about the food too. Aside from really mouth watering selections of meat, they have really delish side dishes. I’ve had one of the best kimchis I’ve ever tried here. They have really good taro ice cream for dessert as part of the package too. And did I mention they have good selections of drinks, including the Japanese alcoholic beverage Chuhai (not part of the unli package, but google this friends)?
I’m from the south and this place is definitely worth the travel all the way to QC. So y’all meat lovers should go try! Keep eating with gusto! :)
We already heard that we should be ready as there can be a line if we go there but surprisingly, we didn't have to! After we settled in, people started to line outside. I guess we were really lucky.
The table is served when we came in. Makis, tempura, other sidings and two plates full of meat. They also served us bottled iced teas, which we love. We love every bit of our stay there. The makis are delicious. I love the cheese ball and the wiener sausages as well! The place is packed but it's not uncomfortable. It's still cold and spacious.
The crew are attentive. Even the guard helps them a lot and is very accommodating as well.
Their ice cream is very creamy, too!
Hands down this is the best unlimited kbbq place I have been in Metro Manila so far. Worth the long wait for a table. Quality of meats is surprisingly good. Service is also fast. Definitely worth coming back.

1st impression: you gotta line up early to enlist yourself to be on the 1st batch of diners. True enough. Went here at 10:15 am (they open at 11am) and we were already number 2 on the list. Whew!
Opening time is at 11am but they let diners in at around 11:10am. But once you get in, table’s already set. Coal’s hot, and a couple plates of meat and several side dishes were already there. Our 1st batch of side dishes were 3 kinds of sushi rolls and a plate of lettuce. I think we ordered side dishes 3 or 4 times. 😁 our favorite was the cheesy squid balls and anchovies.
For the meat, I’d stick to the marinated ones. I live their U.S. fatty Yakiniku. So tasty. Worth mentioning also are the yangneum pork, herbed pork and intestines.
You also get 1 serving of ice cream for free. Flavors to choose from are chocolate and dulce de leche. Served with a chocolate cone. 2nd serving costs Php45. Their soft serve ice cream is so creamy, unlike those served in convenience stores that easily melts and has a thin consistency.
Regular buffet price is at Php899. But promo price is at Php549/pax for adults and Php249 for kids 7 years old and below. They did not mention until when this promo is. Downside is that, to avail of the promo, there must be at least 2 diners. Sorry, single peeps. 😭
There were 3 of us and we were initially offered a 2-person table since it was the first table to be available - di kami maarte so sabi namin okay lang haha. However, the friendly and lively staff probably saw how hard it was for us to move around, so they offered to transfer us to a bigger 4-person table. They were all smiles and were energetic too. Great service.
Ambiance was okay. I'm still not sure if it's a Korean or Japanese theme, really. I get this Japanese vibe yet they always play K-pop songs so...idk hahaha! Conversations can still be had even with all the grilling and clanking and other people talking.
Food was great. For a fixed amount, you have a WIDE variety of choices. The meat was good, the grill was easy to use, and I like how there's egg and cheese on the side too. I think the only slight problem I had was with the other side dishes (mainly the tempura ones) already being too cold when served.
Would definitely come back. I definitely recommend this place too.
In the sea of eat-all-you-can samgyupsals, Yoshi-Meat-Su stands tall and proud! This korean-japanese barbecue place serves super yummilicious meats, sushi, tempura and other side dishes! In Filipino parlance, "walang tapon."
Service is fast and efficient with the use of touch-screen monitors and an able service crew.
My first dining experience there deserves an immediate come-back. Kudos!
If I could just rate it for more than 5, I would! That’s how satisfied I am whenever we eat here in Yoshimeatsu. This is my faveeee korean-japanese bbq restaurant. What can you still ask for? Unlimited different kinds of meat, numerous side disges, yakitori, cheese balls, tempuras, dumpling, sausages, kimchi rice, soup, steamed egg, unlimited cheese, makis, and they even have free sundae after you had feast with their main menu. We went here around 6:15 pm and was given a seat at 7:20 pm. Waiting time is usually around an hour but it’s definitely worth the wait!! Food was really good compared to other kbbq restaurants I’ve been to. Service was real quick especially ordering because you order through a computerized machine. We also got free ice cream after our meal. Would definitely come back here!! Great place when craving for kbbq! Happy tummy 😄
There’s a lot of restaurants offering unlimited grilled meats and to be honest, it was a bit hard to differentiate one from the other. Well, Yoshimeatsu got my attention because they serve both Korean Barbeque and Yakiniku, plus they serve desserts. A Kbbq with a Japanese twist! At an introductory price of Php549 (it will be Php899 starting January), this is indeed a "sulit" experience. The makis are wonderful!
