I super love the salad, pasta and of course the chicken souvlaki! All mouthwatering. ❤️
Expensive but top notch service and high quality food.
Had an early dinner with the partner. We had dined here a few times already. We ordered the Roka Salata and Chicken Souvlaki. Both were very good. Salads are priced according to order size. The chicken was juicy and tender. Service was very good. Aircon was defective. Price is on the slightly high side.
The place needs a renovation!
But the food was great. It was the first time me and my sisters went for a Greek restaurant and we didn’t know what to order so the waiter recommended these 3 best seller. The food was pricy but big. 3 dishes were enough for 4 people.
Definitely will go back some other days ✅
Very satisfied with the food and great service. Will definitely go back to try other items on the menu.
We ordered Roka Salata, Saganaki and Chicken Souvlaki.
I don't know why this place is so underrated, food is so good!! and servings are huge!! prices are reasonable and it is apparent that they use quality ingredients. Service is good also. My new fave resto now ❤️❤️ we ordered roka salata, leonidas salad, and meat platter for two but because of the huge serving, it was enough for four people. What a gem 11/10 would recommend
Cyma never fails my palate. It's my second time dining in at this branch and the service is really good, meal portions are amazing, and flavor always satisfying. Tried out their Moussaka, Greek Pasta with lamb meatball. Really 👌
Cyma, one of my go to places for justified Meditteranean cuisine. Having worked one in the past, trained by Patrice Martelly, i worked up a good tongue for good Mediterranead dishes. Happy to say Cyma is still doing Justice by it. Thank you.

We love their cheese saganaki, roka salata, grilled pork chop and chicken souvlaki...and also their baklava a la mode 💕 Staff is also very friendly and courteous. Service is relatively fast and prices are reasonable considering that they don’t scrimp on ingredients 😊
Roka Salata for the win!!! And the super yummy Pasta with shrimp and feta cheese is definitely a must! Price is all worth it. Serving is also big. Definitely a good resto! Cash and card available
Cyma in trinoma is very good the service is great even the food it has the best moussaka and briam in metro manila. I would rate it 5 if they scratch the pasta with king crab off the menu, but still food is delicious.
Been going here since 2009 or 2008 and to be honest, the quality remains the same. It's a must visit, and and must return restaurant for me. Given that the price point has changed for the past decade but it's to be expected, the great part here, is that the quality remains the same.
It also speaks a lot to see that the manager back then 2009 is still the one running the place right now. Speaks volumes.
We occassionally eat here to commemorate the memory of my departed father who loved this place so much and it brings back happy memories for me. Goodluck and keep it up.
huhu best greek food i've had!
Not to be OA, but you can tell on the customers' faces that the food they're eating met their expectations. Tho, its quite pricey but i swear to goddddd don't mind the price and just enjoy the food.
LAMB CHOPS AND FILLET MIGNON ARE WORTH DYING FOR!
as always cyma never disappoints... we ordered the roku salad to share, a solo steamed mussels, steak gyros with crispy fries and roasted potato wedges...
our wait staff, roe was very attentive and quick... she suggested yummy desserts but we were full and told her we’ll have dessert next time... when we asked for the check... i didn’t realized our table was already cleared... talk about speedy gonzales!
will go back soon... 🤟🏻🤘🏻🤙🏻
My family & I had our dinner at this branch last Thursday evening to celebrate my dad's birthday.
The branch became smaller. I remember that this branch is quite bigger than the current space.
The list of prices for their food and drinks/beverages is quite expensive.
So far, the food we ate is good. The service is also good.
Customers can near the window, can see the food and beverages/drinks are being made and being cook.
I remember that my family & I ate at this branch 8 years ago, when we ate at the branch when we ate birthday dinner for my birthday of May 2010.
We have been eating for years here. We always go back for the solomos pasta and porkchop with yemista. Never failed us. Mahi-mahi souvlaki is also good.
It was my first time to dine here and to try the Greek dishes. The ingredients were the freshest and the healthiest as it use olive oil, vegetables, wine, meat and grains.
