We went here for a last minute dinner, some of the menu were not available anymore ‘coz t’was already late. However, they still accommodated us. Our bagnet took awhile to arrive but it was worth it. It was crispy but tender on the inside. 👍🏻

Number of times visited: Once

Parking: Street parking

Food: Ordered the beef belly tapa and it's quite enjoyable. Food was quite expensive, but the tapa was so tender and delicious.

Price: Expensive but the food quality is good.

Service: Friendly and fast! But then again, we were one of the first customers for the day as we went for breakfast.

Place: Quite confused with the theme really. Not sure if they're going for rustic or mediterranean(or probably not even this two). Anyway, it's clean, and I'm okay with that.

Repeat: Yes!

Went here the othee day with my friends and it was definitely a full belly experience! The Bagnet ni Kenneth is to die for (all the outside crunch with a juicy interior, with the natural flavor of the meat, damnnn), and their salmon belly sinigang hit the sour spot of my cravings. We also ordered chili bombs which was perfect as appetizer. Unfortunately, half of their menu was not available during our visit...but for the bagnet alone, I will definitely visit again!

You know that feeling that your blood flow seems to slow down because of how good your food was. That’s how I felt with their Pork Belly. The Bangus Ala Pobre was very tasty too and I could not stop eating it.

The only problem that I had was how the place was not cold enough. Also there was a time that the AC unit they had in the first floor was leaking. Hope they fix it soon.

Despite the prices, their dishes are so delectable that made justice to its cost. They can even make a humble ginisang monngo into a rave-filled feast. I'm just hoping that their place would stay eventhough it seems like they don't have a lot of patrons.

We ordered 1/4 bagnet, laing and a platter of rice which it turned out can sufficiently fill 3 people. Bagnet's so crispy outside and yet very tender inside. The fermented side dish just didnt work for me. The laing's so creamy and just the right saltiness served with 2 prawns. Highly recommended.

The Bagnet Kare Kare and Tuna Belly were both yum. The servers were attentive as well. The place lives up to its name as we left the restaurant with happy tummies. Overall, we liked our dining experience except for how the serving size was a bit small for the price.

Went here for brunch and had their Bistek and Eggs, which should be renamed to Bistek and Egg because there was only one egg much to my friend's frustration, but that's fine. For the price, it really is worth it. They live up to their name as it fills up your belly but not too much, just right. The flavors are there in both the meat and rice, their egg isn't burnt - good job - and their breakfast dishes come with coffee. All in all, service was good, interior was good though a bit dark and the acoustics were a bit bad but it was fine since we were the only ones there. I'd go back.

To have breakfast at Full Belly Craft Kitchen last August 21, 2017 was the best decision of the day. There are three points to prove this: first is their delicious food, the prices were a bit expensive but were worth it. The servings were huge and the tastes were great. After eating with just two orders (with rice), there were still enough food to take home. Second was their friendly staff, they were attentive to serve what their customers need (eg. pouring your glass with water) without even being asked to do so. It's like they know what you need before you even realize you need it. Lastly was the ambience, it feels very homey and comfy which makes the customers relax while doing their own things. The whole dining experience in the Full Belly Craft Kitchen is unforgettable that it will make you want to eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner here on the same day.

BTW:
1. Ordered (worth around ₱1,060)
a. Bagnet ni Kenneth (1/4)
b. Breakfast - Beef Belly Tapa
c. Breakfast - Tuna Belly
* With take out of a good for one meal pa
2. Breakfasts are being served from 7:00AM until 11:00 AM. Breakfast meals come with a glass of iced tea or a cup of coffee.

3. Orders are subject to 10% service charge

Hope this is informative enough 😊.

It's rare that I enter a restaurant on a whim. I normally plan my visits from the when to the (most importantly) why. The why ranges from I-want-to to I-was-invited-to and to the rare, all-of-the-sudden-I-have-to. My trip to Full Belly Craft Kitchen falls under the last one. I was on my way to a cafe in the Scout area (under I-was-invited-to category) when I changed my mind and asked my driver to make a u-turn and to take me to this interesting kitchen of fat and cholesterol in Esguerra.

