Whenever you crave for a Filipino type of food, this is one of the restaurants that is on my list.
The lechon is fantastic, and the ginataang langka is also one of my favorite here, and oh don't forget their Sinigang coz if you're craving for your Lola's or Mama's maasim na sinigang, it's worth it! Plus, it's not too expensive because you can share it with your companion.
We ordered binagoongang bagnet and ginataang sugpo at Tilapia. The bagnet was very crispy and the sauce was very tasty. The same with the ginataang tilapia. Then for the dessert, we had the turon de manila. The turon was very crispy and it had sago inside the turon which we thought was quite unique. We really love the authentic filipino taste of the food here. But apart from the food, I loved the customer service. They ran out of ice cream for the turon so they added another piec of turon as compensation. They also gave us a bucket of ice for our bottomless ice tea without us asking for it.
What we've tried here is their Cebu Lechon, which is a must eat. Their Qubiertos rice and Caldereta is also worth a try. Restaurant's ambiance feels like you're enjoying your meal at a cozy home.
Fair, but nothing really special. Sulit naman yung boodle nila. Lechon was crispy and delicious. Plus unli rice pa so sulit na talaga sya lalo na if marami kayo.
What I loved about this place is their cebu lechon and beef ribs that have ample serving. Their sinigang na bagnet is a must try. Their sisig is okay too. And don't forget that they serve unli-rice! :) They also serve alcoholic drinks for those who want to chill in a Filipino resto.
Visited this place like 3 times and I always end up not having what I want which is the lechon, my husband who is such a nice guy would just tell me to order other food available, we tried their ribs it tastes like lechon, ginataang tilapia at hipon, caldereta and laing. The food is decent, if there is any consolation I was advised to call in first to make sure that their lechon is available.
Tried their delivery service and that is a plus to them since they are the only filipino food resto that I found in kapitolyo. We love their food but lacks some flavors. We ordered pork binagoongan, laing and a steamed bangus if my memory serves me right.
I suggest you try to go there before lunch sometimes you have no space to park. Tried their pinakbet with bagnet serving size was good for the price.
Went here around 2pm, there were only a few people having their lunch maybe because it's already late.
What we ordered
Dinakdakan - I didn't like this one. It is made of pig's ear, I think they boiled it.
Boneless lechon - it was okay. Nothing special.
Binagoongan bagnet - this was the yummy. We liked it. The bagnet was crispy and the sauce was good.
Their prices affordable.
They have free parking and wifi.
This place serves filipino food. The foods are great, I have tried the sinigang na hipon, crispy pata, pansit, and shanghai before and now have tried their sinigang na bagnet and ensalada with Q's rice. It's worth your money, definitely coming back to try nilaga :)

Home cooked meals is Quibiertos. I love Pinoy food as it resembles my mothers recipes. She does loves feeding people with her home cooked meals.
Good place for Pinoy food in Kapitolyo and the good thing is that it's open until late. What we liked were chicken barbecue, pinoy spaghetti and tuna sandwich. These were really yummy. What we didn't like were Sinigang na Bangus (too sour and too tartish or asim to really enjoy the dish which contained good Bangus and variety of veggies), and Kaldereta Baka (sauce was sweet and there were no potatoes in the dish plus beef pieces were not tender).
I'd stay with the merienda dishes here rather than the mains!
Good Filipino food and good service. What more can you ask for? Crispy Pata was so good and not salty unlike some I tasted. I also like the ginataang tilapya and hipon. Sauce is so creamy, my friends and I added the sauce to our rice and makes our food tastier. Aside from these, we ordered bulalo, fries and pansit luglug which were also good. Interiors were very simple but it gives off a homey vibe. Servers were also nice and attentive. (my apologies for taking few pictures, it was a mini reunion with my college friends).
I love everything in this place! My officemates and I ate here during lunchtime so it was kinda jampacked. The interior is simple but elegant. They even had a big tv for you while waiting for your food (we're able to watch Aldub during that time lol) We ordered Ensaladang Mangga, Kare-kare, Sinigang na ulo ng salmon sa miso, Pork Chop and Lechon Cebu. Everything was super yummy! Words aren't enough to describe how delicious it is (wow) One thing they just need to work on is the karaoke place inside the resto, they could've made it soundproof :( because i cannot focus on my food. Lol!
PS: Again, no photos of the food because i need to concentrate (i suck at this part) 😂
Conveniently located along East Capitol Drive... this restaurant serves traditional filipino cuisine and grilled food. They have a wide selection of filipino dishes and the favorites are marked so that first timers may try them out. The place has a parking space and an attendant who helps out. Airconditioning is good, sockets and wifi for your gadgets are available too!!! The furnishings and feel of the place is somewhat native filipino. Food items are very affordable and maybe shared by two or even three persons. The rice is unlimited... which may be good for most. During my visit I sampled their Special Laing, Kare Kare (beef), and 1/4 kilo Cebu style boneless lechon.
The Laing had the right heat to it... not too spicy. The creaminess of the coconut milk is prevalent and even throughout the dish. The seasoning was done just right and a crunchy topping gives texture to the dish.
The Kare Kare was definitely affordable!!! For P200+ this dish maybe shared by two or three people. You are also given a choice between beef chunks or ox tail and tripe. I opted for beef chunks. The meat was tender and did not disappoint. The rich peanut taste that I look for was there and the vegetables were cooked just right. The shrimp paste was on the sweet and spicy side which was exactly how I want it to be.
Lastly, the Cebu Lechon was likewise delicious. The meat was tender and almost melted in my mouth while the pork skin had a crunch to it. There was some seasoning and spices incorporated into the meat of the lechon which gave it a good herb-like flavor. This dish was served with two condiments... vinegar and lechon sauce. I personally enjoyed having both on my lechon.
When scouting for filipino food along Kapitolyo... this place comes highly recommended.

