I love the soy garlic chicken. I like how the crispy edges of the skin feels when you bite into it. The meat is tender and juicy. Their korean stew is also good. The sauce is good mixed with rice, try the spicy one. I hope they bring back lite iced tea
Its so good the chicken is excellent the glazes are amazing especially the soy garlic and honey cirtrus it made me so full i know ill be eating there again
I know BonChon is known for their Korean fried chicken, but there are other menu items that are surprisingly enjoyable...
Other than the crunchy chops, I usually order their Bibimbowl in beef or chicken. I like the fast food interpretation of the bibimbap, getting a bit of veggies in a fast food meal...😁 This visit was my first time to try their crispy squid and I was pleasantly surprised that I liked it... It wasn't gummy at all and it wasn't dry either; so it was cooked nicely with the right amount of breading. Not something I expected from a fried chicken shop!
I think I'll definitely order this again next time!👍

Well, lately, I have been craving for BonChon's Crispy Garlic Chicken. So, I decided to eat at BonChon.
I do not really have a great expectation from BonChon, it is because it is a part of my "comfort food list".
Ambiance, the cleanest BonChon branch I ever visited. No flies around. All of the staff are smiling at me, which made BonChon Katipunan a happy place.
Service, great as well. Since the staff are smiling, or maybe because I am also smiling. Hahaha!! You can hear the crew giggle over their corny jokes.
Food, I liked the serving of my Crunchy Garlic Chicken. Though, of course, I will be honest that BonChon's Chicken is only good on the skin and really plain on the inside.
It was a few months ago that I have discovered that Bonchon now serves breakfast as early at 7 in the morning. I'm not sure if all branches do but I have tried Sausage French Toast Sandwich and Hash brown at Legarda branch.
Yesterday, I brought my friend here so she can try their breakfast. We ordered Combo Deluxe breakfast. Our meal consisted of SPAM, two sausages (but it was just one sliced into two), fried egg, garlic rice (plain rice but with sprinkled of fried garlic on top), two small pieces of French Toast and a drink (I had coffee).
Overall, the meal was good but I wasn't that very full. It made me want to order a French Toast Sandwich to fill in the void. But since we were in a hurry, we just left.