I adored their meat platter. The lamb had the cleanest taste. It was very tender to the bite too. Their roka salata has an interesting flavor due to the mixture of the crunchy candied walnuts and vinaigrette (sweet and sour). For the cheese lovers, the spinach artichoke is heavenly! The chicken gyro was also a treat for my niece (8yo) who devoured half of it at an instant and ate the other half at home. The pasta dishes had a unique flavor too.
My brother was very kind to pay for this meal. And this cuisine is now one of my favorites!
Consistent quality food and excellent service. House salad is very good and portions are also big. Roe also provided excellent service in Trinoma.
Well, the food was delicious but not my favorite restaurant. The staff are attentive and very kind. Also the venue is too simple and the prices of the food are too overpriced. Not really bad at all!
This restaurant serves delicious and healthy food! First off, I was initially not a big fan of Greek cuisines, but when I tried this restaurant, I changed my mind. I love their salads! The latest I ordered was their Watercress Salad and the combination of the greens, bleu cheese, sweet pears and walnut is divine! Also, you can never go wrong with their Gyros - homemade pita bread, meat with fries. You can have several meat options, but I always choose either lamb or chicken. Their skewered meats are always a must-try! (Lamb is my fave) The meats are grilled to perfection. It also has the right amount of tenderness and juiciness.
The ambiance is simple but good enough. The staff are polite and efficient. I still want to go back to this restaurant because I want to taste their other dishes, which I'm sure will not leave me disappointed.
Definitely a fine dining place. Portion was very large and hearty. We ordered their meat platter for two! It did not disappoint. Staff was nice and attentive to your needs. Ambiance was clean and classy.
Got to eat here because of a friend's birthday, which was great since it allowed us to order up a feast! I could totally envision just ordering appetizers all night as everything was good and worth having seconds off. Give enough pita, hummus and eggplant one could very well get quite full.
But we also got to order the hearty meat platters which came with a lovely mix of beef, lamb and prawns. The pork chops were probably the least interesting thing on the plate not because they were bad buy more everything else was so much better. Those beef skewers were to die for.
Service helped.make up for our awkward table next to the bathroom and the heat emanating from open kitchen area. They had a big blower to try to help cool things but that at times just directed the kitchen air out way. Still, great service kept us hydrated and happy.

Cyma has been one of our favorite restaurants as a family. With the Greek menu Cyma offers, we always look forward to comeback and enjoy their healthy dishes.
To be honest, I'm starting to label Greek food as my one of my favorite cuisines. The ingredients of greek cuisine are healthy, involve lots of greens and other colors from the vegetable family. In addition, they use grill, bake, and stew in cooking their dishes.
In this visit, we ordered our favorites and tried new dishes as well. Their pork chop is always on our order list! The perfectly grilled juicy, tender 3/4 inches thick cut porkchops served with a choice of a side dish was the bomb! Simple yet classy dish every meat eater would love.
Another family's favorite is their classic Gyro dish served with thinly sliced fries. We chose lamb as the main protein which it was sliced into lengthwise pieces and wrapped in a toasted pita with lettuce and garlic yoghurt sauce.
For a mix of meat and vegetable dish, we ordered the eggplant moussaka. Moussaka has currently been on the healthy side of the food spectrum. This dish was layered well with ground beef, eggplant, and topped with cheese before putting at the oven. For my personal own taste, I think this dish needs a little more flavor to get that perfect taste.
For the pastas, we tried the Seafood Makaronia and the Greek Meatball pasta! Out of the two, I loved the Greek meatball pasta.

Definitely my favorite greek mediterreanean restaurant in Manila. I've been here more than 8 times, truly quality and taste of food is consistent. The place is perfect for casual hangouts. Gyros and Souvlaksi are must try. Chicken gyro is highly recommended, wrapped meat and veggies are perfect. Chicken souvlaksi was juicy and tender. It taste veey authentic like those in greece. I love that the serving of food is huge.
An update:
We've been in the place several more times than expected and this has also become our favorite place to dine because of the food and alternatives offered, and of course because of the service.
Our favorites here have been their salads (do try the recommendations of the servers, they really know their menu)
The chicken yuvetsi (I know this spelling is wrong 😂 but I forget how it's spelled) this dish is my husband's ultimate favorite!