Qubiertos opened their new branch in Kapitolyo. They serve classic filipino food that we usually eat. We ordered Smoked Fishroll, Chicharon bulaklak, Dynamite Cheesticks, Crispy Pata, Sinigang na hipon, Kare-kare, inihaw na liempo and seafood platter
We enjoyed all the food that was served especially the appetizers. Perfect appetizers and the usual food we love to eat. The smoked fishroll taste good (the rich flavor of the smokefish compliments with the vegetable inside and its vinegar). Dynamite cheestick is perfect for cheese lovers who are adventurous. The seafood was fresh. The only problem we encouter was the crispy pata. The skin part waa burned and the taste of the meat was bland. Hoping they could improved on that dish.
Qubiertos is perfect for family gatherings and friends night out.

This review is for their branch in Binangonan, Rizal. Due to our huge disappointment in Galli Village Cafe in Maginhawa, we decided na bumalik nalang ng Binangonan since full parking din lahat ng malls. Menu is awesome! Worth the cost plus the bonus of being in a private videoke room for 1.5 hours if you have spent 2k and above. Their pork sisig and sinigang na hipon is the best!
Great food in an affordable price! Serving size for each order is good for 2 persons. Unlimited rice also gives you the freedom to enjoy their flavorful food. You can definitely feel full and contented after a nice meal at Qubiertos.
We decided to eat here because the restaurant is simple and has a lot of costumers tonight. Filipino cuisine, we ordered lechon, adobong kangkong, sinigang na bagnet, etc.
The price is not expensive and the food is good and heavy. But what I like in this restaurant is their suman crepe. I love that suman crepe. It is so delicious and cheap compared to other crepes
Good value for money. Suitable place for small corporate gatherings or with family and friends. They have rooms with videoke. They serve cebu lechon too. I am not a fan of lechon, but they definitely got my taste buds happy.
We wanted to eat grilled food and we decided to just look around Pasig area. It was great that we found Qubiertos, it was crazy that only the two of us finished the platter. Wow.. the food was amazing and tasted great. We will definitely go back with our circle of friends and try their other dishes.
Very unassuming place in Kapitolyo. Service was brisk during our late night visit.
Wife and I ordered Pinoy Nachos and Pinoy Samgyeopsal. Pinoy Nachos was tasty with the sisig while Samgyeopsal was so pleasantly textured given the buro-hito-lechon combo. Definitely on the "must-come-back" list
Qubiertos offers delicious food at a very affordable price. The family loved their pinaputok na bangus, and the bagoong rice is flavorful. Ginataang Sigarilyas and Cebu Lechon were also good, as per my mom and lola. I would really like to taste more food offerings and rate them a bit higher, but I just had a problem with serving time for the bangus (over 40 minutes--they should warn guests if this is really how long it takes to cook it).