The entrance is not friendly to PWD and even to seniors. One thing: there's a very big possibility of dying not from cholesterol from eating in Full Belly but trying to negotiate the short but seriously steep front.

Good thing that an alert and pretty server was there to assist. A brownie point for Full Belly. She led me to the inner part of the restaurant which was dark therefore not friendly to taking photos so I opted to stay near the door. It was quite warm but not uncomfortable. So, I started studying the menu (the menu in Zomato is not updated) and decided, God have mercy on me, on the Bagnet Sisig (chunks of crispy pork with pig's brain with egg, onions, green, bell peppers, green chilis and sriracha mayonnaise) and Garlic Rice with Home Brewed Iced Tea.

The Bagnet Sisig was good. Everything about is tempered. It was mildly spicy (hindi OA) and the crunchy (not crispy) texture was slightly makunat. Don't worry, it was not the annoyingly leathery type. Its the kind that you play with it inside your mouth (for a short while) before you eventually swallow. One more important thing, the Bagnet Sisig is served in a round sizzling plate and not in those heavy sizzling plates which is shaped like a cow (just like what they use in some smoky eateries that serve lukewarm beer and rough, fatty, second class steaks immersed in runny gravy).

As of the service, the female servers were attentive and do not hover that can be irritating. They suggest but never push. And that for me is a big thing.

Am I returning? Yes, definitely. I just need to be certain that I have my precious, life-saving Catapres with me when I do. Mahirap na.

Just ordered the bagnet ni kenneth 1/4 kilo with my bf. It was delicious!! Not oily at all, very minimal fat, and the skin was just like chicharon. One of the best bagnets I have tasted. Highly recommend!! Usual bagnets I've had are too oily or have too many fats.

Garlic rice was good also with a hint of toyo and lots of garlic flavor.

Service was great! They kept refilling our water without us having to ask. Serving time was around 20-25 mins but I didn't mind the wait

I will come back with my family to try more of their dishes

We ordered Bagnet ni Kenneth, pumpkin soup, beef bowl rice and garlic rice.

The rice - beef bowl rice can be eaten on its own because its beef bits are enough for a meal. The garlic rice lacked some flavor but it complemented the main dish.

The main dish - Bagnet ni Kenneth satisfied my bagnet cravings. I have tried a lot of bagnet chains and this is one of the best. It has the beast quality for its price. Although it can never level with the bagnet I grew up, its close enough. I have really beyond the top standards for bagnet since I'm ilokano.

Pumpkin soup - it was the really local squash soup. It had tahong mixed in it so a warning for those allergic to seafood.

They have limited beer selections but the staff was friendly and prompt. The place was also very cozy. Will definitelt visit again!

A bit pricey for the serving size. And it was weird that I enjoyed the veggie dish more than the bagnet. And I'm definitely a meat lover! Although their bagnet is cooked really well ( crispy outside, tender on the inside). I guess it was just not a "bagnet day" for me.

2. Very flavorful
3. Palatable

Price is reasonable for the main course, though i think the panna cotta is really small for the price.

Place is cozy. Accommodating staff and very attentive.

I had a full belly indeed! The perfect combo of bagnet and sinigang soup with rice. And a dessert to finish. The service was superb! They were so attentive I didn't even need to ask for water refills-and I drink a lot of it! I was so impressed that I plan to go back for the kare-kare.

I went back this time for the beef belly kare-kare, binagoongan bagnet, and paknet. The food is so good I plan to try the rest on the menu. Btw, the cheesecake with bacon jam was also satisfying. I like it as much as the coffee sansrival although they are very different. It would be nice if they retail the bacon jam-a special Christmas gift.

Been seeing delicious yummy posts for Full Belly hence our recent visit. Their best seller, Bagnet Ni Kenneth (P300) is a must try! The softness and crispness of pork belly is so addictive! The liver sauce with a harmonious mixture of saltiness and sourness is a masterpiece and mixes perfect well with every block of pork fat.
The Chilean Mussels in Green Curry (P230) was also delicious and a good way to break from all the fat. Rich thick sauce enough to make you ask for more rice!
Lastly, the sigarilyas with bagnet (P240) was probably the only one that disappointed us. The sigarilyas was sliced too thick but the sauce was too soupy rather than creamy.
During the time we visited, the front road was being renovated hence the very uncomfortable access to the restaurant. There is no smoking area and parking is only street parking.
We paid 1000 for a meal for two which didnt really make us super full, hence, the low verdict for value for money. The taste was superb however so overall i still give Full Belly 1 thumb up.