Their tatziki, and olives are amazing. Though I know I should not eat dairy, I love the mix in the Greek yogurt!
Lastly, I really loved their grilled mahi-mahi!❤️
"Amazingly delectable!"
We've recently been going to Trinoma, a mall near my father's work place. And since he insisted on going back to work after having a semi-invasive medical procedure done, we (my hubby and I) decided to be with him -sort of- by going with him. This gave us the chance to roam around the vicinity and dine in places that may offer items that can be adjusted to my father's dietary needs (no salt, no preservatives, additives, msg and whatever that is not natural). Amazingly, I found out that most establishments get their food items ready made from their commissaries leaving no space for adjustments which really alarmed me!
Not Cyma. We chanced upon this place one day while we were strolling and very hungry as usual. We just passed by a lot of restos and decided to go inside the place. The usher was kind enough to answer my initial question-"do you serve food from your commissary or make them fresh?" - which of course they make them fresh and can be adjusted to each and everyone's dietary needs.
What I love about the place?
1. The servers are amazingly courteous! Especially to my father.
2. Of course, their food can be adjusted to one's dietary needs. If for example a tomato paste is pre-made with salt, they inform you. And I love the fact that our server honestly tells us what goes in our food.
3. Ambiance!
4. Cleanliness of place
5. The fresh tastes of their food.
6. Their serving sizes are honest. I mean, I've dined in places that writes in their menu "family size" but can only serve my husband. Haha
What we ordered?
We usually order salad and pasta. Better try their Greek paella. My husband is a fan of their chicken "kebab" (just because I forget the name which sort of sounds like slouvaki 😆 sorry! Their salads with candied walnuts are amazing! Their vegetarian pastas are amazing too!
What I appreciate?
I find the way everybody says "absolutely!", "my pleasure!", "pleasure is mine" positively appealing.
Our server yesterday Ms. Roe was so friendly and accommodating. She was the first one I've heard say "absolutely!" Which I, at first, found cute and surprisingly pleasing to the ears. It made me chuckle a bit hearing people say absolutely when you request for something. Sort of made me feel positive and made me feel like they would love to accommodate my request with delight.
I also appreciate the small talk our recent server Ms. Nian had with us. It was refreshing to have a genuine connection, without any upsell, with her. She was also very detail oriented and informed us honestly about what went into our food.
Price:
The price range of their food is around 600++ to 1000++ per serving which can serve a family of 3 with take home.
If you're trying to budget, they have mini servings of side dishes which are around 100++.
Overall, if you have certain dietary needs, a vegetarian, a vegan or anything, come here. We have become a fan!
Enjoy! I know you will...absolutely!😊
Cyma serves one the best mediterranean cuisine here in Manila. The theme of the restaurant has always been a shade of blue and white reminiscent of Santorini, Greece.
If you ever visit, make sure to order their roka salata, lamb paidaka, and Hirimi brizona.
The roka salata is full of different textures and complementing flavors, its perhaps my favorite salad.
Their lamb oozes with flavour and spices and best eaten with the rice stuffed bellpeppers.
The Hirimi Brizona is thick juicy porkchops that are tender and so flavorful, it will be the best porkchops you've ever had.
Service is always spot on, its worth visiting for a family affair or a date.
Sml for the roka salata and solomos ❤️ it was absolutely delicious. Also their dips are good and the serving size is excellent. Will definitely come back here.
Dining at Cyma made me prove to myself that I'm not a big fan of Greek cuisine. Nonetheless, here's my honest review.

If you are looking for a healthy and more family-friendly meals in Trinoma, Cyma is one of the best restaurants to visit. Serving sizes of food are great. You must also try their desserts and especially their veggie salad with cheese shavings.
Had their saganaki with figs, the fried halibut gyro, and their lamb shoulder. Actually wanted to get their Yiouvetsi, but was informed it would take 45 mins to come out, which is way too long to wait for, but normally I really like their Yiouvetsi. The saganaki with figs is much better than the regular saganaki, it gives a nice sweetness to the dish that works well with the cheese. Their gyros are still probably the best value items on the menu.
Cyma still maintains its place as a great occasion place to go to, and offers good enough value for it to be a consistent spot to head to.
