My all time favorite clam pasta!!!
We had the Angus Beef Belly and Fish Trafalgar on Linguine. The Angus Beef Belly is super tender and really melts in your mouth. The pasta has a subtle taste of truffle oil; I would like it to have a stronger truffle taste. Serving size for both dishes is good. The staff was nice and service is quick.

The area is small but serves good food. Love the beef belly here! Its been years and the quality remains amazing.
They have credit card payment
Thats all.
Accidentally discovered this hidden gem in Tomas morato! the angus beef belly was amazing! Slightly has more fat ratio in the serving but nevertheless it was mouth melting goodness. The servers was fast and courteous. Can’t wait to try their other dishes.
Ive been wanting to come here, the first time ive been here was 3 to 4 years ago and their food kept me coming back. The most awesome angus beef belly talaga ang winner haha
After a long time , i cant even remember when i was here, the makati branch has already closed , i dont know why but im here now at tomas morato branch to reminish the yummy angus i have tasted in their makati resto. I hope it has the same quality as before.
Passed by 3 times before I got the chance to dine at H Cuisine because it doesn't have its own parking space and it's located at the very busy part of Scout Rallos. I ordered the Poached Fish and the Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly... it's really awesome for it has a candle to heat the dish. Both dishes were great! The staff was attentive and courteous.
Good food especially their salad. I also love their Teriyaki Milkfish Belly. I rated it 4.5 because the place is not spacious. I hope next time they could have a larger place to accommodate many people. They really have a good food.
I frequent Tomas Morato and H Cuisine never really caught my eye. I didn't even know the best Roast Beef I'll ever taste was in this little resto that I pass thoughtlessly. Yeah, it's like that plain guy who has a crush on you who you never notice.
So, anyway, my boyfriend was in the mood for roast beef. He told me that there's a place in Tomas Morato which rivals his mom's roast beef. That was all it took to make my curiosty shoot through the roof. I was so excited that while we were walking, I kept asking him if we were there yet. The roads and streets looked familiar and I was so confused because I've never seen H Cuisine along this route.
We finally get there, it was in front of High Grounds Cafe and all I said was "This is it?" It looked plain and outdated compared to the restos around the area.
So, fast forward to when our order finally arrived. Man, it looked so damn good! It was fatty just like how Angus beef belly should. You get a whiff of the herbs and suddenly you're drooling. The waitress poured the gravy over and my stomach started to rumble.
One bite and I was in love. All I could say was "Babe, I want this on our wedding."
The End!
H Cuisine is located at Scout Rallos St. in Quezon City. Once you get in, you will instantly feel at home. The place was well lit and it was very cozy. The last time I went here, I only had dessert with some friends but I really wanted to try their famous Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly.
So when my cousin from Cebu who was about to get married flew in to Manila for her final fitting, I invited her to have a girls night out and have dinner with me at H Cuisine.
FOOD
For starters, we ordered their Caesar Salad. There's nothing really special about the dish but the dressing used for this salad was so delish.
For the main course, we had their Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly (P 558.00) which was good enough for 2-3 people. I loved how the meat was tender and mouthwatering. The only thing I didn't like about this dish was the meat they used was too fatty.
To cleanse our palate, we had a slice of their Choco Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake (baked dense cheesecake with signature chewy cookie dough). The taste was extremely pleasing with just the right amount of sweetness. It was perfect to cap off our nice dinner.
SERVICE
Their service, however, has a lot of room for improvement. It took us almost 30 minutes just to get hold of our bill despite having to follow up a number of times.
My friend is a consultant here but that did not affect anything or create any bias. Even before she worked there, I already love H cuisine. ❤️ I love their best angus beef ever!!!! Their taco salad is a heaven sent to new veggie eaters like me. 😊
Must try: angus beef roast. Small place but the food was really good. Located along sct. Rallos in tomas morato so its quite hard not to miss.
Eating at H Cuisine on a Sunday night is nothing but a cheat day. Oops. Yup.
Let's say that the lighting is kind of annoying (I am not really a fan of orange lights). Let me also say that I was annoyed because they only accept cash (my card is having a weird problem) and lastly, the restroom is somewhat stinky.
However, it was compensated by the great food that me and my friends ate. We had the Fish Trafalgar Pasta and their famous/best seller Angus Beef Belly.
