After having samgyupsal for dinner, my friends decided to have desserts here. I've had their banana chocolate cake and it was good. Since it's a Monday, it came with a complimentary iced or hot cafe americano. It was good! :)
First time to eat here and this resto never disappoint. Ambience is great. Loved the food. Value for money is well presented. Free parking is a plus too 😁

The ambiance of the place was very peaceful and perfect for quality time with friends and family! I enjoyed all their cakes especially their Nutella Cheesecake. As for their food, the wings and baby back ribs, as well as the pesto was the best! I highly recommend this cafe and will surely come back!

Met up with friends here last weekend and I love the place. It is brighter, more modern and has a better atmosphere. The ambiance was great, service was accommodating and the staff are friendly. The food was good especially the dessert. It's very nice place to spend with friends and family. I will come back here for sure.

Loving the street of Lilac as there were so many choices we can jump to. Went for lunch at one, then went here for desserts... and it was indeed a SWEET and lovely choice as their cakes were awesome and they have a simple but cool interior. A cafe, and at the same time, a restaurant, Forget Me Not is just one of the hidden best restaurants along Lilac Street in Marikina City that everyone must try. The food that they serve are so tasty, you really won’t forget the name of the restaurant. The whole place is kinda big and spacious. It’s a two-floor restaurant. More seats at the second floor but they’re not always open for customers. Cozy and fancy interior designs. There’s actually a free wifi access for their customers. The staff was kind and approachable. Fast service indeed. Food were a bit pricey yet reasonable.

—>A bit spicy and salty, but still flavorful.

—>Love how the promo goes for Mondays. For the blueberry cheesecake, it was kinda sweet. Didn’t appreciate the consistency of the graham crust underneath. A bit wet which makes it easily get separated with the itself cheesecake.

—> Fine tho. Nothing extraordinary with its taste.

What makes a resto unforgettable? Some would say a unique concept, while some would strongly recall the taste of home. Forget Me Not gives you equal parts of both, with a welcoming and homey yet quirky atmosphere and a comforting menu.
The Nutella Cheesecake (Php155) is inoffensive enough, with its semi-creamy texture and subtle sweetness. However, it is a bit pricey for the size of what you're getting. It's also missing the strong Nutella flavor that you might expect. If you're really craving for Nutella Cheesecake, just go to the nearest Coffee Project and shell out a few more bucks to get something twice the size and flavor. The Blueberry Cheesecake (Php135) is likewise disappointing, with a few paltry bits of blueberry and a very small size. I'd go for Banapple's Blueberry Cheesecake if you're not crowd-sensitive. My companion had no comments about the Iced Mocha (Php125) aside from it being moderately strong.
The saving grace of this place is the stellar service and the festive but ambient atmosphere. It is not crowded on a Saturday night, and both floors are clean and cool. Board games and books are free to use, just ask permission from their ever present server. It's a bit cute how he just stands at the corner of the 2nd floor waiting for possible requests or orders from anyone. They have sockets on tables ala Starbucks for those looking for a quiet study/work place. I'm not sure if they have free wifi since I didn't ask. They also have self service hot/cold water and a clean comfort room upstairs so you don't have to keep going back down.
The crew is friendly and accommodating without being promotional. I even asked them to open the second floor for just me and my one companion, even though there's still a seat in the first floor. They assisted me without hesitation and did not look at me suspiciously when I ordered nothing for a solid 15 minutes and just charged my phone. When my companion did arrive, it took me eons to pick the cake I want (Can you blame me?? Look at those babies!! 😍) and yet they were smiling and patient.
Best for: Dates where you're not really concerned about the food but just playing games and chilling with each other without being judged

My friends tried to dine here once. Their service was fast and friendly. Food was good considering that price is inexpensive. They have generous servings too. Will be back and will not forget!
First thing I've noticed with Forget Me Not, ammm most of their crew are very accommodating and friendly. Food was very good and meal prices are reasonable.