Cyma would give you the best geek out of Europe 😉😊 The menu has a lot of choices and you'll be surprised of the generous portions of the food served. We had solomos makaronia and Gyros. 👍
Our family loves this place! We often eat dinner at Cyma whenever we have our 'family time'. The food is so delicious, its worth the price. Our usual orders are the Hirini Brizola (pork chops) and the Roka Salata. This restaurant is one of my favorites!
This restaurant is nothing like your average place to eat. Greek-style cuisine, delicious food, and drinks are smooth and calming to the mind. I was surprised with their Roaring Fire Cheese presentation, which was actually cool. Their food are super unique that you do not know what are the names of the meal are; but the only thing you can only remember is the taste and delicious food you have enjoyed. As for the pricing, it is just right and worth it as a group. I would recommend eating here again just to taste their creamy penne (If I got it right).
Want some Greeky food experience? Opa! Try Cyma 😊
You'll love the place and food.
I highly recommend to try their Grilled Lamb and Watermelon Salad - fresh watermelon, crisp romaine lettuce, enough feta cheese and the dressing! Such a heaven. Solo orders can be for sharing if you decide to order other food.
Another must try is the Garides Me Feta - pasta in tomato base, big shrimps and full of feta cheese. Rich and flavorful Greek pasta dish.
Also try Paidakia - charcoal grilled lamb. Yummy!
There are a lot to choice from and a real must try. ❤

While pricy, Cyma's offerings will not disappoint. The Roka Salata has a great blend of sweet, tart and savory flavors and textures from it parmesan shavings, candied walnuts and crisp arugula. I also especially love its Lamb Chops which are tender and well-seasoned.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. I just love their roka salata! I also like their baby clams pasta . Their lamb paidakia is also quite good as well as the saganaki or flaming cheese.
Had my first ever authentic greek food here. Place was comfy and great for family, and since it was my first time to Manila and also my first time to tried Greek Foods, I let my mom’s friend who is a local here to order their food. What I had here :
-Chicken & Seafood Yiouvetsi : Greek version of Paella, but instead of rice, they used Orzo (rice-shaped pasta). I loved how the seafood was not smell fishy at all, the mussels also juicy and big, and the tomato homemade sauce also taste great. I love this one!
-Greek Onion Soup : my personal favorite also! I love how the bread covered up the soup so the soup stayed hot, and the taste was sweet from the onion yet savoury from the cheese. Unfortunately the cheese didn’t melt, I thought the cheese would melt like a mozzarella.
-Roka Salata : a healthy food indeed. But unfortunately I didn’t like it, none of the ingredients were my favourite (personal opinion only)
-Roasted Potatoes : taste just ordinary
Overall my first ever having Greek Food is awesome, I love the taste! Can’t wait to try another Greek Food
I absolutely love Cyma. Everything we order here, everytime, is spot on in terms of taste. Our favorites are their roka salata (best salad ever!), porkchops (so juicy) and their clams pasta (so flavorful and a little sweet from the clams and maybe the wine). I also love their osso buco pasta. If only the prices are not too steep, I would've rated it a perfect 5. If I could get a 20% discount everytime, I might eat here every week. So for those who have lots of 💲💱💲💱, this is definitely a perfect place to eat (invite me please!)
I love the food here but I noticed that there was some change on the taste and consistency of their food particularly the Garides Mi Feta pasta. The sauce is more watery unlike before. The Roka Salata was also missing something- like the walnuts weren't caramelized enough.
Still my favorite for Greek cuisine. Love the lamb chops, gyros, solomos pasta and rola salata 😍 service is also great. If only prices can be more affordable but i guess it is worth it since they seem to be using wuality ingredients. i will keep coming back for more!!
The taste of Greece still lingers in my tastebuds. Delicious food from Greece . Food are well made and presented! I could honestly say that I would love to go back here. Very delicious Gyros and delectable Kebabs! To top it off , it can be complemented with some cool and refreshing Cyma lemonade and Iced Tea! Simply Delicious! Oppa!
Best Greek resto in the metro! For the salads, go for Roka Salata or Tonnos Salata (heavier). I usually go for the solomos (salmon) or garides mi feta (shrimp) for the pastas. For the mains, fillet mignon w/ spinach rice or paidakia w/ baby roasted potatoes are the way to go.