The Fish Trafalgar was really rich in flavor. For me, it is one of the creamiest pasta I ever had. The fish was too good to be true. While the Angus Beef Belly was not umay at all. I am not a fan of beef but, this made me love beef. Also, the price is justifiable unlike those other restos who offers the same food but aaack. Anyway, thank you H Cuisine! Improve everything but not the quality of your food. ;)
Loved the angus beef roast. Husband and I ordered this meal for sharing and it was too much for us. Maybe ideal for 3 people. I also loved the angus beef flakes bowl. It's a bit dry, as expected with flakes, so I smothered it with the gravy which was superb.
I ordered nacho salad, pumpkin soup, and Angus beef flakes bowl. The nacho salad is superb - really loved it! Pumpkin soup is creamy, tasty, and good too - just lacked a but more warm-ness. However, my main dish angles beef flakes is just so so.
I love the steak here, the platings are perfect for pics. The staff are assisting us well. The place is neat and smells good. The foods are juicy and well cooked.
We got an order of “The Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly” for sharing which was around 590Php. It had about 8 thick slices of beef belly with potatoes and some other veggies on the side. It also came with a demiglace gravy, which you can ask to be refilled if needed. The Angus Beef Belly was indeed AWESOME. It was amazingly tender. No need for a knife to cut since your fork will suffice. It had that melt in your mouth goodness and it was delicious as well. Loved the right amount of fat trimmings and its characteristic saltiness. Since this was slow cooked, each bite of the meat was bursting with goodness. The gravy was a bonus. This glorious meat can stand on its own but then again smothering it with gravy wouldn’t hurt. IMO, the gravy enhanced the natural flavors of the meat.
A little restaurant at the morato area that will not disappoint. A definition of "Happy food" = angus beef belly! Soft meat that really does melt in your mouth.
I really did like their angus belly but i find their menu too limited. Although, i'm already happy to have just my rice and angus belly for a meal :) bellyhappy :)
I come here regularly for lunch, and they're a nice dependable place for a good meal, albeit an unhealthy one. H Cuisine pretty much serves the classic comfort food items that you see in may other places, but their beef belly stands out as the best available in the area. Their beef belly is quite fatty, but it's tender and flavorful. The best choice for rice is the garlic rice, as their H Rice isn't really notable in any way. Their taco salad is quite good, albeit unhealthy. It's really more taco with some salad, than a salad with some taco. I have not yet tried a dish outside of their beef belly and taco salad that really stands out, but those two are really the only things you need to order.
H Cuisine is well known for its Angus Beef Belly (which I highly recommend!!!), but I’d also like to highlight that their desserts are really good as well! We ordered the Red Velvet Cake, Choco Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake, and Warm Toffee Pudding with Ice Cream. The Red Velvet cake was very moist and the cream cheese frosting was not too sweet. The toffee pudding was served warm and contrasted nicely with the vanilla ice cream - happy that it wasn’t too sickly sweet as well. The Choco Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake is probably the best cookie dough cheesecake I’ve tried in the metro because the cookie dough topping and crust were both chewy and not crunchy like other cookie dough cheesecakes I’ve tried. It was really like taking from a bowl of freshly mixed cookie dough - I actually finished the entire slice by myself!
The go-to place when you're starving as orders come out in a snap!! Taco salad is great and the angus beef belly is super tender, definitely worth a try!
Angus Beef Belly heaven!
I was looking for a nicely-blogged restaurant that I can try for the first time in Tomas Morato, and I found H Cuisine on the list. I went there with a friend around 4PM but they were closed! We were already hungry so we decided to eat somewhere nearby (the resto right in front, actually).
After eating, we saw that H Cuisine re-opened! Apparently, they have a break in between lunch and dinner. We just did not see the signage (it was not posted on the door, but on a chalkboard a few feet to the left of the restaurant). I shared this story because you might commit the same mistake.
Anyway, I decided to still eat because I only ate soup on the other restaurant. I never regretted eating there! They serve the Angus beef on a tempered plate. Meaning, they have a small grill-like equipment heated by a candle. Then they put the plate on top so that your beef is always hot. I guess it's because when the beef gets cold, magkaka-sebo na siya. Too bad I didn't take a photo to share here. Sorry.
I really enjoyed my meal, and would love to come back for lots of visits in the future! :)

Dined at this place for just about twice now and both visits, were not bad! They are famous for their beef belly! Also had their taco salad when we dined here. Though I liked the beef belly, during my second visit, they beef belly was not so tender as during my first visit =( went back here for that but was disappointed instead though willing to give this place another visit =)
Celebrated Valentine's in this cozy restaurant. The place has two floors and has a homey atmosphere. It's very relaxing and comfortable.