But the additional factor is the ambiance of the place. It's clean and cozy. The staff are nice but a bit soft-spoken. They have to learn to deal with customers too.

Tried their iced chocolate and their Nutella cheesecake. Their iced chocolate was just very ordinary, nothing notable. Their Nutella cheesecake is pretty good. They have some boardgames and wifi (though it wasn't working at the time), it's an okay place, if a little small.
A nice dessert place in Marikina. The place is cozy, the cakes are yummy and instagram-worthy.
Too bad we were alrwady full with our late lunch so we just ahd our desserts here. We ordered their Blueberry Cheesecake, Rainbow Cake and Marshmallow Cake.
Will try their other offerings when we get the chance to visit Marikina again.

The first time I went here, I fell in love ❤️ — with the place, food, ambiance and everything! I always wanna go back. Every time someone asks me where to eat, I always suggest this place coz of the food and the place. Hope I can visit soon (AGAIN😄)
We dine here during lunch time. Service was so-so. We asked to be seated in the enclosed area (near the cashier) but the staff told us the area is for function use only. We settled near the entrance. But a couple of minutes later when the place was almost full, they allowed other people to occupy them. Also, they are not attentive enough. They're there but their minds seem to wander somewhere. Good thing we enjoyed the food. We got the roast beef w/ rice, salisbury steak w/ rice, lasagna, carbonara, fish fingers w/ rice, breaded porkchop and buffalo wings. Their milkshakes are great too. Not a fan of the cakes we got though (rainbow cake, blueberry cheesecake & s'mores)
I won't forget their Buffalo Wings! Super yummy! I don't like spicy food, but this one is just perfect 👌🏻 The price is a bit expensive, it's 315php. But quality wise, I love it and I'm coming back for it 😋😋😋
They have nice staffs and the ambiance is really great and relaxing. You can also play different board games that you can enjoy with your friends. Their food and drinks are also great and the place is nice 😊

The last time we went here, I tried their pesto and lava cake.
Their serving is very small. For a 165 worth of pasta? Yes worth for the taste but the amount is really thrift.
The lava cake is just normal lava cake. Nothing special.
But the ambiance of their place is very relaxing, good place to hangout with family and friends. 😊

Really loved the ambiance of the place. The interior design, their choice of music, and as well as the spaces of each table from one another. The temperature is okay as well, not that cold and not that warm either.
We ordered their nachos, loved the amount of cheese they put to it!! My sister and cousins ordered the red velvet and say it's okay. Drinks were okay as well but I think I loved what I ordered: their ice mocha.
Honestly, you will love everything in this place. How I wish they can improve their serving time. We were very busy with the games, one thing that can actually distract you. But then, the order's not there yet. This is the only thing I think I can point out in this cafe.
Will still go back here as I really loved the ambiance here. Not that crowded. :)

Got lost! Haha. It's our first time in Lilac and we're dependent on online address. Apparently they moved to 23rd (nothing on 41st), fyi. So glad that we didn't give up and was able to find it after a bit a walking. So I went there with a friend for some coffee and sweet desserts. We ordered brewed coffee, mocha, and cake slice of Blueberry Cheesecake and Devil cake.
Their coffee was ordinary, both for the brewed and mocha. But the brewed coffee is unlimited! Very nice for coffee addicts (para sa ayaw matulog says the server). Their cakes was nice as well. They got a few selections. My friend tried their blueberry cheesecake. I took some bites, tastes good. Met the cheesecake expectation. I was a bit adventurous that day and asked the server for their best seller. He recommended Devils cake, so I ordered one. It's dark chocolate. It was nice, and glad that it wasn't too sweet, just enough for my liking.
It was a pretty decent cafe. I liked their interior, clean and sweet. They got a nice private area that is only for reservation. The server were very friendly and I think that's a thing to like about the place.