PS: For 1st time eaters, please take note that even the smallest sizes (solo) are good for sharing already.
PPS: Don't forget to use the spicy oil bottle provided for in every table!
Loooove the greek food. Gyros and kebab is love and this place is awesome for that. Although it's pricey (even pricier now actually). I like the selection on their menu, enough to choose from.
If you are craving for a greek food, cyma is the best choice. They have an awesome variety of greek foods. When I and my girlfriend ate here we ordered a grilled pork chop with rice in a bell pepper(aunthentic greek rice) as sidings, grilled salmon with rice in a bell pepper as sidings and a bowl of salad that has various cheese on top. Their food have vibrant and balance taste, also they're delicious. I strongly recommend that you always order a salad as it is very good, and since I already tasted numerous of salad, I think cyma has the best goddamn salad ever.
Best Greek Restaurant With Hospitable And Warmth Personnel. This isnt my first time to eat at CYMA, but this branch has been my third time, and as it is, i still reckon this as the best branch. The foods are undoubtedly authentic in the true sense of the word. Their solomos ranks number 1 for me; well made angel hair topped with yummy salmon. Their roko salata is a salad cut above. So refreshing to eat; not so acrid but it's what greek salad should be. And of course, nothing compares having all these along with their red wine offering. My dining experience in this branch is always exciting.
A very good place to get Greek fix. At first, I thought the food here are too pricey, but when I finally got the chance to try it, it's all worth it! The Moussuka, Roka Salata and Chicken and Seafood Yiouvetsi are my favorites! Must try!
For me first time eating a greek food is fantastic i don't usually like any food except if its pass in my taste buds and base in what i eat my favorite so far is Spinach and Artichoke Fondue (Hot mezedes) Portokali Salata (Salad) and Kreatika (Meat Platter)
Get-together with several friends led us to Cyma!
We ordered a whole lot of food, for sharing of course! I always order my favorite, the Roka Salata (salad), great combination of flavors, with a nice vinaigrette, cheese, and a bit of crunch... The spinach fondue was another winner, surprisingly filling... The angel hair clam pasta was likewise a good dish... Their chicken souvlaki is superb! But lamb is a dish best prepared by the Greeks, definitely a must try in this resto! Try their lamb gyro and thank me later!😃
Me and my brothers (Fall ) had lunch at cyma. I have been to cyma heaps of times with different people at different times. I can honestly say that my all time favourite is their pork chops (the ones in the photos). They were very tender and juicy and very very thick! Very flavourful!
I have had their salmon pasta in the past as well. Love it! Very filling!
Their watermelon salad with slices of lamb os also worth mentioning.
Their dishes come in generous servings! Grubs up!
i love cyma’s hirini brizola. one of the best pork chops i’ve ever tasted. thick, juicy and delicious. 90% of the time this is my order when i’m at cyma, either this or the baby clams angel hair pasta, another great dish!!
A place that offers great food. Their servings are big such that solo plates can accomodate two. :) We ordered Roka Solata for the Salad which I really loved. I liked the walnuts that added interesting texture to the greens. The cheese balanced it out. Good for two. As main, we ordered Paidakia (Lamb ribs) with spanish rice as sides which was very flavorful. Very delicious! But somehow, quite hard to chew on. Hehe. Nevertheless, I will definitely come back and want to try their Fillet Mignon, and desserts! Thanks to my boyfie who paid for it all. Hihi. :)
Not knowing anything about Greek cuisine, I was excited to eat out at Cyma for my birthday. The restaurant was quite full on a Sunday, but luckily we secured a table immediately. The menu is extensive! If you're unfamiliar with everything, like I was, you'd really take your time reading the menu. Most of the dishes have descriptions, and you can always ask the friendly and attentive waiters, so you don't have to worry.
I got to try Roka Salata, which was delicious but a little too sour for my taste. I ordered moussaka, which contained ground pork and beef and eggplants, topped with white sauce. I got yemista, steamed whole bell pepper stuffed with rice, as a side, but moussaka turned out to be filling all by itself. Its flavor was not overwhelming on the taste buds, so you don't really need rice as a side dish. Their lamb chops are flavorful and juicy. Yum! I did not try the seafood paella because I don't like seafood, but it definitely looked good, filled to the brim with the flavors of the sea.