The service was commendable. The staffs were very attentive and have initiative. You don't need to get their attention to refill the water because upon seeing it half empty, they refill it immediately.
For starters, we ordered H Caesar Salad. Well I was disappointed on the serving size as well as how it looked, however the dressing was good and that's what matters most in a salad.
As for the main entrée, we got the Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly and Chicken Mushroom Melt. The Angus Beef Belly was really good. It was really awesome because the beef was so tender and the demiglace gravy was very tasty. We can't get enough of the yummy gravy that's why we ask for another serving. The side veggies were generous and the crispiness is right, not too raw nor overcooked. We really did enjoy this viand more than the other.
Chicken Mushroom Melt is a breaded chicken fillet with béchamel cheese and bacon bits. The serving size was generous, but a bit bland for my taste.
A slice of Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake to cap off the satisfying meal. This was served warm with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Upon a bite, I instantly fell in love with this sinful treat. The cake was moist and soft. The warm cake complements the ice cream really well. This is going to be my favorite dessert in this resto.
To sum up our experience, we enjoyed our valentine celebration here primarily because of the satisfying meal and the great service they offer. It's great for occasion, but not the everyday place to eat since the foods are a bit pricey.
I highly recommend their Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly for main entrée, Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake for dessert and Sunrise for drinks.

A lot of people has been recommending H Cuisine because they have the most awesome beef belly in town, so I got really excited to try it. True enough, the place is always full, but it is worth the wait. The store's ambiance is quite relaxing and comfy.
So, we tried the famed beef belly. It is slow roasted and fork tender, served on a plate with gravy. I like that it is served on top of a burning instrument, to keep it hot and free from oil. The beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender and really succulent. Is it the most awesome? I still have reservations about it.
Aside from the beef belly, we also tried their Loaded Taco Salad, Callos ala Don Juan, and Teriyaki Glazed Bangus Belly. I love the taco salad a lot. The tasty ground beef, crunchy tacos, fresh salsa, and oozing cheese blended well with each other that gives you a craving urge. The callos is filled with ox tripe, chorizo, bacon, peppers, and chickpeas, so it is oozing with flavors that bursts in your mouth. The teriyaki bangus belly has a sweet and salty mixture, also good.
Service is ok. Avoid the peak hours lest you want to wait in line.

It really was a "Most Awesome Beef Belly!" It was served on plate heated by a small candle to ensure that the meat stay juicy and lard-free. It goes really well with the Garlic Rice. Sweet treats such as the Strawberry Cheesecake cap off the very satisfying meal. This place is one of the reasons Tomas Morato is a food haven.
My friend and her boyfriend brought me here. I’ve been a regular customer ever since. i brought other friends to discover the greatness of H Cuisine’s awesome Angus beef. So far, nobody got disappointed. Thumbs up to you guys!
The most awesome angus beef belly is indeed awesome! I love the tenderness of the beef and the baby potatoes that goes with it. The place is really unnoticeable on the outside but i was surprised to experience the awesome angus beef belly. I will def. be back here.
Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly is really the most awesome that I have tasted! A must try! Beef was very soft and tender! Its one of a kind! Combine it with H rice or mashed potato, then you'll have a satisfying meal! For dessert, order a slice of Flourless Chocolate Cake with Ice Cream! You won't regret eating here!
I'm a Beef lover and I'm doing the "Search for the BEST Beef dish". And I found my Beef Heaven here at H Cuisine! They call the dish: The Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly and I strongly agree! The taste was heaven like, it's so soft that it melts in my mouth and the Demiglace Gravy compliments the Beef very well. One bite I knew that the search is over! And let me tell you, once you went to Beef Heaven you won't wanna go back in earth anymore! LOL You have to try it to believe it! Cheers H Cuisine and thank you for The Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly Experience! Coming back there very soon! :)
Hcuisine is a typical steak place
Prices range from 250-700
Ordered their Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly and I was disappointed cos it tasted like some slice & dice kind of steak. Dont get me wrong I appreciate slice and dice but 328php for the same kind of taste? Too overpriced
Service was nice though and the place was neat and the food was served quick :)
This place is just a small one with minimal design and simple but their food is very delicious. I love the Angus beef. Really gooood and affordable at the same time! The taste sticks in the mouth and it's really flavorful. Plus, the mashed potato is good. Go here please! Try the angus beef that's cooked 100%. 😍
I will definite go back for the Angus Beef Belly! The meat is tender and juicy. The sauce is flavorful and truly contributes to its overall delish taste.
Love love the Angus Beef! Melts in your mouth. A friend recommended this place and am glad I tried it. ❤ Will surely go back and bring my kids here.