The crew were nice. I went here to try out the restos in lilac st. This was the first resto in lilac that I'd tried. The food was great and plus factor din kasi it's just a 15 min drive from home. Went here with a good friend (Jana Quismundo) to celebrate being (almost) free from the midyear semester. I had heard about Forget Me Not from Marist and St. Scho friends so I decided to finally see it for myself. I don't know if it was peak hours when we came (around 2 PM) but it was kinda noisy — not really the usual conducive study vibes from cafés. But, that was probably because of all the titas HAHAHAHA
I ordered their devil's cake and chicken strips with fries. My friend ordered their rainbow cake (which comes with free coffee, brewed or iced). Pricing was kinda up there but taste was good. I'd say their cakes are comparable to Starbucks cakes at a cheaper price (and some look just as enticing). I just wish the devil's cake had used a higher percentage cocoa for more of that bittersweet taste. The lemon custard from the rainbow cake was 👌🏻 but the cake itself was kinda dry. Their coffees are a must try! We got the iced version and it was heavenly, with a sweet aftertaste after the bitter kick (would definitely study with this nearby to keep me up)
The chicken strips and fries were good but not really anything new. I'd suggest they make a honey mustard dip to complement the chicken strips as it needed that tanginess :) Fries were kinda soggy and waiting time was around 15 minutes. Four pieces was adequate but for the price not really that affordable
Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I'd come back but maybe just for some cake and coffee :)
Such a nice, small place but packed with heaps of flavours! The food are tasty and the interior is very inviting and colourful. They were able to maximized the whole area. Staff are also kind and they are always helpful and smiling. A place you wont forget for sure! Well done!
I live 10 minutes away from Lilac Street but have been to only three of the restaurants lined up on the stretch of the street. One of the restaurants I've been to a couple of times already is Forget Me Not Cafe. Let's start with the place. I was told that the building where Forget Me Not is currently located is much better compared to it's previous location.
Dessert time! We tried their a slice of their devils cake, blueberry cheesecake, red velvet, carrot cake and finally my/our fave of all is their sans rival cake! Its a must try! :)

Forget Me Not Cafe is famous for nice interiors and good food at Lilac Street. Been passing at their cafe everytime I went to Lilac Street but didn’t bother to try it since I heard that yes, food was great but some/most of their foods are a bit overpriced before.:(
So I was really surprised to see that after a year, they now finally moved to a bigger and nicer place (which is now a 3 storey building) still at Lilac Street.
Place was very cozy and spacious. It was also well lighted even at night so I was able to appreciate the interesting decors they have. They can now accommodate more people and they even have a smoking area inside. Nice right? :)
I wasn’t able to take a photo of the menu but I was wowed that prices are very affordable than what I expected. They have a variety of choices of foods, from pasta, rice meals, steaks, burgers and cakes.
Here’s what we ordered: (I already forgot the prices but prices range from Php150-200)
Lasagna (served with 2 garlic breads)
- Nothing extraordinary about the taste but it is just like your typical lasagna but I enjoyed the garlic breads since the bread was really soft and I love the taste of butter.
Buffalo Wings
-Yum yum! Their buffalo wings dipped with their sauce is a must! I really love the combination.
Caesar’s Salad Solo
-Just a simple salad but tastes good.
Overall, I was quite satisfied with the foods at Forget Me Not. And it’s totally unexpected that I really liked the place. Since it’s a perfect place to eat and hang out at Lilac Street, might come back again with some friends :) Totally something you can never forget :)
Nice ambiance and decent food. Came here with a friend for merienda and so far it did not disappoint. Wide array of desserts were also on display which was so inviting I had to order their Dome Cake. Delish! Moist and just had the right amount of sweetness.
At our first try, i was amazed by the food because it was so good from the appetizer to the dessert. It was a great experience that I wanted to comeback and eat again, specially their lava cake,(I loved how the chocolate melted inside the cake and how the vanilla ice cream & the lava cake complement each other for not being too sweet) Until they moved to a bigger and a "better" place. On our 2nd try, I think they changed the menu and the price become a little bit pricey. And for me, the food become a little less tastier than before and sadly, they forget to warm my lava cake!! :(
We decided to have our dessert here to try their cakes. We ordered their lava cake, rainbow cake and dome cake. Lava cake was fine, not too sweet just fine but maybe I was looking for something else. Lava cake was topped with vanilla ice cream. I like the dome cake because it was like marshmallow cake but it was too sweet for me. I didn't like their rainbow cake because of its filing which was I think lemon based cream. I like the ambiance of the place, so cozy. There were a lot of people, thinking it was with weekday. Staffs were kind but not so attentive. It's just a little pricey for the main entreés and drinks when I checked the menu. Will be back to try their main entreés.
It's actually a very nice restaurant; the ambiance and the food as well! Will definitely come back. From appetizers to dessert, everything is worth the price you pay!