To top it all off, I was given a warm greeting and a cup of ice cream by the waiters because it was my birthday.
One of the best things about Cyma is that most, if not all, of their dishes are made for sharing, so be careful about ordering. There were five of us but we didn't finish everything.
I'm going back one of these days to try other dishes!
I love Greek and Mediterranean food. Especially shish kabobs. So of course, once I settled inside Cyma Trinoma, I knew I'd get a souvlaki plate. Instead of the usual chicken or beef, we ordered a plate of mahi-mahi souvlaki. It was good. As always.
We also ordered moussaka, Greece's national dish. It was tasty, but a tad too oily for me.
Personally, the key to a good Greek dining experience is to have the right combination of greens, carbs, and protein. If you fail on these, you'll probably end up bloated or leave a full platter. I never dine here without the Tonno salata, my favorite greens. The Paidakia lamb ribs is my favorite protein, and the stuffed pepper rice for my carbs.
Everything is a must try. They never failed me except once though not in this branch. Still the best Greek restaurant in Manila by far.
If you're simply looking for a simple dips, breads, and gyros; their's fine but not really their specialty. You can probably try them somewhere else for a cheaper experience.
I love Cyma! It is my family's go-to place for greek dishes.
Here are some of my favorite dishes from Cyma:
- Roka Salata (Solo - Php 350 is already good for 2-3 persons) : My family and I will never get tired of Cyma's Roka Salata Salad.
- Hirino Brizolia (grilled pork chops, Php 550) : I must admit that Php 550 is quite expensive for a pork chop; but believe me, it's really delicious and a must try for all.
- Chicken (probiotic, Php 250) : Well, this is a good alternative for the pork chops. It is really delicious and it actually goes well with the Roka Salata salad.
Overall, I recommend this restaurant to all people who want to try greek dishes! 😊
By far the best Greek restaurant out there for me. The pastisaddo is a must try. An order could be good for you already. Ordered Musaka as well which I had it to go. Perfect for midnight snack.
Cyma is my go to restaurant for my greek fix. The ambience is great, it has a tavern design and is great for family dinners. The servers are attentive and know the menu.
The Roka Solata was good. It was packed with flavor and appetizing. A solo order is big enough for two.
The Souvlaki was great. The chicken pieces were tender and the sauce was flavorful.
The Moussaka was good. It had too much bechamel for my taste. But the dish had something about it which made me want to take bite after bite. It came with a side dish. We chose the roast potato, which complimented well with the moussaka.
We had other orders but I can't remember their names. One was a dish of cheese which they flambéd or caramelized right beside our table, making it warm and gooey. It had the perfect combination of sweetness of caramel and sourness of cheese.
Another was the dessert, where the mangoes were flambéd or caramelized too. I think I remember it had a dash of cinnamon which gave it a kick. It was served with vanilla ice cream. Warm mangoes and cold ice cream, oh so yummy!
Inasmuch as I cook everyday of my life, and I copy recipes in restos.......I've luckily made success at many (whoahhh!). Yet, roka salata is one of my regular craving comfort food that I will not attempt to duplicate . Just because I love it so much, I do not want easy access that I will lose the taste for it,. I love others peoples cooking , baking & food preps, especially when there's passion for it. I should know. Cyma for me is a happy place because of roka salata. I like the servers uniforms, that I must not fail to say. Very clean manly Greek-an feel.
Cyma is all about the Roka Salata and the Solomos. The salad was simple yet delicious. The angel hair pasta paired well with the the salmon. I didn't enjoyed their moussaka and the black angus beef burger.
I really love Greek cuisine and Cyma is my favorite and go-to Greek fix. The price is expensive though but trust me it is worth it. Here are my favorite dishes from Cyma: roka salata, filet mignon, lamb chops, spinach artichoke fondue, souvlaki, gyros, and moussaka. Greek pita + tzatziki + souvlaki is the best ever!