Heard good reviews. So decided to grab the opportunity last Sunday when we can't decide where to eat.

Starting off with their appetizers---Chilean baked mussels (very cheesy but uniquely good), bacon and asparagus soup and trio of mushroom soup---we loved the later, though the first one was good too.

For the main course, tried their seafood aglio, full belly house signature bagnet at 1/2 kilos (the meat was tender and skin was too crunchy and chewy, morning glory with Bagnet (veggies) and all paired with garlic rice. Taste was delicious but too rich for me as it was a symphony of flavors all going on in my mouth.

For our sweet tooth, got their matcha and mango panna cotta (love the green tea) and coffee sans rival which capped off a very satisfying lunch.

Happy that i brought my family here!

I wasn't able to take pictures because me and my friends were so hungry when we decided to meet here. The food was very delish! The slow roast belly of beef tasted amazing!!! Bagnet ni Kenneth was just okay. I ordered the beef belly rice and it was very sinful (too much oil) so I recommend just to order plain rice to pair with their yummy dishes. I just had my Valentine's day breakfast a while ago and the place looks super nice. I looked this place up and was dying to try it since last year and I decided to try it today. According to their profile, they open at 7am so I was there by 7 on the dot. But the sign still said 'closed' and the door was locked. I had to knock and wait a good 2mins for someone to open the door. But i didn't mind because after seeing the interior, it was totally worth it. Almost as soon as I took my seat, I asked for their wifi (sorry); and their connection was fairly good since i think was the only one using it. But it's good enough for Skype ✌🏻️😉

Service was good and accommodating. I ordered tapa with scrambled egg and garlic rice, and was really satisfied. Breakfast meals come with brewed coffee so i didn't need to order drinks, which was good. I don't remember seeing a note regarding the service charge on the menu but just so you know, their prices are exclusive of 10% SC, which is not bad.

I stayed there for almost two hours because I couldn't finish my food, which i think they didn't mind since there were only two other couples in aside from me.

They named the place right; my belly was indeed full afterwards.

And since it's Valentine's, they gave me a complimentary rose. ☺️

I was trying to look for a place that we haven't tried yet and came across this restaurant. It was a bit difficult to find since the area in front of the place was under road repair(I assume). One good thing about this restaurant is they open early, they were open at 7am. We had the Bagnet ni Kenneth, Paknet, and the Grilled Tuna. Everything was awesome! The bagnet was really crispy and had the right saltiness in it. The grilled tuna was not dry, and was just rightfully done. It had a really rich sauce which was very delicious. Paknet was a bit too salty for me though, and it had more sauce than vegetables which was a disappointing.

The downside for this restaurant is that the servers tend to all stay near the counter and is not able to attend to customers who sit on the area near the door. We had to stand and call the waiter. Another, is that there seems to be a lot of flies. I hope the management tries to find a solution to that problem as it kind of ruined the experience. Overall, a must-try place.

Love this place! I'm a huge fan of their slow-roast beef belly. It is simplicity at it's best. The beef was so tender and the gravy was well-spiced and complemented the roast perfectly.

They also have a wide variety of Filipino dishes from the super delectable BAGNET to authentic hot bowl dishes like Sinigang. Speaking of BAGNET, Full Belly Craft Kitchen has perfected this dish. It's fresh and flavourful and I will definitely order it again.

After our meal, we were very full, but found the coffee sansrival to be calling out to us. Definitely were impressed by its decadence and quality. We will surely be back to try the pastas and sandwiches next time. Overall, this place is amazing! I definitely recommend this to everyone.

I loved the food, service and ambiance so much that I ate here 2x this week. :)

Their kare-kareng beef belly was sooooo good! The beef and tripe were very tender and the sauce was superb. I find the serving small though - or probably it seemed small because I loved it so much I ate a lot.