This is one of the restos that i really want to try in Tomas Morato primarily because of the Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly and i was so happy that it came true last week and i shared the experience with Kim, Camyl, and JM.
After exploring different restos that morning, we settled in H Cuisine and it was the best thing that happened to me on that day. :-)
Of course, we cannot not order Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly. The meat was so tender that i could swear it melted in my mouth. Both pairs got the for sharing order. The beef flavor was so rich and the taste became more wonderful when i poured the gravy on top. Truly, it is the most awesome and best angus beef belly.
Camyl and JM ordered the Angus Beef Flakes Bowl. I got to try a little but i must say that it tastes good and the serving was good enough for two. I think though that this dish can have a tendency to make one feel "umay".
I and Kim, on the other hand, ordered the Chicken Mushroom Melt and this one also was super yummy. The combination of the chicken, cheese, bechamel sauce, bacon, and mushroom is perfect. Well, anything with cheese, bacon, and mushroom, is perfect for me. This one is good for sharing for 2 to 3 persons.
Kim and i also decided to try the Lime Cooler which is lime juice with mint leaves. We just thought it can help heal our cough. Hehe. Nevertheless, the combination is okay.
This is one resto that i will recommend to everyone. :-)
My friend and I tried H Cuisine because of their popular "Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly". And I must say that it didn't disappoint us. Tender beef with steamed veggies and potatoes on the sides.
Will try their other dishes next time..
Tagging a dish with "the best", "number one" or with any other superlative, either leads to extreme gastronomic delight or to an unrealized and disappointing hype. And just because of its name, I have been very curious about H Cuisine's "Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly".
When I got to try it, I was blown away. It was really the "most awesome" angus beef belly. It was super tender and it packed all the beefy flavor I love. I first took it without gravy and it was undeniably fantastic. The fat marbling was luxurious and sublime. With gravy, it tasted even better. One can really taste the beef pan drippings. The vegetables and potatoes were also cooked just right and were good complement to the beef belly.
I also got to try their Lasagna, and it too was excellent. The serving was hearty and it had the right balance of sauce to pasta. It was creamy, chewy and the herbs/ spices added the right Italian flair. It had about nine pasta layers. Felt like Garfield eating this.
The two dishes I've tried gave me the impression that most, if not all dishes at H Cuisine will be good.
Parking might be a bit difficult, but I assure you its worth the visit.
For me, the "H" in H Cuisine stands for Happy Food, Happy Place.
Ehrmagherd. Most awesome angus beef belly. You have got to try this. I was pleasantly surprised!!! I wasn't able to take a photo but this dish is permanently etched in my mind. Even the potatoes that accompanied this dish was heavenly. The dish is pretty rich and tasty so a little goes quite a long way. But then we do get greedy sometimes and just eat it all up. Haha! The pasta we ordered was good, the pesto linguine with fish on top. It was good. Even their peach iced tea was awesome. Will definitely go back!!!
Everytime I would be in Subic I should have to eat at least one meal at Meat Plus for their steaks and beef belly (yes... I know it contains lots of fats but its so good...). Now, I won't have to travel that far to have a slab of Angus Beef Belly! H Cuisine serves their 12 hour marinated and slow roasted Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly sliced and drizzled with their yummy gravy (single serve Php288.00, for sharing Php400+)
Their signage may not be that attractive but they have modest interiors. I also tried their Fish Trafalgar, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Carrot Cake and Blueberry Cheesecake. Their cakes are o.k considering that it is only about Php88.00 per slice.
H Cuisine is definitely one of my favorites! Yum!
H Cuisine is a homey, casual restaurant by Chef Hannah Herrera-Bagatsing. It is best known for its signature dish called "Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly". The resto is located along Scout Rallos, near the Tomas Morato area, found among the cute little establishments in between Tomassi and the Rub restaurants.
The well-lit yellow and blue motif works in keeping the ambiance alive and warm (reminds me of Stacy's). The first floor is not ideal for families with kids, though, because the area is not spacious enough. It has poor acoustics and the tables are on the flimsy side and can be easily moved by accident.
A nice portrait of Chef Hannah can be found by the stairs leading to the second floor. We do hope to meet her one of these days so we can take a photo of her with the three boys. :)
The second floor has round tables and seems to be designed for private functions. We feel that this is a more comfortable dining area.
Pumpkin Soup - Steaming hot, purely homemade and served with garlic bread.