The appetizers:
The roka salata solo order is already good for 2-3 persons. This is the best salad I've ever had! The tangy vinaigrette complements the sweet caramelized candied walnuts and sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese! I've always wanted to try the horiatiki salata (traditional Greek village salad) but always end up getting the roka salata.
The spinach and artichoke fondue is another favorite appetizer of mine. Melted cheese with feta and sun dried tomatoes. Served with pita bread and grilled garlic Greek bread. Trust me this is sooo goooood!
Saganaki (flaming cheese) is cheese and olive oil set ablaze in a sizzling plate then drizzled with lemon juice. All the staff will shout "Opa!" after serving this dish. Though entertaining, nothing special about this dish. Just cheese set on flame, served with olive oil and lemon. I'd stick with tzatziki or spinach and artichoke fondue for my appetizer if I were you.
Moussaka is the national dish of Greece. I had to try this! And since I am a fan of eggplants, I fell in love with this dish. It is a layered ground pork and beef, with roasted eggplants and Greek bechamel sauce. Kinda like a lasagna but even better and healthier! I am not a fan of the thick bechamel sauce though. I think it's too thick. I asked the staff if they could trim down the layer of bechamel sauce but they said they can't do it so boo! I'd still order this anyway.
Now for the main course:
Pork souvlaki, the Greek kebabs / barbecue. Since I really love BBQs and kebabs, I just gotta have this! This is one of my favorite food! The pork is really juicy and tender and seasoned perfectly! It is served with pita bread and Greek yogurt sauce but I always order tzatziki to go along with my souvlaki. The garlic yogurt sauce is already good on its own but I just prefer tzatziki. Pork is generally used in souvlaki but you can still try chicken, beef, or lamb (though they only offer ground lamb).
Gyros (pronounced yi-ros) is the Greek equivalent to the shawarma. Slices of meat wrapped in a pita bread. I'd always go for chicken or lamb when it comes to gyros. They are also delicious but I prefer souvlaki over gyros.
Next is the filet mignon which is a pan-roasted steak seasoned with feta cheese and rosemary. In my opinion, I found this dish a little bit on the salty side. So use the lemon and squeeze it all over your steak! The steak itself is tender and juicy and perfectly seasoned.
Paidakia (grilled lamb ribs) is the best lamb I've ever had! Seasoned beautifully and really flavorful! A bit expensive but lamb meat is uncommon. You got to try this at least once!
Tips:
For the appetizers:
- roka salata (personal favorite)
- Greek bread or pita and tzatziki (currently tzatziki is my favorite dip)
- you gotta try moussaka which is the national dish of Greece!
- spinach and artichoke fondue
For the main course:
- pork souvlaki (souvlaki traditionally has always been pork but I guess you can go for beef or ground lamb)
- chicken or lamb gyros
- paidakia (lamb ribs)
- filet mignon
I recommend Hirino Brizolia (grilled pork chops), best chops I've ever tasted so far, and also try their Chicken & Seafood Yiouvetsi!! 🍴😛👍🏻
Spinach and artichoke fondue!! grilled pork chops!! The serving is good for 2-3 people. For dessert the Flaming mango, the staffs will spontaneously shout `Oppa' while serving it to you.
Lamb, lamb, lamb. Medium well lamb steak. :) --- My most favorite thing to order in Cyma. Good ambience, good food, not too noisy. A little bit pricey but totally worth it. :)
I'm in love with their gyros. The crew is also very fast in providimg service and entertaining even during birthdays of a customer. I've never tasted Greek cuisine before 'til I got here.
I keep coming back here for their Roka Salata and Baby Clams in Angel Hair Pasta. Also tried their pork chops which is so tender and juicy.

Cyma is my mom's favorite resto! She loves their salads and the pasta with huge chunks of beef! Sorry i couldn't recall the names of those food... The place was nice and the staffs were also very accommodating.
Cyma, especially this branch in Trinoma, is one of my family's go-to eating places. We can't get enough of their Roka Salata, grilled pork chops, and cold appetizers. The food is always fresh, the staff is knowledgeable and relatable, and it's a cozy, family place.