I don't really like bagnet in general but I loved Bagnet ni Kenneth because the meat was very tender yet the skin was crispy. I liked this type of bagnet wherein the big slab of pork was fried before it was cut into pieces, keeping the moisture inside the meat but making the outer shell crispy. Their dipping sauce is a bit bland though so chef, if you are reading this, please fix. But even without the sauce it is good.

Mapo Tofu was not bagay with our meal but we still tried it. It was good but not the real mapo tofu. I don't mind in this case because as a tofu dish it was good. It's just not mapo tofu.

Last Wednesday they still had this vegetable dish with french beans, fried tofu, mushrooms and young corn. Today, it wasn't on the menu anymore. I liked that better than the mapo tofu. It was sweet and salty and just darn good. I hope they bring it back.

For dessert, their bestseller was the cheesecake with bacon jam. The cheesecake itself without the jam was good. The crust could've been thicker but the taste of the cheesecake was just right. The bacon jam just looked good but the texture was bad. It was rubbery. I think if they can make it crispy like candied bacon then it would've worked better.

The mango mousse came in a tiny jar and is good for 2 people, but I was able to finish it by myself. It tasted like a softer, mousse version of Red Ribbon's mango cake.

Price-wise it is reasonable. Highly recommended!

Note: there are roadworks in front of the place so there is absolutely no parking now.

Full Belly is one of the breakfast places we found in Zomato and they opened very early. The Belly Tapa is more than the usual ones -- don't miss it if you're a tapa lover. Their chicken and waffles is not worth the price. They need to add more serving of the chicken. They serve free coffee together with the breakfast meals.

Ambience is cozy. Service is also good but maybe because we were the first customers that day. Will definitely go back here to try their other belly dishes.

Roast Beef Belly Plate
"Roasted beef belly, whipped potatoes, and mushroom sauce"

The dish will satisfy your inner craving for Roast beef, amazing! delicious and it melts in your mouth with every bite. The Mushroom sauce even goes very well with the roast beef, it gave the beef a bit more boldness in flavor, lastly the very generous serving of whipped potatoes, they look like an omelette at first, was appetizing! I think a little bit more salt would make it even better.

Fruit Shake

They have a few selection of fruit shake flavor so I chose their Ripe Mango. The shake is served in a mason jar and every sip is refreshing!

Baked Cheesecake
New York style baked cheesecake served with homemade bacon jam

They say desserts are the crown of every meal, one is never finished without that sweet ending. I had their baked cheesecake I found it very creamy and I enjoyed this dish to the last bite *it was actually my friend who ordered this :D* I just find the bacon jam a bit off for the cheesecake it was good, however I'm just not fond of it.

Overall this place is worth the visit! Come in hungry and leave with a happy full belly!

Full belly. A restaurant that serves everything about belly. They serve the best Filipino-Spanish god in qc. It's hidden but it's worth the find. They also serve this roasted lechon and it was good as well. Definetly Going back

Pro: the staff was very accommodating, the food was excellent (we got the bagnet sisig, tuna belly, kare kare, and baked mussels), the price per dish is not bad, and the Halloween decor was very cute and resourceful!

Neutral: don't eat here if you're on a diet

Con: the serving size was quite small - even the ones for sharing. An individual dish doesn't fill you up, but it gives you the right amount so you don't get sick of all the belly unhealthy dishes. (Pun intended) The bagnet sisig was also a bit too oily for our liking, but other than that, everything was great!

Full Belly is a place where you would really enjoy their food.  Every bits and piece of what they cook here is simply the best.  I recommend Bagnet ni Kenneth for those who want to experience something different.  Their bagnet is huge and is very crispy indeed even after long hours of exposure.

Regarding the price of the food, well it is not cheap but it is also not expensive plus they have a very generous serving.

I also comment the staff for their very good and kind service.  They will really try to have a conversation with you and make sure that you are enjoying your food.  The place is also very cozy.  Thanks to Ranne for inviting me to this place.

Hello dearies!

There are days where in you want to stay at home, sleep all day and eat your favorite comfort food. Eating comfort food makes you feel more positive by alleviating negative feelings of stress and anxiety.