I learned that they moved to a new location. But it took me a while to find them. I think it'll be better if they give the directions to their new building (maybe through a tarp or something) at their first location. Okay, moving on...
The new location, in my opinion, is bigger and can accommodate functions like birthdays, baptisms at the upper floor(s). Since there was an ongoing program upstairs, I just stayed at the first floor. The interiors are simple but eye-catching especially the vintage random photos. :)
And since I really aimed to stay there for almost the whole day (I had to work), I've decided to try as much items on the menu as I could. But since they're a bit pricey, I only had Stuffed Chicken, Avocado Milkshake, Choco Lava Cake, and Hot Tea (English Breakfast Tea).
Stuffed Chicken - based on the menu description, the sliced chicken breasts were stuffed with spinach and bacon. But I couldn't really taste them as the gravy really overpowered the chicken. I think the price (P215) is quite high if I will consider the serving size (I had 4 pcs) and overall taste. Nonetheless, I really liked that it was served fresh from the kitchen (Umuusok-usok pa. :))
Avocado Milkshake - It has a perfect mix of avocado and milk and the right level of sweetness. I really enjoyed this drink. It costs P135 and is served in a mason jar.
Choco Lava Cake (P135) - Admittedly, I set my expectations on this dessert. But I was kind of disappointed. Given that it's a lava cake, chocolate syrup should flow upon slicing it. But there's none. (I even took a video while I was slicing it, see I really expected from it.) Also, the cake has a rough mouth-feel and the vanilla ice cream on top of it is uhmmm, ice-y. I mean, it's less creamy than expected (Ugh, I hope you all get what I mean). So the mix of both in my mouth is not that uhmmm, enjoyable. But the taste is good, I just find it really sweet (Duh, what do you expect, self? It's a Choco Lava Cake).
English Breakfast Hot Tea - I just find it a little pricey, that's all (P95). The server gave me a little teapot and the cup with the teabag.
Lastly, I have to commend the staff. They really are accommodating and "alert" when you need something. Service is really fast, as opposed to the complaint of my friend on her first visit. Maybe they worked on improving on it. :)
Side note: I think the owner is a big 500 Days of Summer fan. A couple of its OSTs of the movie are part of their playlist. :)
Overall, my experience in this cafe is just ok. ;)
Maybe I haven't ordered their best yet, that' why. But they moved to a bigger and beautiful place (just a few blocks from their old place).. I'll give this one another shot. :)

Caesar’s Salad Solo

Overall, I was quite satisfied with the foods at Forget Me Not. And it’s totally unexpected that I really liked the place. Since it’s a perfect place to eat and hang out at Lilac Street, might come back again with some friends :) Totally something you can never forget :)
I love the the place. Its cozy, tumblr inspired that's why I go back often, plus the food is tasty. Their pesto, pasta, fries tastes good and also their redvelvet cake. I'll give them 4.5 because their is always a room for improvement.
Haven't tried their food yet since I always come here for dessert. I really love their cakes, especially the Daddy's cake. It is very chocolatey and is not dry. Maybe I'll try their food next time when I visit them in their new location 😊
I love this cafè so much! Went here with my boyfriend to have a piece of cake but ended up ordering their buffalo wings with tartar dip! It was so good!!!