If not for the steep price, I'd be here almost once a week. My wife and I ordered the Osso Buco pasta, the lamb skewers, the hummus with pita, and fresh calamansi juice, and it cost us 1500. We ordered such a carnivorous set, but it didn't matter because the meats were simply superb! They were not monotonous, and they actually complimented each other. The lamb was just perfectly buttery and flavorful. I'm sure the other reviewers' ratings could be higher if not for the pricey figures they put on their menu. I'd be happy if they'd be 15% cheaper. Cyma has definitely stolen my tastebuds, but unfortunately, it steals a lot more than just that.
It’s not every day that you get to feast on really exquisite food. The type that haunts you. Food that, had my taste buds grown individual brains, would be entrenched there for days on end. Food that is faultless. Food presumably served in heaven.
A few weeks ago, I dined in Cyma for the first time, and you know what I think? If Cyma was heaven, I don’t want to descend this filthy earth ever again!
Take a look at this plate: an unassuming appetizer—mezedes, as they call it—composed of creamed feta cheese, roasted spicy pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. The tangy-spicy flavor is a trap to make you nibble into these pita bread nonstop. The Htipiti is the kind of dip you would want to take home because you can’t get enough of it—and damn right, we did!
More carnivorous than vegetarian, I never thought I would be so charmed by a salad—but Cyma’s Roka Salata assailed my mouth like no salad has ever done. Think of chopped Romaine, arugula and sundried tomatoes: sweetened by candied walnuts, then defiled by shaved parmesan. A Greek vinaigrette hinting of honey and balsamic vinegar finishes the beautiful havoc.
As if Wagyu beef isn’t enough to gratify the pickiest of tongues, Cyma raises it another level by topping it with feta cheese, a cucumber and garlic yogurt sauce, some lettuce, arugula, and humongous slices of tomato. Indeed, the Bifteka Greek Wagyu Burger is one of the most unforgettable sandwiches I’ve ever had.
Not eating lamb in a Middle Eastern restaurant is punishable by eternal hunger, so even if it wasn’t lamb chops, I got the Lamb Ragu Tagliatelle: a 4-hour stewed lamb Ragu Bolognese on tagliatelle pasta. Although slightly reminiscent of caldereta (which, by the way, I like), the generous chunks of lamb meat were incredibly soft to the bite. One of the most weird-tasting but delicious pasta dishes I’ve tried.
I still had a long night ahead of me, so I ordered some Iced Greek Coffee. It tasted surprisingly light, but helped me stay awake until about five in the morning!
For dessert, we had the Flaming Mangoes—a whole ripe mango that is … well, served flaming. Just like what bartenders do with booze. The mango was dashed with cinnamon that amazingly doesn’t become cloying even with the fruit’s inherent sweetness. It’s perfect with the side vanilla ice cream!
Cyma’s dishes are reasonably priced for their sizes, but you won’t be satisfied with just one—so that’s what makes dining there expensive. Undeniably, Cyma borders a little on the pricey side—a place you can’t visit on a daily basis—but the quality and serving amounts are enough justification.
A sudden craving for Greek or Mediterranean food demands a trip to the nearest Cyma. Bring a lot of friends! Remember: the more friends you have, the more dishes you can try. So be at your best and be friendly! Haha!
I can’t think of a more suitable adjective than “God-like” to describe the food at Cyma. It’s so easy to get lost while digging into one of their salads, or while sinking your teeth into their burger; so easy to forget that you have company and the food is meant to be passed around and shared; so easy to pretend that you’re somewhere up there getting fed and pampered—as you deserve to be.
It’s just too bad there are no gorgeous people walking around in sandals and minimal white and gold fabric.
I wouldn't call the food spectacular, but it truly is tasty and light. Ones gotta love the roka salad and or pasta. Sad thing is we got a small stowaway in my salad once, but the manager was kind enough to give us a new serving with a dessert complements of Cyma.

Greek Food Specialist is what i would call this place, I personally am a fan of Italian Food and Japanese Food, but this was a first time I ate in a Greek restaurant, and may i say, the food had blown me away. I was surprised to realize that greek food could taste this good and not know about it. The restaurant was very well arranged, and the food came in quickly. I was pretty impressed when i was asking things about the food, and they were very thorough and detailed on the details of the food. "They really know their stuff" I said to myself.