We started with the Pumpkin Soup. The serving was certainly generous, and it tasted like it was made from scratch. I suggest you order this. :)
Broccoli Soup - Steaming hot, purely homemade and served with garlic bread.
We ordered a second soup -- the Cream of Broccoli. One thing we liked about it was that we tasted more of the broccoli rather than the cream. Thing is, the serving size was just half of the Pumpkin Soup that we first ordered.
Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly - Slow-roasted, fork-tender with demi-glace gravy. Sharing 2-3 pax without rice. This Angus Beef Belly is really something to write home about. The beef was tender and had a slight charred finish. Together with the demi-glace gravy, this dish really hit it out of the ballpark. I now know why foodies are raving about this dish. One thing I am not sure of, though, is whether we can call this the most awesome offering in the market. In my opinion, without the gravy, the meat itself might not be able to stand on its own.
Osso Buco with Grape Relish - Oven-braised shanks, rich sauce, grapes in balsamic vinaigrette. Sharing 2-3 pax without rice. We love Osso Buco. We have this tradition in the family that when we order bone marrow dishes, we try to see who can first scoop out the bone marrow, which amounts to 2-3 teaspoons. The meat of this Osso Buco was also tender but the sauce lacked panache --I felt like it needed more grapes or something to make it more interesting.
Lengua Con Cetas - Ox tongue, white wine and brandied sauce, olives, button mushroom. Single with rice. The lengua was nice (a safe order). Compared to the Angus Beef Belly and the Osso Buco, it didn't look that appetizing. Maybe it should've been plated better.
Oven Braised Herbed Chicken - Juicy brown chicken meat, tomato, roasted garlic sauce.
The chicken tasted good with the roasted garlic sauce.
Decadent Chocolate Cake with Caramel Flood with Cappuccino - When we read the word decadent, we ordered this cake immediately. Well, the chocolate cake was a bit dry and not the same as the other decadent chocolate cakes I've had before. To make it worth your while, pair it with the Nespresso coffee.
Blueberry Cheesecake - The cheesecake was supposed to be the best seller but I would pass on this one. It is not worth the calories. I hope they can improve on these desserts or offer better sweet fare in the future.
Overall, if you like Angus Beef Belly and happy, saucy dishes, then try out H Cuisine.
Among the best Beef Belly!

H Cuisine was started by Chef Hannah Herrera as an extension of her catering and food service business. The place serves some of her tried and trued dishes headlined by the Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly. I got a chance to sample some of her famous dishes when I as invited to attend a little event.
We tried a few dishes starting with Fish Trafalgar on Penne. You might be wondering where the penne hiked off to but that night we just had half of the dish. The dory fillet is pan fried and topped with a truffle cream sauce that had others sniffing in delight. I'm not really a big fan nor believer in truffle oil, the thing that is usually used in a lot of places. Most of the oil is made artificially and although the fragrance is there, the taste is lacking. Despite this, I still liked the creaminess of the sauce.
Another dish we tried is the Clams in Garlic Infused EVOO Linguine. The dish is given a twist with the addition of tomatoes, quite a delectable dish,
Oven Braised Herbed Chicken. Tender meat almost falling off the bone yet still juicy with flavor seeping into every crevice.
Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly. When a place adds on the tern most awesome to something on the menu, you're sure they are mighty proud about it. In this case, they are right, the belly was really awesome. The meat was soft and flavorful with a slightly smoky taste courtesy of the long hours its been cooked. A for sharing size is also available which is good for 2 to 3 people. The serving sizes of the dishes are much larger since the ones they plated for us were more sampler sizes and most include rice.
The frozen Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly is available in 1 kilogram packs at P1,300, complete with 500 ml of demiglace gravy as well as reheating instructions. The beef belly is pre sliced like the picture above.
One of the ways to use the beef belly is to put them into skewers and just pan fry them with no oil, since the fat from the belly will be the one to supply it.
For the left over beef belly, Chef Hannah suggested two ways to use them. The first one was to shred the beef belly and use it in a pannini.
The second way was to use it in fried rice. I've got to admit I was salivating already. Upon eating it, I've got to say its one fried rice I will be craving from now on.
To cap off the dinner, we had Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake. Not being a fan of chocolate, I was hesitant to consume useless calories until I gave in to the prodding of the others in the group who had tried it first. Before I knew it, I had finished the whole thing. I really appreciated the blend of warm and cold, and I actually found the chocolate taste just right and not really too strong.
Tucked into a little side street off Tomas Morato, H Cuisine quietly exudes a homey charm to enjoy its hearty and tasty dishes at very reasonable prices.