Today I will be reviewing a restaurant that serves what we crave for - Filipino Comfort Food. Full Belly Craft Kitchen is situated along Sgt. Esguerra in Quezon City (at the back of GMA Network Center). Owned by Chef Allan Qua and Kenneth Flavier, they come up with the concept to serve all kinds of sumptuous belly dishes like salmon, tuna, pork, bangus and beef with a twist.

It may look small outside but this two-storey restaurant can cater around 150 persons. The restaurant has a homey, rustic vibe perfect for family lunch out and gatherings. I love the vintage decorations which makes this place more unique.

Me and my fellow bloggers tried most of their best sellers. Excited to know what we ate? Scroll down for more.

* Freshly baked home made pandesal. Their pandesal is really good. You can eat alone or with butter. It is soft and chewy.

* Bacon Spinach and Cheese Frittata Php 195. Baked eggs with cheddar, maple bacon and spinach served with toast. This is perfect for people who do not want to eat something heavy in the morning. Perfect to pair with their home made pandesal.

* Home Made Spanish Sardines Php 245. They used bangus belly in their sardines, cooked in olive oil and special spices. It is served with two eggs (in any style) and garlic rice. This dish is good enough to be shared by two. Their spanish sardines reminds me of my lola who also cooked this dish. The garlic rice balances this dish.

* Full Belly Tapa Php 250. Grilled belly of beef topped with garlic, served with two eggs and garlic rice. Filipinos on the go loves to eat this rice meal because it is packed with good carbohydrates that will keep you going through out the day.

* Bagnet Enselada Php 210. Mustard leaves, onions and tomatoes topped with their special bagnet drizzled with salad sauce. This dish is a healthy way to eat your bagnet.

* Baked Mussels Php 245. Chilean mussels topped with smoked Mornay sauce, bacon bits and truffle oil with mash potato at the bottom. This luscious dish is a winner for those who love seafood (ahem like me). Eating this made me full already.

* Bagnet Ni Kenneth Php 320. Chef Kenneth's own version of Ilocos bagnet. Served with pickled mustard and pinoy vinegar dip. What makes his bagnet different? The method of preparation is different. Instead of dipping it in oil and double frying it. The oil is poured on top which makes the pork skin popped and super crispy. The meat is soft and juicy making you ask for a cup of rice.

* Wing Bean in Coconut Cream Php 195. Sigarilyas cooked in coconut cream topped with homemade chicharon. I am not a fan of sigarilyas because I find it rough when chewed but this dish made me want to eat it. The coconut cream with a hint of spice tastes so good.

* Curried Beef Belly Php 350. Beef belly served with roasted vegetables. This is their version of binagoongan. I like this dish because it has a mixed and balance of flavour. It is not that salty nor sweet. It has a little of spice that is tolerable. Perfect to eat with rice.

* 12 Hour Beef Belly Roast Php 650. This dish is cooked to perfection. They used slow roast method to cook the meat then served with Au Jus, roasted vegetables and potato pureè. The meat is so tender like it is melting in your mouth.

* Tuna Al Ajillo Php 285. Grilled tuna belly topped with lots of garlic. For those who watch their weight but still want to give in to their cravings this dish is for you. The succulent tuna belly will make you forget you are on a diet. :-P

* Baked Cheesecake Php 195. New York style cheesecake topped with home made bacon jam. At first I was like cheesecake with bacon jam? But I will tell you it taste good. The creamy cheesecake goes well with the semi sweet and tangy bacon jam.

* Trio of Panna Cotta Php 180. Coconut, green tea and malt chocolate flavored panna cotta. The green tea panna cotta is a winner for me because it has the unique taste of matcha. The other two flavors are also good.

Had a late lunch today with my cousin. Ordered the recommended bagnet ni Kenneth and the sigarilyas with coco milk. Thumbs up for both and not to mention, the belly adobo rice! Kanin palang yummy na. No need for ulam. The sigarilyas tho yummy but more on the salty side. Can lessen a little soy sauce. The desserts are so so lang. When u see coffee sand rival in just have to order. But no one tops the coffee sans rival of chateau 1771.
Will definitely go back and try their breakfast soon.

Soon came just so soon as the next day. Brought my friend here for our monthly brekky meet up. Told her I had lunch here and she should try it. Had the mushroom soup again. Forgot toention it last night and had the rustic benedict. The sauce was a bit nakaka umay but plate was cleaned up so I am not really complaining. My friend had their Spanish sardines and she said it was yummy and she will be bringing her son and sis soon.

I love this place! I found out about this place when I was driving around so I looked it up on zomato. I went here with my dad and we brought our whole family on our next visit. Everything was so tender and delicious! Staff are attentive and friendly too. My only complaint is that our soup arrived a bit cold (definitely not hot). Aside from this, everything was perfect! :)

Their curry beef belly is unique and really good, service was responsive and able to cater to a lot of people during the 2015 FIBA Championship game, watch out though - eating too much beef/pork belly dishes can make you tired of the fatty taste,

i would return to eat here again, and recommend this place to friends, but next time i'm hoping not to be disappointed with the out of stock situation again.
GOOD:
food was great and served well, from drinks, like their home brewed iced tea to their specialties: beef belly dishes, bacon cheesecake, all delicious. the staff was very accommodating (we were a big hungry group), the bathroom - CLEAN and complete! *gasp*, price was also acceptable.
BAD:
the only downside was that several popular dishes & drinks were not available (out of stock = off putting experience to diners)

There's a science on how FAT has been creating wonders in their dishes.

1. It gives crispness making food more appealing every time a crunch is produced with each bite (imagine bitting a crispy pata without a crunchy sound).

2. It creates creamy textures giving the mouth a variety of tactile and gustatory sensations as flavors disintegrate on the tongue and palate (now how would you feel chewing a dry slab of meat?).

3. It brings out the best in other ingredients as it acts as a volatile medium for food molecules leading to a fat-mediated release of flavors (deep fried chicken or boiled white skinless chicken?).

4. It creates memories by profiling food items. Good flavors linger more in the mouth because fats make food molecules stay longer on the lingual papillae and taste buds (for those who had hospital admission, can you recall or share your gustatory experience or excitement with a low fat, low salt diet?).

Everything is highly based on fat: pork belly, tuna belly, bangus belly, etc. But every dishes are still worth to try (in moderation). Not ideal for for some people especially those with dyslipidemia, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.

This place has all the sinful meals in the world! And they are delicious! Let's start with the roast beef nesting in a warm creamy mashed potato... It is the most tender meat you will ever have, and has enough fat for the perfect melt in your mouth feeling 😁 Next is their Sisig Rice. While it sounds ordinary, the right amount of crunch and sliced pepper give this classic favorite some umph! Thei truffle mac n cheese is good but I barely felt the truffle essence, so that needs a little work. The ambiance is very relaxed. Overall, this is a great resto and I am glad it's open as early as 7am!

My brother recommended this quaint reataurant when we came to visit him in QC, and I was not disappointed. The Beef Curry was something else! I also loved the ambiance. A little bit pricey, but the food was totally worth it.

We had breakfast this morning n place was empty at 830 except for us.
My company ordered the tapa n they all agreed it was very good. I ordered the chicken waffle. It too was not bad.
I read somewhere that coffee was free with breakfast menu but it was not. But it was good at 85 pesos.
Place was clean, presentation very good n food was good too n price reasonable

From outside the restaurant alone, you'll get a glimpse of the cozy interior and wouldn't be disappointed the moment you step in. The hues, dining sets, and decor exude a homey vibe.

The staff is very friendly and service is quick.

We ordered their best sellers and the bagnet sisig is now my favorite! It's generous with pork meat and not swimming in oil and onions.

Their specialty belly is served with great plating and generous sides of vegetables and mashed potato. The beef belly pieces are flavorful and very soft.

Their Belly Ceasar salad caught our attention on the menu because of the Cebu cheese and jalapeño dressing. Disappointingly though, the cheese didn't complement the other ingredients and I didn't even catch a hint of jalapeño. Tasting like your typical salad wouldn't be much of a sin, but having the serving size of a side dish is just ridiculous.

Salad serving sizes aside, their belly specialties are worth a visit. I'll no doubt be finding myself here again to enjoy their delicious bagnet sisig while trying out the other dishes they have to offer.
